As far as customer service goes, I have always been pleased with how Carrie handles any of my questions and issues. I have been pleased with shipping--especially during this Covid thing. I will continue to do business with PandaHall, and if that for some unforeseen reason ever changes--I will let y'all know.

The perfect online jewellery making supply store.

Pandahall.com is an online jewellery making supply store with the maximum variety of beads and button that I have come across to make jewellery. I have been using products from their website for almost a year now and can vouch for the quality of their products. My clients have given my jewellery pieces great reviews especially praising their quality and sturdiness. This appreciation is because of Pandahall.com. Their offers on bulk orders and other sales also prove to be quite profitable for people like us who are in the jewellery making business. I have never faced any problem with the order in terms of delivery or quality till date. But in case I have any query I try and reach their customer services who have always proven to be prompt and friendly in offering their advice. I have been treat with nothing but care and respect which has made me feel like valued customer.
For these reasons I always recommend to give their site a go and see for yourself how great PandaHall really are.

At one time the company seemed to be okay in regards to shipping but recently, with my last orders. PandaHall have taken 2 weeks or more on items that were supposed to be ready and shipped within 3 days. The csrs continue to lie about why packages and shipments are delays ie it's on it's way but the information clearly shows that only the label has been printed. On top of it, they've raised their prices and their shipping is about 20% more than other supplier. At one time they were cheaper but you can find the same deals at aliexpress with free shipping.

I was trying to be a loyal customer but reading some of the other negative reviews below mixed with the obvious fake ones most likely from the company employees, I think I'm finally going to have to move on. I need a reliable honest supplier.

I strongly recommend to ask before place your qty especially it states Ready in 8 days not 3 days. One of the beads I insisted to purchase was not available at all but the listing was not taken down for many months - must comes from their operational issue. PandaHall called me from China if I want to purchase alternative. As well as other site Milky Way Jewellery wrote me every other day if I would find something from them instead with a big discount. Two weeks of back and forwarding emails they asked to offer a refund but I chose an alternative beads. This website seems to represents many different factory supplier in China which might resulted in the mixed review here. However I still get a lot of use out of their business thinking of the price of these in Japan where most supplier sells made in China findings for 4 times more unless stated as made in Japan 10 times more the price with higher quality. I am a business crafter and use both depends on my client who expect quality or lower price.

I love PandaHall- PandaHall have the best prices, and shipping is FAST. I've been able to get items from them that are very hard to find in the American marketplace, and since it's pretty much factory-direct, you're not dealing with a middleman. They do charge for shipping, with discounts for high-volume orders, but it is reasonable, for the speed and quality of service that you're getting. They also offer discounts based on the level of business that you've done with them, and it's a good loyalty program. It's pretty amazing, too, the incredible variety of items that they carry- everything from cording for madeup knotting, to resin molds to make your own pieces and pendants, to metal findings and chain, and literally everything in between. I have been very happy with both the quality, and the service, with their products, and would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to tinker with jewelrymaking.

I sell handmade goods on both Etsy and Amazon. I use their beads and charms to make ceiling fan/light pull chains, Christmas ornaments and rear view mirror hanging ornaments. I just started making items with resin and have purchased dozens of their silicone molds. I have been purchasing from PandaHall for over 7 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their product. Their customer service is excellent as PandaHall always respond quickly to any of my questions or requests. I highly recommend this Company.

It's not as bad as I though it would be (after seeing all those negative reviews online).

The first time I ordered from them (around Christmas), my order was delayed. The customer service officer contacted me to check if I had received my order and updated me on the possibilities for a delay. The second time, my order arrived promptly.

The product specifications are not very clear and I wasn't entirely satisfied with what I had received. For example, I ordered some cord labelled as "cowhide leather cord", only to receive a roll of plastic-looking cord known as faux leather (which was never mentioned on the site). However, I cannot complain for the price that I've paid. The goods are of reasonable quality (no defects to date).

Pandahall goods are also of the same quality as products on some American beading sites, but for less than half the price. Sure, it may be disorganised and all, but PandaHall do offer nickel/lead/cadmium free products, which cannot be said for certain American beading websites.

I will not hesitate to order from them again if I need something from pandahall.

So I already have places that I purchase from, but I'm looking for a good, cheap, Jewelry making supplies vendor and after cruising the internet I stumbled on PandaHall - I'm finding the prices amazeballs! I decided to come here before I went through any exhausting and pain staking time to figure out exactly what I want and quantities. (I'm not a rookie shopper! Lol) Now I'm curious - the 4 and 5 star ratings make this company seem fabulous! While the other reviews make me want to run away like it's on fire. So which is it? I'm wondering if these glorious reviews are real. I doubt that the horrible reviews are fake, because when you've been ripped off - the kind thing to do is to warn others. I think I'll stay away for now, unless someone can drastically change my mind. Cheers to this website! It has saved me from making big mistakes on several occasions.

