I find the shipping very slow, but then again I place huge orders. I've been buying my supplies from them for a long time now, and the prices of many of their items are very low which is great but you really get what you pay for. I buy very inexpensive things from them and PandaHall often break. Other than that, I really like the website because of the huge variety and inexpensive items. If you need items and are in a rush, order a month in advance to make sure you get your supplies on time. And keep in mind that the cost of the item really reflects on it's overall quality.

Never before have I found the process of customizing and ordering jewelry online so easy and fast. There has not been a single bead or jewelry item that I haven' t been able to find on this site, and the process starting from building right till the delivery has been smooth. Considering the convenience I have experienced while using Pandahall, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family so PandaHall could avoid hassles and find exactly what they need, just like I did. Well, my daughter loved the beads that I got from them last week from Pandahall.com. I am not an expert, but I'm sure on this one I did great, because my 14 year old was very happy to see them. She likes this jewellery and I just thought to get her some like as casual Christmas shopping. I hadnt bought anything from them before but my daughter had and so I thought to get her something from there itself. The variety of designs out there was overwhelming and well the truth is I struggled to make a choice. But eventually, Im happy with the purchase and the quick delivery.

I have ordered a few times & still do as I cant always find what I need anywhere else. As a lot items are cheap. As long as you order ahead & keep on at them its ok.
I have waited months only then to be told ''Oh! Sorry we cant obtain them that as manufacturer doesnt do it anymore''... You then wait a few days fro a refund but you do get it.
You have to be carefull. This is how PandaHall work.
Most items listed they don't stock. Evan though the listing may say it is. So be willing to wait 2-3 months before delivery 80% of the time.
As you order and then they order from their suppliers & items are made to order not ready for delivery immediatly.
You order & pay thinking great my items will be here soon, due to their lead times. Do not believe their lead times on there site they are all untrue.
Once you place an order wait a few days then keep asking them about it to keep yourself updated.
You will either get your items months later or they eventually inform you they cannot get them.

As a lover of hand-made jewelry, I keep looking for reliable whole-sale stuff online. But ever since I have checked the PandaHall site, it has become my go-to option. The first time when I purchased the Lobster claws and steel beads, I was really worried about its quality. To check whether or not PandaHall were stainless, I decided to keep the steel claws and beads casually in my drawer for at least 5 months, and there you go, they are still found stainless. Also, I have not even got a single complaint about my steel bead necklaces from any of my clients. With this noteworthy experience, I am purchasing from PandaHall since months now without even giving a second thought to it. I highly recommend this online shop to everyone among my peers. I have received three orders from PandaHall and I have been delighted with all of them. The quality of the items is excellent and is exactly as advertised. There were a couple of items that were currently out of stock and I was given the option to deliver without the items, choose alternatives or wait. I chose alternatives and since there are so many items to choose from, I got items that were almost identical to my original choices. I was also really pleased with the packaging of the items as I was having them shipped to the UK. PandaHall were packed to expertly that hardly any packing materials were needed which keeps the delivery cost as low as possible and is better for the environment.
I will be ordering again (and again, and again...)

I love this place. Their website is very descriptive and all of the products have always been exactly as ordered. The prices are amazing. Shipping adds a bit to the price (PandaHall are in China, after all) but I've still never found better prices anywhere else. Again, because they are in China, it takes a few weeks to finally get your shipment but they are very transparent about packing and shipping times on the front end. Overall, all of my experiences with PandaHall have been amazing. AND they just opened a US warehouse! They don't have quite the stock as the Chinese warehouse but for basics, this will definitely be my new go-to.

I have been buying from PandaHall since February 2019 and so far I have ordered over £700 value of products. My experience has been very positive. PandaHall have a wide range of products and shipping options to choose from. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days and I usually receive the items in 10-12 days (this depends on which shipping method you choose). This is much faster than other Chinese selling platforms that I have tried. The overall quality of services has been consistent and reliable, so highly recommended.

In order to receive the best product possible, it is very important to know what you are buying, along with the grading of the specific gemstones. Grading makes all the difference! You can purchase Amazonite for $2 per strand, and you will get $2 quality - or, you can purchase Amazonite for $30 per strand and you will be thrilled! This is a perfect example of getting what you paid for. Do your homework and you'll be pleased.

Pay attention to their sales & deals and you will be thrilled.

Have I received some less than stellar items? Sure I have, but I also took the chance at buying inexpensive findings and got what I deserved - nothing less, nothing more.

Not one order has contained an error, and their communication is fantastic! If I order an item and it is out of stock before my order is packed, I am always contacted to make a new selection, with a discount for my inconvenience.

It seems that we rarely take the time to post positive reviews. When we are angered by a negative purchase we almost always find the time to tell the world... it's important that we share positive reviews as well.

If you haven't ordered from PandaHall you should! I make jewelry and handbag fobs and this is one of the best suppliers out there! Their customer service is excellent with great communication. I receive notifications on shipping or if and item is out of stock. PandaHall give me options to wait for my item or get a refund. Shipping is much faster than I expected. I usually have my items in about 7-10 days once shipped. Tracking numbers are provided so I know where my stuff is! The best thing is the quality of the supplies I order. Their selection is huge so I'm able to get the quality level I want at the best price.

