Fast shipping and good inexpensive products
Nihao has a great variety of things. Nihao were good quality when I received them and the pictures of the products were pretty accurate. The price was good too of the items. The shipping was fast. It arrived in 10 days. Everything was in great condition. If things get out of stock they put credit in your account, which is nice. But, it would be nice if they had some stuff for tiny dogs. I saw that they had some dog bowls, but beds or outfits would be nice. The variety is great again. I checked to make sure it was a legit cite, and it is. I am glad I purchased gifts for my family and myself here. I will make more purchases. I liked the tabs from different cultures too. You get an idea where everything is from. The customer service is great by WhatsApp or call, but the chat doesn't usually work. I wish I got a few more warnings about when things would arrive, so I am not left worrying about when it arrives. But it went surprisingly fast, so I am happy. The quality of the items is good too. They could also have more angles and perspectives of each item they sell (ie: I ordered sword earrings, but when I got the package is when I realized I had to order each earring separately so I am glad I ordered 2 so I have 1 set), but otherwise the pictures are accurate for what they have. Maybe I just missed it on the pg. I'm looking forward to buying more. Thank you

1st order I will order again
This was my 1st time placing an order with Nihao and I am pleased to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. The pocketbooks were just like Nihao looked on the website. The 1 thing I wasn't impressed with were the rings, they were not the quality shown on the website. But otherwise very pleased with my order

Nihaojewelry is an excellent page, the price of items is too good and cheap. I always order with them because Nihao offer excellent service and customer service. I love shopping in nihaojewelry. They are the best because in addition to having good prices they have very beautiful and trendy accessories, all my customers like their accessories

The customer service is horrible,
This company does not respond to most comments Nihao told me their supplier was closed but they are the supplier. They told me before I ordered if I ordered before the timer then they would ship before their holiday and didn't, then they said it would go our on the 4th and still my order hasn't been picked now its the 5th and they tell me the supplier was closed until the 7th, it seems nothing they say is true

Excellent Page
Excellent page, I consider it to be the best page where you can buy online without fraud and without deception, all items are delivered in the established time, without any damage and best of all, Nihao are products at a good price and of good quality, counting with highly trained personnel to serve their clients.

Fast Customer Service
Nihao has great and fast customer service. My assessor via WhatsApp never fails to respond as quickly as possible regarding any questions or concerns I may have. Also, quality of most products is great and in the case it is not, nihao is able to refund at least 50% or more in credit. Happy customer!

POOR QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought over 200 phone cases at wholesale costs. 62 of them were poor quality and would not be bought by any of my customers. Each customer service person would send me to another person to contact and it was like I was going in circles getting nowhere. Two of the contacts ignored my messages and the remaining hopeful one closed my refund request ticket to where I could no longer speak to them either. Nihao said the cases weren't broken so they were normally not accepted unless broken but I could still send back... confusing. All I wanted was a return address to start process and refund for the 3 cases I never received but no luck. I now have 62 useless cases I cannot sell AND a credit to my NIHAO account for several cases they didn't have in stock during shipment. I don't want the credit, I want my money. Its so sad it came to this, the remaining cases are great! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER!

Great products for the prices.
If you need some wholesale jewelry, you can't go wrong with Nihao. So many options to choose from and I always seem to fill up my cart again right after a purchased order! I've ordered from Nihao twice already and both experiences were lovely. Accurate delivery times too! Thank you!

The best platform.
I am Mexican and I started a company thanks to Nihao, the products are of high quality, all at a very accessible price and very fast shipping to the whole world. If you have any questions, the site will send you an advisor who will kindly answer all your questions. The products are beautiful, and very modern. Nihao sell products that are very difficult to find and expensive elsewhere, but in Nihao they are very cheap prices.

I purchased items for resale and sent the following email to Nihao..." I have Whatsapp, I am just not very familiar with it. Okay, so I will have to create a new account. Below is the actual email. After I sent the email, I noticed plating info is not provided either.

I noticed too many of your items do not have needed information if you are selling to the public. For the items listed below, I need the necklace measurement/ length (including extension) and if the necklace has a pendant/charm, I will need the size for the pendant/charm. I also need plate information. I also noticed some (actually most) of them have perimeter and chain extension ranges. Is there anyway to obtain the exact perimeter and chain extension lengths? Thanks."

Then I listed the item numbers for all of the purchased items missing info. This was on 4/23/21 at 4:21am after receiving the following email from Kelly/Customer Service on 4/23/21 at 4:14am...

"Hi,

Sorry, cannot change the email address and only can register your new account *******@chokked.com on our website.
Pls kindly advise the item sku that you wanna know about the measurement, thx.

Btw, do you have whatsapp?"

It is now 4/29/21 and I haven't heard from Kelly. I even sent the message via WhatsApp!

Issue #2... I wasn't provided the correct # of items for 1 item and I received the incorrect item for another. For the incorrect item, the item ordered was a chain choker that contained a buckle. The item received was a split 3 layer bracelet with a buckle. The buckles look exactly alike but, the other differences are undeniable. I created a ticket, sent them a picture of what I received and received this message..."As for the missing items that you reported, you have showed them in the picture so there is no missing items." Nihao obviously didn't look at the item ordered and the pictures of the items received. Also, they didn't say anything about the incorrect # of items received. They are the worse!

