Garmin S60 worth the $$$
Rock Bottom golf was great as always. Fast delivery, good price, and the watch was as advertised. Bought a refurbished Garmin S60 that looks and performs like brand new. No other watch on the market provides this capability of GPS, stat tracking, plays as feature which is essential playing in the hills of West Virginia, tempo trainer, true swing feature, step and health monitor and just too much to list.

Customer Needs an overhaul..
Prices are great but the customer service or lack there of needs work BIG TIME. Can't leave a review on the website until your order is processed. I sent my order in on Dec1 (my birthday) and haven't been able to leave a review up until Rock Bottom Golf send you an email with a review link on 1-1-21. Next call support sit on hold, listen to hold music and then you are sent to a voice mail. Selling all this gear and equipment and you can't even speak with anyone. I guess no one is working? Next they processes my order on the Dec2 stating that is qualifies for 2day shipping yet order was not received until Dec 8. I don't have a problem with it taking a few days, the problem is they tell you somethings that isn't true. I order $900 in shoes and was told that it requires a signature. Nope, they just left it on my door step. Next they card my CC for the entire order yet one pair of shoes weren't not sent because they did not have them in their warehouse, they were sent by the manufacture. Once again tell you something that is not true. Call support # and it goes straight to voice mail. Their VM does state their name or anything, Say " Leave your message" Ummm for who? Lastly been 14days not and my CC still has not been refunded. Funny that the website states 7-10 for a refund. It has been 14day now and still no refund. Called support to be put on hold and then sent to voice. I will be discussing this with my CC company and asking if the can be turned into the Federal trade commission. Oooo want to add that last year I used their trade in program to sell some Golf Driver to their by back program. When they received the Driver they advised that they couldn't get the head back on the shaft. I took the head off to protect it from a shipping disaster. I feel they did this just to low ball me. I advised to send it back as I was not going to be low balled... Once I received the driver back I was able to put the head back on not problem. To everyone that reads this, save the headache and shop elsewhere regardless how good the prices are. You will loose tons of time just trying to speak to customer service (which you can't) Lost my business for EVER! Cheers...

Return Policy is terrible
I recently attempted to purchase some sports earbuds from Rock Bottom Golf (for the 2nd time) however I never received the item.
I reached out to the company in hopes Rock Bottom Golf could help however they stated that nothing can be done for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks. I requested assistance again in hopes that the company would help me obtain the earbuds that I paid for.
No help was provided. I then requested for a full refund however I was given 1/3 the amount I paid for. They advised thst die to their refund policy thst I would not be receiving the full refund.
I will not be doing business with this company again and do not recommend any other person to purchase anything from this company as well.
A company should not penalize a person bc the shipping company did not provide the order.

USED SOLD AS NEW! Golf Push Cart Delivered Was Not New-Tires were dirty and cart had been used
I was sold a used golf cart when I had ordered a new one. Obvious breach of warranty and good business practice. Scott offered me the choice of returning it, replacement with another model (Rock Bottom Golf were out of stock on the model I was sent) of $15 cash/$20 store credit.
Given the nature of the used goods delivered and their less than generous $15 offer, I returned the golf cart.
Poor business practice selling used as new. My last purchase from RBG. I would give a Zero rating if it were possible.

Horrible Customer Service
The deals on the site are really good but the customer service isn't. No phone number to call to discuss issues, horrible return process where you likely lose money when returning products. I also purchased some irons for my wife and the price dropped twice in 7 days but both price discounts were not honored. I am a long time customer who will now look at other Golf sites for future purchases

Cancels orders and keeps the money
I ordered an item from this company on July 17. I immediately received an email stating that Rock Bottom Golf were canceling my order as they "could not verify the credit card." No one was answering the phones at the number the email told me to call so I left a message and sent a reply to the email. Got another email stating that I could either call to place the order or go online and use PayPal. Obviously calling was not an option and I did not want to use PayPal. So on July 19 the payment to them cleared my card. I finally called today and asked where my refund was and was told that the only way I can get to the billing department was via email.
I will never shop here again.

Poor customer service
I don't know why this company is still doing business. Rock Bottom Golf have little or no customer service at all. I never received a email on the status of my order and tracking of my purchase. I spent several hours trying to get a hold of anyone from customer service with the number they provide and called several times. Also tried to use the email route as well several times but still nothing. I guess I need to get some carrier pigeons for bad company's like this.

Not so Rock Bottom
After I ordered, I found several sites with lower prices, called to get price match and had not yet received shipping confirmation yet Rock Bottom Golf refused to match the prices I had found. In addition, I was lucky the club arrived intact as the shipping box was literally destroyed. If you want them to honor their price match club be aware you must send them the information prior to placing your order. Rock bottom, not quite, though their price was still very discounted. On a positive note, they have an extensive inventory and shipping time was excellent

So far... the best deals anywhere!
I am just a regular 3 putting golfing customer and started with my first purchase here at least 10+ years ago when I first started playing the game.

