BEWARE! I was scammed - This company took my money and guaranteed 10 seller leads in a specific amount of time (6 months). The company assured me I would receive my money back if they did not perform to our agreement. NOT only did they not provide 10 leads, the 5 leads they sent were not legitimate leads. The leads either: 1. Claimed they did not ask to be contacted by an agent and they had no interest or knowledge of how I got their information or 2. The phone number was disconnected and the contact information was not legitimate.

After multiple conversations with their sales manager Erik (the only person that can be reached by me at the company), the timeframe for the 10 seller leads expired. I asked for my money back and instead was told that the contract doesn't allow for money back and they are instead working hard to get me 10 more seller leads at no charge. Further information: every time I spoke with Erik, he argued about their success, his success, random statistics that didn't relate to the purpose of my call and spoke aggressively over me. This was an early ref flag of brewing future trouble with this company. I stand by my review and have documentation supporting this review.

I signed up with them months ago. NOT ONE GOOD LEAD! I asked for a refund, they said after Dec 31. I called them and no answer. I finally got someone on the phone and they said they would call billing and call me back. No call back and now they don't answer their phone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Their replacement policy is at their discretion - they sent me 34 bad leads, none of which were valid requests - its almost as if they went through the phone book. STAY AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Total scam. They never delivered any real leads. Kept telling us they would submit a ticket to get it fixed in order to delay things. Grant Cooper, our rep kept telling us they would fix it but they never could. They eventually said they would refund the $ within 3-4 business days and after two weeks they never did. Now they just refuse to take our calls. This is a total scam, great sales pitch, nice guys but just want your money and you will get nothing in return.

I haven't seen the results yet. Then I can make an complete opinion. The form was very easy to complete. I'd like to see where and what type of comps you use to get to the selling price.

Easy to navigate, Not complex process. But, it would have been better to have this after the report.

The form would not accept my first phone number and it said that it was due to format. I typed in my other number and there was no issue after that.

It's awfully early in our relationship to make us all self conscious about how the relationship is going don't you think? I haven't been on this site for two minutes. I'll let you know more after I check email for your report. Okay, nothing in email. Yeah, no, so far this experience has been pretty underwhelming.

I hope I am not going to be contacted by any real estate agents. I am not planning to sell or refinance any time soon. I want this appraisal for tax purposes!

DON'T BE A FOOL! You will hear many great sales pitches, but please let my experience save you: Realpin promise to replace any lead that wasn't real, they GUARANTEE none of the leads will be valuation or just looking but of the 4 leads in an entire year, that's what they were! Keep reading! In 12 months, there were a total of 4 inquiries and all were just inquiring with no intent to talk to an agent, sell or even rent their home. Realpin charges $49 a month to "maintain an account"? Who would want to maintain an account? Plus charge you for the leads which they are happy to replace however, they HAVE NO LEADS TO REPLACE THEM WITH!. They take the $49 a month and take the initial $799 or whatever you sign up for and continue to delay and make promises of escalation and working with tech to get things resolved.
IN THE END, IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY! The customer service did not respond for weeks if at all. When I asked for a refund, the response was "We sent in 4 of the 5 seller leads. We could offer you a refund for the 1 outstanding seller lead for $150.00 to be refunded..." This proved that although there is a guarantee to replace, they are using these leads against the client. Any type of lead counts even when they aren't replaced! It's been 4 months and STILL NO REFUND by the way. False promises from the start to the end.

There is nobody that will call me back from the company but sales people. I've gone around in circles trying to get my money back and now have resorted to writing reviews to help save others money on what I feel is a very fraudulent company. I've been in the real estate business for over 12 years and this is the worst experience in getting real estate leads and I would not believe any source that is telling you that happens...

I spent $5000 and ALL of the leads were the wrong # or email address. I called to complain and get a refund and Realpin promised they would send better ones and replace them. It was all BS. Now of coarse they say they can not issue a refund. RUN!

Not bad at all, been with them for a few months now. Realpin provide high quality in timely manner with true professionalism. Hopefully they stays like this!

If it is a free report I don't think I need to include my phone number. My email address should be enough. I don't like getting calls on things I did not ask for.

No one likes giving their personal phone number to get a question answered. Email should be enough to prevent SPAM calls from various people other than you.

I don't look forward to all the calls and emails I will receive from this site selling my information.

Realpin lie about their guarantee and if you call them on it they get real cocky and unprofessional. Do not do business with them they lie.
