Not concerned nor do they have any concern for the public's safety...
This company is like any other! All OfferUp are concerned with is making money and they'll do it with no regards to anyone's safety or well being! They hide behind a computer and that is why they don't have a number where someone can be reached! I've posted ads on there and they remove it. Only to see others posting similar ads as mine and nothing happens! I've called them out in it numerous times and to no avail, nothing was done. Then they remove my account stating that I had inappropriate items or postings! Straight B/S that's what that was... My posting were on there for months and nothing until I started calling them out on the way they screen or watch what's being posted. There's no consistency on the this app and as I stated, their only concern is making money just like any other company! This app and all those associated with this company aren't worried about anything other than numbers and reviews that is to their benefit or makes them look good! Many times I saw items that they deem inappropriate but yet it's not removed and when it's brought to their attention they still do nothing about it. As I mentioned, me calling them out and telling them that they need to get it together lead to my account being deleted. They offer no safety measures nor do they at least try to educate the public about safety. If you want to risk buying stolen items or take a chance at meeting someone who may rob, assault or shoot you then this is the place to post... R. R, Dallas Texas! Y para Mi GENTE, Mi RAZA, Mi PAISAS y Los LATINOS! No publican con Offer Up! No les importa la gente o comunidad Hispana or Mexicanos! Se los digo por experiencia... Que dios me los bendiga...

Not good
I've sold quite a bit on OfferUp and was very happy with everything until now.

A customer makes an offer, I accepted the offer, printed the label, and shipped it off like so many times before.
3 days later I get a message from OfferUp saying that shipping has been extended and that if I do not ship the item, the sale will be canceled. Odd, because I can easily click on the previous message sent by OfferUp and view the tracking information. Tracking states that it is in transit.
So I go looking for a customer service phone number. There is no number or email anywhere on the site. Any "contact us" button loops you back to a page full of unhelpful articles. I finally find a phone number on a website called "pissedconsumer". Great.
I call and call and call. No answer.
So I decide to respond to an email OfferUp went previously about a different item. I got several auto responses back... so I guess we'll see.

As it stands now, the customer will get his August smart lock and I will not be paid for it. If this changes I will edit this review, but I'm not hopeful after reading the other reviews.

If this does not get resolved, I will stop selling on OfferUp all together and stick with eBay.

Poor Customer Service
There is no real way to connect with someone when you need help, just a list of FAQ's. No phone number at all. When using the shipping feature beware. OfferUp has changed the service fees several times since I originally listed an item. I sold a video game 8 months ago for $5, paid 10% listing fee. No problem, I knew there would be fees. During this same time I had listed another video game which recently sold and paid a service fee of $1.99! Sold something for $5, got $3.01. I thought it to be a mistake, so I had to trick the contact section about a refund (seeing I was trying to get a refund for some of the service fee). Brandon was my contact there, and he was not very understanding of my situation at all. Refused to refund me anything, pointed out TOS I had agreed to and that OfferUp can change service fees whenever OfferUp want without notifying anyone - although that's not exactly what it says in righting. It says in Section 3B regarding Seller Fees "OfferUp reserves the right to change the Service Fees from time to time." We're talking a buck fifty, and they won't budge. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and support surrounding these issues. Seller beware of service fee changes. Ebay has the decency to keep you informed, OfferUp does not care. I asked for Brandon's supervisor name and contact info, but because I had mentioned legal action they refused to email/communicate anymore. So ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible
I bought a phone on the site and paid for shipping on August 7th. It was stated as new and unlocked. I get the phone on the 13th. It was not new and I couldn't even activate on Sprint. I mailed it back to the seller. I complained to ou. It took militia attempts and OfferUp couldn't understand why I wouldn't send photos of the phone. I told them I mailed it back and provided the proof. I had to pay for shipping to me and to return it even though it was not my fault. The seller got the phone on August 17th. Ou finally got manager involved and I have written something like every day and sometimes two times per day since 14th or 15th asking for my money back. I do not have a new phone and they are still holding my money. The manager also needed proof phone got to the seller. I provided. He's saying the seller is saying they didn't get it. I found the seller on FB marketplace and asked what's going on. He says he got the phone back and he was locked out of ou. I provided the screen shots of the seller stating that. The manager hasn't helped. Why have customer service reps if they cannot help and why have managers if they can't help? I filed with bbb yesterday. Look on there and see how they have had hundreds of complaints in the last 12 months. If they had a phone number this could be resolved so quickly. Get a phone number offer up! And give me my money back. So almost 3 weeks since purchase and nothing yet.