I can always count on PandaHall for my craft supplies. The quality, selection and price is the absolute best!

I have made two separate orders from PandaHall and each time I received quality products in great condition. My orders had multiple pieces of the same product and each was well made with minimal and acceptable defects; which incidentally made my finished product uniquely beautiful. When ordering multiples from other business, I have experienced many broken or inferior products and had to accept the loss. My PandaHall products arrived sooner than expected with the box and each package carefully wrapped to protect my goods. I will definitely order again as I am a very satisfied customer! Additionally... PandaHall have some great stuff at great prices!

I am updating my previous review of a couple of years back. Customer service seem a bit easier to deal with now regarding faulty products and I feel that PandaHall do handle complaints in a more professional manner than before. But processing/packing times are STILL usually much longer than they claim on the website (or in their replies here). I also notice when I compare prices to last years orders that prices have increased drastically for a lot of items (some as much as 40-60% more expensive in just a year). So even when they offer a 'Sale' or 'Free shipping' you are still paying a lot more in total than you would have a year or so ago.
For that reason it is important to demand quality and complain if products are not perfect. Some of the factories they use produce very good quality products, while some factories allow broken or poor quality products leave the factory and be shipped to customers. I have received facetted glass beads where half the beads on each strand were broken or chipped. I paid $16 for 5 strands (+shipping +import taxes). So not in any way 'cheap'. Panda Hall claim they were damaged in transit, but if that is true then the broken/chipped pieces would be in the bag with the beads. Quite simply some factories are knowingly threading faulty beads on the strands and selling them. So quality control needs to be improved greatly - and random checks are needed on what certain factories are producing. Perhaps now that prices have gone up so much they can use these profits for this purpose.

I wanted some jewellery chains to complete my jewellery set for a special function and I was looking for a rich look jewellery. Such a great selection! I never thought I will be able to find jewellery chains like those. But I was. Panda hall chains... PandaHall were actually amazing. And I got them as soon as possible according to my need so that I have to thank their service though I am abroad. I got them without any harm as they were well packed. Anyone can be assuring of the quality of their products because they always launch a customer oriented fast service. Thanks Panda hall!

PandaHall offer items for sale and let you pay for things they don't have to sell. They hold your money for months and then when they refund you, it's to a cash account on their website. You have to jump through lots of hoops to actually get a refund. They tell you they shipped your items when they have not and send fake tracking numbers repeatedly, then blame Fedex, DHL, USPS and UPS for the confusion. They out and out lie about what is going on with orders and when you do get your order, it is often not the item you bought. Then they make you pay to return it which is expensive, so they know you won't. It's a racket that depends on first time buyers, not repeats.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE, SCAM, CRAP COMPANY. PandaHall STOLE Y MONEY! I went on this site to take a look at the pendants they had and I thought that it seemed very nice and had good prices. I left the website without purchasing anything because I found another site that has gorgeous pendants for cheaper. I was lucky enough to lok at my visa transactions in time to notice that PandaHall CHARGED ME OVER $100! I never ordered or even put my information anywhere and somehow they got my info and charged me; UNAUTHORIZED. I sent an email to them as well hoping they may be better than that and to correct the issue but they never responded. HORRIBLE PEOPLE... CRAP COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID AND USE A SITE THAT IT MORE TRUSTWORTHY.

I have ordered SEVERAL times from Pandahall and PandaHall are always out of stock with at least one item per order. It delays the entire order by at least a week and a half. I always upgrade to she 3 day shipping so it arrived pretty quick after my orders are packed. Several times they send the wrong color beads. Per their instructions, I email pictures of the wrong item that clearly show the mistake, but they insist that because the label is correct the color must be also. They even suggested if I use them with other beads the color wil look differently. Huh? They just refuse to make good on their mistakes. They hide behind the language barrier and the distance and assume the consumer will just give up.

I am a small business owner in Arizona. I reluctantly ordered small quantities to see the quality and delivery time of the items I ordered. About 68 different products. I ordered on a Saturday and I received from CHINA to ARIZONA within 5 days! I was pleasantly surprised and so pleased with this company! I am getting ready to place a second order because PandaHall are very quick and the items I ordered were just what I expected. Wonderful communication as well and their website is so customer friendly. Very happy customer!

Pandahall has been my main beading supply online store since 2014. I have filled over 96 orders with them. Within these orders, there was only one time a very light order that has gotten misplaced and Pandahall made the full replacement and resent the order. Overall, the customer service is very prompt, PandaHall are working even weekends to return you a reply and are very helpful. They are processing the orders very fast, if you choose items that can be processed in 3 days and they have them already in stock. I have ordered a few times from Panda Hall, I love everything, even better than expected. Sometimes the freight can be a little pricey, but I take that into consideration with what I am purchasing. Some people have complained that it takes too long, I live in Michigan in the USA, It is coming from China, So you got to allow time, I have been pleased with how quickly I receive my products. If you pay attention to your cart, it says if PandaHall can ship right away or how many days. I would not hesitate to order from them.
