I am extremely happy about not having to use PayPal
I am extremely happy about not having to use PayPal. Nothing about the way PlusMore did business with me made sense and if I ever have to use PayPal to make purchases online I buy somewhere else even if it cost a little more. But this is my first purchase from you so we'll see I guess. Thanks.

Sold me the wrong part
Their fit calculator told me that a part would fit my car. When it arrived, it was apparent that it was not the right part. I tried calling for a week and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Via email, it took me two weeks for them to tell me how to return the part. PlusMore refused to pay to have the part shipped back despite their website saying it would fit when it did not.

Great prices, very competitive! My parts aren't the easiest to find and are often quite pricey. The last drum I bought like this with the bearing built in I bought at Advanced Auto and paid $80.

I was not giving a tracking number until about 4 days after the product was shipped and then it was over a week before it got here but it was not the shippers problem. USPS had the part going all over the United States before I finally got it. Yeah

The search wasn't as accurate
The search wasn't as accurate. When searching for fenders it included rims in the search and item that weren't in stock. Out of stock should be included at the end of the search results. Other than that great as a first time buyer.

Place is scam, steals your MONEY
I ordered part 11/2 guaranteeing a delivery date by 11/6-11/9. It's now 11/24 & no part or any info on what's going on. Every ph# for company get no answer, you can leave message but never returned & I sent email to customer service about situation & PlusMore responded stating they received my order? What the hell is that telling me! I Know they got my order, I can read my freaking bank statement for that info. I want answers to why I've still never gotten part cause when I ordered they clearly stated parts in stock and would be delivered by 11/6. I've still yet to hear from company about my situation. Definitely starting to feel company is a Fraud & my money been stolen

The prompt format for address and billing information is flawed entries still show the prompt in the background and one is unable to tell if the info entered went in correctly.
Only in the final screen before order placement can you see what you entered!
Additionally my address has a unit number requirement which does show up as a prompt. But does NOT show up on the screen information for 'address information'
These are programming glitches but PlusMore make the checkout process awkward

Communication is terrible
Mediocre at best I never got confirmation like I was told I would that the product was shipped I tried and tried and tried to get in contact with customer service with no success but several messages never got a call back send emails never heard back from them at all but it did show up almost 2 weeks later. Too bad I purchased apartment someplace else because I thought I got burned cuz PlusMore do not communicate

I had to conform the correct wheelbase length and cross-reference the part number from a different website. Your system should have asked me whether it's a 144 or 170 inch wheelbase

The first bumper I ordered from your company arrived...
The first bumper I ordered from your company arrived very damaged. I requested a replacement bumper but received a phone call from a customer service rep from another country who had trouble understanding what needed to be done to make sure I received a replacement bumper instead of a refund. We finally received a refund instead of a replacement bumper and now I'm placing my order for the replacement bumper. We are a bit nervous about receiving another damaged bumper and I'm having to re-schedule my customer because of how much extra time I've had to allow for this job due to receiving the first damaged bumper. Thanks for reading this and making an effort to solve this problem.

The loading of pages is slow or hangs on the mobile...
The loading of pages is slow or hangs on the mobile side of things. Had to reload the cart page three times for it show up properly so I could select the checkout option. The checkout page showed up, but I couldn't select anything to enter my payment information and had reload the page three more times before it allowed me to enter anything and still moved slowly from one box to the next.