Beware of scammers
Two scammers (or maybe it's the same person) reached out to me just days after I posted an item. Both of them sounded eager to make the purchase and wanted to send checks and schedule a mover to pick up. OfferUp promised that the movers would pick up after the check clears. They even offered straight up to pay for shipping/add more money to help secure the item. I knew this was too good to be true so I started doing some research on how these people could scam you using checks that could clear. Apparently, these people want you to believe that their check is real, so after you deposit it into your account thinking you've gotten the money, the money could get taken away if the bank later realizes there's something wrong with the check. However, you would have already shipped the item and paid for the movers.
So don't waste your time with people who will only pay via checks unless you can find a local branch and take cash out using the check. Needless to say, after i told these two scammers that I will only take a check from a bank with a local branch and have to get it cashed before we schedule the movers, they went crickets.

The many ways OfferUp sucks
I could literally write a blog about OfferUp. I collect video games. When I originally got offerup, there was no shipping option, everything was local. It was great, I found a lot of good games for a decent price, I was happy. The sellers got rid of some stuff OfferUp no longer wanted, got some cash, they were happy. When Offerup added the shipping option, I was so excited to see the huge selection of hard to find games available. Since that time however, I have bought and received 2 things. I tried to buy a lot more, but ran into sooo mannnnyyy problems.
#1 people flat out ignoring you, #2 Someone accepting your offer, then cancelling, Sometimes they tell you they got offered more money, sometimes they just ignore you. #3 I made an offer (on several occassions) the offer is exactly what they were asking, i get ignored by the seller, I then message the seller and see that they saw the message, no response. #4 People accept your offer and never send the item. The app tells you that a label has been created and your item is shipped, only to have your money tied up for a week and no update to the tracking, and finally if all goes well, a refund. #5 (the worst problem I have with this app) Everyone thinks that their video games are so precious and worth so much according to such and such dot com. One thing I bought when offerup was only local was a nintendo 3DS XL for $30. Now for some strange reason I cant find one for under $75. When sellers try to figure out how much they should ask for when selling a game, they must be pulling numbers directly from their asses. The game prices on Offerup dont compare to Ebay, Amazon, Pricecharting, gamevaluenow, or anywhere else I have ever looked. And if you make an offer, well *see problems 1-4. You will be called a Lowballer and people will tell you "I know what these are worth". No, you don't, you only know how much Gamestop charged you for it 3 years ago. #6 Sellers telling you they won't sell you their product because they only want to sell it locally (even though they took the time to check the box that says "sell nationwide") or they only ship using Cashapp or Venmo or some other painfully obvious scam.
There are other problems I'm sure you'll encounter if you download this useless app, but these are just a few common ones. Thanks for listening.

Why not use Craigslist?
CRaigslist is free (for buyers, for sellers, pics, etc.). Seller has total control of self-posting, changing asking price, removing a post, as well as preferred method of contact (phone, email--masked by CL, or text).
CL has only 50 employees, but 60 million users per MONTH in U.S. There are no ads/no-frills, and owner/founder has refused to "commercialize" with ads or fees.

(However, CL does charge up to $75 for a job posting in 39 cities, $10 for brokered apartment listings in areas like NYC and San Francisco, as well as $3-$7 for furniture and other Dealers in certain markets.)
Plus, you can filter to see only "for sale by owner" --the VAST majority of posters--and skip the dealers!

I am not one of CL's 50 employees (I wish), but I have used it for years. I found a buyer for my grandmother's house in NC from Austin, TX; sold my Subaru in Austin for $7,000 (within 10 hours of posting, AFTER having been offered a mere $2,500 as trade-in from local dealer); found amazing renters for my house while I was going to be taking a 2-year contract job in another state; etc. (advice, look under "housing wanted" to get a good sense of who wants to rent and why... tried posting my house for rent first and ended up with lots of: will you take me, my boyfriend, 4 kids, 2 pit bulls, and reduce rent by 25%!)

Lastly, even with CL, assume 1/2 of responders will not show up, NEVER agree to hold anything, as you are likely to be "stood-up" and lose a sale. Make clear, first-come, first-served, cash-in-hand.

