Pop Fit

I am not sure what is prompting all the bad reviews. I signed up and got 2 pairs of leggings and then stayed with it for a couple of months. I needed something for work and working out. I loved the idea of leggings with pockets.
When I got mine, I was skeptical. As a size 24 I have a hard time ordering things online and always worry about fit. These pleasantly surprised me. Pop Fit fit well, were thick and secure and I love them. I did get one pair that I am not a fan of the style, but I did not know I could preview them and pick a different style.
I also received (for free) a couple of string backpack bags that are great for toting stuff to the boat or whatever.
They have all held up well to multiple washings and a few turns in the dryer too. I have no problem with bad seams or any other construction issues. The only reason I stopped my subscription was that I have plenty of pairs now. But I will for sure be heading back to their site to get more when I need them.

I LOVE these leggings for working out! As many plus size girls know, it's not easy finding workout clothes that let you work out hard, with just enough compression to hold you in. Let me tell you... these are the perfect workout leggings for big girls! I've lost over 100 pounds, but I've got a long way to go still. These leggings fit over my big booty and belly with ease AND Pop Fit STAY UP throughout my entire workout. No more tugging them up in-between squats or lunges. They don't creep down when I'm doing reverse crunches on the floor. To me, they have just enough compression without being restrictive. While you're working to get rid of that fat, you won't be able to hear it slapping together in the meantime. And let me tell you, they are truly high-rise leggings. Super comfortable and high quality fabric and stitching. I can't say enough good things about them. They're wonderful! I'm definitely ordering more.

DO NOT BUY FROM POP FIT! I made an order back in September and was waiting for the package for more than 2 months because pop fit only puts limited tracking so once it arrives in your country, you will no longer be able to track it. I thought it could be because it was from America and taking a long time to come so I waited. Anyway I didn't ever up receiving the package and after 3 weeks of going back on fourth, I was finally given the option to replace my whole order as long as I pay for shipping again (18 Australian dollars). Once I was asking for the link to complete my order, I was told by manager Chelsea D' that I was only going to get 1 pair of tights and if I wanted the other pair (THAT I ORDERED), I would have to pay for it even though I explained to her many times that I was offered a chance to replace my whole order but she was not taking it so I had to deal with PayPal to resolve this issue because pop fit wasn't going to. Pop Fit only put promotions to take people's money and not give them the items they ordered so they can get their money back from the promotion.
I highly recommend everyone going anywhere else because this was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I've never seen a company take back an option they offered in the first place! Will never try to buy anything from there again.

I purchased L sized shorts and 7 pairs of L sized underwear and a L sized legging. The shorts and underwear fit fine but the leggings didn't. Almost like it was a medium sized mislabeled. I emailed them about it and got an auto email saying my ticket was submitted. I never received another email so I emailed them back. I received a response where the very first sentence was telling me Pop Fit did email me and then screenshots of the email. The tone was rude and petty. They then said I couldn't return them because I already took the tags off. I didnt even ask to return them, I really just felt like I had a mislabeled pair. Very poor form and the customer service spent more time trying to prove me wrong then addressing the issue. I'll never shop here again and I'm taking all of it to the salvation army. I'm telling my friends too. Not worth it. What a waste of money. The leggings were what I wanted the other times I bought as add on from the cart. I really think you sent me the wrong size. When held up together the leggings are clearly smaller than the shorts. But forget it. The agent was rude and I'm not buying from a company that doesn't invest in their employees or customers.

I learned about POPfit through one of my friends and thought I'd do some research because I am a legging FREAK! Leggings are pretty much all I wear and when I saw these had pockets I knew it was over! I kept doing research and what really amazed me is how open Pop Fit are to a range of sized and bodies! This meant a lot to me because I know how it feels for someone to not carry your size when you love the product so much. It hurts when a major company doesn't make a product for every body! That's why I love POPfit so much, they don't only think about plus size bodies, they think about ALL bodies. After my research and falling in love I thought I should definitely get some! Thankfully they have this amazing deal where they GIVE YOU A FREE PAIR! I just paid shipping and handling and boom, got a new pair of leggings! When I got the leggings I immediately tried them on, and they were unlike any leggings I have tried before! The material is very unique and it is hard to describe but they passed the squat test. I made my husband check for me in multiple lightings, and multiple locations and NOTHING. These leggings are my new holy grail and I definitely need more!

