Shopping was a breeze. Just today I placed my order so I haven't received my 13 or so products purchased. It took me about 3 days to re- search and learn some 400 fragrances on this site, and Perfume.com were kind enough to keep them all in my "shopping cart" instead of booting them out like some sites. (I will let you know all the fabulous details when my perfumes come) I hope they include a little gratis for me, too!

My husband has been use Gentlemen since 1976 we used to get it at Macy's Gottschalks or Weinstock but these two stores close and Macy's was the only one left that carried it. Macy's stop selling gentlemen in 2005. One day we went to the outlets and into your perfume store and found it there thank you for carrying it there it's the only cologne my husband wears.

I ordered and made payment accordingly but got an auto reply mentioning payment was declined. But i got sms notifications frm my bank confirming the amount was deducted. Twice.!

Since the order was unsuccessful and supposedly unpaid, i dont have any references number or tracking order number to back up my claim. This is ridiculous.

Is this some kind of scam? Stay away from this website. Horrible experience.

So far it seems that it was very simple to locate what I was looking for! That's incredibly rare! That's a huge thumbs up! Now that I think about it, I would've wanted to check for a couple more... Whoops. I'll check another time... People waiting for me. I'm just excited that I was able to find what I did and at Incredible prices! Hopefully, Perfume.com will still be available soon. It's been great experience finding items that are either hard to find in stores or it is too much trouble to shop in person.

To be an online purveyor, the service is great. I liked to be informed when my items were shipped and estimated delivery date and time. All with minimal effort.

Prices are good too. Nothing more than purchasing in stores with the added convenience of home delivery. What else could you ask?

You use deceptive pricing by displaying one price and then asking if you want 20% off resulting in the same displayed price. This is car salesmanship and does not engender confidence in your company. I have strong doubts that this product its genuine having used it since its inception and noting that it is far less potent than it was originally.

Whatever you do do not buy their products! I bought BVLGARI two bottles of perfume for my wife and daughter for Christmas and it was nothing like the perfume authentic one. The bottle was plastic instead of glassAnd the smell was different and did not last long when you spray it on. My wife and daughter was very very unhappy because Perfume.com do know what the real authentic one looks like and smells like. Waste of money

One star is far to generous! Perfume.com might have good prices but that is because they skimp on customer service and employees are AWFUL! They addressed my package improperly so it got returned to them I emailed twice to fix the problem with NO response I finally get through to someone a rude stupid person during business hours and all she says she can do for me is make wait even longer for them to scan the package then readdress it and send it out with 5-7 shipping day! I explained that unacceptable and all she would do is send it out same day with 2 day shipping. This was supposed to gift for my mother in law's birthday but now she won't get it till a week after birthday because this company's complete incompetence. By far the worst customer service I have ever experience I will gladly order some where else and pay more money from another company if that means I get and little respect and can trust that my package will arrive when it's supposed to!

I have no luck when it comes to perfumes, it seems that ALL that I love become discontinued. I went on this site and found IT, (not telling you the name just in case you want to buy some LOL) I ordered four bottles on November 12,2019 and live in Canada. It was delivered on November 15,2019. I am so impressed with choice, ease of purchase, easy checkout, fast delivery and ultimately AMAZINGLY LOW PRICES. I will refer all of my friends to PERFUME.COM. Thank you.

I was so absolutely thrilled when I checked this site and found Maja. It was given to me as a gift when I was in my teens. I am now in my 60's and always remembered Maja but never saw it again until now. Just received my order of the perfume and lotion and it is wonderful! Price was great, sizes of products great and shipping was quick. Looking forward to ordering the powder, soaps and body wash as well as other perfumes. Thank you so much for carrying these items and at such an affordable price! I highly recommend your site.

Tried calling them 3 times and all I got was lousy music. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. There was no one to say how long your wait time was, just terrible music. I tried to email and Perfume.com wanted access to my phone. Why? I did not care for the experience. I am not recommending that no purchase from them. They need to deal with the customer in a timely manner. They could had ask me to leave my number and get back to me.

I have used Climat since 1969. A friend brought it back for me from Thailand. I have purchased it in France, Mexico, USA and many countries in Europe over the years. I have never seen such a dramatic price increase here or anywhere. Your price, not that long ago, was in the $40+ range and now is in the $70+ range after discount. You have been my "go to" place for a long time when I needed to replenish my "back stock" of Climat, my signature fragrance. Please bring the price back in line, as it was before.

I love Perfume.com! I've bought from them twice before, today makes the third time. They've never failed to get my order right every time! I love buying the samples because it gives me the opportunity to try new fragrances at a reasonable price. I will continue to be a repeat customer. I hate when I get an email from a company (in this case Perfume.com) stating 20% off and free shipping only to find out in the final stages of payment checkout that the free shipping is conditional... $35+ orders. This should be at least in small print on the coupon email... the email/coupon didn't even say restrictions apply. I won't be buying any more from this site. I went ahead and completed this order only because PAYPAL will is involved and will be sending notices for me to complete the order.

I ordered over $400 worth of perfume and cologne from perfume.com. I received three bottle but I never received the other $362 worth of perfume and cologne from Perfume.com. I have called and Perfume.com will not answer the phone. I also called FedEx and they will not answer the phone or respond to my voice messages. I will never do business with them again I am in the process of filing a claim with Better Business Bureau.

This was my first order with perfume.com. I honestly was concerned that it would be a fake perfume or a knock off or something. I am extremely happy to report that it is the real thing. I compared to one that I already had but was nearing empty and it is indeed the same exactly perfume. I will never pay the prices that the big retailers charge again. I will come back to perfume.com again and again. As long as the perfumes are on point like this one is!

Just when I needed an urgent but economical delivery after being disappointed by one company who cancelled my order after a day without giving a reason and because I used a foreign card; Perfume.com now my money stuck in clearing processes; I came straight to here and an ordinary delivery period of 2-5 days took them less than a day. Ordered my usual old and faithful-Dior Addict and recent crush- La vie et Belle and they were spot on!

The site is easy enough to use, however, I find it highly annoying that after each purchase I make, I'm offered a 20% discount on my next purchase yet it's already been "entered " in the price that's quoted to all customers. You guys really don't need to try to trick customers into thinking they're getting a special discount when in reality, the same price would apply to anyone. I would keep shopping here regardless but please don't insult my intelligence.

I'll admit that I was a little dubious but I just can't say how truly pleased I am with Perfume.com. I was so sad when my Jovan was discontinued in my whole city but a customer told me to give them a try, that she was quite happy with them also.
Even with the exchange rate, (and the awesome 20% coupon Perfume.com offer) the price worked out about the same as what I would have paid here in Ontario, Canada.
I am recommending this company to EVERYONE!

I was told one price and gave the discount code, free shipping. And after i put all my info in, n hit purchase... You added $5.95 suddenly after i was told the total price...
B. S. And you're ok with treating and cheating your customers like this? Like its not bad enough right now with the covid-19. WOW! I guess i'm bound to be ill one way or another.
