Ordered four different pieces of clothing. Sizing is drastically unreliable. Product I received does not match their own size specifications. Tried to return items that did not fit, spent almost $30.00 return postage to china for $50.00 refund. Never received refund. Instead, return package was rejected, I just received it back after nearly 6 months from when I sent it. Noticed that their policy is refunds if returned within 30 days. I did not receive my purchase (or even shipping information) within 30 days. Purchased it July 4, received shipping info August 5, then received package around August 12. If the ability for return and refund are important to you, consider a different company.

I was on the site quite some time today because there were sooo many choices in my size and preferred colors. The promotional items and flash sales brought up some items on my list (i. E. non-slip throw rugs) for a home goods store, but I found some unique ones that I bought here. The sizing information is available for different types of garments, quickly convertable from metric to inches. From my initial purchase, I feel optimistic that the items will be a good fit. I appreciate the honesty about the delivery time for free shipping and the other alternatives provided.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at NewChic's. She treated me in a particularly kind and attentive way. It is super easy to have fun little conversations with her and get a truly helpful opinion on clothes and similar assistance, but she is never pushy. She is doing a really great job. I appreciate her a lot, as far as I could get to know her. My friend, who went there another time, told me about very similar experiences.
Regarding the choice of clothes and price range, I think it is a fun mix of shirts, formal wear, pants, shoes, accessories, and jackets. Some clothes are a bit too expensive for an outlet, though.

Your website is very difficult to use. I registered on the site with my email and password, but then could not find how to sign back in. I had signed for a new user 15% discount but was unable to use it, which I found to be extremely disappointing. I mean I had jump through kinds of hoops, codes, verifications and what-not, and then I couldn't use it as it did not come up inj the coupon box. I would like to the new user discount applied to my order as I did register for it, and I received an email stating I had secured it.

The products are of good quality and very different items. The sizing is good only if the people in the factory put the right size on the item being sold. I ordered shoes and NewChic were not the size stated on the item. They still fit but a bit large by 1/2 ". I like a snug fit so they are comfortable and not tripping. Customer service was fast to respond and took money off the item. I'd rather just be happy and not bother them. I usually take a size 9 which is 43 euro size but it seemed they sent a 44 with 43 on it. I bought another pair this time went 42 which is 8.5 so I hope they work out. I just absolutely love these slip on sock shoes very nice comfy. The sole inside could use a bit more thickness for the money you pay. They are still ok.

Not very happy that the shipping isn't stated until after the payment is requested. And had I known that one item would be shipped separately, I probably wouldn't have ordered that particular item. I expect better from New Chic - you have good quality items unlike Wish.com. Plus when doing searches, if using the back button, it doesn't take you back to where you were but back to the beginning - your programmers should be sacked - other shopping websites do not have this issue which wastes lots of time for the customer

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The truth is the price is a bit expensive for my pocket but I liked it and I decided to order it because of the quality, (leather) and because of their look and color I liked. The service is great and above average: the communication on the site is accessible, friendly and available. Only one of the couples arrived in a very short time. The other couple did not arrive. I waited. And when I turned to the website I realized that it was not in stock. I was offered to hide my money or find another alternative. I preferred to get my money back and indeed within two days my money was returned. This is what I call a reliable site. And I have already put a few more pairs of shoes in my next shopping cart. But the price is expensive for me then I am still waiting and thinking.
Definitely recommend this site.

The answer to my question why I did not receive one of the two pairs I ordered was made clear to me. After I ordered. I really wanted shoes in the special color ... and suddenly I was told that the stock was running out. I was disappointed. But my money was returned to me. Reliability is important.

Saw the CUTEST blouse in my Facebook feed and my husband decided to order it for me as a bday present. It arrived two months later. It's hideous and doesn't match the advertisement I saw! The sewing pattern is the plainest I've ever seen. Looks and feels like a nurse's smock. Completely shapeless. My first thought was that it looked like it was sown by a middle schooler for a home economics project. ZERO fashion and awful fabric. Do not buy from this company.
Their only positive is that they're willing to give us a refund.

A little frustrating as a didn't understand the points allocated to each item. Mine totaled to 95 with the 5 items I bought but I think it said I only got 5? I couldn't find many items in my size. The ones I've chosen may still be a little big for me. Please don't sent any other sizes than the ones I've chosen. I watched a review on utube about your sight and she said you didn't send the size she asked for you sent a smaller size. I like what I've seen and hope I get what I have ordered. Regards AJ

Frequently the item would not add to cart even when I pressed that option. I had to watch that it entered it and I lost a couple items because I clicked off thinking I had added it - then couldn't find the item again when I looked.
I have ordered from you before and believe the items that came looked very different than the photos i had ordered from. I will be very unhappy if I receive different looking items than the pictures shown. I have kept copies of the photos for my records to compare actual items that arrive.

