This place has the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. The two women there clearly don’t like their job and it shows. The two times I’ve gone there they are racist, very rude, not helpful, not happy. I mean you’re taking my money the least you can is smile. I over heard them talking saying they were not moving their cars from the front because they didn’t want to lose their parking spaces. Those parking spaces in front of Scrubs and Beyond should be for the customers not the workers. They need to park their cars further out in the parking lot. You need to fire these two women. Because of their attitude I won’t spend my money there at this location ever again. You lose my business.

Horrible
First time customer. I ordered scrub pants. Received an email saying order was shipped. A couple days later I checked the tracking and it said fed ex had not received the package yet. I called costumer service and they won’t cancel the order and give me a refund until they “investigate” what happened. Three weeks later and fed ex has not received the package and I still have not heard from them about my refund. I will never order from them again.

Do not order from here
I ordered several items from Scrubs and Beyond, one of the tops I received had a stain on it. I called customer service to receive an exchange, the rep said Scrubs and Beyond would send me a return label to email for the exchange, I never received it. I also did not receive a jacket that I ordered. When you call customer service it goes to a call center in another country, you don't deal with the actual company. The customer service is awful, I will never order from Scrubs and Beyond again, and will tell my friends to not order from them.

"Sorry"
Odered a top, received pants. I called customer service, explained the situation, and emailed a photo if wrong item as directed. After waiting disproportionately long for the correct item, I checked for email from Scrubs and Beyond. My email to them was "rejected as spam". Who sets up a customer service line to reject email?!? I'm guessing a company that doesn't care about customer service.
I call again, angry this time. I got the basic " sorry, will send right item" reply. But this time Scrubs and Beyond want pants returned and sending a return label via PDF file. I asked for a physical label because I do not have a printer. The respone...'Sorry can't be done, Go to FedEx store, sorry for inconvenience"
I tell him I am angry that their mistakes have become my problem and going out of my way to find a FedEx store totally defeats the purpose of shopping online.
His response..."sorry"... that's it... one word... no attempt to assuage the inconvenience.
A three week wait plus a drive to FedEx for a $25 scrub top is NOT a good value.
So that's it. If Scrubs and Beyond is happy with this level of service, I'm done... unless their is a problem with the "right item" that is supposedly enroute, then I will be forced to deal with them again

The Worst
Not going into a long story, but basically I ordered two tops and two pants, which I needed within two weeks. Both showed in stock and a delivery time of 4-6 business days. Scrubs and Beyond charged my account. Three hours later I received a notice that the tops were on back order. Tried to cancel the whole order and was informed that I could only cancel the ones on back order. Said I would have had to cancel within one hour, even though they didn't notify me u til three hours later. Scam artists. Received the pants today and was going to send them right back, but after reading the comments and BBB, I cannot afford to wait 8+ weeks for a refund. Worst customer service ever. Worst policies ever. Will never order again, and will warn all other nurses.

Horrible service and shipping
I ordered my 7 items on September 16th, and still have not received any kind of tracking number. I have tried to call 5 times, no one answers. I emailed them and got a run around answer saying Scrubs and Beyond will let me know when my order arrives... still haven't heard anything. They told me one of my items was on backorder until the end of October... fine but what about my other stuff?
So far I got 2 of 7 of my items and that was received on October 19th... it has been over a month and my stuff still has not arrived. The least they could do is send me updates. I had emailed them a not so nice message again requesting updates and they completely ignored it. Will never order from them again, this is ridiculous.

Nice pattern but horrible fit.
I was so disappointed. I ordered a smalk cause at 115 pounds i am usually small to medium. It was so tight that I couldnt get it on. I loved the pattern so i ordered a medium. So it seemed okay but when i stRted working ir was so restrictive i could not reach for things. U cant return when worn and i lost all shopping costs on the first shirt. I spent 50 dollats trying to find one top. Be careful these run so small to size and sewen funny where you cant lift your arms forward. Scrubs and Beyond are short in back as well.

