I am so grateful for the impeccable follow up upon any order that arrives within days. I always get my order fast and free shipping seals the deal. Nutri Essential are an excellent company with customer service that reaches excellence! Their products are the best and they have everything I need and more!

I ordered a $95 ocean mineral supplement from Nutriessential.com. Nutri Essential immediately charged my account. I emailed them after a few days to ask when the product would ship. They were unresponsive and didn't address my concerns. I emailed them every day for a full week all during business days and they never responded. I told them I would file a claim of fraud with my bank which I did and they still never responded. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down. I am going to take legal action (both brothers are attorneys) against them to prevent others from being scammed. BBB please help us shut this company down. Look how many others had the same problem. Lets do justice to these scammers who are taking peoples money and not fulfilling orders or responding to their emails, nor answering the phone. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Worst experience ever. I have ordered more than two months ago. The never shipped my order. At the beginning Nutri Essential kept lying that they shipped but had no trucking number, than they said that the medicine was out of stock and I had to wait longer. Now they do not reply. My order number is #2874

Normally everybody receives a A+ rating there but theirs is a F!

The problem is if you have any problems you can forget about getting a response from them. I put in an order and Nutri Essential shipped me an incomplete order and I had to keep on calling and emailing them to get the problem resolved. Then placed an order later and they shipped me products with very short expiration dates and despite numerous contacts, there were no responses. In short, order at your own risks.

Super irritated. Nutriessentials looked to have a supplement I was searching for. Placed an order Feb 16th. Said it was being shipped - it did not. Reached out Feb 23rd via chat - not a response. Emailed customer service Feb 24th. Asking for update or a response - nothing. Contacted them in March - nothing. Chatted them this afternoon 4.19 - no response. I anticipate that there will be no response to the voicemail and email I left as well. I'd like my money back. Make it right Nutriessentials. Order #10211

I have being using Nutriessential for a few years and i am very impressed. I always get what I order on time. The prices are already low but Nutri Essential also have some great sales. If I have a problem ordering anything, I give them a call and they have excellent customer service. They care for the shipping and replacement option as now a days i was unable to find the replacement of Health Concern products but they provide me the very great range of the other Herbal Brands with the Expedite free shipping. Thank You for helping me.

I placed an order on Dec 3rd for a product supposedly in stock and received an email about my purchase. I signed up for the newsletter because I could receive 15% off my purchase. I never received the code so I sent a message and never received a response. Eva finally replied and told me she would forward my email to an appropriate person. She replied back that the 15% is only applicable to purchases over $75 which is not what is stated on the website. When I asked about my order, she tells me that it is out of stock until the end of the month and will be shipped once received. When I initially placed my order, it never indicated it was out of stock and my credit card was charged. This company is despicable and I will never order from them again. If I don't receive my refund, I will be filing a claim with my credit card company.

I highly recommend Nutriessential and their wonderful products. Nutri Essential went out of their way when there was a problem with my order recently and did everything possible so that I would receive my products as quickly as possible. As a frontline healthcare worker, their products are more important than ever to stay safe.

Im just like one of the many customers of this company who was charged for a product and never recieved it or any kind of explanation why. Their website said the multivitamin I ordered WAS in stock. After nothing for 2 weeks I emailed this company telling them I wanted a refund if this was on backorder. I recieved a reply saying Nutri Essential should have it in stock soon and they have it in gummy form. They totally ignored my request for a refund. I just don't know how a company can repeatly get away with doing this to their customers. How don't they understand this is a terrible way to treat their customers? I'm gonna contact the BBB and everybody I can think of. People need the stuff they are ordering! Quit playing games with people's money! This isn't a one time mistake it's a disturbing pattern. I just wish I woulda check these reviews before I ordered from these crooks not after!

On Dec 7,2019 I rec'd an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. Ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec'd them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors.

I love ordering from Nutriessential because ordering with Nutriessential is so easy. Also, I always get my order in the same day with free and expedite shipping. Whenever I have needed to call for any reason the phone team is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I have ordered Zinc and Vitamin C by Pure Encapsulations from few companies at the same time from my husband and I since we were getting paranoid from this tragic pandemic. The first company that we have received it from was Nutriessential which was drop shipped directly from Pure Encapsulation few days later then usual since in the past we have always receive our supplements need s from them within 2 days but Nutri Essential were faster then the other companies that we have order it from so we are grateful to them.

I ordered and paid for two tubes of cream and on 8-10-15 that same day Nutri Essential told me in an email that they don't have any. So I emailed them back on the next day to say I want a refund. They asked me to buy something else three times, and three times I said no, and three times I asked for a refund. After 18 days of this, I called my bank, and got a refund/chargeback the next day.

Update: 10/10/2015 I received a refund from nutriessential.com and below the comments say that they don't know who I am. I have proof of a refund and proof of emails back and forth from them on the order I gave them as well as their response back to me.

The above "POS CRE" stands for positive credit for a refund for two tubes of Carlson's Key E cream, of which they did not stock on their shelves but sold to me, they never canceled their order, nor said they would provide a refund, until I asked my bank to follow up on this matter.

They say below, " We are a legitimate company," twice, and they said the same thing to me in my emails from them, but I know better. They need to change their ways.

Ordered 8-10-15. Nutriessentials: "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, item... is no longer available. However, we would like to offer the following suggested replacement products for your review and consideration."

Me: 8-11-15 "No thanks. I request a refund."

Me: 8-15-15 "I request a debit card refund, if you have not done so already. Please reply"

Nutriessentials; 8-18-15 "We apologize for the delay. We have forwarded your request to the accounting department to process your credit."

Me: 8-19-15 "Thanks for the update."

Nutriessentials: 8-20-15 "We are a reputable company and we try to assist customers when a product has been discontinued or no longer available."

Me: 8-20-15 "Just a refund."

I contacted my bank on 8-28-15 and received refund/chargeback the next day.

Before I placed my order, I actually reviewed this company and thought it had good reviews from this website. But after my experience and to my surprise I saw that on the Better Business Bureau website, many others experienced the same as I did! I placed an order and waited weeks for shipment, but I never received my order. I also checked the shipment tracking, and the order was never shipped either. I called the company as well as posted a message on their website messaging board, and emailed the company with my order number, and received no answer. I also reported it to my credit card company.

My physician sold me pure encapsulations EPA/DHA pills and I have been taking them for years. The problem was that brand you cannot buy off of the pure encapsulations website as it is normally sold by a doctor's office. I found that same brand on this site for even less money and free shipping. EPA/DHA is the best fish oil and was highly recommended to me by a doctor. I am glad I can buy it online without having to go into the doctor's office.

Love the platform nutriessential.com, I get everything which i needed. 5HTP by Douglas lab and Omega capsules by metagenics, the brands which I Expect and my practitioner (Arizona) recommends. But I can buy the products myself here on Nutriessential.! Prompt service timely delivery.

The fact that Nutri Essential send my products directly from manufacture with latest expiration date and fast free shipping for me is essential since I am ordering supplements and do not want them to be stored incorrectly. Also as their existing customer I always receive special deals and they are very proactive when i contact them.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find some high end supplement brands like Noe Sports, Quicksilver Scientific on this website and Nutri Essential were cheaper here than anywhere else. Wonderful experience and I plan to continue using Nutriessential.com. Speedy quick delivery and nice packaging. The free shipping and frequent discount codes are a huge added bonus too!
