Extremely poor customer service
Placed an order online yesterday for a new driver which stated free same day shipping. Totally get that with the issues we are facing as a country that same day shipping was unlikely. I emailed this morning just to get an update on the order and man did i open a nasty can of worms. Jamie who claims to be the director immediately ripped in to me about the state of the country and their company. How Rock Bottom Golf will ship when they can, i paid for economy shipping so i'll get it by 5/11 and so forth. I requested to pay for faster shipping and again was belittled and told NO.

You ordered economy shipping sir so no we will not upgrade your shipping or refund you. The order is still on track to be delivered on time. You selected this method and that is when it will be delivered (Economy Shipping Delivered On Or Before Mon, May 11). That is what you confirmed in the order.
If you wish to cancel the order and be refunded, I can see if it is still able to be cancelled but I am sorry we cannot just give you free shipping or expedited. The order is not late and we do have until 5/11 to make delivery per the method you selected.

WOW... ditch the attitude! I asked for the upgraded shipping and agreed to pay for it. Please take a second look before you bite my head off. At this point with an attitude like that i'm truly tempted to take my order elsewhere.

Hello- There is no attitude sir. I am explaining facts. I am the Director of the departments here and I am sorry if my email came across as anything other then me professionally providing the facts of the situation our company is in, the hard work we are putting in to get orders processed daily, and the status of your order.

If you want your order cancelled, I can look into being able to get that done for you. Just let me know.

It is very important for all to remember we are in a state of emergency and businesses and employees are greatly impacted. We are working nonstop to answer customer emails, ship orders fast, and keep satisfaction high however remember we now have reduced workforce, reduced labor hours, extreme high setting at the warehouse per state regulations now in place, etc. This is all on our website also as a FYI to customers.

If you read my email, nothing in it was rude. I was simply explaining the order did not ship and no we will not refund you as you selected economy shipping and we will not upgrade a order that is not late.

Regardless, I will call you but I cannot do so until after 4:30 pm EST as I have meetings and am helping a multitude of other departments and customers. Let me know if 4:30 works and I will call you then to reiterate this.

Sent worn, returned shoes that were ordered off of Amazon
I received golf shoes in a damaged box that had been taped by the sender. The shoes had been worn and I'm guessing returned by another customer. There were no tags on the shoes, the laces were not factory tied. These are a gift for my brother's birthday. I was going to give them to him but am ashamed to give him worn shoes. I asked the company to send another pair in time for his birthday but Rock Bottom Golf refused. They said that Amazon had been the ones to send the shoes, however, they came in a bag with Rock Bottom Golf and a return label with Rock Bottom Golf and their address. Said I could just order another pair. I'm really disappointed that this company would send out worn shoes and then not make the order correct!

Titleist T300 irons (4 thru PW)
What a great transaction! Upgraded from my Titleist 714 AP1s to the T300s. Clubs took a couple of weeks to be built in Carlesbad by Titleist, but it was worth the wait. Free shipping and no sales tax were nice touches.
Great quality of build (of course it's Titleist!) and the clubs are beautiful and perform great. Played my first round with the new irons and almost broke 80. No buyer's remorse here. Will definitely go to Rock Bottom Golf for my next major golf purchase.

Golf shoes
The price was perfect but the shoes were not listed as an open box item. Rock Bottom Golf were white shoes and the stain that was on them was minor buy noticeable. I will put more stains on I am sure, but I was a little disappointed. All of my previous purchases have gone off without a hitch, not this one though. I will be more careful when ordering next timer just by at a brick and mortar store where I can view the item first. Sorry but you missed the bullseye this time.

Looks like a great company
I haven't used this company yet but I will be making purchases from them based om the reviews here. I made this review to counter all the horrible customers trying to return 300 dollar used clubs a year after theyre purchased and writing a bad review when they're turned down. I can tell this is a great company and its unfortunate such lousy customers exist. But I will write another review after making a few purchases. I'm looking forward to this.

Rock Bottom Customer Service
Rock Bottom Golf get 3 stars solely because of their absolutely terrible customer service. They have amazing prices on all things golf related. I ordered a shirt a size too big and asked if I could return it and exchange it for the correct size (which was in stock). The lovely Jamie told me they don't do exchanges, ok that's fine, I can return it. Can I get a rain check on the price to get the right size? Nope sorry too bad. Hmm ok. Can I at least get free shipping ($15.00 for a $30.00 shirt that I bought for $25)? Nope too bad pay the whole thing, but oh I will waive your $10 return label fee. In the string of emails I was mad after seeing it would cost $15 to ship the new shirt to me and asked if I could get free shipping instead of paying 15 $#*!ing dollars which then caused Jamie (apparently the director of customer service) to lose her $#*!. I'm not sure she has ever heard a cuss word, it wasn't directed at her whatsoever but she definitely took it that way. Immediately after she was extremely rude and absolutely awful! I thought I was talking to a 12 yr old. It was even more shocking how bad the customer service was when she told me she was the director of customer service. A very very very bad experience on what I thought would be a quick and easy exchange.

Ok
When placing my order, I was under the impression that being in the link for clubs for lefties I was ordering a left-handed club. After receiving it and seeing it was a right-handed club, the follow-up was that it's made specifically in the notes that it would be designated a right-handed. After receiving the link from your customer service advisor, I do now see the left-handed Mark for ordering a club. I thought it was a little confusing, but everything's okay.

