Good, although the "check to fit" feature before I go to shopping cart seems to take me to a blank page when I fill out the L99 or LS3 option. Aside from that, great!

It was quick and easy and I appreciate the fact that it allows you to check and make sure the part fits your vehicle before you actually purchase it!

We have a separate shipping and billing address. When trying to put our PO BOX down for billing address, you claim I cannot use a PO BOX for shipping. I plainly put our shipping address for shipping, made sure the box was not checked to ensure I could put or mailing address for billing address and still wouldn't let me purchase. Had to put my shipping address in billing address place. This needs to be fixed on your end. I hope my purchase goes through.

Could not zoom in would be great if that would be available to view part closer easy navigating price is good, hope it fits gotten headlights for same SUV and it did not fit looked the same but did not fit different company though.

Had difficulties matching car model to the part I was purchasing. The screen would turn blank after entering the car model information. When in the cart screen, I was able to confirm the part matched my make, model and trim level.

Bought two items - placed shipping and handling charges on both items even though PlusMore are coming from the same company - for a better rating - apply handling charges once per order - I would imagine shipping charges could be reduced as well - seeing items are being shipped together.

First time I entered my CC info it just went blank and never acknowledged my order. I then went to paypal and ordered it. Better not get two parts! This worries me!

Web site was easy to navigate and confirmed the part was correct for my vehicle.
I would have preferred to have shipping options as I live rural and parcels do not always get delivered to my P. O. Box. I would have paid more for UPS or FEDEX

I bought a power steering line for a Dodge car wagon a 2001 model and PlusMore sent me some kind of Ford model that did not fit they promised me my money back which I never received be careful these guys are crooks

Only problem was using the vehicle part verification. Went through online chat. All else was 5 star especially the chat - verified and listed the part # so I knew we were speaking of the same part.

When I select an item, I can see that it is a Front Bumper Cover for a 2004 Toyota Avalon XLS with such and such engine etc. When I go to View Cat, item is described a Bumper Cover and nothing more. Please fix this so that one gets to see that cart has exactly what it should have and accurately describes what is in it. I tried the Chat functionality and Michael, the guy who replied to my questions had no clue as to what I was looking at other than it was a bumper cover and was not able to help. Please fix as identified.

Fast order so far. Tried to order a bumper from somewhere else, took 15 days for them to answer my email and the order was still pending the whole time so I canceled and came here.

Found the part I needed easily. Would be even nicer if the parts diagram was shown with the corresponding parts to make it a little easier to confirm what we are looking at.

When i entered in the car model it said its the correct part and when i check out it said its the wrong part. I'm pretty sure that its the right part.

This site is really user friendly and it is good that you can verify that the part you are researching to purchase prior to ordering or just taking a guess.
