Nuts to you!
I ordered a few bags of our favorite candy on Monday, then decided to try the cinnamon chips and the semisweet chips. At checkout I added the "cooler" protection since the "feels like" temp here in Florida has been over 100 for the past several days…. Things were as Nuts.com should be, all were fine! My order was expected to be delivered on Wednesday, but arrived Tuesday! Amazing! Have recommended this company to my friends….

Fantastic Organic Products, Fabulous Customer Service
Literally, this company could be my personal secret that I would not want to share with anyone because supply and demand might well price me out of their market but the company deserves great reviews. The product is always overnighted to me (I live fairly close) and Nuts.com always follow up with emails requesting product reviews which shows that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Moreover, and most importantly, their product is amazingly high quality. I always order organic nuts and dried fruit from them and each time I am simply in another space of bliss while consuming them because they are so solidly enjoyable. I have ordered the organic salted cashews, organic mango, Turkish figs (a piece of heaven), and the trail mix (with dried organic pineapple!) Theirs is the best trail mix I have ever enjoyed. I just have one raised eyebrow about this company: who can get organic mango to look so beautiful without some artificial preservative? I have yet to ask them. I want to stay blissful but there has to be a catch.

I Love Nuts.com! I first came across their website because I wanted fresh chestnuts for the holidays (the ones at the grocery store were always moldy). I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised. The product was perfect, fresh, and professionally packaged. The most delicious chestnuts I have ever had! Two weeks later, I ordered 2 more bags along with some organic chocolate covered cherries and mini trail mix bags for my kids. Highly, Highly, Highly recommend for personal purchase and gifts!

I RE-ordered thinking they were idiots and the robots hate life.
NOPE.
Same story, second verse.
Email from CS.
Replied immediately.
No response.
Canceled.
FRIDIOTS.
Why the $#%^&* would you have options to enter different shipping and billing if you refuse to accept that its POSSIBLE to have different shipping and billing.
And why would EVERY online retailer in the last 20 years be able to get past that idea and send me the stuff I order, on time, with zero questions?

Rancid Nuts! Stay Away!
I have a great sense of smell and taste and can tell when products, especially nuts are not fresh or rancid. My mother ordered some nuts from nuts.com and I tried them and two bags were rancid so bad I would not even taste, and another two bags hinted at rancidity and when I tried them Nuts.com were definitely not fresh as I expect from my local store. I called to complain and was treated rudely and denied my allegations. I emailed and was given a similar rude treatment. I suspect they procure old products at a discount, put in fancy bags, and sell for a premium to the unitiated on the freshness and danger of rancid oils in their nuts. I would stay away!

I Am NUTS for Nuts.com!
I noticed a commercial one evening highlighting the goodies of Nuts.com and decided to give it a try. Approximately 6 months later, I average a biweekly order and also have items shipped to other family members across the US. With the exception of 1 time when my cashews were a bit stale (I did not return the nuts but made brittle with them... my children loved it!), the items have been fresh tasting. The staff are quick to respond to whatever I communicate with a "nutty" repartee! I will continue to use Nuts.com for my nuts and snacks!

Nuts.com Gone Bad
I was a customer of Nuts.com for years. Their products were always fresh with never a soft, old, or rancid nut in the bunch - and Nuts.com would include a little free product sample with every order! But things have changed in the last year or so. When I started to have a nasty tasting nut in my order, I thought it was a fluke, until it became more and more frequent. With my last order, I had so many soft, rancid nuts (almonds and cashews) that I was afraid to eat them (when almonds go bad, it is not only gross, it is nauseating!). I can no longer recommend buying nuts from nuts.com.

The best products around!
This company has the best products around! I get the Jumbo Raw Peanuts in the shell for my furry friends who are now my outdoor pets, and because I'm across the country in WA state I sometimes run out before my shipment arrives and I have to go to the feed store to get some to tide me over... My little critters do not like these nearly as much. Nuts.com leave these peanuts pretty much as compared to always having to replenish several times a day!