Bottom line, there is a well-established alternative. Just think about it, if a website is advertising on national TV, OfferUp HAVE to make that $ back somehow.

Offer Up is not the app for shipping nationwide
I have been selling on offer up for a few years. I was excited about their decision to offer shipping and gain more customers around the country. I have tried three times to give offer up the benefit of the doubt but I must say OfferUp are failing miserably. I wait my 7 days after customer received the item and still do not get paid. I email support where I get the first canned response, then the second canned response forwarding my issue to the appropriate department, then the 3rd response from someone claiming to have corrected the internal issue and to expect my deposit in 3-5 more business days, blah blah. I respond back that I think they should expedite my payment due to their issue. I then get an email stating I can pay for expedited deposit on the next sale. Just ridiculous. That does nothing for me now and how rude to act as though I am ok with their "so called" customer resolution. I changed all my offers to exclude the option to ship Nationwide. It should not take 2-3 weeks to get paid. I get paid from Poshmark and Mercari within a week after shipping my items. Offer Up is not ramped up to provide this service.

Worst Customer Service Since let it go merge
The Customer Service Staff is so under eduated on the actual support that needs to be handled. OfferUp don't have a clue as to whats going on. The site sucks even more the error and complaints are common such as lack of access to the site do to script error in processing authentication. Its been 6 months and I personally haven't been able to access the site with my account and they keep saying that they are working on it. Wait 6 months and not having a clue as to how to fix a authentication error. They need to hire new programmers because the ones they have are dumb if they can't fix that issue at the most in a few days, but month and knowing this that they closed my case(s) each time that I have requested and have never been fixed, but the case closed. They can;'t even get that right. They aren't a scalable company they are a flawed company. It's useless trying to discuss it with them via email because the moron on the other side answers the same 1) We have no problems on our side 2) We see the problem and are working on it 3) We are aware of the issue and are working on it. Come on different answers for the same contacted problem and closing the case multiple times. Yes multiple time as each time I contact them after a few days and trying to ask for updates the automated system will send you a standard message saying the case is closed and you need to submit a new support ticket request.

No wonder why people are dissatisfied with their support its because they have none. If your are screwed over by a seller they can care less, its not their problem. Stay away from these imbeciles.

This sight is crap and they allow thieves
I went and set up a price on the product I was purchasing from someone a time of the delivery from this person we had a price a contract and everything going on in a deal and OfferUp sold it on me telling me they got what they were asking for it and now I am dealing with OfferUp and i can't get ahold of anyone to actually speak with so I am just assuming that OfferUp is just as much of a criminal and thieves as the people they allowed to sell their belongings on this site if I were you I would avoid this site as much as possible and try to sell your stuff in person because OfferUp will not help you in any way shape or form to get you your product or get you your stuff they are just as much as thieves as the people that are selling their stuff on this so with that being said please avoid OfferUp at as much as as you can so I will not be looking for anything any longer on this thieving site with thieving people selling their thieved items so good luck to whoever else will deal with these people and this lying thieving company run run run do not sell your stuff on this site because if you get taken by someone you will get taken by someone OfferUp does not help you they will not help you and they do not help you at all don't look for the help don't ask for the help you will not receive the help so when somebody doesn't follow through with a legal binding contract with you OfferUp does not and will not help you it's just someone that set up a site and they just sit back and watch I am not choosing to leave a star I have to if I had my way I would leave a negative 10

More downside than craiglist, et al with no real upside
It looks fancier, and it has a way for buyers and sellers to prove their identity, but it doesn't work any better than craigs list. The vast majority of buyers and sellers are flakes: buyers mostly don't follow through, sellers seem to take whatever the asking price is and divide by ten to get to an offer price. But it gets worse... once an item is on the site, there's no way to remove it, and sellers have no incentive to mark it sold. There's a buyer protection program for shipped items which puts the seller at a great disadvantage.

So, for sellers, using the site is expensive, fee-wise, and leaves them on the hook for bad buyer behavior. For buyers, the ususal classified ad seller behavior hasn't changed: most are still unreliable.

For local stuff it is no better or worse than craig's list but i would never give offerup my identity details or sell anything that required shipping through this website. It is just a matter of how much time you want to invest in posting or surfing on websites.

