Unfortunately I was not happy with my order
Unfortunately I was not happy with my order. Only one of the shirts fit properly-the baseball shirt. The sizing on the other two were completely off. I ended up giving them away to one of our secretaries. She even said Prep Sportswear were a bit snug. I will no longer be able to trust the sizing and will not be able to order from your company again since I took a loss.

I order 2 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt the end of November
I order 2 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt the end of November. I received them just before Christmas. Prep Sportswear were Christmas presents. I printed off a copy of what I ordered. One of the t-shirts I ordered was a man's 3X. Paid the $5 extra for bigger size. When my husband opened it on Christmas it was a ladies 2X. We got a good laugh. Now when I look at the website it said no returns. The other shirts were correct.

I'm very satisfied with the dubuque fighting saints sweatshirt. You guys did amazing job on the SWEATSHIRT. This is my 5th time ordering from you guys and always satisfied with the way my order is done. The shipping is fast and carefully package so nothing gets damage. Outstanding seller and best quality. I will definitely keep ordering clothes from you. Thank you.

We'll, two sweatshirts were perfect
We'll, two sweatshirts were perfect. The two long sleeve tshirts were much too small and unable to be worn, unfortunately. It's a shame because items from Prep Sportswear can be very much worth the money. However, when items don't work at all due to manufacturing and cannot be returned as Prep Sportswear are custom made, the price seems too high. In turn that makes ordering from Prep Sportswear a gamble. I will order again, with fingers crossed.

It takes a very long time from the time you place an...
It takes a very long time from the time you place an order to the time it ships. Esp when the kids want their jersey number on the shirts and Prep Sportswear get those numbers for fall sports and the merch comes so late in the season- it's not like you can order them way in advance as numbers are not assigned. I wish there was expedited making and shipping available or at the time of checkout let customers know how long it will take.

The shipping was a quite lengthy experience. Prep Sportswear did arrive barely in time for the bowl game. Unfortunately the quality of all 3 hats were poor. The stitching was poor like a training stitch on all the hats. The 2 yellow were a tall cap with Velcro back. The white came as a short top flat top with the Velcro. The white hat is unwearable because of weird flat shape. The shape was not good on a adult or child. Also the stitching was very poor. Very amateur

They don't stand by the quality of their work.
Prep Sportswear don't stand by the quality of their work. We have ordered several shirts and sweatshirts from them. One shirt after to washings, it's falling apart. Half of the lettering is gone. They offered us a measly 15% refund, but refused to replace the shirt. They ultimately refunded 40%, but I've still paid a lot of money now for a shirt that's not wearable after two washes this is truly a failure on customer service and standing behind the work that you do.

I wanted this short in black with the logo on the top...
I wanted this short in black with the logo on the top corner as advertised under sweatshirt. But when you click on it to order you can only get it in white with logog in the middle. Disappointing. You should also hire a freight person or get a new parcel contract as your rates are way to high. Unless you are making money of the freight which is your right to do so. Again disappointing.

Ordered my first ever School team logo and took three...
Ordered my first ever School team logo and took three weeks to receive item. When item arrived there was a missing letter on school name. I contacted Prep Sportswear through email along with photo of shirt. Prep Sportswear reissued me another shirt at no charge and received new shirt in three weeks.

Contacted through email, responded fairly quickly and took care of issue.

This website was very un-user friendly
This website was very un-user friendly. I tried to sign up for the 30% off and it would say that I've already signed in so I could not get that discount. I had tried to view the size chart but after 5 taps on the "view chart" I finally had to close down my attempt at ordering this very sentimental shirt for my granddaughter- my late husband was born and raised in mcminnville and my granddaughter never got to know her grandad. After the third try I finally go through. There was an $8.95 charge for shipping but no date that I could expect it or a chance to speed up delivery. I need it by Sept 24. I love the sweatshirt that's the reason I kept trying

Wanted to get a couple of things for myself a shirt...
Wanted to get a couple of things for myself a shirt and jacket, both of which are decent quality. My only problem is that a single letter is missing from the jacket I bought and I'm not completely sure why. There shouldn't be that many limitations with their machinery if Prep Sportswear got it right up until the last letter, and I specifically used a nickname smaller than my real name so I wouldn't run into a problem like this.

Overall I would say that I was the average website,...
Overall I would say that I was the average website, not really much special about it. It was easy to navigate and find my grand-daughter's school, however when I tried to follow the instructions for measuring size, a few of the steps required me to have the actual apparel with me which I thought wasn't very helpful. But in general, I do think that I would recommend this website to a family member or friend in the future.

Ordering went fine
Ordering went fine. Tricked me on email sign up to get 30% off. Did that and didn't give me anything off because it's always showing 25% off of site anyway. Will see if arrives within the time I need as I'm ordering 20 days before Christmas 2021. Fingers crossed it arrived on time as posted. Thanks

Choices were so limited
Choices were so limited. I came in and tried to order last week, but your site messed up and wouldn't allow me to place my order after spending some time compiling it, when there were many more options. Now I went in to order the same things a few days later, and I can get some of the same stuff, if I only want them in WHITE. Well, I don't. Your site messes up way too often. I've been a customer for Prep Sports for almost a decade now; this is extremely frustrating especially with the holidays coming up.