Easy to find items. Online purchase connections with...
Easy to find items. Online purchase connections with stores. I was able to return my jacket in the store yesterday because of the size and color that didn't match with the pants (Revolution). Today I am buying online my jacket again with the right shade of blue(Revolution). Everything is easy; so I feel comfortable to buy online Scrubs&Beyond because I know I can return it if needed.

Nice to be able to shop online
Nice to be able to shop online. I am a tough fit - usually seem to fall between small and medium top. Pictures on the reviews would be really helpful to better determine sizing. Ordering several styles in small and medium and fortunately there is a store nearby. Excited for my scrubs to arrive!

Customer service
This company provided the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been dismissed by numerous customer service reps. Scrubs and Beyond sell scrubs to healthcare workers and you would think given the pandemic they would do anything they could to support their customers. I am disgusted in this company. Do not support them as they do not support their health care professionals.

Repeat Customer
Very simple and straightforward. Enjoyed free shipping however my first order went smoother than my second. Apparently with my second order Scrubs and Beyond couldn't read the shipping label so it got delayed a day and the packaging was torn up. I don't know that was Scrubs and Beyonds fault but..

Nightmare
Absolute nightmare. I would sooner go to Salvation Army thrift shop to buy used scrubs than ever deal with these people again. Screwed me on original order and on a makeup order too.

They're a joke
Items received were not what were promised on website. Returned all items using their label. Package was "lost" in Missouri sometime in transit. = NO REFUND. Will NEVER ORDER or recommend to anyone. They're a bad joke. Better Business Bureau gives them 1 star. Scrubs and Beyond must be proud.

Awful Customer Service
First of all, Scrubs and Beyond are overpriced. Better deals are available for the same brands elsewhere.

However, I ordered a pair of scrub pants on line from them only because they were on sale 50% off in October, and received them sometime around November 3rd.
They were too big, so I returned them following the company's directions, using their return envelope and labels with tracking number, and filled out the form for an exchange for a different pair of scrub pants which were more expensive and required a credit card number, per the company's return form.

I mailed the return package off sometime between November 4th and 6th.

First, the tracking number said the company received my package on Nov. 24th.

By December 7th, I did not receive any notice that my exchange was being processed, I sent Customer service an email asking them to let me know the status of my exchange... but customer service wrote back and said they never got it, and that according to them, the tracking number said the package had left my post office on Nov. 19th and they were still waiting for it.

I wrote back showing them a screen shot that showed the tracking number said they should have received my package on Nov. 24th.

No one wrote me back.

So, I called them, and they said they would see if it got lost in the warehouse and get back to me.

I didn't hear back.

So, I called them on December 15th to inquire again. They told me again they would process my return the next week, when they found the package.

I then contacted the post office, who told me it's possible the company used my tracking number twice for whatever reason, but that return parcel goes to Fedex and once Fedex has the package, they no longer have information on it.

So, I went to the fedex website with the tracking number and signed up for alerts.The next day on Dec 16th, I get a text message alert from Fedex that the tracking number said my package was in Indiana somewhere as of December 15th.

Package is in Indiana. I'm in California. The company is in Missouri.

I emailed the company about this alert. I didn't hear back.

So, in total, I must have written three emails and called the company four times, and their response was "You're exchange will be processed next week... when we get your package", never addressing that the tracking information was all over the place. It was like talking to non-human robots who could not give a cr*p.

I finally called and went ballistic a fifth time on December 20th, demanded to speak to a supervisor, almost 2 months after mailing my package to them, and after leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, they finally agreed to refund my money. That doesn't help with the fact that they lost my credit card number and it's floating around in Indiana somewhere.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Rip off/horrible customer service
Scrubs and Beyond write:"We have a deep gratitude and respect for our caregivers who are actively fighting Covid-19 Virus" Zero respect they have. Don't write if you don't have it. Dend me deffective surgical cap, uneven side, way off. Cost of cap 10$ amd return 9$.

