I love the clothing line at this boutique. It is flattering, easy to use, quality and reasonably priced.
The only problem I had was that Roselinlin ran out of my size when I wanted to buy things, even new items, which I would have thought would be a lot of stock.
The stores are great and the staff is friendly. It's nice to be able to go online after being in the store and buy the outfit I can't stop thinking about.

I really love this website. I ran into it a while ago and wasn't sure if it was legit so I ordered just one shirt and it came out without a problem and I liked the piece. So the next request I made was like 5 or 6 different clothes. I will say that shipping may take a bit longer than advertised, so if you are ordering for an event, keep that in mind. I just bought a dress for only $10 here, this is always great.

My first purchase from here was a year and a half ago, I bought a sweater dress with an elastic band at the waist and it was something I fell in love with. I was struggling to find something in person that I liked where I live and started looking online.
Since then, I have purchased over 15 garments on this site and continue to shop for accessories as Roselinlin have always been easy to wear and style. This is a website that I always look for sets by default and take inspiration from. Thank you!

Shopping here is easy and fun. Excellent products in a wide range of areas and some exceptional prices. Clothing is a bit tricky since sizes are not always pellets, but I am sure this would not hinder all shoppers. I love the variety and the opportunity to pay in installments with my card if necessary. Waiting for the products is the most difficult part, as it is very exciting to get that delivery.

Items I received looked nothing like the website depictions. See Tanya B.'s review: I agree 100%: cheap, shoddy material. Trying to return items for refund: USPS won't ship to China; FedEx says "at least $100". Roslinlin offered me 15% refund; I refused. Then "If you would like to keep the item(s) and skip the return hassle, we'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 25% money refund." Wow. Roselinlin acknowledge problems with return. Finally they sent a label - not a proper shipping label, I learned at FedEx - with the WRONG zip code on it!

I bought a sequined sweater at this online boutique. It was an absolute highlight. The garment itself was easy to wear, it represented exactly what I saw online, it hugged my body, but because of the stretch fabric it was easy to move. The great thing about this was also that I was able to hand wash it after use, without spending a large amount on dry cleaning. It worked out great, can't wait to use it again.

I have bought here in the last 3 years, all good experiences. I like honest reviews online and being able to choose through body shape. I recently bought a dress from another company online (which I found horrible, no refund, just a credit note, and poorly done) and realized how good this boutique is: the clothes are of good quality, returns are offered and refunds and items arrive quickly. Just a place where I will buy clothes online.

Very impressed with this website. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took 18 days to arrive from the order date.

The quality and detail of the skirts and design are amazing at such an affordable price. I have been shopping here for years and Roselinlin never disappoint me. The only note I will make is that the material of some blouses that I have bought is quite thin. I felt my skin was being molded too much. But I love all the designs and colors. The ordering process is simple and my package arrived within the agreed days. Well done!

My daughter is buying cute dresses for college. After buying many, I returned some because Roselinlin were too big. Time passed, so I contacted this boutique by email. A girl here used patience and was efficient in providing information and the store credit she wanted. I have to admit that I made some mistakes in my return process, he was very kind to my mistakes and also gave my daughter a discount code, thanks!

I spent over $130. Never seen such poor quality of clothing in my life. I should have known. I waste of money. I put them right in the trash where Roselinlin belong. When I looked into returning the items Roselinlin informed me by email that this would be costly to me as I would have to send the package to China, once Roselinlin decided whether to give me the return address or not, and that it could take months and there was no guarantee that the product would make it there or that I would be refunded.

I bought only cotton products and info in listing clearly said that it is cotton but when I got it on the label was polyester and the fabric itself was not a good quality. Roselinlin said that I can send it back and get a refund but when I request a return label they said that the sale was final and I can't get a refund even if it was incorrect listing info!
Never again! Very unworthy business!
As you can see in the picture, cotton in this product can only be threads. I'm silent about the linen part.

I was so impressed by the dresses from my first order at this online boutique and the on-time delivery that I ordered 7 blouses from them. It is OBVIOUS when you look at the images on the website that the models are not actually wearing the clothes. Dresses or blouses are stripped on random models that only use 1 or 2 poses: D (look at her hands and feet). About the quality, Roselinlin have been worn and washed, they feel beautiful and get a lot of compliments. I will definitely buy more: D

The items were all badly sized and did not fit, badly made with seams coming apart, poor quality fabric and things I just would never wear. I bought sun dresses to wear while gardening and even for this menial project I still can't wear the dresses. I tried to work with them to make a return and my emails are ignored, replies from them, when Roselinlin come, make no sense, provide no direction or instruction. Now my emails are totally ignored. This company is a total ripoff.