We are always happy with our orders. My main business is a Reiki and Tarot practice so jewellery making is something we do on a bespoke/custom basis. Even though we don't order with high regularity, we experience excellent customer service, no issues with minimum purchasing, and high quality pieces, every time.
There was an error written in a description of a piece I ordered, and their customer service contacted me to inform me and offered solutions.

This was my first time using PandaHall. I needed to buy a ton of beads at an affordable price and Pandahall was able to help me. Since I didn't know much about this website before buying, I looked at online reviews to help me get an idea about it. Well, unfortunately the reviews are very mixed, and that kind of made me nervous about using the site.

So from my personal experience, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought alphabet beads [of specific letters] and silver/gold keyrings. I wanted to buy bails and lobster clasps, but I didn't because either PandaHall weren't the right size/quanity, or I thought I could get them cheaper somewhere else. Also, I ordered my items while a sale was going on, so I got them a little cheaper. I got my things about 10 days after purchasing them. I was provided with a tracking number too. And my items are of good quality. If I need beads or other items in bulk, I will definitely go to this site again.

Some things to keep in mind: Shipping price might be an issue/expensive if you're not buying a lot of things (I think US Line is a flat rate of ~$11, but there are other options too). Some entries don't allow you to choose the quantity or have a minimum purchasing requirement. And some entries to me didn't seem like a good deal. Also, I had ordered 100 gold keyrings (which is 2 packs of 50) and the coloring is different between the 2 packets. They are both gold but one is lighter. I personally don't care, because I just needed gold colored keyrings. But that could be an issue to keep in mind.

So in conclusion, I would recommend this website. I plan to use it again if I need beads or bulk items. I didn't need to talk with customer service, so I can't say much about that.

OK i'm gonna give pandahall another try. I watched another youtuber unbox an order from there and got all excited and started an order only to see my shipping was almost twice as much as my order. Maybe I just had the wrong option selected. So yeah, ok, not as bad as it was the first time. I selected 21 items for a total of 13ish dollars and the shipping this time was 7ish so all in all it averaged out to still be less than a dollar per item and I picked out strands of 6mm glass pearls and 4mm crystal bicones, so yeah, not too bad. Way cheaper than me driving 35 minutes to the nearest craft store and them still not having what I want I'd say :)

We did several orders with panda hall in the past which did not have a problem so we did not have to contact customer service. This last order was over $2000 and we received dyed rose quartz beads when the listing said natural.

We have been working with beads for over 20 years so I know when things are dyed and I even took the time and showed them the picture experiment where the pink dye came out of the stones because PandaHall did not believe me. Even after the picture proof, panda hall denied their mistake and said that the stones were just heated. Pink dye does not come out of heated stones.

I don't know why they are trying to cover it up because they usually just state upfront if something is dyed or not dyed. If I'm paying for natural stones I'm not paying for dye.

If you make a mistake that is fine, just admit it and refund the customer. But after several emails, The customer support still denies it and wants us to ship back the items all the way to China on our own dime. This transaction was a huge hassle and not worth the time.

We will stick with our trusted vendors locally. They cost more but it's worth not dealing with this headache from a company that does not value customers.

Very disappointed in Pandahall customer service.

The first time I made an order, I read the reviews for Pandhall AFTER I had already placed the order. I was greatly concerned, since there were so many bad reviews, and waited with abated breath. The order came and to tell you the truth, everything was fine. The order came in a timely manner, it was correct, and the beads were as pictured and of good quality. So, I took a chance and ordered a second time, still wondering if there would be a problem. Well, once again, things went well and I found myself happy with everything. Just as before, my order arrived quickly and my charms were nice and everything was fine. I did consider another order, but the cost of the shipping was high this time and I could not find what I wanted in a smaller amount, so I decided not to order. I will continue to look to Pandahall in the future, always keeping in mind the problems others have had.

I live in the UK and I was worried about ordering from China. I wasn't sure if it was a real company or not or if their products really were as good as advertised. But, I realised whilst looking on ebay that well over half of the big jewellery suppliers there were using products from Pandahall. PandaHall were even using the same pictures in their sales! I spent approx £140 on beads and findings and about £60 on delivery. I've had a bill from FedEx for £60 so approx £260 in all but I've received a huge amount of items and they are beautiful and sturdy. The glass beads are glass and the acrylic beads are acrylic. I didn't order too many findings as I have a severe nickel allergy and was worried that the items were not actually nickel safe. However, so far the ones I've tested by wearing are nickel safe. I'm hoping to set up a small jewellery business and find this a great economic way to start out. There are also links on the site showing you what other people have made with the beads etc and this gives me great ideas! I haven't looked at the learning centre yet but intend to. The only negative so far, which makes me smile sometimes, is the descriptions are often translated in poor English and make hardly any sense. But, that's a small negative. There is also a Pandahall UK which is more expensive than the China site but some items are worth ordering from there when there isn't too much difference in price and you take into account the income tax on overseas orders. Also if there is a site in the UK then they have to abide by UK and European laws as well as nickel laws so that tells me it's a bonofide business. I'll be ordering from China and UK sites again soon.

