Top of the line material and quality! Sebastian Cruz Couture did exceed their standard ETA and instead of 10 business days it took a month. I still gave 5 stars for quality I prefer that over any waiting time :).

Site navigation is great but it would be nice if you could see your sizes in your cart to make sure you didn't make a mistake. Also I did not like that it wasn't completely clear that my pocket square wasn't free after applying the black Friday sale and it was added to my cart by default. I would have paid by mistake if I wasn't paying attention. Other than these minor complaints, your products look amazing and I can't wait to see them in person

The representatives that assisted me were very responsive to my messages. I was informed of the status of my order from start to finish. The professionalism and customer service was great! My order was custom fit to my husband and I still received my order faster than I expected.

Definitely like you guys this time I ordered a Lil bigger just encase I can have it tailored me but your customer service is great and the quality is great also I can send pictures of me in the the first suit I bought

It's ok but I can never get anyone on the phone to ask questions. When you make a purchase like this people will need to speak to someone every now and then and I never received a call back. Kinda frustrating.

I did some shopping around for some bold suits for my wedding and found Sebastian Cruz. Once I found the suit I liked, Sebastian Cruz Couture helped me customize it to make it match perfect with our wedding colors. Natalya was so incredible to work with. She was very responsive to emails, kept me updated throughout the process and was all around amazing to work with. I cannot wait to get to show off this incredible suit once it gets fitted. I wish I had a better image to post, but will definitely post some professional photos after the wedding! These guys are TOP NOTCH! I will definitely be buying more suits from them from now on!

Terrible costumer service, Sebastian Cruz Couture never answer the phone, they are all over you when you try to make an order, once you pay they are done with you, it doesn't matter what issue you may have with your order, they completely ignore you, I was only able to connect with them via Facebook messenger (really?)
When I made my purchase, they promised that the order would take 8 12 days, but it took over 25 days. Once the order arrived I discovered that it was huge on me, measurements don't reflect the actual order. I told them I need to exchange it or refund me my money, they flat out refused to help me in anyway.
They are quick to take your money but never care about you afterward.
I am an online shopper, and by far this is the worst company I ever had to deal with.
I don't recommend you ever do business with them.

I'm really amazed by the quality of the suit. I ordered the size I typically wear and both the suit and the pants are perfect. Both the fabric and tailoring quality are outstanding as well.

I had a good experience shopping via your site, however, sometimes the site gets jittery / glitchy and selected articles of clothing that I didn't select. I got through it though, i appreciate the discounts.

Pretty comprehensive and good but i would like an alternate "cut" to the slacks instead of the skinny leg look

I haven't recieved an update and my wedding is fast approaching, I spoke to a representative of the company a week ago and was told that I would receive a link for shipment no later than this week. I understand I ordered custom so 10-14 days is a stretch, but its been close to 30 days since my order with very poor communication and still no tracking code.
Not Happy!

Good descriptions on site, the photos and "looks" are very useful. Emailed a few questions and got a nearly immediate response well after work hours. Questions were well answered. Good experience so far.

Easy to find items and when I had questions I submitted them via Facebook and Sebastian Cruz Couture answered them promptly and even included links to all the items.
