I'll wait until I receive ordering can't review the jacket as it is a Christmas present for my grandson. I was nit impressed with the delivery by Hermes. I had no notification that It was going to be delivered. On Saturday afternoon the parcel was brought to me by a very kind gentleman who lived quite a few houses along from me, although the correct address was on the parcel. Ive heard from several people how appalling Hermes are at delivering to the wrong address. Maybe you should reconsider them as your agents.

I feel as though I am taking a HIGH RISK with this second order from your company. I was not very pleased with my first order from your company. The quality was definitely not what I was expecting - in any of the three items. (So disappointing.) I am taking this one last chance to see if this turns out any better. A person cannot see quality or the material in a picture and there are no real detailed descriptions to assist. I'm hoping it works for me this time, as these are gifts that I don't want to return.

The site keeps showing up in Arabic despite me choosing English as my language. Even right now as I type its typing from the other end of the screen. It is very frustrating! The payment process was long winded, suggest you review that again. The product detail did not show the clothing in a 3D effect, which meant I didn't know how big the arm hole of a top was (for instance). Very annoying! Let's hope my orders come as per what I saw on your site. Not at all an easy process. Customer journey was not easy as the breadcrumb navigation was not efficient.

Took a long time to get the items. I don't live in Edmonton, a friend agreed to accept, missed the first delivery requested another one. Had to pay $5 for the second delivery which is fine except wanted the money send email. Got a message from Paypal that recipient wasn't accepting at that time. Courier company finally agreed to have my friend pay cash to couier driver. Could have picked up but pick up location is on the outskirts of the city. Really like the merchandize but need a different delivery system. Will not be ordering again.

I liked a lot of the clothes that I saw on site and the colours were really nice. I ordered 2 shirts for my partner but could only keep one of them. The shirt was nicely coloured but to be aware the material is thin so not sure how long it will last. Had trouble contacting company through the website because I didnt wish to ring them and couldnt see where their email address was. I used the chat line a few times and we have now concluded the part refund for the second shirt. Just feel it was too much hassle to buy from there again.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a pair of sweatpants - all size L. One sweatshirt is fine. The other sweatshirt is 3 inches shorter and 5 inches less in width (pictures and measuring tape). I wrote to them about the size discrepancy and was told that I could purchase them again... I am not sure how this fixes the problem or why I should be responsible for the cost of buying them again. I have reached out to their customer service 3 additional times with no response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Grossly overpriced for the quality, no consistency in sizing and zero customer service.

Website is very hard to follow to make sure the item I want was put in bag, you have all sorts of promo's for 70% off order total, but I have not seen anyway to get 70% discount. I f you are not going to give it take if off of your site, and what are these stupid points that you offer, but don't seem to mean anything to anyone, especially to your customers and your shipping charges seem to be very high for these lightweight shoes you are shipping, thats all, I know you won't do anything to resolve these issues.

Website has no obvious search feature. Dangled 15% and 20% off for new users under my nose before revealing only once I have clicked on it that I need to spend X amount of money to activate it. Also the delivery options were all 7-10 days, all about £9/10, what is the point in having more than one option? Searched for West Sussex on the "area" section and nothing came up. Spent ages scrolling to the bottom to find it was there all along but didn't come up when I searched for it.
Fix these little things and it will improve the customers experience.

I ordered the cloth for my wife and necklace, the cloth is really cheap and size doesn't fit and material not in the pictures (color and material so different), another shipment is necklace and NewChic cancel my order and not return money. Only I could say, never buy anything shipping from China, it is disaster for your life. I closed Paypal account after, and just give them ~ $200 of lesson to learn on my life and I could share with other that to stay away from shopping only and shipping from China.

I ordered a cloth online on Aug. 4,2020 and the payment was drawn from my visa right after the order was put. However, the shipment has never made. I sent a message on Aug. 24,2020 and asked the status of order and was told that the cloth was sold out. And NewChic told me that i will get the refund soon. It has been three weeks since i was told "soon", I chatted with their staff online one week ago and she told me that they will refund to me in 48 hours. Now another week has passed, and nothing happened...

I hope I selected right size. Will see how it goes after I receive my order. Fingers crossed.