Very good, great variety of quality products to choose from. I have learnt not to leave items in my cart when money is tight, as NewChic sell out & then I am disappointed when I miss out on an item that I loved. I have now decided to use afterpay as a great solution, às my income doesn't allow for larger purchase amounts. Now that problem is solved, now I can relax & afford a smaller fortnightly payment. Very satisfied about the hugh amount of beautiful things in your 'show case'. However I think the transport charges are completely out of key. The things I bought today have an very expensive transport cost and what I don't undrstand is that I don't see anything anymore about teh reduction for the first 3 purchases I did. On the other hand, I think you are as a company a master in handling the incoming orders. I have a good feeling in the way you respect your clients. As inside sales/CSR I have the same drive as your team and I appreciate that a lot.

Took a long time to get the items. I don't live in Edmonton, a friend agreed to accept, missed the first delivery requested another one. Had to pay $5 for the second delivery which is fine except wanted the money send email. Got a message from Paypal that recipient wasn't accepting at that time. Courier company finally agreed to have my friend pay cash to couier driver. Could have picked up but pick up location is on the outskirts of the city. Really like the merchandize but need a different delivery system. Will not be ordering again.

If you want/need whatever your purchasing within a month or may need to exchange/return it, don't shop NewChic. Paying for expedited shipping won't make a difference either.
I bought 2 of there robes for my bridesmaid for my upcoming wedding and was told NewChic would arrive at the lastest, on my wedding day. So I paid for priority air mail just in case and they still didn't get there till 5 days later. They ship via FedEx. Tracking wasn't accurate, when it got to my state, it would continue to say it was arriving tomorrow, then would say the same thing the next day and didn't have an available status most of the time but I blame that more on FedEx than Newchic. The day after my wedding, I emailed them, asking to cancel my order and was denied. I tried emailing again a week later and wasn't answered. I've tried now a third time to submit a return but there is no option for that, so I have to select "other order inquiry" and for unknown reasons, it's not even letting me submit the message this time and my return window is quickly closing in now. So do me and yourself a favor and please don't shop NewChic.

While the items (once received late) were as expected and fit according to size chart (which can be confusing), it was hard to wrap a nonexistent gift to go under the Christmas tree.
The prices are good but when selecting shipping, be prepared to pay an additional 1/3 to 1/2 of the total in shipping. Still was willing to pay for unique items requested by our son for Christmas. The order was placed with 3 weeks before the holiday. The extra shipping was to receive the fastest delivery, within 9-15 days. This would still provide plenty of time for our deadline. Did not arrive until the week after Christmas.
If you are afforded the luxury to purchase items which may not get to you prior to the next clothing season, then by all means, I would recommend New Chic. If you are purchasing items for an event, vacation, or anything you need before 4-6 weeks time is up... keep scrolling.

Just put in my order so no idea about shipping and delivery service yet, but placing the order was easy enough - easy to navigate through the checkout and payment process. Looking forward to receiving the product. Update: There was a bit of a mix-up at Customs so delivery was delayed a few days, although that wasn't NewChic's fault. It was, in fact, the courier's fault. NewChic had put the wrong label on the product, it was flagged by Customs and held. Customs issued the courier with a penalty fine, which the courier initially tried passing on to me saying it was a customs levy. Only when I queried it did they sort it out themselves. Anyway, product eventually delivered, and no complaints about the product - exactly as described, works well, and looks good.

I tried to pay by PayPal several times then I gave up and put in my credit card details. I can understand the need for security but earlier I was told to try later and then I was asked to put in the delivery address about 4 times. Also I was unable to change the colour of the shirt although I almost started from scratch. You have some lovely clothes but I have found it all far too complicated and I've been put off by the whole experience and the fact that my password was not accepted even though I had only registered earlier this evening.

Order: 82593538 Thus company has no customer service, promises great products and delivers nothing. I made an order for two items that NewChic said were in stock on March 30, they then claim to have shipped them in April 12, a Sunday. As of June 3 nothing has been received. They claim that it takes 10 -45 business days and say only week days count. It the item has been shipped the mail travels on weekends too, not sure how stupid they think people are. Have escalated this with PayPal. If you are smart you will not touch this company with a barge pole. Scammers from beginning to end.