Rock Bottom Golf say it's not the equipment, it's the player. Having clubs and accessories that's been customized over the years has been fantastic and what really made my game excel.

Thank you RBG for all the best reviews and accessories to keep my 12 year old Mizuno hybrid irons my best weapons on the course.

The Taylormade RBZ clubs are great. A very nice looking set which includes the 3 and 4 hybrids which get 5 stars! However, 3 stars for Rockbottom golf. 5 days after I placed my order Rock Bottom Golf lowered the price by 15%. I contacted them about them matching the price for me and they bluntly denied my request stating that the price was lowered do to a special promotion and not because of normal price drop. What?! Oh well, they lost a customer going forward.

M2 Taylormade driver & GPS
Order a new Taylormade M2 Driver and a refurbished GPS unit. When I received my package it contained a Cleveland Golf 3 wood and a Callaway hybrid. Returned the wrong clubs and still waiting to hear when I'm going to be getting what I actually ordered. This is the first time I have had a problem with an order, what I don't like is that I paid for this up front, the wrong material was sent but I have to wait for them to confirm that what I got wasn't what I ordered.

I will think longer before ordering anything more from this company.

Best selection and price for golf gear.
SWEET, bought Etonic rain suit which I had to wear the other day and it repelled the rain and kept me dry. Also bought light weight Gallaway Balboa golf shoes and 4 pair of Etonic golf gloves. With shipping AND the CDN exchange, all this cost less than just a rain jacket from Golftown here in Canada. Ordered on May 2 and delivered by UPS May 6th... Amazing!
So if your Canadian and you want great service, great prices, great selection, Rock Bottom Golf is the place for online shopping.

Great Bag
I only played one round but multiple range trips. This a great cart bag it has a ton of pockets and we'll organized compared to my old phantom bag. The putter is in the back when on a cart which some do not like but I found it fine. I love the 14 slots and the built in cooler.

This is not a carry bag it is a cart bag with legs. If this what you are looking for look no further. If you have a bag boy push cart (which I don't) this locks in without a strap.

Zippers are quality should last a long time.

Two orders, three screw ups
I order twice from Rockbottom Golf and somehow Rock Bottom Golf and UPS managed to screw it up 3 times. The first order was damaged in shipping by UPS and never delivered. Rockbottom never reached out to me I need to let them know that UPS damaged the item. The next order was also damaged and stopped by UPS. Again, Rockbottom didn't reach out to me I had to tell them. The replacement order came in, of course it was wrong, it was missing the putter I ordered. The caveman on the website, I think he's the guy in charge of customer service and shipping.

DO NOT USE ROCKBOTTOM
I ordered a paid of golf shoes and Rock Bottom Golf charged me instantly... no problem. However, i also paid for 5-7 day shipping and today marks the 14th day and still no package. The tracking info has said the same thing for the last 10 days that a label was created but UPS has not received the package from seller. Customer service is terrible. I have left 2 emails and both have been unanswered over the last 4 days. They do not provide a phone number to call either. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this terrible joke of a company. There are plenty of reputable discount golf suppliers out there so you don't have to be $#*!ed around by this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Normally I am not able to find a site that has clothes, shoes, clubs, specials, and always from manufacturer in the bag/ box. Rock Bottom Golf ship Same day free, in your home in 2 days. 5 orders so far all perfect. 240 full set n bag new grips 10 club iron set ping black. Bridgestone driver JBR and Titleist fairway woods... puma, Travis Mathieu clothes shoes and hats. All 70% cheaper than $#*!S SPORTING GOODS. I WILL BUY 0 FROM $#*!S OR GOLF GALAXY AGAIN.

Don't Order If You Want The Item
I placed an order on November 27th and was given a "guaranteed" delivery date of December 14th. Once December 14th came and went I tried to find a customer service number, however RBG only has email. After sending 3 emails and contacting them via social media, I finally recieves a response on December 20th.

The only reason we order from RBG was for the delivery date. We has a Christmas party and then was going to be out if town until January 3rd. On December 20th I got a email stating Rock Bottom Golf (RBG) had sent another item. If they would have taken the time to actually speak to me they would have known I would not be at the address and since I was out of town I would have liked a refund.

When I contacted RBG to let them know throat pur security cameras did not show any package delivered and that I want a refund because the item was no longer needed, I was told take it up with UPS.

Terrible customer service
My irons were supposed to ship in 3-7 business days. Rock Bottom Golf are scheduled to ship a month and half after I ordered them. Tried to get a reason and the only way to contact rock bottom is to email. The customer service agent (Tyler) sent me and email saying the same thing twice. Would not give me a reason why there was such a delay. Ordered a wood and a driver as well, both were supposed to have a stiff shaft. I got a regular staff instead. Just a terrible overall experience, will not shop here again.

Only received half of my order
Only received half of order, went out of stock on one of the items. It is just too bad Rock Bottom Golf went out of stock on the item I really wanted the other was just an add on to the purchase.