Also, it is really time consuming to go back to specific page on the computer screen. For example, when I am on page 16, after I clicked on specific shirt, I cannot go back to page 16. It will go back to page 1, and I had to click until I reached page 16. Really time consuming... Let's hope you can improve this area. Also, it would be good if you have back icon for me to return recent page better than going back to the beginning or lose specific page.

I have been a satisfied customer for more than four years. Everything fits, is well made, the shoes are always pretty and especially comfortable! I often hear that Chinese shipping companies are not so good - my experience is the opposite.
But - I recently ordered two handbags, one black and one brown. NewChic came as fast as ever, especially lately it's been pleasingly quick. Only unfortunately the zip on the front of the brown bag is broken! What should I do now? Should I send the bag back to you - and to which address? Would you like a photo of the broken zip? I was under the impression I was buying from a U.S. company when I purchased a dress from NewChic for our granddaughter. And when I tracked her item to see how long it would take to get to her, it showed an address in New York but in reality, it's coming from China. And that's something that was withheld from me when I used their chat services. No wonder it's going to take 45 days to arrive. I took the precaution of using PayPal for payment and right now I'm on hold with Chase's resolution center. Buyer beware!

The shipping cost is absolutely astronomical and if Newchic had a free shipping option (shipping timeframe is irrelevant, it could take a month or more) I would not only have ordered more items this time around, but I would also be planning to get more in the future (which I'm not) and I would also be telling all of my friends about this site (which I won't be... Because again the shipping is crazy talk). But other than the ridiculous shipping prices, the site is great! If only it were a progressive web app rather than a native app as well :/

I have just reordered an item I purchased which I received yesterday. Unfortunately, one of the sleeves has not been inserted properly and the fabric is all bunched up at the left shoulder. I am trying to work out how to arrange a refund for that purchase and return. Unfortunately I have taken a photo, but cannot download it to my computer. I would gladly attach it to a mobile phone if I could have one to send it to? I will use the online assistance to try and work out how to obtain a refund etc. I like the jacket so have re-ordered. I ordered two in different colours originally and have only received one - I am really hoping the same fault does not occur with the other jacket.

When I was looking up under bags I firstly looked under Totes and then went out and look at other things but when I went to go back into bags I could not find Totes anywhere. Plus it would be nice to see what our delivery cost is before going into the last phase of the checkout. I had bought other things but when I saw the delivery price I decided to take them out of my shopping bag. NewChic can wait for another day or maybe even pay week. Although they probably won't be at a price that I can afford.
Love the tote that I am buying... and will be back. Unfortunately these days I need to watch my pennies otherwise I would have purchased quite a lot more. Thanks. Joy

Didn't realise postage and package was so expensive in the UK nor took so long, lesson learned for next time. Obviously the expense of the packaging and the long lead time was because the shoes came from the USA. Worth the wait and even with the packaging costs appear to be excellent value for money, and NewChic look good too. Just be careful when viewing re were the goods are coming from as you will not see the true cost till you actually start to place an order, but you will see the full cost before you actually confirm the order.

I did a chat 3 times and emailed regarding being charged for shipping to Canada when my order total was more than $160 and there should be no shipping fee. There was NEVER a reply nor follow up to address the reason for this charge even though I was told someone would get back to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the very POOR customer service. Would not recommend to others. Still would appreciate the courtesy of a reply. Had to reduce order items to reduce shipping costs since there was no reply. Not professional customer service!

New Chic needs to focus on larger size shoes for men. I wear size 13 shoes and there are extremely limited to NO shoes on this web site. Clearly, the focus is on shoes size 12 and smaller. NewChic are missing out on a LOT of business. Also, Newchic advertised waiving shipping charges over a certain dollar amount of purchase. That was not the case. I had to go back and for with the online chat member, Preston to get a 10% off coupon on my next order, rather than getting the $19.99 shipping charge taken off. I just hope that the sandals that I ordered are what they appear to be online. Thanks.

In my opinion the prices are a bit high. I'm not sure if this is justified just by looking at reviews but the product looks nice in my opinion. The site itself is pretty easy to navigate and it has very nice looking apparel. I will follow up later to decide if the things I bought were worth their price (in my unprofessional opinion of course). Of course the price may be high because they're paying their employees at a good rate; which if NewChic are good on them and I will not complain about the price.