Have had the candy and the dried fruit really incredible! Use to go to Trader Joe's for dried fruit and now just Nuts.com! Their customer service is superb!

Very Disappointed
Received my order today, including allegedly light roasted Kenyan whole bean and Brazil
Nuts. The Kenyan is not light roasted, assuming it is Kenyan, but rather black
And oily. Delicate coffees like Kenyan and Tanzanian are ruined when
Over roasted. It tastes like crap and doesn't smell good either. I want a
Refund on the coffee. Tried it twice and got sick both times. Nuts.com may have a disgruntled employee filling their orders. If they shipped what they advertised and what I
Ordered, I would have been a customer for life.

Shipping fees
I actually like the products from this company. They're fresh unlike a lot of other companies. The one thing I hate is the Shipping prices and Nuts.com definitely dont have enough discounted items. Another bad practice... They offered free shipping on a total amount... you meet that amount BUT if youre shipping to two different locations... the deals Off the table. Thats crappy because my total had already met the minimum for the deal regardless. Other words False Advertising on their part.

A Customer for Life
This company provides a quality product, excellent customer service, and will work with you to solve any issue you may have. It all started when I received a gift from a friend: a variety of nuts--fresh, delicious. Then I ordered a special package for my spouse. Nuts.com has gourmet malted milk balls. And unbelievably delicious chocolate covered fruit and nuts. I'm now a dedicated fan. I'm sending all my extended family members Nuts.com goodies for Christmas.

Billing error
Have used Nuts.com for years buying their pickling spice which is excellent. There was a computer glitch on their end tonight when I ordered a 1lb bag and had to log out before I could pay. Logged back in ordered my 1lb bag and checked out but forgot to notice Nuts.com charged me for 2. Got my email confirmation and called their 800# got put through immediately to a live intelligent CSR. Credited me the 1lb error on the second bag and I was done. 5 minutes max start to finish the way a company should handle these issues and a company you want to do business with.

They're my hero!
They're my hero! Nuts.com have great prices, especially on spices. Their quinoa can't be beat. Not only a great price but it comes pre-washed. Love that you can make your own snack mix. Lots of items, well organized. Their shipping is always super fast. I usually receive my package the next day! My only complaint is they never seem to have any promotions. If that means I can always rely on them for competitive or best prices and fast shipping, so be it. Oh and they usually put a little sample of something in with each package. A nice surprise.

Nuts about Nuts.com
I discovered Nuts.com in 2015 while living off-grid and 50 road-miles from the nearest grocery store. UPS delivered to my location. I have always enjoyed great service, great customer service, fantastic products with a wider selection that I could find in grocery stores. I have moved 4 times since 2015. Still using Nuts.com. Most of the time, the orders arrive before the date suggested in the order-on-its-way notification. Very happy to support them and be supported by them.

Mostly delicious
Placed a first order from Nuts.com. Fast shipping, placed it on Sunday evening, had it by Wednesday. I am extremely happy with the Key Lime pretzels, Nuts.com are yummy! The Cherry Almond Granola is great too. Also ordered the unsweetened banana chips. Disgusting. They have absolutely no banana flavor at all. I brought them to work to share, not one of my coworkers liked them, most spit them out and one even said it was like chewing flavorless cardboard. I would order the other items again but hard pass on the banana chips. I cannot even imagine the sweetened ones being good. I mean there was NO banana flavor at all.

Extremely Paranoid Compnay
Placed several orders and every time Nuts.com stopped my order claiming Potential Fraud. Not sure why as I have NEVER had an issue placing orders online. I used my AMX card to place the orders again thinking may be there a problem with my first card even though the bank approved the transaction, but they continued to stop/flag my orders. Finally, I called them to inquire about their paranoid behavior, I got someone who was in a VERY BAD MOOD, spoke over me, and as I proceeded to give him the Order Number, he said something I didn't understand and hung up on me. Avoid these folks at any cost. Not only their products are pretty pricy, they have been nominated as the CUSTOMER NO SERVICE company and won that prize/title hands down.

