Very easy to navigate the website
Very easy to navigate the website. I also love that once you add something to your cart, the system picks matching pieces for you. Makes it much easier to shop.

Color matching
I'm a little worried my Caribbean blues aren't going to match even though Scrubs and Beyond are the same company because they look different on my screen, but we'll see! Update: They matched perfectly!

Absolutely Terrible!
I ordered back in April a number of scrub pants. Estimated shipping was 2 weeks with the international provider GlobalShopex. It is now the end of May and I have been refunded by paypal as the items never delivered. Contacting both Scrubs and Beyond and GlobalShopex has been a nightmare. Emails left unanswered, minimal shipping updates. Totally infuriating. Order your scrubs from literally anywhere else. This company is an absolute joke.

DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM
I bought 2 scrubs and 2 pants on sunday. It said on the page that Scrubs and Beyond took until 2 business day to process the purchase and ship it out. They divide my items into two shipment. They shipped it out the first shipment on the third business day ( until there it was everything good) but they send 3 items on the first shipment and there was missing one scrub to be shipped out. I asked them how long it was gonna take until they ship out the scrubs which was missing and they replied me that they did not even know. So i asked them to change the address of the second shipment and they were ok with that. The problem was that they did not change a $#*! and if you want to return the item they will give you up to 8 dollars per item you want to return. In conclusion DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. THE PEOPLE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS AND THE SHIPMENT TAKE TO LONG. BUY ON AMAZON CHEAPER AND FASTER.

Great Scrubs! Very Satisfied!
I was very satisfied with my purchase. The scrubs fit me very well and Scrubs and Beyond are super comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

It was a breeze in this site
It was a breeze in this site. It prompts you lets say to get the top to a bottom that you picked and vice versa... plus product details are right there for you to make informed choices.

Great Experience!
I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and Scrubs and Beyond arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.

Garment damaged in shipping
Ordering easy. Expected delivery yesterday. When arrived today, package was damaged (looks like it was ripped open by a machine) and garment with black distressed mark on front

Poor customer service
I visited the new 774 US 1 North Iselin branch and had a terrible experience. I always buy my uniforms from scrubs and beyond but not anymore from today. I live at Monmouth Junction and I needed scrubs for work so I went to the Woodbridge Mall to get scrubs from them and Scrubs and Beyond were no more there. No signs or indication that they have moved so my wife called them and we were told they are now at 774 US 1 North. The following day after church I put the address into my GPS and it took me to Edison, 774 US 1 North which was around a car dealership. So I called them and a young lady answered and I asked for their directions and they Lady told me she does not know the area so she could not help with directions but they are at 774 Route 1 North Iselin, so I put that in instead and it took me there finally about 5-6 miles away, got there 5:06pm and there was this Lady with another man inside, shop was locked. She saw me and came out and told me we just closed the register, we close at 5:00pm. So I asked her do you remember me calling you about 10 minutes ago, why didn't you tell me you were closing so I will turn around and come back tomorrow? She just told me oh sorry about that, you can come tomorrow. Really! And there was somebody else in the shop instead of wasting my time on the phone she could have handed the phone over to the other guy to help with directions, perhaps I would have made it. That is sub-standard service and I believe if it were their own business they would have handled it differently but, to hell with my money because they will get paid anyway. There are more serious people looking to do the same job.

STILL haven't received my order
I ordered 4 items in May of 2020. It is mid August and I still am waiting on one item that was backordered. I've never had problems like this before. Always received my orders promptly. Chat people have been nice, it's not their doing but internal workings of this company need some serious work. If a person pays up front, there should be communication about the delay, a discount for the lengthy time to receive... something for the customer. If I hadn't pursed this, I still would have not heard anything about my order. I have had no emails regarding WHY this is delayed. I will not be ordering from S&B again. There are other sites that are more responsible.

Do not order from here!
Do not order from this store! I ordered from them because Scrubs and Beyond seemed to have a large selection of scrubs and because the site said free returns. First it took over 2 weeks to get my order. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me but that seemed too long. And when I looked at the tracking it showed that my order arrived in Memphis and was shipped fro there to Missouri and back to Memphis where it stayed for over a week. I contacted them about this and their excuse was the Hurricane. I love in Nashville. Lol. Well then nothing in my order fit so I decided to return all of the items. That is when I discover that they do charge a return shipping fee. So they are very misleading. But I did return my order promptly and it has been over 2 weeks with no refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. So much trouble for nothing!

Recommendation: I found it difficult and frustrating...
Recommendation: I found it difficult and frustrating trying to order using the magazine sent to my home. I will often come across a pair of scrubs model is wearing, and there is no information on page suggesting the pant model is wearing. It would be best for this company to demonstrate the front, waist, side and back/top bottom of pant. I think this type of marketing helps the consumer make move forward and make the purchase.

Horrible Customer Service
I called customer service today to check on the status of my. I ordered 6 items on 9/16 making sure that all of the items ordered were "in stock". The confirmation email I received stated to allow 4-6 business days for delivery and I did receive one of the items ordered on 9/28/2020. I will say that the one item received is great and am very pleased with it. Unfortunately I did not receive the remainder of my order as promised within the 4-6 business day time frame. I was told by the customer service representative that I spoke to that the "remainder of my items were being shipped straight from the manufacturer" and would take additional time to process. That is not what my order stated- that all items were in stock and would be shipped within 4-6 business days. I then asked to cancel my order and was told that this was not possible. I was then transferred to a supervisor (Amanda) who was anything but apologetic, simply stated that she would "send an email to the warehouse asking that the remainder of my order was cancelled." That makes no sense to me whatsoever! She had no reference number for my phone call, no cancellation # to give me. I am very disappointed in this company and will make sure that all of my friends and are aware of the poor customer service provided today. I will never shop at Scrubs & Beyond again (in store or online). Shame on this company!

Rude employee
Went to the Waterfront location for embroidery with previously purchased scrubs from the online site and an employee with the name tag "Catherine" gave me a hard time for purchasing my scrubs from a 3rd party when the scrubs were purchased online since the store did not carry my sizes the past 3 times I was in store. I am offended and would like to make it aware that this employee (who was not even the one helping me) was unnecessarily rude.

Rip off
Ordered 3 items and never received them said Scrubs and Beyond were shipped fed ex and received a email saying they were delivered to my door I contacted scrubs and beyond to verify my address 1 number was off they were delivered to an address that doesn't exist and scrubs and beyond refuses to help me locate the package said it wasn't their fault there was nothing they could do fed ex said all they had to do was contact them and give them the account number to have the package returned over a 100.00 gone and no package

Horrible! Buy your scrubs anywhere but here.
Scrubs & Beyond was a nightmare to deal with. A simple return (scrubs were too big) with the original packing slip, tags on garments and garments in their original packing bag took EIGHT WEEKS to process. During the eight weeks between May and July I had to send multiple emails to customer service and make three phone calls to inquire about the status of my refund & when it would be processed, after seeing the tracking number on the return indicating that the items had been received by Scrubs & Beyond, but my credit card had not been credited! It was a super frustrating process to get my money back. I'm used to "easy" online shopping where returns are processed in a timely fashion, not after two months. If you enjoy wasting your time, being frustrated and paying shipping fees to return things, go ahead and buy something from Scrubs & Beyond. I'll shop almost anywhere else at this point.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE ITEM NUMBER AND STYLE OF WHAT THE MODEL IS WEARING. THAT WAY THE CUSTOMER CAN SHOP THE TOP AND PANTS RATHER THAN FIGURING IT OUT.