I currently have three pair of leggings. All black, one with mesh. First off the pockets are legit the best thing even! And Pop Fit hold actual stuff with the free of it falling out. My Note 9 call phone fits perfectly, with run and not feeling like it's going to fall out. They are true to size, I'm 24 and 3x fit me perfect. Have washed and wore them a decent amount of times now, no fading, no wear and tear and seams are still holding up great. These leggings are worth it and I can't wait to get more. (I wash my leggings with dark clothes, cold normal cycle and I hang dry most of clothes) and they don't roll or slide down! I'm not spending all day pulling them up. It's great!

Cons- they are compression so some days I'm not in the mood for that. Just heads up if compression isn't your thing or maybe size up. I don't know if that would cause them to fall down of you do, just putting that out there. Shipping was great the processing was a bit long. About a week to two weeks till they shipped with my first order I got a wee scared but then when they shipped they were here so quick. Just heads up on the processing being a bit long.

Absolutely horrid! First of all, these people took my comments from Facebook and deleted them, and then blocked me from the ability to leave any more! Pop Fit are deleting them from IG too! That is absolutely 100% dishonest! They delete honest negative reviews!? How is that allowed? Absolutely disgusting!
Second of all, I got my "free" leggings. Free after $15 shipping! And they are absolute crap. Absolutely the worst quality leggings I have ever seen in my life! I'm not even comparing them to high dollar leggings, compare them to ANY leggings! You'd be better off ordering some from Amazon so you can return them once you realize they're crap! Thats WHY they "give them to you free for only the price of shipping," so that you CAN'T return them! Also, $15 for shipping that takes 2 weeks? From here in the US? No. They are working a system of selling crap in a way that we are trapped sucking up the loss, and then preventing us from warning others not to fall for it! This should be illegal!

I stumbled across this amazing athletic brand that had adorable full length leggings, cropped leggings and shorts. I picked the style LOLA in this royal blue color! They're seriously incredible! I love the mesh on the outside of the leg with the crisscross design! I have so many black leggings I was excited to add a pop of color! These are a high waisted fit and stay in place without any bulging or uncomfortable elastic bands. Pop Fit also have hidden pockets on the side. Overall the quality is great! They're breathable and stretchy. Sizing is accurate! I got an XL they fit. It are a little loose on parts of my legs I probably would have fit comfortably in a L due to the amount of stretch but the waist band stays in place! I have worn and washed these a few times and they still feel brand new! Overall, extremely happy with this purchase! Check them out!

Scammy Business Practices. Refused to Exchanged Defective Product not as Advertised
On 11/24/2019, I placed an order for 6 pairs of underwear and 3 medium "Stella w/Pockets" leggings in 3 different patterns: green/pink, black/white, and black/gray/white. The sizing guide for each pair of medium "Stella w/Pockets" leggings is identical (waist 29-33, hip 39-42, USA dress 8-10). The inseam of all sizes is stated to range from 30-36 inches.

When I received my order on 12/6/2019, I tried on each pair of the 3 leggings I ordered. I learned that 1 of the 3 pairs, the "green/pink" pattern, was sized significantly different than the other 2 pairs I had received despite being labeled a medium. I contacted customer service with pictures showing the clear sizing difference with the medium tag still attached and asked to exchange the product as it was incorrectly sized.

On 12/7/2019, PopFit requested a photo of the item with the tag attached and a copy of the receipt, which I supplied on 12/10/2019. PopFit responded on 12/11/2019 that the product was not damaged/defective, stating: "Due to the compensation of material required for the color and pattern leggings, some styles will fit slightly different than others. This is to ensure Pop Fit do not stretch white or become transparent when worn." PopFit stated that I would need to pay $4.99 to exchange the leggings which were clearly sized differently despite being the identical style and identical size.

On 12/11/2019, I informed PopFit that there is no indication on PopFit's website or sizing guide that certain colors of the identical style and identical size should fit differently. Furthermore, the measured inseam of the green/pink leggings was only 27 inches, 3 inches shorter than their advertised minimum of 30 inches. The product is not as advertised.

I learned of PopFit via Instagram, which was my first mistake.

