Great nuts, Great business!
This is a first class company! My orders, including gift orders, have been fulfilled with 100% satisfaction. Great variety of nuts, dried fruit, jams, gifts, etc. The only place I can get organic crystalized ginger with no sulfur dioxide or other preservatives. Great variety of organic products, which is a plus in my book; no preservative or junk additives. Shipping is prompt even during holiday period. This one is a keeper.

I love this site!
I love this site! After moving away from our home city, I still had desire to have my beloved bubble teas every now and then, but could not find the tapioca pearls (bubble) for the drink locally. While looking for something else, I found this this site and was so happy to find my beloved pearls without having to buy a giant quantity. The site has a very nice variety of nuts, candies, spices, etc. I literally received my shipment the next day, I don't even know how that is possible!

STORE CREDIT FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT. NO REFUNDS
I purchased 5 pounds of "lightly salted" cashews from this company and the bag I received was a mixture of fresh, rancid and broken nuts imported from various countries around the world. I contacted "Nuts.com" customer service and told them the cashews were inedible and was told by the customer service representative I would receive a refund and to toss the nuts in the garbage which I did. When no refund was issued to my AMEX card I contacted the company again was told I would only receive a "store credit". I told the representative there was nothing I desired to to order from the store after my experience with the "bad" cashews and I was still not issued a refund. I called AMEX disputing the charge and was given a credit by AMEX. AMEX then contacted the company and after 30 daysI was told that I was at fault for the transaction (at fault for what?) and AMEX reversed the original credit to me. However, I have reopened the dispute. How can "Nuts.com" give me store credit and force me to buy something from their website which I don't want? Why do Nuts.com have the right to keep my money when I don't want to do any further business with them? The following is the company's present policy: "With safety as our top priority for our employees and our customers, we are suspending all returns and refunds at this time." So what does that mean? The customer is left between a "rock and a hard place". What is even more surprising is AMEX siding with "Nuts.com" and allowing them to hold my money hostage. I consider this plain theft and I am not going to concede this battle until I get the refund I am entitled to. I want my money so I can order from a company which has a better product and has a more responsive and responsible customer service.

I have been ordering from Nutsonline since 2008
I have been ordering from Nutsonline since 2008. I placed an order on 11/23/2011 and was sent an email by Nutsonline that the package was shipped on 11/25 and would be received on 11/29/2011. I did not receive. I sent an email to customer service and received an email stating that Nuts.com would place a package trace with FedEx and try to see what happened to package. They also said if I had not received package by 12/2/2011 to let them know and they would resend. I sent an email back and stated that wasn't okay with me. That it wasn't my fault that the package was lost and they should have sent package out again. I told them I wanted my money back and to forget it. They have not answered back. I would steer clear of this company. They DO NOT HAVE A 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated on the website. Find someone else to order from.

Don't order here, especially raw foodists
I ordered 12 lbs of dates to make a raw vegan cake. The website didn't list them as steamed or pasteurized so I figured Nuts.com were raw which is what I wanted. Just err on the side of caution I called the company before the product shipped to confirm... They didn't have an answer.,. Or so they claimed. They didn't get back to me at all via phone or email. I had to reach out via Facebook and still no answer. Finally I called again and was told they need more time to hear from the vendor. They said they would reply by evening but never did so I called again the next day. The phone rep said they were steamed after all and that they would requisition the order from FedEx to be shipped back but refused to refund me until they got the product back even though I never had it in my possession and it's their fault for taking so many days to give me an answer that I had to pull out of them. I called FedEx and it turns out they never contacted them to send back the package so I had to request FedEx to do it. Today I get a message from nuts.com via Facebook who said they ether didn't have that info or that it was proprietary and they don't comment the info on whether their products are steamed or not. Basically they were too lazy, liars, and didn't want to give me the info because they're a shady unethical company that isn't transparent about their product... because that would probably result in people like me not buying their product. This way they can trick raw foodists (who mainly get calories from nuts and dates and order them by the case regularly) who might not think to look deeper into this and would assume their products are raw. Nuts.com even has a section on raw foodism and why people do it making me think they actually might care. They don't. They're out to make a buck and they don't care at all about their customers needs. Their whole silly jingle and claims that they provide good customer service are just a smoke screen for the truth. That they don't care at all. Don't do business with this company. The will steal your money and give you sub par products and purposely lie about it.

