Love this store for its great products, prices, and prompt delivery! I will order my special products from Natura Market rather than pay inflated in store prices. Natura Market even put a bonus product in my delivery.

Orders have arrived quickly even though Covid delivery volumes have been high. Natura Market always add a free sample which is a nice surprise.

I'm happy I discovered this online store. Natura Market have a wonderful selection of low card, low calories, keto, palio, whatever you are looking for! I personally love the selection of kodiak cakes that they have, its what drew me to the site and then I just began browsing and trying all kinds of other healthy alternative snacks and meals! I was looking for a specific food item online and stumbled across Natura Market. I decided to give it a go and order from this website. First of all, love how fast it ships and gets to me and their packaging is so well done. I also love that Natura Market are considerate to sometimes send me a sample with my purchase! Have been ordering from here ever since and it was such a great find! I definitely recommend it!

This online store is fantastic for their products & price, shipping is super fast and Natura Market do a fantastic job with packaging (don't worry about buying chips).
The only negative part is that you have to be 100% sure of what you are buying, forget about return/refund... their phone number is voicemail only, they won't return your call... the "contact us" on website is email basis and they won't respond to your emails.
After 2 weeks of trying to reach them (thinking their system is broken) i've returned some items and provided relevant account info thinking they will refund me anyways (shipping from Montreal cost $16) and 5 weeks later I still don't have a refund or even heard from them.

Decent selection of low carb and keto friendly items. My orders are always packed very well and shipping is quite fast. Prices are a bit high and Natura Market are frequently out of the products I like to buy so I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. I will continue to order from Natura Market but do hope they will do better at keeping items in stock.

Natura Market has so many products that are difficult to find, especially in Canada. I love this place. There is always such a great variety to choose from, with low carb to high protein options. Their shipping is always fast and Natura Market always have new products to try. I would highly recommend them.

Great site with a huge selection of items. A bit pricey but the convenience of having it shipped to your door offsets some of the cost. Fantastic selection of products that meet every way of eating. There is an incentive program where you can write reviews and earn $1 for every review that is accepted. New products added all the time. Lots of Canadian products which is great to see! I have purchased many of the items from Natura Market. I have been keto for a couple of years and it can become somewhat mundane, but with some of these products I can substitute some of the food I'm not allowed on a keto lifestyle. It really helps me stay focused and on track.

My functional doctor recommended naturamarket.ca to me as I was on AIP diet in Dec 2019. I used this site ever since then. I often buy cassava flour and special condiments from this site. It is also the only place I can find tiger nut flour. However, I love most about this site is that I can find snacks even for my strict AIP diet. It is impossible to find a clean snack in a regular supermarket. It is even hard to find AIP snack in Planet Organics. The other thing I love about this site is free shipping for orders over CAD 50.

I like ther products, anything you can; t find in stroes thet have it which is aweosme. But god forbid if you have a problem with a product. I ordered a few items and one was missing, Natura Market never accepted and said we have posted it, well it was not in my box so!
Also payment gateway is bad, I try 3-4 times evetime to make my payment. They have made it sooooo sensitive to even a little mismatch that it rejects it if it's not 100% with the format of the bank. To protect themselves ofcourse. So over all good product bad costumer service... they seriously made me think maybe I should Start my own website, since they don; t have competition, they are very snobby!

The Keto lifestyle has worked very well for me, but I found it very challenging to find ingredients and different foods to keep my interest in Keto. Most stores carry a very limited selection of true Keto specific products. I was very happy to find a CANADIAN based online company, which offers such variety at very competitive prices. The free shipping over $49 is a huge help, and very attainable, as Keto products are quite expensive anywhere you buy them. The delivery is always very quick and the packaging us done well to protect fragile items. I am very happy to have found NutraMarket!

Natura Market is a really great place to find a lot of specialty food items! I've been able to order a lot of different foods and snacks that I wouldn't be able to source locally (even though I live in a city with a population close to 1 million), which is greatly appreciated. Every time I've ordered my items have been shipped promptly and fragile items are packaged very securely. As well, Natura Market have new items all the time and many Canadian products as well!