I have recently started dealing with Pandahall placing orders in the region of £200 to £400 at a time. Of course, as is typical of me, I waited until after I had placed my first order before I thought it might be an idea to take a look at some reviews. To say that PandaHall have been getting quite a roasting would be an understatement. In fact, with the exception of some reviews which were highly 'suspect', there was scarcely a good word to be said about them. Out of respect for the people who shared these negative experiences I suppose I have to acknlwledge that there is seldom smoke without fire and it does sound as though some people have been badly burned by this company. On the other hand, it is a human truth that we are all much more likely to report a bad or negative experience than we are to report the positive experiences. I am now waiting on delivery of my fifth order from PandaHall within the space of two months. In absolute honesty I have had no trouble with them and while occassionally the quality of a particular item is not fantastic, one must factor in the quantity you recieve for the price you pay. On the other hand, there have been many different beads that were of a very high quality, beautifully faceted with good, strong and distinct colours. I would pay a fortune for beads of the same standard and quantity in Ireland, The UK or USA. I suppose it is about getting a balance right. I really must agree that the practice of a company writing it's own reviews (and I am not accusing anyone!) is really scraping the bottom of the barrell and is inexcusable. Bearing that in mind, I think that there is something of an imbalance in the reviews for PandaHall. They are simply not as completely dire and unprofessional as they are painted to be. If they were how could they still be in business after several years? So, I am going to stick my neck out and say that based on my personal experience I would have no problem recommending this company as a supplier. It would be nice to see a few more positive reviews coming their way written by impartial, independant customers such as myself. By the way, I live in Ireland - not China...

These buttons were just too cute to pass upon them! Im currently working on a little fruit-themed jacket for my granddaughter (turning 3 in a month!) and I know shell absolutely love them! Delivery was fast and the buttons look as cute in real-life as in the websites pictures! I picked the mixed colour ones. I didnt use all of them (only needed them for one little childs jacket) but Im sure Ill have plenty of opportunities to use them in future craft projects. However, PandaHall are just a tiny bit smaller than I had expected and I would have appreciated two holes to sew them on instead of one.

I have placed numerous orders with Pandahall, overall their prices are amazing. I have never experienced an error in what I have ordered, but it is going to take about 10 days to get to you if you are in the US, so if you need it tomorrow, try finding what you need on Amazon. :) PandaHall have an enormous selection of pretty much ANYTHING. I have only been disappointed in one item I purchased (out of over a hundred) and that was a multi-strand bundle of Morganite. The beads were not as colorful as shown in the picture. But that happens. I have found items here that I have not been able to find anywhere else, such as seed beads that were actual stones instead of glass. I highly recommend them, but understand measurements, and bead finishes, and read the descriptions if you are picky about your stones as I am, and want to avoid dyed or treated stones. I have never tried to return anything, after-all returning 6 bucks worth of beads to china doesn't make sense when I probably saved a hundred dollars purchasing from them instead of locally.

I enjoy my purchases from Pandahall, years now, as PandaHall combine quality and service in very good prices. In case you want to buy a mixed lot, asked them before shipping to send you pictures from the products and in case you arent satisfied from what you saw, they remove it from your order, they refund your cash in your account and it is up to you if you keep it there for future purchases or not. The service center for any question you have responds like the next day, since we have some hours time difference and there are always polite and happy to help. I like working with them. I highly recommend Pandahall for from my experience and product quality. Make sure you will check them every month for their great sales.

This company is just horrible if you have a problem with your order. I had broken wing charms (I ordered four bags of 200pieces) all of the loops were breaking off when I went to use them on a split ring. I sent photos showing them the poor quality of their product. I had to email them over and over again and PandaHall were actually RUDE about it. First old me they would do NOTHING then said 30% off then said 40% off and finally after literally begging them to refund or replace their horrible quality product they agreed to refund the amount. I feel like I had to BEG to get them to rectify this matter. I even offered to send the charms back but they kept offering me a reduced price and suggesting that I sell them in my business! I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just the worst customer service I have EVER received.

I ordered satin ribbon and some magnetic clasps. Was uncertain what the quality would be for the price, but was very pleasantly surprised! The ribbon is excellent quality in a size not available other places. The magnetic clasps are so strong it is hard to get them apart without looping string through the holes. I did not need customer service but received it anyway! The shipment took about two days longer than was stated, through no fault of PandaHall (the delay was in the States); and I received emails letting me know what was going on. For the people who received their items and are complaining about the time - it is coming from China! What sense does it make to fault them for the shipping time? I will be ordering again and again.