What *is* surprising is how much money these guys have raised from venture capitalists to rebuild craig's list with fancy website tools. Really? Tell me again how OfferUp actually generate revenue without turning those personal details you gave them into ad revenue?

Waste of Time
Offer Up is great because it has a system in place were users are verified, which gives buyers/seller a bit of feeling secure with whom you are dealing with on the site. That is if you carefully scan the site for True members and pass by those many many many seemingly shady postings. My main complaint with offer up is that to many members waste your time with questions, low ball price, make plans to meet then cancel at the last minute. Even is you mention on your post that you mark as "sold" once sold people still ask "is it still available?" or if you mention the price is "firm" OfferUp still offer a lower price or insult you with a ridiculous offer. In my opinion Offer Up should find a way for users to be more respectful of sellers time and be more serious about what they are interested in buying,,, Before I sell an item I must get 20-30 text daily. Then when I finally get someone who is serious and we make meet up arrangements I am always thinking they will be a "No Show", which has happened. Offer Up is not worth the aggravation and stress from people wasting your time with low balling, asking questions already outlined in the posting and last minute cancellations. There should be a way to monitor these people and close their account if there is an excessive pattern of wasting someone's time. I will be cancelling my membership...

THIS APP IS FULL OF SCAMMERS! BEWARE!
This joke of an app deserves ZERO stars! I was scammed out of $650! No way I'm getting my money back. Their customer service doesn't care about you and protects the scammers instead of the consumers. Please don't use this app ever! The offer that I was scammed with has created over 40 scam accounts on this app with the same or similar description, different variations of the same name or new names and different locations dating back to April 2021. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you want to be scammed and never get your money back then this is the perfect app for you. I reported all the fake scam accounts and posts but this company doesn't care enough to stop them. If you don't believe me look it up on Google. There's tons of review websites with complaints about this app. OfferUp has been getting this types of complaints since 2018 and haven't done squat to fix it. A person even tried to sue them which you can see as well. The CEO went as far as telling people to post about their experiences on YouTube when clearly all OfferUp want is the free advertisement. STAY AWAY! This app makes MILLIONS. And they will forever scam people even during a PANDEMIC! Take your hard, earned money elsewhere. You've been warned. Highly disappointed.

P.S. If you liked LetGo who has merged with OfferUp then you (buyer or seller) will be scammed as well.

*Note: I added a few of the accounts since there's many as proof. I'm sure they're creating many, many more to scam people from all over the country. They've been doing this for almost 6 MONTHS!

Don't Trust the Review Process!
I don't know if people are unaware of how the review process works or if they're just too lazy to select the proper rating.
To fix this, the parameters should be pre-selected (On Time, Responsive, Trustworthy, Helpful etc.) & users should be forced to unselect the a specific line items 'if' Seller or Buyer didn't meet those expectations. -- Some people only select a star rating, nothing else, giving others the impression that you're not (or I'm not) a good Seller/Buyer to do business with!
* This process is not only a problem on OfferUp, but on Letgo as well!

** I am REALLY hopeful someone sees this & that the proper fixes are put in place to change their platform! **

-- Last issue: We go to meet someone for a pick up, at the agreed upon time, we send a message letting them know "We're here! :)" & no reply. We knock on the door, nobody answered. We ring the bell & again, no one answers the door. So, at this point I think we are being played because I can see a gentleman peeking from the upstairs window but no one ever came down so, we pull off. Later this lady Finally responds that OfferUp are there and have been waiting inside so we go back
Long story short, SHE leaves me a BAD Review!? [SERIOUSLY.?] Based solely on the fact that she assumed I was going to leave her one (because yes, she was in the wrong, but I STILL, foolishly gave her the benefit of the doubt! SO Unfair! Unacceptable!

OfferUp: PLEASE Make This right or else I will no longer be using your platform.

I have other gripes as well, but have spent enough time on this dreadful, frustrating experience with them! You get my point.

- Ok. I changed my mind: AND This is The WORST;
LOTS of people raise the prices, after the fact, once you drive ALL the way there, or items are in WAY worse condition than advertised & damages aren't shown in pictures, conveniently!
Some don't show up at all & others agree to sell to you, & even schedule a time for pickup, but sell said item out from under you to someone else, for more money! People are really Nasty, not all, just some, so sad & unfortunately UNBELIEVABLE!