Honestly very miss leading. The sign up process is extremely easy and Pop Fit bombarded me with more free stuff offers and half of deals. All of them too good to be true. Once I placed my order I didn't want to risk getting charged for my first month. Yes, I just wanted to take advantage of the free deal and pay only for shipping. But when I got one of the pop ups offers I wanted to take advantage of second pair for free. I kid you not, I read everything on every pop up ( total of 5 more offers before being able to check out) And nowhere did it say that my order was going to get canceled for canceling my membership. My package came incomplete and nowhere did it say it was going to be an incomplete order. Meaning you have to keep the $35 prescription, pay the $13 plus for shipping for the offer you are getting innorder to get your deal. Canceling was a pain, they try to offer more free stuff so they can charge you and not send you your package. Buyer be aware. If it looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Contacted their costume service and still haven't heard from them. Very disappointed.

I've been a popfit vip member for about two years now. I love the designs, how Pop Fit fit, and they have great quality. Also their customer service is spot on. I have no affiliation with the company other than being a customer, but I always tell my friends about this brand because of what they stand for and how they support all types of women. As a long term member, I keep getting those popfit workout bags haha. I have a whole stash of them now. I wish they would give something else besides the bags, but I do give them to my friends and they like the bags and some of them have gotten leggings as well. I also really enjoy that I can skip a month for free. I have way too many leggings now Also their sports bras are really good too! I've attached a bunch of photos to show the variety of their stuff that I have. Some of them uploaded sideways, I dont know what that's all about

One word. POCKETS. Life changing! At the gym, "oh no where do I put my phone?", in your sweaty sports bra? Not anymore! POCKETS. Hands full getting groceries out the car, "oh no where do I put my phone?", awkwardly Under your arm or even worse, in your mouth? NOPE because pockets!

If pockets weren't enough let's talk about quality. My biggest pet peeve are too thin leggings! I have zero desire to have my panties or bare bum showing through my pants! You never have to worry about that with these. I feel completely comfortable wearing a crop top or t-shirt with these leggings because I know I don't have to worry about anything showing.

Oh and my other pet peeve is having to constantly do that leg shake while pulling up my leggings because apparently elastic doesn't work? Not an issue here. Idk what kind of superhuman material Pop Fit use but it loves my body and my body loves it.

These leggings made me realize I had been doing myself a disservice by wearing poor quality leggings. Love yourself and get you some!

I ended up buying some for me and my daughter (both plus sizes and both different sizes and height as well) because people raved about it. I realize I bought during the Covid crisis, hence I'm not going on how long Pop Fit took to get to me after I bought them. You really need to read the fine print on buying these if you need to return them or exchange. Apparently they don't give you a label to send things back, you either pay for it yourself or have them take 6.99 out of what they're refunding you. It took 3-4 days for someone to respond to my questions on how to send things back and then when I said specifically in the email that I was returning not exchanging, they sent me the instructions on how to exchange. Then another couple of days to get the right information. Like their address.

The leggings for my daughter she tried on (and I used their size guidelines) they were too tight. So I took one I had bought for me (bigger) and she tried those on but still didn't like the way they felt (feel like swimsuit material). So I knew if I tried these on they wouldn't fit me if they fit her. I tried the bra on my daughter and she was falling out of it. There's no way if she couldn't fit it (again I'm bigger in the chest) that I could fit it.

Even if the product wasn't what we wanted or hoped it would be, their whole customer service issue and having to pay to send things back when other people send you labels to do so especially in this day and age is one reason I won't do business with them. Then trying to write a review (it appears they only accept good reviews), hence the reason I'm here. Don't do business with them.

I have been purchasing these leggings (& sports bras) for over a year now. The prices are great for the lasting quality of the leggings. I've not had one pair that's had any wear patterns or seams pulling and I wear a pair every day I work out (I work out every day).

The ordering process is simple. I can ship a month (or several) without penalty. I have had to return 2 items for exchange and the prices was painless and quick. I received my new items within a few days.

The fit has always been great. I like the high waist and the compression that most have because it helps keep everything in place while I'm running. Plus it's a good shaper when you wear them as every day leggings. The pockets are so handy and fit my phone perfectly. No items popping out of them during a run either. Pop Fit have lots of styles to choose from and the design/color selection is great. I have people ask me often where I get my leggings.