Amazing!
First of all, until I tried Nuts.com's products, I don't think I've really tasted and enjoyed nuts and dried fruits the way Nuts.com are supposed to taste. I've always just bought grocery store brands, but recently I went organic vegan, and so I was looking for a better alternative to the usual stuff you find in your local store. I must say, your products are outstanding! The apricots! OMG! The figs! Whoa! The nuts! Taste! The depth of flavor and freshness of your products are just incredible. Thank you so much for proving a great product, awesome customer support, and super fast shipping. Definitely a customer for life. Thank you!

Bad nuts
I ordered 41.00 dollars worth of nuts and seeds. Very happy to receive my order 2 days later with free shipping. Unfortunately the nuts were stail. In doing so I received a $41 credit and did not have to return anything tonight I reordered different items hoping I will be happy this time we'll see. I am wondering if my order is bad again if I can receive a full credit on my credit card for the entire amount. I will be back to let you know thank you Steve.

Congratulations! I always thought nothing is free but it seems I was wrong, I recently purchased some, hard to find, chocolate covered orange peel. Nuts.com are very, very good. As I was emptying the shipping box,"When what to my wondering eyes did appear..." but a free holiday tin of four different treats, including surprisingly yummy, chocolate-covered gummy bears and tiny white chocolate pretzels! This, I assume was unsold holiday merchandise, which you could have been sold at reduced cost. Instead you added them, free-of-charge, including shipping, to my order. What a company! FYI, I'm going to repost this on ReviewFeeder.com; you may want to take a look. Have a prosperous New Year!

I love Nuts.com
I love Nuts.com! I have ordered from nuts.com for years, mostly organics for my home-made trail mix. Nuts.com has the best products: selection variety, lots of organics and it is always fresh and delicious. Delivery is prompt, and the packaging always makes me smile. Service has always been accurate and the freebies are innovative. Nuts.com made this a merry holiday for my sister and helped me to be with her tangibly, when all travel is restricted. It is my go-to shop for personal snack and cooking supplies and for gifts.

Terrible customer service
Nuts.com sent the wrong item 4 times in a row. When I complained they complained about my complaining. The head of their customer service called me and told me that I should act with better decorum. I was upset when I wrote them the fourth time after I had been advised they would not make this mistake again. But I stayed within the lines of civility. * wrote to me like she was talking to a small child. I will never do business with them again and I strongly suggest you do not.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TASTY OR GOOD!
I ordered their mixed bag of candy fruit slices... and what I got was a warm bag of sweaty wet 90% watermelon flavored slices. When I complained Nuts.com stated they'd refund my money or send me another order. I wanted these as I used to get them as a kid 40 years ago... I even asked for specific flavors in my bag, which should be possible since it's a custom printed bag with dorky poems written on it, but what did I get yet again? Rather than put the flavors I requested(and I was even clear if they can't do that I preferred 100% raspberry for my replacement order) they sent yet another bag of mostly watermelon... hot and sweaty again because the geniuses there spend all the money on a custom bag rather than nice foam coolers with decent ice packs. So since they don't seem to give a rats behind I decided to leave them bad feedback. A simple solution to a problem they agreed to fix yet did the exact same thing again. You've been warned folks! And you will pay EXTRA for a tiny tiny'ice pack' that is rated to stay frozen for about 45-minutes... which means it is probably melted before it even leaves their facility on a truck. Pathetic. Sad. Ripoff.

Embarrassment as a gift
I purchase from all sorts of companies and have goodies shipped to family out of state. This one was by far the worst! I had a decent size order which I was having shipped to my Mother for her birthday. Nuts.com split the order in two... I have no idea why... then they said there were "cooling" packs to keep the products fresh for delivery. The first package was received with chocolate covered pretzels, dried fruit and fruit chew candies as melted as their "cooler" packs. The second shipment was supposed to arrive today and of course it is delayed so I'm sure those chocolate items will be a nice messy disaster once received. So disappointed and what a waste of money! There are a million companies out there that invest in their packing materials so their items arrive in perfect condition, not this one!

