Terrible service, cost me $100 and still didn't receive the parts I needed! Didn't receive a refund
O'Reilly Auto Parts ordered a part for my car. Told me it was at the store for pick up. I paid a mobile mechanic to come out. When I got to the store, they said it was delivered to the hub but they don't know what where they out it. All within 10 minutes! The hub confirmed it was there. But the store said they had it, but didn't know where they out it. Cost me 100, and my car is still not operable! Worst service and unknowledgeable people I have ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone get a towel from them. Management would talk to me. I want to speak with someone from corporate but they wouldn't provide the number.

Wonderful and Considerate Employees
I highly recommend going to the OReilly Auto Parts Store in Bonifay, FL! I am from out of town and was traveling back home when I realized that I was having trouble with my battery or alternator. I drove up and asked one of the employees if he would test my battery. He did and told me that it was my alternator. He was so kind and helpful. Another employee even called around to help me find a mechanic who would be able to put an alternator in same day. If I lived in the area, I would go to this OReilly again without hesitation! Thank you to all of the employees for helping me and my family!

Call me stupid?

DO NOT BUY A MOTOR FROM these thieves!
Bought a rebuild 4.7 in 12-28 of 2016 threw store 854. Borger Texas... had the motor installed, took it back to O'Reillys O'Reilly Auto Parts did their inspection and checked everything off but failed to give me the serial number on the new motor, a few months later when the rear main started leaking ( which came already on the motor, their fault nobody else's) warranty requested that serial number. I called the store I bought it from they had no record. They told me it would be on the engine somewhere on a sticker and I would be able to find it (The shop myself even had shop break out a Camera looking for the sticker with no luck) warranty told me it was probably behind the water pump which I wasn't going to pay to have took off and replace. Just looking for a sticker) never found it paid for the work out of out of my pocket and a year and a half later the third cylinder fails. Loses compression... pull the motor out of the truck because I know I can't get warranty to honor their lie and low and behold when we pulled the motor and removed the intake down in the valley we finally find a almost destroyed sticker... what a convenient place to put a sticker for warranty Especially if you don't want people to make good on their warranty huh? Now that I have the number off the sticker they are making 1 million excuses why they will not cover the warranty the motor was put together we only dropped it in we did nothing to the inside I believe it was machined wrong on the head there's no intake leak... injector didn't go out the bank was not fuel washed, leak down test shows leak in exhaust valve but they still claim they are not responsible now they want me to send the motor to them... so they can tear it down and go through it and I'm calling bull$#*! I have a certified mechanic and Shop doing that here in my home town... why would you send the motor back to the warranty company who's already saying they're not going to warrantee it? Why So they get my motor back and I get Only the core fee... highway robbery O'Reillys I can't believe you're really doing this? Please do not buy a motor from O'Reilly's and if you do be aware their warranty is crap they do not stand behind what they sell and now that I have the their number off their precious sticker from inside the valley... they are making 1 million more excuses why they will not cover the warranty it... the motor was put together we dropped it in we did nothing to the inside I believe it was machined wrong there's no intake leak injector didn't go out the bank was not fuel washed but they still claim they are not responsible and they want me to send the motor to them so they can tear it down and go through it I call bull crap I have a certified mechanic and shop doing that here why would I send the motor back to the warranty company who is already saying they're not going to warranty it, please! Do not buy a motor from O'Reillys and if you do be aware warranty is crap they do not stand behind what they sell and they will purposely keep numbers from you or hide them in spots you cannot find on the motor. Just to get out of warranty work, good gravy people... essentially I have paid for the motor twice, if I would of known I was going to get a $#*!ty motor and warranty wasn't going to help for the money out of pocket fixing there crappy rebuild. I wouldn't be in the boat. I am I hospice worker and a single mother and O'Reillys has now hurt my job and left me a foot. I will attach a picture of the sticker with their serial number on it which was inside the valley of the intake I have blacked out the number but what a great place to put the warranty sticker shame shame... what a un-American move. BUYER BEWEAR! Scam alert!

Do Not Work Here If You Are A Woman
I worked at this company for three years too many. I left due to being harassed and deliberately not told information pertaining to the job so it would "be funny" if I could not accomplish it. One of the managers pulled one of the coworkers in one at a time to show them a video of some korean chick in a bathtub squirting condiments on her chest because "it reminded him of me". I was miserable the entire time I worked there. O'Reilly Auto Parts also deliberately did not give me a good work scheduled. EXCLUDING training (which they made everyone go through) they moved my schedule every two weeks and I could not get used to a work schedule as they would all be incredibly different. I went to them many times, they just thought it was hilarious. The company does not like women and you will hate men by the time you leave. All they do is talk horribly about their wives and not do their jobs. I was not allowed to succeed or I would hear them crying about it. I hated that job and was harassed everyday. I do not recommend working here if you are a woman. I tried to go to HR many times but the supervisors denied everything and I looked like the office $#*! who "can't take a joke". This was the corporate office too so there are no safe places to work at in this company.