They reached out a couple of times to change colors, but every time I agreed they would run out of the other color.

Not a horrible experience, I have shopped with them before and will shop again in the future.

Excellent service, terrific products
Firstly, I have absolutely no complaints. Being a Canadian and having the product shipped up here, I was a little worried at first. However, the products arrived ahead of time and will probably use "Rock Bottom Golf" in the future. The prices (even with the exchange in the dollar) were cheaper than ordering the same product here in Canada. For example, I bought, through RBG a pair of "Loudmouth shorts" which was half the price for the same pair sold through Loudmouth Canada.
We are moving out West, so hopefully RBG can still provide the service - thanks again

Deceptive
The web site has big banner ads that there is free "Home in 2" shipping if you spend $250 or more. When I was adding to my order, there was a pop up that said I qualified for Home in 2 shipping. But when I checked out, I did nor receive the free Home in 2 shipping... when I questioned them, Rock Bottom Golf said there was a notification that the item I purchased was not included in the offer. I looked again and there was a disclaimer in fine print on one of the pages. This web site's practices are deceptive and I would recommend avoiding the site at all cost.

No customer service!
I tried to return a club Rock Bottom Golf sold me. Despite the claims on their website for allowing returns, they have made it nearly impossible for me to do that. I have emailed them 6 times, messaged them repeatedly. They don't even answer their phone. I have bought many items from them but never again. It's not worth the risk of doing business with a company with no concern their customers.

Stay Away NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wednesday 2/3/21 I placed an order for a senior flex Tour Edge HL3 # Wood and 5 wood. I needed them for my round saturday so I went ahead and paid 39.99 plus tax for overnight shipping soo II could have the clubs for my round Saturday. Box shows up Friday, no 3 wood included. I say OK mistakes can happen, Let me call them and square it away. Surprise surprise Rock Bottom Golf DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. You have to send a message and wait and hope. This is no way to do business.

Golf Bag Birthday
I picked this bag out for my wife as an early birthday present. It arrived and she opened it and she loved it! The colors are exactly what was shown. The newer design lightweight bag is fantastic. 15 Individual club sleeves and a larger putter compartmant in the front fits her larger grip perfectly. She was really excited for the self draining cooler compartment which will come in handy during those hot muggy afternoons out on the course. The bag is light- weight but surprisingly sturdy. A great buy. Now we are waiting for the snow to melt and the courses to open.

Worst Company to Buy Golf Equipment From... Terrible Customer Service
This is one of the worst companies to buy golf product from. Their return policy is a joke and their customer service is completely unprofessional. There's plenty of places to buy golf equipment that have better policies and far better customer service. Don't waster your time talking to *, she's too busy trying to save a dollar rather than listening to the actual issue and dealing with customer concerns.

Here is how a conversation goes with the RBG customer service rep

1. Rock Bottom Golf immediately get defensive and attack you for challenging their policies. (Name calling and threats is not out of the question)
2. They will consistently send you the policy you are disputing... again and again. I guess they think if its posted on the internet it has to be true and how dare you challenge them (See below)
3. They will get more defensive but offer no solution, they are more interested in winning the argument than keeping the customer (You can just review the responses in this thread and see how passive aggressive their customer service is)

They say they have a 99% (plus or minus) approval rating but that is only true on their own website where they filter out the reviews. They don't have that high of a review on this site, google doesn't seem to be a fan when you search for reviews.

Worst experience ever
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. First and most importantly Worst Customer Service with no phone number to actually talk to someone so everything is done through email. If Rock Bottom Golf would actually provide a phone number to talk to someone (I have asked a number of times for a phone number) I wouldn't have given such a poor rating. I ordered two golf clubs and decided I didn't want them because after the exchange and fees (shipping and duty) which they don't tell you about the price basically doubled. I have been trying to work with them for two weeks to send the clubs back. UPS told me it will cost $39 to return the clubs but Rock Bottom has to pay and they have to invoice me. Rock Bottom informed me it would be $109! If I don't pay that they will have the clubs "destroyed" so I would be out $900. DON'T SHOP HERE!

ROCK BOTTOM ROCKS!
Customer service is top notch. Products are always amazing! Delivery is on point. I broke my club, I reached out to customer service just to get an idea of the shaft to replace it. The gentleman who helped reached out to Callaway, set me up to get a brand new club, exact one I had. All I had to do was print a label and bring it to get shipped. Got my new club back 3 days later. Top notch, A+ service. RBG will always be my first stop for golf.

BUYER BEWARE! EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS USED, Rock Bottom Golf WILL NOT SEND A TOOL FOR THIS PARTICULAR DRIVER. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SETTINGS OR SEE IF THE SHAFT IS SPLIT. YOU CANNOT DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS FOR A USED PRODUCT W/ A 90 DAY RTN. BAD BUSINESS! NEVER AGAIN. LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS, SHAFT IS SPLIT, NOT WORTH IT TO THIS COMPANY. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY FIRST AND THEN SCREW YOU W NO TOOL!
