Excellent! I have been looking (shopping) everywhere for the extra large bottle of Dolche Gabbana Light Blue AND the Body Lotion and simply could not find them ANYWHERE! My sister in law shops with you and posted on FB, and in less than ten minutes, literally! I had my perfume at a FANTASTIC price, exactly what I have been searching for PLUS I get to pay for it in 4 installments! What more could a girl ask for! I will never shop anywhere else for my perfume!

My experience was fantastic for first time ordering. I had a confirmation order within minutes of placing my order and a few hours later an update stating my order was package and being shipped including a tracking number. I ordered on a Friday and received Monday! Both perfumes were new and sealed just like when I've purchased in the department store. Extremely pleased and will definitely buy from here again. I use to order from ForeverLux but had an issue with some broken colognes bottles and the mail Department took responsibility and put it in a bag and labeled it damaged and took photos of everything and was told Perfume.com would handle it and than forgot about me so no I am looking for a new vendor for my Cologne orders. This site made shopping for my favorite perfume easy. It's been hard with my stores shut down so I haven't been able to find my perfume anywhere and I've been looking on Amazon and Ebay but I kept seeing reviews about the product being fake, but the reviews I read on here were good and the prices are amazing too. I just placed my first order and I'll write another review about my experience when it gets here.

I Love shopping with y'all and have been for a long time. However, I'm really really disappointed that most of what I wanted to order is out of stock. Ex: the ladies perfume Born Wild by Ed Hardy. Yall have been out for quite some time now. Do you have Any idea when it might come in?

Love this site ever since I have known about it. Haven't bought perfume for myself or anyone else anywhere else since I've known about perfume.com. I have bought my husbands cologne off of here as well & wouldn't buy it no other place. The prices are great & beat the malls prices out. I even found 2 perfumes that I haven't seen sice the 90's on here that I can't find in stores so this site is awesome & the shopping is so easy from home & I am saving on gas, but the prices r unbeatable. Very easy to shop on this website. Fragrances I have gotten from here are so far the real deal and I am pretty happy with the delivery. Although I feel like the package should be more secured with bubbles or some kind of more cushion inside a box for protection. Those boxes gets thrown all the time by delivery handlers. Prices and discounts are great on this site. I do recommend!

Hi I went to order this the other day... I thought I had already instigated the coupon but the total was higher so did not order... thought I'd relook today and same thing happened but then I noticed the thin white line at the top of the page asking if a coupon was being used and immediately the amount was discounted. I think you are losing sales arranging the coupon in this way...

I was very happy with the purchase, and the products received. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Despite the warning/disclaimer provided for tester bottles, i only received one w/o a cap, and a few with a plain white box, which i don't mind one bit, it gets thrown away anyway. The Gucci Guilty, i wanted most of all, came new & sealed in original box. Aaaaaand i was allowed to make payments. What more could i ask for. Maybe faster shipping?

As you saw first order over126$$ was returned. No refund, the server used was usps.the box had large holes, lid was flat and could be accessed by anyone. Broken and completely destroyed. So that was disappointing being gifts. I ordered again one item this time 81$$ and it was supposed to be here in 3 days priority mail it was delivered 6 days. So over all its been awful. I should receive a gift discount and or make things better, somehow!

Very nasty young lady, who should not be working with public. Requested from 2 separate calls, that management to call asap. Never did get respected enough to be considerate to call. Flat out RUDE, to be treated like trash. Will not recommend, & make sure people I deal with does not use this company,who treats their customers like trash!!

I tried to purchase a perfume which didn't happen. Perfume.com asked the bank for an authorization code which the bank couldn't provide. I have sent several possible replies and during one week didn't get a reply. I provided a screenshot where it was visible that they have charged me, but anyway they didn't place my order. I lost my time on this website, which is not user-friendly at all, and will suggest to all my friends not to use the website ever.

I received what I ordered and I am very happy with my purchase and the price at which I bought it. Delivery was slow, since Perfume.com used USPS. But product was perfect and undamaged so I'm not complaining too much about that. Perfume.com also sent me an email about contacting them in case there were any shipping issues or if the package didn't get there. I was pleasantly surprised at that.

This has been the most frustrating Customer experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 perfumes (>100USD) from the site early March and I was told a tracking number would be sent to me. I waited over a week to allow for delays and wrote to ask. Then a tracking number was sent which showed the item was delivered to my private box. No one in our household ever saw that package. Numerous emails later, I still havent seen my order or a replacement.

I LOVE THIS WEBSTORE! I had no idea that my favorite vintage colognes were still available, and at such good prices. I just discovered this website a couple of weeks ago on Instagram and I've already placed two orders! I'm also on the notifications list for three out of stock items, so I'll be making more purchases in the future.