My great experience
To start the prices are very very low
The deal was incredible, Nihao answered all my questions in a timely manner
Regarding the shipment to be an international shipment it was very fast
I received all my products in good condition
They even gave me a refund for a product that was out of stock

Best supplier
The best supplier of high quality accessories the most precious jewels on the internet All Nihao need is to improve customer service In clothes they have medium quality and a high price although I do not know if it is because of the shipping rate to my country, but in jewelry I highly recommend it.

My first purchase
I am very satisfied with my first purchase. Everything arrived super well packed, the correct pieces and just what I asked for. The only part that I did not like very much was that it took a little time due to the change of out of stock products and the price of shipments is a bit high. But in general I highly recommend the page, it has excellent prices and good quality.

Excelent customer service
The products are really worth, the prices are great.
Every time that I have a question / inquiry, the respond very fast and help with. Customer service has surprised me, and balance is fixed when materials are out of stock. Considering as a fraud company
Read this review before you decide to order something from Nihao Jewelry.
I had ordered 3 times from them with all worst experience. I observed that Nihao don't own all jewelry and fashion for 200,000++ products as they have been claimed in their website or advertising. Because they take time for preparing my order for many days ( more than a 10 days) to find what I ordered. Because they need to check from many of their partners factories to get those products. And they don't work on weekends ( Saturday and Sunday or holiday) so you will waste a lot of time for waiting. Also the shipping time, they exclude weekends and holidays too. The fastest delivery you will get, can be in at least 3 weeks.

Don't trust what they say in the website that 2-4 days delivery.
Even I paid for 8-10 days delivery ( a big money for shipping cost) I still got my order in 3 weeks.

As I mentioned above because they don't own those jewelry, so what happened to me to every of my orders is after I paid for products and shipping fee about 10 days later, I just got notified that my products are shortage. I got refunded for a product cost but I don't get what I paid for my shipping fee. You see how they are tricky and earn money from you.

It's fine if their product is out of stock but if they can't provide the product I had ordered, they just return my money for a shortage product and a shipping fee of it.

It's so disappointed that they don't know they have that product or not but they let people pay for that product and shipping fee. Then after 10+ days, their just tell customers that they don't have it but the customers paid for it already.
I still can order and pay for a product and a shipping fee for a shortage product from their website now!

One more thing you need to know is, when they return you a money. They don't return it back to your credit card or whatever you had paid but they will return it to your account credit in their website. It means my money is still with them and forces me to buy more products and this issue will happen over and over. Because I still want to use my money in that credit. Another thing, I can't buy anything with that credit ( even that is my money definitely)

My first order had 73 shortage products, they refunded me for a shortage product but wrong amount of shipping fee. I should get $28.46. But they return me for $11.30 only. I had calculated it by total weight I got charged on the day I ordered.

Second order had 50 shortage products. I got refunded for a product
BUT $0 for my shipping fee. I paid for $484.61 for shipping fee. The total of whole order is 40.2kg but minus the shortage product 15.5kg so now the remaining of order is 24.7kg only.
For this order, Nihao Jewelry contacted me that my parcel is overweight 14.8kg so l need to pay extra $125.

24.7-14.8= 9.9kg.
I paid $484.61 for order 9.9kg and I need to pay more $125 for over weight 14.8kg?
So $609.61 for shipping weight 24.7kg?

If I see this on the day I ordered, I won't order it absolutely.

But after we had a conversation they said they would pay it for me $125.

I don't think my shipping weight is over now.
So I need to get some returns for that shortage product weight for $172.66 (refer to the new order I check with a weight of 15.5 kg log same product)

Checked back to my previous order for 27.84kg, I got charged for shipping for $316.62.
It's impossible for now that I need to pay for a shipping fee for $609.61 for 24.7 kg of this order.
It's lighter than last time.

But one thing they need to keep in mind and be noticed is in your website, about shipping info. You charge your customers by weight, not a dimension. With many choices of shipping service and cost.

The customer see and agree with the price of products and price of the shipping they choose before they pay.
So now you can't say that Freight is not only the weight or any excuse because you offer it in your website.
If there's something wrong in this way. You will be responsible for it. Or edit the shipping info to avoid this situation for next time.

Also it's impossible for products which has a shortage product almost haft weight of order will still be over size shipping. I can tell you when I get it. Because I still have the box of my previous order with a lighter weight now.

And Last order, they don't allow me to use my credit in my account (it's my money though) to buy it so I need to pay more in full payment from my credit card. They said that product is not in their platform. Really? It's so tricky company.
I order something delivered from another dealers too (from many countries). This never happened! I get it in hands in a few days( not even week) with same delivery cost.

Note. Today is 15th day, I don't even get my 2nd shipping tracking number. She said to be patient for what I paid 8-10 delivery fee of that $609.61 fee for 24.7kg order

5 stars all around!
When I purchased my first order I was a little nervous buying from a site I have never used. When my order arrived it was beyond my expectations in both quality and delivery! Not only was all the jewelry exactly (if not better) than it looked on the site but my delivery arrived in less than two weeks! Their costumer service is also great, very easy fast and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking to start your own business this is the best wholesale site!