Clerk Counter Fit
March 18th 2021
I took my brother, Ben Brown, to O'Reilly Auto Parts at 4350, Stockton Drive in North Little Rock to pick up parts from the warehouse that he had purchased from another store earlier in the day. He went into the busy store in front of the warehouse and waited in line with his receipt. When it was his turn, O'Reilly Auto Parts looked at his receipt and told
Him he could go to the back of the warehouse to pick up his part. On his way, he was confronted by an employee who claimed to have in hand a counterfeit hundred dollar bill that Ben supposedly just purchased parts with. The counterfeiter was long gone before they figured out that the bill was counterfeit so they pointed the finger at Ben. When the lady who waited on the counterfeiter rushed to alert management, Ben was still in line waiting to be served. She never waited on him and he never handed anyone in the store anything but a receipt. The police swarmed in and handcuffed Ben and put him in the police car. The police tried to investigate but the O'Reilly Auto Parts Counter is the only place on the planet with no video surveillance. They released him but took his receipt for evidence and said he could not get his part because he is no longer allowed on O'Reilly property and the case is still pending.
I was able to get a refund for the part from the original store where Ben made his purchase. I am copying this review to every site I can find. If anyone has legal knowledge pertaining this case and others like it, please share it with me. Thank you.

Store 643
Store manager always told me I had to say Thank you for calling O'REILLY'S
Well my husband has an account with them, and called a little bit ago, and asked about a part, and availability. Store didn't have it, but could order it. My husband asked for the cut off time to get one coming. (My husband had to ask the customer if the price was okay for her).
Corbin first response was" oh so you're calling around to get other prices". My husband explained the situation, which he shouldn't had to. And at the end of the phone call Corbin did not say thank you for calling O'Reilly's. Very disappointed

Your salesman screwed up
I've been going to the O'Reilly store in Walterboro South Carolina convenience reliability I just bought a 1990 Dodge big van with automatic transmission time to change the fluids so I go to O'Reilly talk to James I get the transmission fluid and filter in the gas get the change the fluids out 30 miles down the road Bang there goes the transmission comes to find out I was sold the wrong transmission fluid it's a shame when you stand there and explain exactly what you need and James says oh yeah we got this cost me $1,000 Plus 8 hours of my time to pull one out get abused one put it in and check it out if you can't hire people that know what they're doing don't hire bozos

Rude staff
Went and politely asked for assistance on finding a certain type of oil for my car, the worker looked ar me responded with "it's on the wall" and walked away, now if that isn't rude I don't know what else is, he could have said he was with another customer he'd be with us in a minute instead of how he did respond, so aside from the great parts O'Reilly Auto Parts have that one staff member was rude, I wouldn't reccomend going there if you want nice staff, the o'rileys off gosford.

Nowdays these fellows went above and beyond being helpful during a time when it is rare to do so.
Loren and Chris at the Detroit Lakes O'Reilly store were more than helpful to my husband who was broke down on the highway today. Although he was at their mercy O'Reilly Auto Parts assisted him as much as possible to get him back on the road. They will never know how greatful we are for their help. Thanks fellas! Today you are our heros! You reinvented our belief in human nature with your creativeness and outright generosity!

Don't patronize Baseline Rd O'Reilly in Boulder
This store will not enforce the mandatory mask requirement issued by Boulder County. I confronted a fellow customer who basically blew me off, so I asked the clerk to ask the man to leave. The clerk said, "Corporate says we can't ask people to leave even if O'Reilly Auto Parts come in without a mask." So, you just lost a customer... get some guts and enforce the requirement, your customers expect it, at least this "FORMER" customer did!

Very poor customer service
I went in for 200 dollar battery. One man behind counter on the phone... smiled and i waited. I set the heavy battery in plane sight... and waited. I could hear several people in the back talking about their weekends... i waited. Then i made eye contact with one older guy, no smile... no nothing but walking past doorway... i waited yet still. So i go over to batteries on the rack...$189 has the cranking amps i need... i make eye contact with another guy in the back. He stops looks at guy on phone... then walks away. Again i wait more. Now i pace back an forth listening to a woman talking about her time off... i make more eye contact with 2 guys in the back... nothing. Guy on phone is doing his best to help person on the phone... he looks as the people in the back... then at me... again i wait. Now O'Reilly Auto Parts laugh an joke in the back so i will go to NAPA. NAPA took care of me in the amount of time i stood there waiting... i was in and out for 3 dollars less to boot! I know where ill be spending my money from now on!