Refuse to honor their warranty
I bought a club from them and the clubhead fell off the first day. Rock Bottom Golf proceeded to refuse to issue me a refund, not even in-store credit. So much for bogey-free warranty or 90-day performance warranty. They wouldn't even honor a 1-day performance warranty. Here's a kicker: they don't have a phone number and you can't even call them to explain the issue.
I would stay as far away as possible from this site. Guess I'm out a few hundred bucks... Don't put yourself in that position

First mistake by Rock Bottom Golf
Rock Botttom Golf has been my primary source for golf supplies for over 15 years. My recent order was for a pair of golf shoes and two dozen Calloway balls. My shipment had the shoes, a dozen Calloway balls (as ordered) and dozen Bridgestone "practice" balls.
My message about the error was unanswered. This is a minor mistake and I will not be overly critical, but I would like the ammo box of Calloway logo over run balls.

Received wrong bag!
I do alot of research before buying a product. I knew exactly what I wanted but was sent a similar bag when the correct one I placed in my cart to purchase. RBG worked out a $25 lower price which I accepted but I still have the wrong bag. A long-time customer of Scratch (maybe 15+ years) & never had this happen before. Not sure I made the right decision to keep the wrong bag... my bad!

Product Quality Awful
I purchased Wilson Staff driver and fairway wood from Rockbottom. The quality of the driver is extremely poor for a $300 club. The Wilson Staff brand used to mean high quality, but when I complained to Rockbottom Golf that the club is virtually un-hit-able and likely defective, their customer service representative replied that it likely wasn't defective and that I was just dis-satisfied. So the club is either defective or Rockbottom sells junk clubs at premium pricing, or the Wilson Staff name is a degraded brand of very low quality. The fairway wood isn't great, but it is hit-able, unlike the driver.

Excellent Experience
I am very happy with the condition of the products I received as well as the speed in which Rock Bottom Golf arrived. I ordered a Cleveland Cart bag, Chrome Soft Shamrock golf balls and Oncore Elixir golf balls. All products were in perfect shape. I found the pricing on your website to be the cheaper than competitor websites. I will definitely be checking Rock Bottom Golf for future golf needs. THANK YOU!

Are you kidding me
I placed my order for the new Callaway B21 irons on September 14, today September 24 I called to find out what the hell is going on! I was told that it must be being filled at Callaway, but would have to check on it because Rock Bottom Golf didn't know! Are you kidding me! Why is it coming from Callaway when I ordered from you? So after 10 days it could still be another week, not very good customer service. This was my first order with rock bottom, and there will not be another one. P.S. I had to Google the company to find a telephone # because there is no that I could find at their website

Only golf store with push carts that I could find!
Given the new rules of pandemic style golf, many courses now require walking instead of riding.
I searched high and low for a good push cart and literally every golf store was out of stock or on a June-July back order date.
I found exactly what I wanted at Rock Bottom Golf and received my order in a week or less.
Not only did I get my push cart, I also got a free pair of golf shoes with my order.
Thanks and I will shop here again!

Wish they had a 0 star option...
Ordered a bag, and 2 individual irons, the order was processed on a Friday night. Sunday I go to track the order and Rock Bottom Golf say my order isn't processed because the bank flagged my account. So, I email back to find out what is needed, they respond with "you didn't answer our question" I then called them F-ing idiots and now they blocked me from their page. Rock bottom golf is trash!

Terrible Customer Support (Adam)
I used to love RBG and have spend thousands there annually as I am a club builder and host a couple tournaments a year and buy prizes for a good deal at RBG. However, this is all before I met Adam in customer support who decided to lose my business over not honoring free shipping because of a few dollars under the promotional terms that were not very clear. Not to mention I offered to add to my order to meet the minimum for the free shipping and he would still not adjust. Then he thought that it was okay to be smart and tell me the promotional terms in (the small print) were spelled out "very clearly". It's always funny when these jokers think Rock Bottom Golf have the last laugh. Makes no difference to me as there are so many discount golf sites to choose from these days. I gave two stars only because I have had some positive experiences in the past and maybe Adam is just an anomaly...

Tried it, Forget About It
I've purchase a few things from this company in the past. My most recent purchase was in July 2019. I paid a substantial sum for expedite shipping. Not one items arrived on time. One item has yet to ship. Since you can't actually call this company, you have to email them... the response I received was to let them know when I received my order and Rock Bottom Golf wold "look into" refunding the shipping costs, despite not fulfilling my order.

You get what you pay for... avoid this company.

Be very carful of this company
I ordered on line and the transaction went through credit card was charged then the order was recalled RBG said it was due to the credit card not being able to be verified but Rock Bottom Golf got paid any way. I tried calling 15 plus times no response sent a few emails as per there instructions sent proof that the charge went through and all they did was say yep we credited your account but would not send me any credit info

Returns
Bought golf shoes, and then returned them. Rock Bottom Golf text me that they were used. My son wore them in the house for an hour to make sure they they fit correctly. The shoes were a little big, so I returned them. Customer service text me that they cannot accept them once they have been used. This is crazy, I wont ever buy from Rock Bottom Golf again. My advice, only buy from online store where you can take back the item back locally like $#*!'s. I don't recommend buying from Rock Bottom golf. I hope you learn from my mistake. Always hit them straight, and enjoy your round.

Price guarantee is a sham!
Bought a 3-wood for $161.77, the price dropped to $155 after 4 days. Refused to offer a refund. Listen to this twisted logic: our price guarantee is between what you paid and the listing price, because you used a discount code, what you paid was less than $155, so we won't give you a refund. Okay, I would've used the same discount on $155! The price dropped, didn't it? Price guarantee my ass. A sadistic twisted prick.