Very good --- except I was confused by the Tag Size Guide for the 2 pairs of shoes I've ordered (which are the same brand/manufacturer) --- because the table for one pair pointed to size 8, while the table for the other pair pointed to size 9. So I wondered whether one of the tables is wrong, or a brand can use use a different size guide from one of their shoe models to another shoe model? I've taken a gamble and ordered size 8 for one shoe & size 9 for the other, so just hope they're going to fit. The Menico handmade shoe I've ordered in size 8 or 43 (being 10.63" long) and the Breathable non-slip sole shoe in size 9 or 44 (being 10.55" long). I hope you understand what I mean. I ordered & paid for 8 shirts 8 weeks ago. The site I used informed me that the articles would arrive from the Netherlands in max 21 days. The shirts were for a group of yacht crew as a quarantine gift but we have all gone our seperate ways now so not possible to distribute. I have tried to cancel on many occasions & asked for my money back but receive the same automated answer asking if I can wait another 28 days to which I said no. This site is the biggest scam ever. Never use this site. I have a large contact network who I am now informing. Ross Lewis

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from NewChic on 12/2/2020. Was told it would be 15-35 days for delivery. I received a confirmation on 12/14/2020 that the items were in Cantbury NJ, ready to go with a tracking number, pending FedEx to pick them up. It is now 1/6/21, the status has not changed nor have I received my items. Tried emailing customer service 4 days ago and was told I would get a response within 72hours. Well... still haven't heard anything. Extremely frustrating... now I have to get on the phone with credit card company to refund payment. Do not order from this company!

I like the products, display of products, but it is so annoying that whenever I choose to look at a pair of shoes, the web page takes me all the way back to the very beginning each time. After this happens numerous times, I become frustrated and usually don't purchase from you. This time I really needed the shoes, but quit after page 15 & just picked a pair I had already seen. This causes you to lose business and/or money. If I had looked at all the pages, I might have picked a more expensive pair of shoes, and if I wasn't so perturbed with that issue, I might have looked at clothing.

I had no problem with the shipping, delivery, material or size.
And it is of very good quality! The delivery man, who always delivers Newchic
Packages to me, is a very polite and friendly man.

Terrible company.

I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.

After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, NewChic then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they're refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.

I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

It has been a while since I knew newchic and l liked the design of the shoes. After hesitating for months, I tried to order three different shoes. However, before paying, I started reading the reviews and NewChic were not kind. I canceled the two relatively expensive shoes and I wanted to try them with one pair.
I got the product in a vey short time and not only the design but also the quality was tremendous. Everything fitted the description.
The same day I picked the product, I ordered the two shoes and I am waiting.

After finding the NewChic website, I was very impressed with the selection of goods on offer. My overall impression was many of the items for sale were different and unique as well as appearing very well made. I was looking for a belt holster for my mobile phone. After selecting one, I wasn't certain whether it would fit my phone correctly, so I carried out a chat online with a representative, who went the extra mile to check out my concerns and then advise me of the size product I required. From this advice I made a purchase, and it wasn't long before the item arrived. I am glad to say the advice given by the representative was spot on and fitted my needs perfectly. I am delighted with the service and goods I received and will use NewChic again.

Terrible service and quality. I ordered two blouses in my size L and 9 weeks later NewChic arrived - in size 2XL! They insisted that this was my fault and I should have understood their sizing system and that I should ship them back to China from Canada at my own expense and they would try again. Many snippy emails later I am left with two huge (and poor quality) blouses and a partial refund. I am out $40 and wish I could warn all future customers to beware of the pretty advertisement pictures they post: this is a scam!

Coupon discounts are misleading. I am a new customer. I established a new account and there was supposed to be a 15 percent discount for new email subscribers. I spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get the discount, including chatting with a representative. Due to a frustrating experience, I did not want to waste any more time trying to get the discount. I did not receive a discount on my first purchase with Newchic. My frustration led to disappointment. I am not a happy new customer.

Well, it has always been interesting as and when I'd do go online and browse and something will attract me to men casual shirt like for theme 'Christmas' or for 'Chinese New Year' and you guys sure enough always display good range that even my friends always asked where I purchased my cool shirts and I tell them to check out 'Newchic' and see if they're interested themselves. Anyway, you'll know that I've purchased more than one dozen of long and short sleeve casual shirts from you guys, so keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible quality. Looks great, a flower handsomely curls up a side to an understated bloom. I order 3 variations. Shipped from Asia, turns out, over a month to get here, then 2 of 3 are not size I requested, and that's not the worst part. Cloth so thin it wont last 2 washes, and that's not the worst either. That handsome flower thing? It is IRON-ON! 1/2 inch of border is plain clear iron-on plastic.
I complained. NewChic said I'd have to maul back (To China!) Or, they'll refund 20% or so (can't recall the exact percentage) So I shrug, "gimme the money," however little.