I wish that when you added something to your cart,...
I wish that when you added something to your cart, it stayed on the same page as what you ordered or has a function to go back to it in case you want to buy multiple versions of the same shirt or pants in a different design or color. Every time I hit "continue shopping" it took me back to my schools homepage, forcing me to start the process over. If it could at least stay in the department or sport that would help too.

I have ordered here before
I have ordered here before. Awesome merchandise and very good quality. My shirt from a few years ago still looks brand new. I love how you can customize some products with your name and/or grade. I get tons of compliments and I still feel like I look professional. Great for "Spirit Days" and staff 'jean days'! Thank you for making such a great product.

It would be nice if we had the ability to filter by...
It would be nice if we had the ability to filter by size. Several times I customize what I would like only to find that the size I need is not available. I am also interested in why certain schools were removed from the list. I have previously purchased James Madison University gear here and now it's gone. I have been ordering for several years and highly recommend to all that comment on unique clothing options.

I was under impression that when I signed up I would get some sort of discount. In hindsight I see the wording does not call that out. Feel it is misleading. That's the only thing why I gave 4 vs 5. Also note I stumbled across how to change to the actual sport. Almost made me not buy vs spending 150.00. Might suggest being a little more clear on main screen what to click on to identify a specific sport. Thanks

I loved all of the items that I received
I loved all of the items that I received. Finding things is very easy, but I would like to be able to personalize the items that I get. I was given that option when I've ordered from the company before, but was not able to do that on my last order. I was very happy though when I questioned about my order, and I received and response immediately. That was very helpful and I was very appreciative of that.

As I stated, I contacted customer service and got a response immediately. I was very grateful for that.

The items themselves are great
The items themselves are great. The prices and shipping are both kind of high - I could wait longer, pay less and not have it go priority to pay less in shipping. I paid approx $17.62 per t-shirt which is mid-range for t-shirts. But then to have to pay $13.44 for shipping is pretty steep. That brought me to just over $22 a shirt. So it's something I can only purchase a few of maybe once a year. Prep Sportswear could've been sent first class or ups sure post and it would be cheaper.

Horrible company
Horrible experience with this company. Here are a few points...
1. - Paid nearly $15 shipping for ONE hoodie. AND, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Ridiculous!
This point alone makes me never want to shop here again.
2. - No customer service phone number. Have to use a chat feature on the website and still not able to get much help!
3. The actual product is cheaply made and not as advertised. Very unsatisfied!

I loved that my daughter's school was available because...
I loved that my daughter's school was available because Prep Sportswear do not have an in-house school store. I wanted to get her a hoodie and loved all of the color and design choices. My only complaint was the size chart, as it doesn't seem accurate. My daughter is 12 and 5'1 and according to the chart would have been in a youth size. I ordered her an adult size and it fits her. It's not even that big. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Yesterday I attempted 3x to purchase this item, no luck. Was advised to power off my device and refresh the search engine, no luck. Today I made 3 separate attempts on a different device. After entering the purchase item button, I would never get confirmation. Live chatted and still nothing worked. My father is a 1952 Elston High graduate, so I really wanted to purchase this sweatshirt for him. I decided to give it one more try and it processed.

I needed an item for a particular school and the school store was back ordered. I did a Google search and found your company. Ordering was easy, selection was awesome, and the turn around time for delivery was outstanding. The product arrived in time and is great quality. The recipient loves his new hat. Will definitely do business here again.

Would have liked option for expedited shipping
Would have liked option for expedited shipping. That said, when there was a problem with the size I ordered, which was totally my mistake, Prep Sportswear replaced the item with a different size at no cost to me. I did not even have to send back the original shirt, and was encouraged to donate it, which I will do. Thanks, Prep Sportswear for your excellent customer service and being such good sports!

The shipping charges are far snd away the most expensive...
The shipping charges are far snd away the most expensive I've encountered. I'm a HS tennis coach but could not be ok with encouraging students or parents from my school to pay an extra 16 bucks for shipping. (For 2 t shirts)! I love your products so I continue to use you guys despite the shipping charges. My school is economically on the lower end of the spectrum and bargains make a difference! Thx for listening.

There is no expected ship date which made it hard to know when it would ship, but after searching the FAQs the best I could find was 7-10 for making the shirt and 1-3 for shipping. Hopefully, that is correct because most of the reviews I found online said Prep Sportswear have been waiting for over 2 weeks and haven't gotten their clothed. Also, I had to look up the shirts because there were no pictures with someone wearing the shirt

Missing a lot of 2xl sizes due to out of stock
Missing a lot of 2xl sizes due to out of stock. Wish u had more performance shirts available for men. Also my other son is at Michigan tech for football and I'd love to order him stuff saying Michigan tech huskies football on it like I do for my younger son. I would have doubled my order if that would have been available. If I can get Michigan tech huskies football gear in the performance material please contact me and I will definitely put in order on the spot.

The two shirts and the sweatshirt i ordered look great. Prep Sportswear took three weeks to get to my house though, with no system to say when they would arrive or at what point in the delivery process they were at. It was just a giant mystery from the moment i ordered until they showed up on my porch. Super weird in todays market.

I thought it was pretty cool that you had so many options even for the small school I was interested in. I was impressed by how fast the item was custom made and shipped.

OTOH, I also found the shopping experience a bit overwhelming since there were so many options. I could see benefit in recommending a smaller subset of designs for a given sport/school.