Worse shopping experience ever!
Came back to return the item with with original receipt and tags on and the manager accused me of returning the worn item. When I asked her how would I wear it with tags on she said it is looks worn. Wow. No words. Will never shop there again. Used to buy my scrubs there for years.

Simple, easy to find what I needed
Simple, easy to find what I needed. Even made a mistake and had to call customer service. Scrubs and Beyond were friendly and very helpful to get my problem resolved.

Terrible return process
Purchased 2 tops and 2 pants. The tops were too big. Sent them back (and you have to pay for the return!) then one of the tops was sent back to me without explanation! Per the return policy, unwashed and unworn items with original tags on are acceptable. I was told that there were stain on the sleeve and the neck. I literally took it out of the package, tried it on, and sent it back. Now I have to send pictures and probably print a label, take it to the post office and return it AGAIN! The reason I order online is because I have a very busy life! I don't have time for all of this running around! After this year…this is the way we treat our healthcare heroes! NEVER have I had such a hassle returning an item! This was my first and last time ordering and I will spread the word about this company!

Not satisfied
I ordered 4 women's scrub tops and paid via PayPal. I reviewed 3 out of 4 scrub tops. It showed quantity (4) at the bottom and the correct amount for the 4 items on my packing slip but only 3 items were on the packing slip. I sent customer service numerous emails trying to figure out where my 4th item was and never heard back. Will not be ordering from this website again.

Horrible
I wish I could give 0 stars.
I ordered two pairs of scrubs that have not been delivered in over two months. I keep contacting them and I have got little to no a response. My order was over $100 and the professionalism of this company is an absolute joke. Absolutely will not be ordering ever again

Customer Service can't help
I have ordered 3 different times. The very first order nothing wrong. It came fast no problems. 2nd and 3rd order? I'm getting extra tops and pants the same that I didn't order. I called Customer Service? Scrubs and Beyond can't stop an order, they can't cancel the order, and they can't fix mistake of multiple pants. So why have Customer Service. They were pleasant but they can't help you! Waste of time.

Use on line and in store shopping
Use on line and in store shopping. Went into the store last week because I need a size smaller, from my on line order, no issues with the exchange and also picked up my favorite Heartsoul brand so 2 new sets of scrubs, everyone were very helpful.

Expensive
Good quality scrubs, but quite expensive for limited selection. My stethoscope was much cheaper at the manufacturer's website, and the help was limited in a busy store.

Buy elsewhere
Placed an order for one jacket and three tops on July 23rd. I specifically needed the three tops before August 5th, and according to their website, total transit time for shipping was 4 to 6 business days. All four items ordered showed in stock. I received a shipping confirmation on July 24th saying the jacket had been shipped but no mention of the three tops. On July 28th I sent an email to customer service inquiring about the remaining three items. To date, I have yet to receive a response. I called the customer service number on July 30th to ask why my other three items were not shipped and Scrubs and Beyond could not find my order. I was placed on hold and finally told to call back in an hour because their computers were "in maintenance". I magically received a shipping confirmation in my email shortly after and after calling. I called again to find out what the delay was. My items were supposed to be delivered by July 31 at the latest. The representative told me the items were on backorder. I informed him that I had specifically checked to make sure the items were in stock before ordering. All he could say was that the computer had made a mistake. Now my items will be delivered three days after I needed them. I would return the entire order for a refund but after reading this company's complaints on the BBB, it's not going to be worth the hassle. Will never make another purchase from this company.

Easy to navigate the site, different views to look at items, and good prices.
The website was very easy to navigate. I liked seeing pieces from different angles. I have used Scrubs and Beyond before, and was very satisfied. Scrubs arrived quickly!

Very poor
I ordered a medium jacket and paid almost $60 for it. Couldn't even get it on. All my other coats that are mediums fit great and even a little big. Scrubs and Beyond refuse to return due to embroidery. I understand that can't be resold but they should let everyone know these fit too small! Very very poor. Don't buy from them