Customer Service is completely unresponsive.
We actually really liked Offerup. It was a great service and we were able to buy and sell a lot of thing. My husband built up some great reviews (5 star w/ abtou 40-50 reviews). There was one incident during the holidays where we sold a recently purchased record player to a woman. I still had the receipt from Best Buy and it was in perfect working condition. The woman reached out during a week time period in which we were in rural Montana and completely out of reach. She threw a significant fit and called us scammers and was so incredibly offense in her responses because it wasn't working. I get that it was emotional and she was frustrated but we literally did not get her messages because this was during the holidays and we were offline. When we finally got back online and back to California, we tried to reach out to her to give her a refund she had blocked us and apparently had offerup block us. I reached out to them SEVERAL times as well as her to resolve and explain the situation and offer a full refund but nothing. Offerup would not respond or even open back up the account even with all of our 5 star reviews. I understand how the misunderstanding happened but Offerup won't even respond... even to help us make things right. I don't think they're a 1 star actual product because OfferUp were fine as a product but terrible for service.

Buyers are dishonest
I sell on EBay and Craig's list regularly so after a friend recommended OfferUp I gave it a shot. I put up 4 different nice quality Kid's items & found OfferUp has a very simple and easy format to use. When the post is first "Offered up" you will get several people looking at it since it's at the top of the feed. One item got over 120 looks in 2 days and three different people said OfferUp wanted to buy it. Someone who could actually communicate legibly (seemed legit) set up a time to meet to purchase the following day. It's was only a $20 sale but being the responsible type I scheduled my day around the designated meeting time. I didn't hear a thing when the time came and after messaging this person though OfferUp there was no response. So in a nutshell you may get several people saying they are interested and want to make a purchase but then end up not responding. After a couple days the activity ends and you're tempted to pay the $2 to "bump up" your listing again. Honesty I think this is a scam. There's no accountability for these lame buyers so I'm done with the clientele of OfferUp & back to EBay and Craig's list.

Offerup is stealing from u.
Offerups system for delivery is set up so that when the mail service scans the bar code puts that item in their system and u can track it. The problem when the bar code is not scannable the mail service hand enters the number. PAY ATTENTION It never gets put in their system. It gets canceled. The buyer never is refunded and the seller never saw the money to begin with. So wheres the $$$$$. I brought this to the attention of a manager in account services, he was the one that filled in the blamks for me. He knows about it. So i was surprised to find months later it had not been fixed. I wrote emails and tweets obsessively. Detailing all the issues and after about 4 months of the run around. OfferUp do that really well. Tbeir system is about 100 automated and it will just run u around until u give up and stop writing.
Well i added up $500 + spread out over 4-5 months had not been paid to me. And i verified as many as i could but i checked with buyers to see if tbey were refunded. No one did. Tbis is a scam by offerup. They are stealing from so many people. With No one to complain to it just keeps going on and on.
When i got pissed enough i wrote a letter that threatened them of a class action suit, that i reported them to better business-bureau and consumer affairs And that I would write a bad review in every single review site that I could find. They closed my account after almsot 3k sales. 5 stars. And 6 years with offerup. They continue to block my emails and tweets and havent done anything. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. THERES NO REASON TO BELIEVE TBEY HAVE PICKED ON ME, im sure this is happening Alot to many people.

