I was looking for an artist to capture 4 naturally beautiful woman and display it with perfection. The artist delivered. The whole team was very helpful and response times was quick to correct any issues. Already looking forward for another to be painted.

I am highly disappointed in this company. The customer service is awful! Paint Your Life promise promise and promise and still something doesn't ship on time. I order over a month ago and still don't have my painting that was a Christmas gift! For WEEKS 8 I followed and contacted customer service to ensure my package was on time. Every time I was not only told different things but I was also told "don't worry it will be there on time" Finally I demanded to speak with a supervisor, she promised me she has put in 3 day shipping and my package will be here on a certain date. She ensured me she would follow my package to make sure personally it gets out on time and email me the tracking info. She emailed me the next day and NO it didn't ship out on time STILL. And she didn't follow it out the door. Next phone call was from the MANAGER, who had the audacity to tell me that I needed to contact Fedex to have my package expedited. Furious that as a customer I had to go out of my way, I did and was only told I couldn't do anything about it because I wasn't the shipper. I told the manager this more than once and she did NOTHING. I wish I could say I'll order from this company again, I wish I could say that this was an amazing experience but it wasn't, it was pure awful and I will never order here again. Because here I am, still with no package.

It couldn't have been any easier! Just choose your artist (if you want to) and upload the photo and pay your deposit. That is literally it. You'll receive constant updates on the progress of your painting and a sneak preview of how it looks! Then wait for the finished article to be emailed, where you then get a chance to change parts if the painting if you're not satisfied! Once finalised and paid for, the delivery is normally 7-10 days! That's it. Great service and a great painting. Thanks.

I saw all the positive reviews--so I dove in! I first requested just head/face sketch-no shoulders. I got shoulders. When Paint Your Life asked me for comment, I reiterated "no shoulders", they then had another artist re-sketch it. Didn't care for it. Instead of modifying it, they had ANOTHER artist sketch it... but it came out fantastic! All we wanted was the print, (unframed). Well, it was delivered in a cardboard triangular-shaped tube, on nice stock vellum paper, but all wrinkled. It's not even frameable. Tried to call several times on several occasions--don't even bother because they will never come to the phone, even though they put the number at the bottom of every email. They will always respond, but very generically. After several communications, they are still trying to re-create this sketch when I clearly said that we do not want another one. Finally, they addressed the situation "unfortunately our shipping companies are not as careful as we request them to be." and "we will have another artist sketch for you." What a lame answer! They do not know how to ship artwork professionally? This is their business! What a shame that we have a gorgeous sketch of a baby photo that's wrinkled and they can't even make good on it, well except keep reproducing it with various artists. Very unprofessional.

My experience *******@paintyourlife was exceptional. 100% communication throughout the whole process of creating what I wanted down to every detail. Paint Your Life created a portrait of my late father together with my children it's absolutely beautiful. I cannot say anything bad about this company the shipping was quick as well. Thank you for this portrait I will cherish it, I love to see that smile I miss dearly every time I walk past the painting.