Bad Customer Service to Loyal Customer
I have been a regular customer of Nuts.com for years but after last week's experience with their customer service, I will never order from them again. Nuts.com act like they are the only online nut company and it is not true.
I made a order which included their special offer and to fit my travel schedule, I requested a shipping date which was 2 days later. However, when I received my order confirmation, the shipping date had been change to 5 days later. When I contacted their customer service requesting the shipment on the original date, they CANCELED my order and told me to reorder! When I tried to reorder their special offer was not available! When I contacted them again, they essentially said "their way or the highway"! I have since found a least expensive supplier of nuts that are just as good!

Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
I have to say that these are so delicious and soft that you could just let them melt in your mouth if you wanted to! Nuts.com are the softest marshmallows ever and the taste is truly incredible! I had such a hard time putting the bag down so I took them back into the kitchen and kept thinking about them so needless to say I did this a few times and end up eating the whole bag within a couple of hours! I just couldn't stop eating them because they were so delicious! Truly! If you love marshmallows or just like them for that matter but like toasted coconut marshmallows more than plain, then seriously you gotta try these! I PROMISE you will not be sorry! The thing that will go through your mind besides how utterly great they are will be, "why didn't I buy more?!". I'm surprised they aren't charging more for these pieces from heaven!

Nuts.com awesome attitude and great service
I have ordered from here a couple of times and I was very impressed with the service I received and the super fast service out of all of my online shopping nobody tops nuts.com's verity of products great service and super fast delivery and the writings on the boxes gives me impression that there's happy people that work there and it always puts a smile on our faces when we see that box. Thank you and keep up the great work.

My order was delivered great on time and fresh, most of all it was 102.3 outside with the humidity and my chocolate and buckeye's and dark chocolate peanut butter cups was fresh and yummy. Not melted nor a dent. I was so over whelming with the quality and service. I am on board with this new upcoming company going straight to the top. WORST CHOCOLATE COVERED NUT
I was given as a gift chocolate covered walnuts. A huge bag GREEN BAG AND IT IS FROM NUTS.COM IT IS ON THE BAG AND ALL OVER THE BOX I RECEIVED. The sender told me Nuts.com were purchased from Nuts.com. It was a gift sent to me. It was big balls of chocolate no walnuts except for chips that you could not even taste. Say what it is tiny chips of a few walnuts inside a ball of chocolate. Don't scam people into thinking they are purchasing chocolate covered Walnuts. Horrible company and the reviews mostly are probably friends and family scam reviews because I COULD NOT LEAVE A REVIEW.

DO NOT Believe This Company's Claim of Overnight Delivery!
I placed two separate orders from this company-BOTH ORDERS containing chocolate products-because the company claims that Nuts.com do overnight delivery. Three days passed, NO DELIVERY. Today I received a notice that the products will take at least FOUR DAYS TO DELIVER, even though the company is only ONE STATE AWAY and I ordered BEFORE THE WEEKEND. Damn, it's a good thing that the company CHARGED ME EXTRA to send the food in heat-resistant packaging. I'm betting that when it finally arrives, that everything that is chocolate will be a melted mess... then the company won't refund my money (and their products are EXPENSIVE)!:-(

BURNED PEANUTS
I do not wish to reorder the pound of large peanuts that I ordered on line. When I contacted Nuts.com to report the issue with burned nuts that I was shipped, Nuts.com did give me a credit to purchase another pound of peanuts but, I would again need to pay the $9 shipping cost. Beware, their customer service is not good. They are not aware of what it takes to make things right with customers who did not receive outstanding products as advertised.

I have just read Customer reviews who purchased from Nuts.com, Most of the complaint about poor Customer Services and Shipment at wrong addresses. Never ship new products against rotten Nuts or misplaced Shipment... I have selected variety of Herbs and Seeds from Nuts.com, But I am Confused after read these Reviews Although Their Company profile is Commendable and impressive. One customer called them Clown after a Bad experience Shopping. What should I do?