Easily, as under each clothing section, for example dresses, there are party dresses, formal dresses, occasion dresses and many more categories, which makes it so specific and easy to find exactly what you are looking for. There is a good range of clothing and I love that it is also updated a lot. The dress I brought was of good quality and also had a good zipper (which dresses I brought from other places did not).

I placed a clothing order with this online retailer two months ago, to include a pair of shoes. Six weeks later the order arrived, but the shoes were not included. My many emails inquiring about the missing shoes have gone unanswered. The shoes were priced at about $35.00. I must now assume that I have been cheated. I will continue to seek satisfaction, most likely through Visa credit. My advice: stay away from this retailer's site.

I got in touch with them via online chat as well as a couple of emails for product and size advice, and I must say the customer service is amazing. Roselinlin were always quick to respond, happy to help, and excellent advice. From my contact I made an order that came quickly and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this online clothing store.

This is always my online store. Every time I hear about a trendy accessory or clothing and want or need some new shirts, I'll always take a look here first. It's really cool with customer reviews, making it much easier to know what you're buying compared to other online stores. I always recommend it to all my friends and every time someone asks me where I got my nice earrings or shirt, I say buy it here!

This is a Chinese company who does not want to refund or cancel an unprocessed item. The package which took 6 weeks to arrive was not properly packaged and arrived open and tampered with. One item was missing. Several other items were out of their packaging and still more were obviously taken out and thrown back into the packages unfolded. I took pictures and sent emails and the company would respond "there is no problem" "take another picture" and "wait few time". I have filed a dispute with PayPal to try to get a refund.

Product took forever, and the quality was poor once received. I used their return label, went to the post office and completed the customs paperwork and paid $24.5 months later the package was returned to me. The company claimed it must be a customs issue. Roselinlin offered a 35% discount to keep it, or I can try shipping again. If I can stop one person from wasting their money like I did, I'll feel better.

I was concerned that my item would not arrive in time for an event over the weekend as it did not have a tracking number, so I emailed them about it, Roselinlin responded to me within 10 minutes of my email with the number of follow up. My dress arrived on the planned day. I am very happy with that and how friendly and helpful they were. I definitely found my new favorite online clothing store, there is so much variety!

I am very happy to see that this website now use their own models and photos, whereas previously Roselinlin had a reputation for using photos from other retailers leading to misleading articles. It's great to see an online boutique that really listens to their customers' feedback! I love the prices and the quality, I always get compliments when I wear these clothes because they are always in fashion and it doesn't look like the typical clothes found in the mall.

Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as Roselinlin have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.

I love buying here. Items are always as described and always come in a timely manner. I was just saying to my husband that I can't understand why someone would go shopping (crowds and parking, etc.) when Roselinlin can shop in the comfort of their own home - get better prices and have your item delivered to your door step. I hardly ever shop at shopping malls anymore --- I shop online and usually with this boutique.

I placed an order Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, less than 48 hours later I found out I was getting laid-off. Roselinlin charged me a 15% cancellation fee and seems to indicate it will take well over a week to get my money back. Below is part of the response Roselinlin sent me.

We will process the refund to your original payment method in one week for you.
FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

A brilliant website to deal with. I emailed them and Roselinlin sent me links to measure the correct size for me. They kept me updated with the progress throughout the process. I cannot say enough about how great it is to deal with this website. Plenty of reasonably priced clothing to choose from and the website is easy to negotiate. If I could, they would get more stars. Thank you, I am a very happy return customer.

I looked at the reviews online and found no better than average overview. I tried it out and bought a $ 14 sweatshirt that looked like it should have cost $ 40. It arrived in 11 days. I am 5'8 '' and I weigh 145 pounds and I have a huge bust. It fits perfectly, it's so respectable. It basically looks like the picture. Even though this is based on a request, it was not such a bad experience at all. I will buy one more time

I just placed my first order with them and I am really impressed with their shipping offers. The only downside is that your site has a lot of elements, so you can spend a lot of time browsing, but that can also be good because many of the clothes have models that can inspire you to dress like a girl, sporty or more like a girlfriend. Pretty good that the site has PayPal as an option too. I can already feel my love for other online sites dying...

The ads do not disclose the "company" is in China and uses changing names. The wrong order was "confirmed," money was taken before shipping, and no tracking was provided. Roselinlin are uncooperative in returns, refusing to provide an address or their required "form," and frustrating returns with delays and demanding protocols. The product was synthetic, not cotton as described, and very poor quality. Update: the return address finally provided is in China, which would require multiple customs forms and payment of duties, taxes and tariffs in amounts I cannot ascertain. Even so, they could refuse the return. I cannot believe favorable reviews are genuine.