NUTS GOOD
The good. Nice packaging and yes even though you pay for it, good delivery service The bad the product is just not good. I have ordered quite a few times. I love nuts and keep hoping it will improve. But it just gets worse. The nuts are often soggy and nasty and sometimes over cooked and dry and crumble, the product is never the same, sometimes way to much salt sometimes almost no salt. Still have never had a really good bag. The web site is truly hard to use and does not allow you to go back to the section you are in thus you must start back at the beginning each search. The ugly. The people. Call in with a problem and Nuts.com are plain nasty. Then they do you a real big favor and add a credit for the product to your account. Well a five dollar credit that is only good if I order again and pay the fourteen dollar shipping charge. Get the point there guaranty is useless. I have tried and tried and hoped but I now know I must shop elsewhere. BE WARE THERE WEB SITE IS FIXED AND ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALLOWED

How long before nuts go stale?
I ordered from you last year and received my order fairly quickly. I don't remember having any issues with the shipping. I do remember, however, that most of the nuts in the order were stale. The dark chocolate covered almonds were delicious. If Nuts.com were stale, it was covered by all the chocolate. The dried fruit was also delicious.The rest of the order that involved nuts, was stale. Because of that, I will not be ordering from you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends. There is no malice in what I am saying, only truth. I don't remember my order number and am not looking for recompense. I just thought you should know. Thank you very much, from a former customer,

Screw your incentive!
Nuts.com will not fulfill the $15 incentive after I spent over $60 (needed to spend$50). Their system kept dropping items and shutting down the order page thus loosing the link which awarded the incentive. Two days After order was delivered I realized I had not been given the incentive. Called the customer service number and rep said I had not checked the box and I was ineligible to get the incentive. Later called back and 2nd service rep said they would award me another incentive for my next order. Wrote to customer service and the reply was the same thing Buy another 50 dollars and you can have the incentive Did not acknowledge that their website was rigged to make the customer loose the incentive by shutting down the order page periodically. How cheap can you get? Bet their organic items are not organic.! Crooks!

I feel compelled to write about this company because...
I feel compelled to write about this company because Nuts.com have both superior product and a sense of humor. Yes, they sell nuts and everything associated with nuts that you can imagine, but here's the thing: the product comes in these astonishing boxes with stuff scrawled all over it like Thanks For Your Order My Nutty Friend, and We're Nuts And Proud Of It, etc, etc. Really goofy. The actual nuts themselves are higher quality than in the supermarket and cheaper per pound. I tried to get a discount because we have a cat named Peanut--but they wouldn't go for it. Anyway: good company, good product.

Contaminated Products
We received a contaminated products which we became ill from. Contacted nut.com and Nuts.com acted like idiots. Treated the whole affair like some grade school child -completely cavalier for a serious event that has two state Health Department investing the product. It was a chocolate mix from a company in PA contaminated with bacteria from which we go sick. Nut.com stated, CS, that they would get their food safety people involved -they have NO food safety people. Part of their problem is that they use bins and fill packages from the bins which result in really cramped, damaged, broken, squashed product - The product was tested and found to be contaminated. Since nut.com behaved like happy idiots we just will no longer order from them and await the state agency results. Go somewhere else to buy and be safe- your health is too important to be treated so lightly by Nut.com

Order # 699 66 66. Arrived next day. Nothing impressive -- I did pay $5.99 for overnight delivery. I had no choice to go with lesser shipping expenses. I did not need the package to arrive so quickly!
Nuts.com post 'testimonials' themselves. You have no option in their menu to post ANYTHING. Not even after receiving their goods. Overpriced stuff. Organic dried strawberries: 1lb for $18.99. FROM CHINA! LOADED WITH SUGAR and canola oil. 30 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER 40 GRAMS OF PRODUCT. It felt like I bought 340 grams/11 onces of sugar with a few strawberries in it.
Invoice inside the box did not have the prices. Only the list of what was ordered.
They DO NOT DO returns. They promised a store credit. Which does not show anywhere.

