I'm a mortgage broker. Was told the leads provided were vetted for name and phone to make sure Realpin were legitimate. Also told all leads would come to me from my area. So I tested their system, false name, false phone, false email, and a zip code for my area, and the system came up with a lender contact that wasn't me. So, there was no vetting for legitimacy. Called the lender who came up and he said his leads were no good.

Asked for refund and told NO. Spent the money, but I asked the next day and I'm sure they didn't spend it yet.

Update: While salesperson said no refund, company policy said they would refund if cancelled within 3 days -- I asked to cancel on 2nd day. Even though salesperson was not helpful, company did allow my credit card company to cancel with full refund. Still would not recommend the service due to deceptive salesperson.

I would rather not give out my phone number. Do not need more calls from soliciting agencies. Just need info

Realpin lie saying that they will give you a guaranteed referral. At best they will give you a lead which you have to struggle to get them to provide to you. A lead is not a referral and hey will charge you $750 + for a lead you could get for $20 elsewhere. Stay Away!

I'm not ready to give my phone number yet. Also, I would prefer to have estimated selling price for all of the proposed time periods.

You should not insist on giving you the phone number! With all the junk calls one receives these days the use of phones is not practical anymore. An email address should suffice!

Haven't shown me anything remotely impressive yet. I doubt anyone will take the time to perform an adequate comp. I hope I'm wrong. Let's see.

I do not want to talk to anybody! That is why I didn't call myself. If you don't want to email a report without talking then so be it! I will move on and will talk to someone else.

After Realpin receive your money, the lies start. In two months out of 20 leads, over half were disconnected. They promised me a refund, but on the last day, they sent me 6 disconnects. I can't be more clear than to stay away from them. They change their name after they con so many people. I disputed the charge, so hopefully I can be reimbursed. Its like they hold you up with a gun. Homevaluestore, and so many different company names. Be careful with these con artists.

This told me nothing, no entry areas for condition of house or features what on earth are you going to base an estimate on.

This property has 4.5 + ~ acres.

I tried looking up a house I used to live in up N. And got good answer. I've lived in this home since it was put on this1-acre property new in 1996. It is double wide mobile home with carport.

I am glad to find a place I can get an estimate without having phone calls from multiple realtors wanting to know if I want to sell. Please don't call. Email only the estimated value.

First, this is a very weird survey to ask when the page consist of 5 questions and you are asking for an opinion. I gave a 5 stars for your one page input info to get a free report valuation of an estimated home price of mine. So, this opinion question is rated low, if I make sense.

I'll find out exactly how good the experience is based on the free report that I receive, and the detail provided. I did however find it easy to provide my address and contact information.

Very little effort to engage this service. Concerned that I will be pursued by many overbearing lenders or real estate agents looking to profit from my desire to refinance.

Five stars is for ease of use of the form only. The rest of the procedure is still hidden from the user.

I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!

Only did this on line, hoping to get a report e mailed to me and not all kind of phone calls right now.

The ordering process was simple enough! I will know more when I get the reports. But as of now. I just don't know

Ive been in the game for a while now and I must say Realpin Have awesome listing valuation leads. I can't speak for the purchase leads but I'm literally getting 1 of 3 leads listed and I really hope it doesn't change this has been a life saver for me financially! Worth every penny!

So far so easy yet the comp is the ballpark for which I am looking, then I can make a better assessment thank you in advance