HAD TO CALL POLICE. OFFERUP ALLOWED THREATS TO MY FAMILY!
PLEASE LEAVE A THUMBS UP AND TAKE THE SECOND TO RIGHT A COMMENT FOR MY REVIEW SO OFFERUP CAN SEE THEYRE LOSING BUISNESS AND PEOPLE ARE LISTENING TO WARNINGS. BRING THEM DOWN!
I had over 300 sales and 5 stars rating. Ive put up with the clutter of the app the changes OfferUp made now they charge you for listings renewal etc. But I primarily went back to eBay for my high end items if Im gonna pay. I sold cheap stuff. Anyways I was threatened by a buyer recently
3-1-2018. I made a police report after sending 21 emails to offerup and begging for help cause this guy was a loser who had 2 1-2 star rating i shouldn't have sold to him to begin with but anyways he came to my house threatened me constantly through the app and what did offerup do to protect its big seller against this crook and criminal? THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AFTER LEARNING I MADE A REPORT AND AFTER REALIZING THEY ALLOWED THE GUY TO CONTINUE MESSAGING ME THREATS AFTER I COMPLAINED OVER 20 TIMES! Yes they blocked me! Shut my account down. Over 300 sales and not 1 not even 1 complaint not 1 rating less then 5 star. And this guy had like 3 sales and all 2 stars! But I was strong and complained and was victimized TWICE! Look at this app. It was free at 1st and you can renew your old ad. Now you must pay and pay and pay for this or that. They cant even erase ads you posted 2 years ago. Theyre cluttered on your phone or computer. This is not the 1 time Ive had gang members who bad people to deal with and I complained. Not once have offerup done anything. Your screwed if you have a problem. Ive had to block people because the app allows things like Im gonna come to your house and hurt your family is what the guy kept saying. Hes still on
Offerup and Im blocked. To be honest eBay charges fees But you have millions of people looking on eBay. And eBay wont allow someone to threaten to murder your family. They take a police report seriously. I can call eBay and talk to someone. They dont ignore your emails. Now if you have to use app for small items quick sales,, LetGo is the place today. Ya they also charge now but they make it 1000
Times easier to take your old ad and renew it for free. NO CLUTTER. You delete old ads. And much safer place. Someone emails you theyre gonna
Hurt your family theyll help you. All apps eventually go rogue and start charging after reeling you in but Thats the resowm
Theres always a new app. And you should leave the old ones and move on yourself
To
Protect yourself and help your sales. People hate the apps that charge money and sell
Your emails
Addresses like
Offerup. I now went from
5-10 spams to 200 spam emails a day. I took a email adress that I dont use just to text my theory. I signed up with offerup and the same day received 57 spam emails. Mind you I have not gotten 1 spam
On that email
In 7 years. Today it brings in Over 200 spams daily. They sold my info and will do you as soon as you give your
Email and name. Wana test this theory? Sign up with a crazy name a specific name
Like spam
Bam. And watch how many emails you we saying hi Spam Bam. Interested in insurance or sex etc... Try it. YOULL laugh and immediately delete offerup.

Horrible with nothing but tire kickers and scammers
I am so sick and tired of offer up and their limited to horrible bidders. Obviously OfferUp are making money but how? 99% of their bidders are con artist, scammers and tire kickers. Want me to prove it? Place five items worth something a a low ball price and see what happens. I have honestly wasted so much time with this absolutely $#*!ty app. Maybe, maybe 1 out of 20 things sell. Dont waste your time with this horribly run app. I deleted from my phone so they cant steal my MBs anymore. They dont care about the customer in any manner. Offerup is a scam app. At least with Ebay, the only honest running selling app, they offer protection and force both buyers and sellers to abide by rules. Free sites? Both really free are they. They take your MBs from you. Look at the app settings under storage and memory used. Do you think that they dont make money? They do, from the seller. Mbs or KBs are what you spend money on each month to your phone company. Offerup steals this money from you and you dont know it. They offer no protection from any scam artist and on top of that, they are the scammers. Taking your hard earned money without care. Nope, it's not free to sell on offerup. Who pays them? You.

Stay Away from OfferUp
I put in several offers on items after learning the site existed. 3 sellers never even bothered to respond to the offer, good or bad. 1 seller accepted my offer on an item not commonly found. My card was charged. After 2 days OfferUp sent seller a reminder to ship my item. A few days later the seller provided a tracking number which apparently, according to USPS, was generated the day he accepted my offer. After a week of me checking USPS with the package not being shipped, I sent the seller a message. His response was that he asked someone else to ship but she flaked and that he'd ship it out first thing. Tonight I get a message from OfferUp, not the seller, that the purchase was canceled and OfferUp would be refunding my money because of an issue with the item. The seller never contacted me to tell me what the issue was. The site did not allow me to provide seller feedback because the sale was canceled. Shortly after getting the message from OfferUp, the item was relisted. After getting the cancellation message, I searched reviews of the site. If I had seen any of them, I would not have joined the site. Do yourself a favor and search for reviews before buying or selling on OfferUp. Stick to platforms with a proven track record of having quality buyers and sellers. It seems to attract a host of scammers and criminals. I'm sure there are good buyers and sellers on the site but they are not easy to find amongst those that are after a quick buck at your expense or safety.