I found the actual quality if the leggings pretty decent. The pockets are nice and easy to put your phone in while running. Also, overall not see-through. However, the VIP membership was very disappointing. You get one chance to return an article of clothing for free during your membership. However, during the span of my membership I was given 2 moderately damaged pieces of clothing and one pair of repeat leggings even though I kept my Wishlist updated. I'm guessing Pop Fit don't track what they've sent you and just pick whatever off your Wish list with no regard if you bought it. They offered the free return on one item however, all of the issues were their fault. In the end, it felt ridiculous to pay $35 and deal with the hassle. I just decided to wear the scuff-marked clothing and ended up giving the extra leggings to my sister, because I don't have a printer to print the label off. Where during this pandemic am I suppose to get it printed out lol? Clothing is decent by do yourself a favor and just stay away from the VIP membership.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Once when I was on their site on my phone I clicked to buy an item; when the order went through the size was wrong. I immediately called and told them that size wasn't the size that I had clicked to order and I wanted to cancel or change the size. Pop Fit told me it had gone through and there was nothing they could do about it. That item was terribly uncomfortable and they wouldn't take it back. They have a "wish list" for you to indicate items you want to be sent, but then instead they send you stuff you don't want, sometimes defective stuff with sewing issues and charge you $32 for it... sometimes when you try to return or exchange items they send you a link but it doesn't actually go to a shipping label... if you aren't on top of it (because you're fed up and occupying yourself with other parts of life that are less frustrating) when you contact them to let them know you're still trying to make a return they'll ever so sweetly tell you that it's too late now and you're stuck with the defective crap they sent you that you never wanted.

Ordered some leggings pulled in by the promise of a FREE PAIR -- which is not free if you discover you are paying $14.95 postage and packing.
In error I added another pair of leggings I was a little confused by all of the items thrust at me as I was checking out.
I get the leggings and the quality is so bad - rip in the seam and Pop Fit smelled strange like a weird chemical smell. The fit was so bad and saggy in places it shouldn't be.
Then the fun started -- I looked for a customer service number and there was none. Just an email with promises to return your email within 48-72 hours. I heard from them 4 days later.
I wanted to return these and was told I had to send them back myself at my own cost. Plus they could only refund a portion of the money since the other pair was free I just paid the packing. Wasn't even worth it.
Ended up THROWING THEM OUT since they had a hole and were itchy and I couldn't even wear them as PJ's!
Never got one penny back - so the moral of the story "aint nothing for free"

Lesson learned - never again - Buyer beware!

A lot of people think positive reviews are bought. I am not being paid for my leggings review. I love these! I just got my order of 2 pairs! Pop Fit arrived fairly quickly. They are comfy & true for my size. I am 5'6,165 lbs so I got a large. I paid the extra exchange fee just in case their large wasn't a woman's reality size large & we know there are pants out there like that. My pockets feel sturdy, my phone fits perfectly, & it's comfortable to sit with my items in my pockets. These are nice leggings. I'm still learning about their vip membership. My only complaint so far is that I love them but for my budget they are a little pricey. If I didn't have a tight budget I wouldn't have a problem paying $35 for a non promotional price. I honestly would love to replace all my old leggings with these so I'll have to save up & put on my birthday list lol.

While we've all been stuck at home during quarantine I wanted to start working out again since I had much more time on my hands. I had been looking for cute, affordable, and good quality leggings to work out in or simply wear casually but was having a hard time. I came across PopFit's "Black Friday" deal in April and figured I would give them a try since the deal was just too good to pass up! I bough 2 leggings at full price but got 4 for free- so a total of 6 leggings for the price of two. I received them relatively quickly and Pop Fit not only fit like a glove, but they look great and the quality is fantastic. I'm so so thankful I came across PopFit because not only are their products great but I so appreciate how they are so inclusive of ALL body types, not just size 0 girls. I'm very curvy and always felt intimidated with other brands because they always used these "perfect looking" models which made me feel so insecure. I'm so thankful for this beautiful brand and I look forward to purchasing more of their products! Thank you PopFit

Pop Fit is a MUST try, for those of us that enjoy wearing close fit pants and are looking for comfort as well!
The Company has membership options that are fixable to your customer needs, and are easily accessible to contact with any of your concerns.
The products are well made from quality material, and the styles are contemporary with the ability to take you from day to evening without having to change your whole wardrobe. And Pop Fit have a size range that can accommodate most anyone...
I've been a member for 4 months now, and have never been anything less than THRILLED with my selections! Plus, they have membership perks along the way!
When I add up the amount I've spent with the merchandise I've received, I can honestly say that Pop Fit was smart move on my part! Especially because I'm in need of a whole new wardrobe.
I simply Love Pop Fit!