Store lacks responsible Clerks
Walked into ur store in Flint, Mi on Dort Hwy... I was immediately unwelcome due to the fact that I was wearing a mask and gloves, as I walked into the store I noticed what I needed right away and as I look through my options, Mandy the store clerk and Cody the store clerk walked in and said loud an directed to me to hear, she said and I quote "I've been exposed for two weeks, I haven't worn a mask so I don't see why anyone else is" immediately I put down what I came to get and made a Michigan round about right out of there without buying nothing!... no1 care to hear ur political views or stands, when ur at work u leave that at the door... Clearly this is a public safety issue incense the parks refused to follow protocol O'Reilly Auto Parts should be removed and replaced with someone who really wants to do the job they are paid to do... my complaint will be filed what the local health Department as well as BBB, and O'Reilly corporate office. This store lack responsible Clerks

Worst Customer Service & They DONT STICK TO WARRANTIES
My battery keeps dying and I have a warranty. I took it to the store to get a new one & O'Reilly Auto Parts told me my battery still has 25 percent life so I can't get another till it's zero percent life! So I guess that leaves me to jumpstart my battery everytime I turn my car off! Until it want jump start no more! This is ridiculous! A rip off! I have children. I dnt want to be left stranded somewhere! This was the Goldsboro Nc location and customer service from the 800 #! I will never spend money with this company ever again!

Terrible Customer Service
One star is too high for your terrible customer service. I was stranded and a king person gave me a jump. I drove to O'Reilly in Roosevelt to get a new battery. O'Reilly Auto Parts had one but would not put in in. I was the only customer in the store. What? I am s 67 year old Grandma with no mechanical experience. Luckily I had left my car running so I could drive to your competitor for 5 Star customer service.

Wouldn't honor life time warranties
Back a few months (2019) ago a manager at the North Little Rock Ark. Location named Jim refused to replace a water pump with a life time warranty. Said I had talked funny to his employee. There was a mix up with the phone number I gave them 10 years ago when I first bought it. My new number isn't the same, NOW, supposedly the way I told the employee not to change anything was unacceptable to this manager.

Again this month I tried replacing a computer and I bought years ago with a life time warranty. Again O'Reilly Auto Parts wouldn't honor it. Told me they would give me a refund. This same computer only comes with a one year warranty as of today.

Anyhow, the manager or somebody at the one in Clinton, Arkansas accused me of having replaced this computer 5 or 6 times which was a lie and they knew at the time accusing me of it. Back in February 2020 I tried replacing the computer because of the check engine wouldn't go out and without codes.

Tried replacing it and the new computer made my Jeep run real bad so I took it back before leaving the parking lot. Now this month (August 2020) it broke down and had CarQuest work on it and they tell me it's the computer so I had them get a replacement from O'Reilly. IT WAS THE SAME BROKE COMPUTER THAT DIDN'T WORK back in February, same one. Once you plug one of these computer up to a car it stores the VIN number and has to be reprogrammed. Long story short they wouldn't honor my life time warranty. I had to buy a new one from CarQuest.

VETERANS SHOULD BOYCOTT O'REILLYs
VETERANS SHOULD BOYCOTT O REILLYs. I JUST GOT LIED TO TWICE, AND MADE A FOOL OF TWICE BY O REILLYS. THEIR EMPLOYEES PROMISED ME ( AND OUR FAMILY) A VETERANS DISCOUNT ON MOTOR OIL. WHEN WE WENT TO THE SAME STORE, WHICH WE JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH, IN LOUISIANA, O'Reilly Auto Parts REFUSED VETERANS DISCOUNT - AFTER IT WAS PROMISED! A REGIONAL MANAGER STATED: " GO BACK AND PICK UP THE DIFFERENCE IN COST" WE DID AS REQUESTED, AND THE SLEEZY STORE MANAGER STATED" NO VETERANS DISCOUNTS ", AGAIN! O REILLYS HAS THE MOST PATHETIC - MOST DISGUSTING TREATMENT WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. AGAIN... V E T S, D O N T B E M A D E A F O O L O F, A N D D O N T B U Y A T OREILLYS!

Worst Customer service in fountain hills
I have been restoring cars and trucks 35 years walked into orilleys in fountain hills tonight talked with the manager about ordering me a 302 motor with an automatic transmission for a 1976 Ford truck I'm restoring for a customer she was rude unprofessional so I walked on out called from my truck contacted AutoZone in Scottsdale the commercial rep at that location was polite helpful and a real pro it's a shame orilleys has really went down hill.

Black Mountain, NC store +++++
I would like to acknowledge some great service I received from this store in Black Mountain, NC. I stopped here to get a new bulb for my headlight and received top notch service from a young woman named Alyssa. She was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products. She even installed the new bulb in very cold temperatures! I appreciated the service and want her and her manager to know she is top notch! Thank you, Alyssa and O'Reilly's!

Call 1st 2 Make Sure They Have Your Part Still Doesn't Work. SPRINGFIELD, MO. E. SUNSHINE, BY 65 HWY

Springfield Missouri
Called 1st & she said O'Reilly Auto Parts had the part. After driving 2 miles to get there no part & no apology but instead went back & got the supervisor to speak with me. Just a whole lot of disrespect. Should have known not to go there when I asked for their location & was told on East Sunshine Street. When I said there are two location on east Sunshine I got the aditude in the voice. When I got there I waited to speak with to someone I could hear the two gals behind the counter complaining about people coming in this close to closing. I should have walked out than because it just went down hill from there. I will never go into an O'Reillys store ever again. Here in Springfield Missouri you expect more because this is where O'Reillys corporate office is located. There are way to many other parts stores here that have appreciation for customers & not to big to not care.
