Shipping is too expensive, 30% off for signing up email...
Shipping is too expensive, 30% off for signing up email was sneakily not a coupon but a fake sale that runs all the time apparently- and my biggest disappointment was having to choose mens or womens when shopping for apparel - get woke prep sports wear! It's 2021 & your site is selling school & college merch— the least you could do is install a ‘unisex' or ‘see all' choice so everyone feels included- geesh!

There is no way to tell how long it will take to get...
There is no way to tell how long it will take to get your order. I'm very hesitant to order from your company. So if I do not receive them before the start of school, I will be returning them for a full refund. This is a really bad way for you to do business. People really need to know delivery dates.

It was good, only still not sure of sizes
It was good, only still not sure of sizes. When I ordered for my grandson a few times, what I got according to your charts was much smaller, thankfully he has a younger brother that will be able to use the items I purchased. Hopefully what I just ordered will fit me and my grandsons godmother for his HS football game to support him and the team. Go Huskies!

I ordered 5 items for my grandson's new team
I ordered 5 items for my grandson's new team. One of the items was for another school, different team name, etc… Customer service was helpful and listened to my concerns. After I sent a photo of the incorrect product, Prep Sportswear started the replacement process. I received the correct item about 2 weeks later and was pleased with the entire process.

They were helpful, listened to my concerns, and resolved the issue promptly!

I was a little confused about one thing
I was a little confused about one thing. The shirt I order was supposed to be a little over $31. Below it, though, it said $38. As far as I can tell, Prep Sportswear added the extra cost because my shirt had to be customized. Is that right? If so, you should make it a little more obvious that that's the case. I was pretty confused at first.

The site was great, and I appreciated the selection...
The site was great, and I appreciated the selection of items for even my tiny, liberal arts alma mater, but some of the designs made no sense for my school's mascot/culture. I understand there's clearly some sort of algorithm that comes up with the designs, but having a human do some basic research to back up the algorithm would result in more usable options--especially for those random, quirky schools like Mount Holyoke that don't use the same types of verbiage that typical. Larger schools use.

It took several weeks for our store to be updated with...
It took several weeks for our store to be updated with the correct colors now we won't receive our items until the football season is almost over. Also on several occasions I was unable to type in the personalizations. It took me several attempts to finally get them accepted. Finally you don't offer the products in brown which is our school's main color so that is a bit disappointing. It would be greatly appreciated if my order could be expedited!

Pretty good
Pretty good. Graphics could be a little better to choose from. Less XXL logos, it ruins many of the otherwise classic options. And Property of xxx seems weird now. More classic choices. Sizes, like Mediums need to be restocked in many styles. Hopefully the products will be fantastic. Expected free shipping after $75.

I have ordered a lot of stuff from you guys over the last year. I have never been disappointed. Great quality! But the shipping is extremely high. Most every place I shop at either offers different choices for shipping or free shipping after you reach a certain amount. I do hope you do something to change this issue.

Just what I was looking for. And here are the rest of my minimum of 50 characters. Sorry I'm not more verbose, but what can I really say about a college themed shirt? I think a 50 character minimum for a review is pretty stupid why don't you just accept " nice job" and let it go at that? Have I reached 50 characters yet?

Got right in and found what I wanted ordered all easy...
Got right in and found what I wanted ordered all easy to do. Shipping was a bit expensive $12.50 for UPS. PRO'S & CONS. Didn't have to go out to get exactly what I wanted... oh wait. Yes we wait how long will it take? I'LL be back to let you know. As of now I'm giving an a+ today is Monday November 1st, 2021

Promised by Christmas Eve
Promised by Christmas Eve. Received on Christmas Eve. There was an issue with the wrong logo on two of the shirts (I ordered 8 items after my son signed to play college golf) and was QUICKLY corrected. New items on the way within 24 hours. Great customer service and good quality merchandise. I have recommended you to several "moms" who ask me where I get the specific, school-logo apparel. My 4th or 5th order placed with Prep Sportswear.

Very responsive and quick to correct small error. Very professional and polite in all email exchanges. I understand mistakes happen...it's how the business responds that makes the difference to me. And Prep Sportwear is great!

We ordered a sweatshirt for my son with is school logo
We ordered a sweatshirt for my son with is school logo. It is great quality! I ordered an adult large for my 5' 11" son, lanky son, wish I would have maybe gone a size up. It fits but the sleeves are a little short. I will most likely get all my kids school merch from here, it was easy, great quality, and there is a wider range of logos available.

The order came 2 days before Chtristmas, but the color...
The order came 2 days before Chtristmas, but the color of the college name on the hat was not the school color as ordered. I texted and chatted with a rep and she immediately replaced my order with a new one at no charge. The hat arrived a week after Christmas and my granddaughter loved it. Thank you for efficiently handling my order.

Order was not what I expected. It was corrected with a new order at no extra charge.

I love my sweatshirt
I love my sweatshirt. I wish the description let people know the sleeves have very little stretch, I can't push them up at all and I'm not a big person.

The initial email gave a much quicker ship time. The customer service rep was a tad snarky in their response. If the email confirmation had just been up front, I wouldn’t have expected my sweatshirt sooner.

Love this store
Love this store - the variety is great and quality, too. However, the shipping is obnoxious - one sweatshirt to ship $11.88? And I live in the midwest where Prep Sportswear ship from. It is light and not shipped in a box which is always more costly. What gives? Would be nice if they offered free shipping or a flat rate of maybe $5 or $8 if you met a certain threshold.

It was great, i had a good selection, but when i went...
It was great, i had a good selection, but when i went to order it did not calculate or even show shipping until after i hit pay. As in it showed me my total, i hit pay, and all of a sudden its like thanks for your order, theres an extra $7.50 for shipping you werent expecting. It would be nice if that had been up front and not an after thought so i could weigh the overall cost of the product

The customer service is superd
The employees at this place are top notch; their customer service respondents were amazing. Prep Sportswear replied very swiftly to my inquiries and provided the exact details I was looking for. They were also very sweet and polite unlike most customer services. I had some inquires about their sweatshirts and they answered all of my questions which helped me with my purchase a lot.

Your website doesn't work right
Your website doesn't work right. Not only that but I had multiple coupon codes to use at checkout but you have no fields to input coupon codes. When I went to pick out my merchandise, I had one logo to choose from. However, then, I went back to edit my order and suddenly 4 or 5 additional logos appeared. Some items, I clicked on and Prep Sportswear sent me to broken links. Other items gave me "oops" errors. It was a ridiculously painful shopping experience. Not to mention almost all the women's t-shirts showed "sold out.

1) Almost everything I want to purchase is out of stock...
1) Almost everything I want to purchase is out of stock in most sizes, including mine.
2) I prefer higher quality clothing made from 100% cotton and there is almost none of that on the site. It's almost all polyester blends that I don't like. I also prefer heavier weight all-cotton t-shirts, not cheap Fruit of the Loom 5 ounce cotton, which was the only all-cotton choice.
3) Most Fieldston students are not into sports. More designs without the team name would sell more merchandise.