My favorite, the original Fendi perfume, was discontinued several years ago. I saw that you had a list of "Fendi like" choices. I ordered three small bottles of suggested alternatives to try and see what worked for me. I am trying them on different days, so I can see how Perfume.com smell at first and how my body reacts during the day. I am so pleased with two of my choices... you made it easy and inexpensive to try to find a scent that will work for me!

Your website offers a wide range of fragrances at desirable discounted prices as do many others. However, you also supply important detailed info about the fragrances, too, such as a specific list of the ingredients, top notes, body, and bottom notes, as well. This is vital information for someone desiring to purchase a new fragrance on-line. Your policy of FREE Shipping & Returns is also a plus!

Product is good, only thing I was disappointed unhappy & dissatisfied was pertaining to this company's shipping packing method's box didn't have bubble wrap to adequately protect item's from moving banging around each other in box that's not smart, there must be something to protect item's in the shipping box period AMEN

I have tried several of your perfumes and Perfume.com don't seem to last as long as the original scents for some reason. Are you getting leftovers from the original company's and maybe that's why the scent doesn't last as long? I almost ordered a bottle of Estee Lauder youth Dew today to try them again but I can get it cheaper from Zulily. I don't think you will post this you should! You want to be honest and forthcoming with us. I'm not saying I will not order from you again but if I can get it a lot cheaper somewhere else I'm going to.

Unless your cheap and like fake products it will be a good website but this website is a fraud! Perfume.com lie and say they sell authentic products and they don't! I just bought on 4/26/2020 two perfumes: Marc Jacobs Decadence and Jessica Simpson Fancy Love and they are both fake! How I know? I had both of these before from MACYS and the top to Marc Jacobs is not magnetic as it should be and both scents are weak and fade away in 5 minutes. That's not real authentic products! The packaging and bottles look Authentic but the smell showed me it's fake and not having a magnetic top showed me it's FAKE!

I misplaced the information, however if you wish to allow me the discount, I would greatly appreciate it, actually I have ordered several times before and never took the discount, Since I sometimes travel, can you kindly make sure both articles ordered have "very important", bottle caps. The delivery and process was very fast and easy. I had no worry that my gift would would get here in time for my mother. I was disappointed that the discount wasnt bigger for cyber monday. It did basically eliminate shipping which was cool but I saw a lot of websites for other goods that had much bigger discounts. I still purchased from here because I heard good things about the site and dodnt want to risk getting a cheap product but I would appreciate a better deal next time.

Found my favorite fragrances that I could not find elsewhere. My bluebell fragrance increased to 180.oo with another company. Yardley has always proven to have fine fragrances at good prices. Also great variety of fragrances. Was glad to see the soaps that my mother loved. She died last November and the lavender reminds me of her. May come back to. Purchase that.

I placed order0n 12/18/19 for $180.53. I never received my order. Call the company a few times and got respond on 12/25:
Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 3:08 pm on December 19,2019. NEVER RECEIVED. I and my husband I were home on that day and nobody rings the bell.
Why not direct the carrier to deliver instead of drop it on the street. Now I have no purchase and not money. I filed a claim with USPS and Paypal.
Do I need this aggravation for my money? I Never will buy from this company again and strongly will not recommend it. It's the company's responsibility to make sure I will receive merchandise. Perfume.com got my money and nothing else they care about. Very disappointed

FragranceNet.com offered Creed Virgin Island Water at 30% off for Mother's Day. My family wanted to buy this for me as I am a Nurse Practitioner on the front lines at our hospital. We decided to stick with Perfume.com because we have bought from you before and we satisfied. Would have been happier if we received 30% vs. the 20% off. :) In health and wellness - Ty from our family to yours.

I love buying from perfume.com because Perfume.com are affordable And always on time. They describe the fragrances by giving you an ingredient list which makes you easy to purchase I like Woody colognes so if I can read the ingredients in the cologne makes it a whole lot easier to buy. I know that buyingColognes online can be risky but at perfume.com they make the experience great

Everything was/is good, except the advertisement in my email said I would have free shipping but I didn't get free shipping after all. I went ahead with my purchase though because Perfume.com is a great company with great prices and great customer service--- I'm just a little disappointed about the advertisement in my email saying I'd get (free shipping, today only) so I thought it would be free shipping on all purchases, even under $35.

This is my first purchase with them and it could not have gone better! I bought my granddaughter this perfume she likes (Gucci Guilty) at a great price and had it sent to CA. She got in two days! I've been continually trying to buy eternity the 6.7 bottle I bought it at one time for 3750 and you keep telling me that it's on special and when I look it's $41 and some odd cents my problem is that every time I go to use my 20% off that I am told that the 20% is already taken off but Perfume.com don't show that on the first page. I only joined to see if I can get some satisfaction. Which is stupid to pay 995 to subscribe to get a lesser amount but I like eternity.
