I ordered a pretty summer dress and it took over a month to arrive. It didn't look nearly as nice in person as it did in the add and it didn't fit. I contacted them about a return address and after several emails back and forth, Roselinlin told me I would have to send it to China and then wait for them to process the return before I could expect a refund. Then they offered me 15% cash back instead (which I'm accepting but we'll see if it actually happens). Terrible customer service. I'll never buy from them again.

I have never seen so many fake reviews in my lifetime. Poorly worded, poorly phrased, poor sentence structure, awkward choice of words, misspellings, and no concept of how to utilize pronouns correctly. Give me a break! Roselinlin's clothing is poor quality; doesn't resemble the photos; and the sizes are erratic and run way, way, way too small. Their "customer service" is non-existent. If you want to order an item, be prepared to wait three months to receive their junk.

Although I have only shopped here for 3 times (this is because I generally don't shop online), all the experiences I have had have been quite excellent. The website is very easy to navigate, the service: shipping and payment is very direct and direct. I have never had a problem with my orders. It's also great how the site includes clothing reviews and ratings so customers have a better idea of what they're about to buy.

I bought some long boots online through this boutique in the most divine olive velvet. These shoes would have to be one of the most beautiful pairs I own, not only do Roselinlin look amazing, but they are very comfortable and the quality is impeccable. I also have to point out that the service I received was an enviable service, it was fantastic, really useful. I can't wait to add more pairs to my collection :)

I stumbled upon this boutique while searching the internet for my favorite jeans design, which nowhere seems to have similar designs. Roselinlin had my size, 10% discount and free shipping, so they made me happy. My order was shipped approximately 8 hours after my purchase and I received it 2 weeks later! It really made it feel like a unique and personal experience that you just don't get much of these days, especially online. I LOVE! Excellent quality. The right fit is important, I like my clothes to look especially made for me and this boutique does it, just that! I have ordered from other "quality" online stores, but the fit and size of this online store are perfect, once you find out your size you can order and know it will always fit, really that, because I don't like dealing with the trouble of returning. Quality, and the cut is unparalleled!

I like the variety of clothing on offer. I like that it's easy to test something and return it if it doesn't work just the same gives me the confidence to try things I wouldn't normally do. Roselinlin are always very friendly and helpful. I love looking at the designs multiple times and choosing things for now and for later. I hate that you try to find something that I like to fit (since I have a bigger size), but here they have a wide range of more styles that are stylish and don't make me feel like I'm using a tent. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. Items came from China and it took over 2 months to receive them. When Roselinlin arrived I hated one of them and wanted to return it so I got in touch with customer service and they told me I could return the item but I would have to pay shipping and probably customs fees. I settled for 15% of my cost for which they said I could have the item sized Ha! Ha! Ha! Thank goodness for amazon and their return policy! Once again don't buy anything from this company!

Very happy and satisfied with this page. Very good material of my blouse, I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that Roselinlin were not clothes for me, but for my sister as a gift. What you have to do is be guided by the indications of measurements according to size. And meter in hand, choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. I m delighted that I took a risk and ordered clothes on this website. Shipping was very fast. I received it in just over two weeks. The shirts were of better quality than I expected for the prices. I always buy different clothes here since 2018 and I have no qualms. Shipping varies as some of my past orders arrived quite early; the longest is about 3 weeks, but it's not a big problem for me. I ordered the skirts in 2 different lengths in a small size and an XL pad and a compact bra. The pants are amazing, super stretchy with a perfectly sized waist band that pulls on the belly and is anti-roll. Roselinlin do not fall off when running, very comfortable. I love these products and I feel great wearing them. I ordered the clothes in 2 weeks shipping time and it was the standard shipping option.

The order arrived earlier than estimated, it is very beautiful, as in the photo, only that the model is very thin and she looks much better, I measure 1.72 and use size 40, I asked for size L and great because I like the baggy shirt, but the dress has a rather short length, so I will wear with tights since I do not have the thighs as thin as the model in the photo. Buy again, the designs are original, nothing to do with what Roselinlin sell in other chain stores or websites.

The service is fast, your order is registered almost immediately after it is placed and it is also shipped almost immediately. I have never had a problem with lost packages or delayed packages, if something was incorrectly marketed as in stock when it was not, I received a refund and I was encouraged to buy again. The service is excellent, the products arrive in good condition, I keep coming back.

I asked for a romper which was delivered to me at my city office. At first I was scared that he didn't come to my house, but the customer service team answered my email in a couple of minutes, I was pleasantly surprised. The statement on the site says that returns are easy. Well that is if you wish to send them to China. Which Roselinlin do not state on their site. Sizing is a bit wonky- waist might fit in pants but legs are to narrow.
After finding returns have to go back to China you are offered 15% of the original price. So it's like getting a discount after the fact for an item that doesn't fit. Yay! (Sarcasm)
I wish I would've checked reviews first. That have no reviews on the site- that should've given me an idea! Buyer beware.

This is my only online shopping store for years! I've been ordering from them for a long time and not only do I get my package on time or earlier, but the customer service is easy and fabulous. Their size charts are very accurate and all the clothes are well made and last long. My only comment (which is not bad just to keep in mind) but if it says "super low cut" it is VERY low cut haha! Buy here, you won't regret it.

It is a good website for shopping. I like free shipping, it arrives right in front of your door. In addition to many options and styles, clothing sometimes looks a little different than the website. It can be difficult to choose the correct size and length. It will be better if Roselinlin describe each size in more detail, rather than just putting on a skinny model size. In general I give them a great rating.

I only buy the perfect dresses in this online boutique, it is what I was looking for a fitted dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no color loss, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. Roselinlin are comfortable and pleasant to the touch. It would be nice if there were more fun colors.