Great service and products from nuts.com
I have dealt with this company for 2 years now and each time I have ordered from them the product is fresh, delivered quickly, and nicely packaged. Nuts.com are able to provide product I am unable to obtain where I live. They have a wide variety of products. They have never made a mistake on my order and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to deal with this company and can thus far recommend them to anyone.

All about single-use plastic waste
I want to love the company because I believe in buying in bulk to minimize waste. However for a long time now I have been asking them about their packaging that is all single-use plastic waste. Nuts.com have repeatedly shared they are committed to the environment and that they are looking into other solutions, but it has been almost two years of the same response. Meanwhile other companies selling in bulk are switching to paper or offer their customers a legitimate recycling program. I find Nuts.com disingenuous in their efforts to reduce plastic waste. It's their responsibility to change their environmentally disastrous habit. And it's our responsibility as consumers to not patronize those companies who are not changing.

Nuts.com is a family-owned business that sells a huge selection of nuts, dried fruit, candy, and lots of baking and cooking supplies. Every time I have ordered from Nuts.com, the product has been fresh and high-quality. I ordered their custom tray for my Thanksgiving table and it was such a hit, I'm planning to order many more as gifts for friends and family. Not only is their site great, Nuts.com also have great customer service and fast shipping.

Surprised by bad reviews; love Nuts.com
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Nuts.com. I buy in fairly large quantity to treat a maintenance team from time to time. There's enough variety (sweet, salty, soft, chewy, spicy) that every taste bud is satisfied. Appreciate the single-serve packages throughout COVID. Products have arrived well-labeled, fresh and in fun packaging. During a recent heatwave, the chocolates were solid except for the fudge, which got a little squishy (at 104 in the back of a delivery truck, I'd be squishy, too!). The ice packs really help. Customer service has been excellent. Sorry others have had bad experiences. No complaints here.

Disappointed in my order.
I bought 5 items from nuts.com, I must say for a Company that brags so much about how tasty and good Nuts.com are, they sure don't deliver. Some of the old time candy I remember as a kid like fruit slices and sesame crunch were watered down weak versions of the original, and every item but one was stale and had an awful texture. When I contacted the company they said I must have stored the product wrong, funny all the other food kept in the same place is fine. There is no expiration date on anything. My recommendation for those seeking the old time candy try Amazon, I have and everything so far has been fresh.

Sourced From CHINA
Beware! I ordered spirulina, organic barley powder, wheatgrass powder, chlorella powder, and bee pollen, and found out afterwards that Nuts.com are all sourced from CHINA. Anyone with common sense knows that products from China cannot be trusted, even if they've "passed inspection". Anything grown in China has a higher level of toxins and are more prone to contamination. You get what you pay for. Nuts.com is cheap for a reason.

Great products fast delivery
I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied with this company. I first ordered Lemon Drops that are outrageously good, I then ordered the circus peanuts, something my Mother used to buy when I was a kid, Nuts.com brought back many fond memories, and the shipping is FAST I ordered on Wednesday afternoon, it was here on Thursday morning, After looking at there many products I am thinking I will be ordering a few more things, more than satisfied with this company.

Bad company
Not only a bad company but very nasty unprofessional HR, management and supervisor i stay home during the covid19 so I won't get my wife and kids sick because there are over 100 employees at one place two punch in machines and staffs do not clean there hands properly people at the warehouse put there hands with no gloves eating the chocolates and stealing candiesincluding the warehouse supervisor i just can't believe that be happening there i worked there and I got let go because HR claimed i abandoned the job when I was following cdc protocols I'm taking this to my lawyer.