I've ordered from them before and every order is late. PandaHall list items on their site, then when you try to buy them, they are out of stock. You sometimes have to wait months. The last time I ordered they made me wait two months for my items because they were out of stock... again. Then, when I finally got the glass cabs and beads I ordered, all the glass cabs were broken or defective. They jerked me around for about a month, made me send pictures, and offered me a 15% refund. They said they would give me a refund if I mailed them back. I had previously asked if I had to send them back and they told me "no" and that it was O. K. to throw them out, so I did. After complaining, they offered a 50% refund. At this point, I just wanted to be done with the whole mess so I agreed to it. They told me they weren't refunding me, but giving me store credit for $40.00 that I could use for a future order. My items cost $128, so $40 wasn't even close to fifty percent. They then said they would give me the full 50% in store credit. When I went to check my account, I found that they blocked my IP address and I couldn't enter their website anymore. I have spent thousands with this company before. You'd think they'd want to foster repeat business, but I guess screwing me for $128, at the expense of thousands in future orders, makes better business sense to them. Unbelievable!

I preface this review by saying I have not ordered a thing from PandaHall as of yet and have no idea whether it is a scam. But in regards to their pricing (only), I give them five stars.

I have done a side by side comparison with the pricing at one of the lesser expensive bead supply sites on Etsy, where I have been ordering my beads.

The pricing at PandaHall for 6mm beads, in a side by side comparison (apples to apples, oranges to oranges, bead string to bead string) of the same product, ASSUMING THE SAME QUALITY, is fully two thirds less than the Etsy site from which I've been purchasing. I compared 25 different 6mm round gemstone bead types, ensuring that the lengths of the bead strings are the same and the products (as PandaHall are presented) are the same.

Not only is the cost 2/3 less, if I were to order the same order from Etsy that I plan to order from PandaHall, the Esty order would cost me $571.99 USD more. That's a lot of money. Of course, PandaHall sells in lots of 5 or 10 or 20, making your savings exponentially more with each string of beads you order.

These figures are for product only and do not include any shipping charges. Both Etsy and PandaHall charge for shipping.

I don't understand the people who are complaining about PandaHall's shipping charges as being excessive. The site charges by the gram. My particular order will weigh 5,039 grams. In checking the PandaHall shipping chart, I would be charged $47.45 for FedEx shipping to the U.S. But I'm saving $571.99 on product. So I'm still saving over $500. Also, Etsy charges for shipping too, and that's not cheap either. On my last order of only 31 strings of beads from Montreal, I was charged $20.69 shipping to California. From PandaHall, I will receive 179 strings of supposedly the same beads. That's almost six times more beads for only two-and-a-half times more on the shipping fee. And if one plans correctly and has the money, PandaHall offers free shipping for orders over $400.

If the quality is there (and that remains to be seen for me), the pricing is outstanding, even with the shipping. The savings are HUGE.

There is also that intangible satisfaction of knowing you are to receive a ton of beautiful beads instead of having the feeling that the beads are being doled out (string by expensive string), as I feel when ordering from Etsy. When I opened my last order that cost $125, I couldn't help but feel ripped off at seeing how little I received, even though I had shopped around and thought the pricing was tolerable. I love Etsy, but to be charged $5 or $10 to receive only one or two of a tiny bead or finding, with added shipping on top of that, is getting ridiculous.

I hope my experience with PandaHall turns out to be one of the good one's. I will take a risk and find out.

Pandahall just has more to see and choose from than any other site. 40+ yrs as an artist i've done my share of bead shopping worldwide, pandahall is one of the best. One needs to take some time to go through everything but i've always managed to find what i'm looking for and then some. Their policies for completeing orders are great, giving you time to find substitute or go for a credit which PandaHall kindly keep track of.
Customer service with rainy is just the best. She always manages to get whatever sorted out and she is prompt and friendly.

I cannot fault the service I receive from Penny at Pandahall. If I want to add to an order its not problem she is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I find their products are competitively priced along with a brilliant service which is fast and efficient. In addition PandaHall offer a value for money shipper for smaller orders. I have to mention that only this week Pandahall replaced a full order that was delivered in error by the post office in my country. Really impressive so thank you

I have bought my jewellery supplies from PandaHall for quite a few years now and PandaHall never fail to please me. The products are just as described on their website, good quality and really good value. I buy all my jewellery supplies from them as I full trust their business ethics.

The orders arrive in the expected time scale and the packaging is really good, plenty of protective bubble wrap. I have never received a package damaged in transit, which is amazing considering they come half way round the world!
The website is easy to navigate and you have continuous access to your account, orders and frequent order updates.
