Your website is OUTSTANDING! So easy to use and so many, many choices! I ordered a number of samples and the shipping was quick. ( until the last batch, which i didn't receive so a simple call and SelectBlinds were expedited!) The customer service is AMAZING as well. But I can't stress enough what a great web site you have! A pleasure to shop and more of a pleasure to find a quality item made in the USA! I have told numerous people of my great experience and your quality products. Thank you, again! I can't wait to get my shades!

I ordered a blind 2 years ago for my master bedroom...
I ordered a blind 2 years ago for my master bedroom window. It is great. So when I remodeled my quest room I wanted to order another blind just like it, same size and everything. Instead of trying to retype all of the specification in the system, I called customer service and the young lady did it for me very quickly and accurately. She put it in my account on line and I was able to pay securely there.

I haven't received the shades yet, but for ordering, everything seemed pretty straight forward once I selected my shades. Measuring instructions and entering the information was very easy. My only complaint was during the selection process. There weren't enough photos, especially to see what the hardware would look like at the top of the window. I chose the Classic Fabric Light Filtering roller shades with the exposed roll and I would have liked there to have been a more finished look for the roll. Other brands have caps that go on the ends so it looks a little nicer at the top. More expensive shades on the site could have this, I'm not sure. For the price, I think I'll be pretty happy.

VERY POOR QUALITY! & They make 1/2" less than your measurement!
When we measured the blinds, we measured to fit the inside of a window not realizing that when SelectBlinds make the blind, they take a 1/2 inch off of your original measurement. Why would they do this? So you're price range goes into the next pricing tear if you want your 1/2. We order Select Wave Faux Wood Cordless Blinds. They are straight plastic. Disgusting and pissed that I wasted my hard earned money on this crap. Will not return, because technically, nothing is wrong with them. READ the specifications and beware that the quality is not good.

They have lost their quality
I bought one of the cordless bamboo blinds in September of 2019 and I loved it, so I can back to buy more the rest of my house and SelectBlinds quality is no where near the same! The brackets they came with were different so instal was slightly harder. They do not go up and down as smoothly, and get stuck. And the corners on the top wear not attached so they flip out and look broken.

Unfortunately I would no longer recommend these.

So far I have used SelectBlinds to purchase blinds for 6 windows, and it has been a pretty good experience overall. I appreciate it that each order has been 100% correct so far. I did find a color sample that was incorrectly labeled recently, which makes me a little nervous about this current order, but hopefully it was a one time mistake, which can happen to anyone.

I called about the cassette dimensions air the top of our hinged French doors as well as the fascia dimensions. I was told fascia is 4& 3/8 height. The cassette is 2&1/2 height. I was also helped with how the traditional roller will sit against the door. The CS Rep. Additionally said that all the brackets are back, side and or top fitting; universal brackets.

This is my first time installing faux wood shutters. I built homes for 30 years but always subcontracted this particular job. Your ordering system was strait forward. I would offer one suggestion; describe the "next to other windows" specification a little more clearly. I specified SelectBlinds were on each until I called and found out they had to be right up against to each other. Thank you

Good selection, easy navigation with a good deal
Good selection, easy navigation with a good deal. Stressful to make sure all measurements are correct and all small details are correct. Still not sure if I have them all correct with making sure there are not multiple remotes, the right size has been entered with additional length and width, the right brand/style all the same, names of windows added correctly, and once ordered that's it. Kind of an anxiety trigger.

Both the chat and customer service were not very helpful with my questions. I have already gotten blinds twice before with no issues. This time when I wanted a particular valiance the website told me it wasn't available until Jan 2022 and to call customer service if I would like a wood alternative. I was told no on the phone. I asked why did it give me the option on the website to call if you can't do that. Going with the other valiance that isn't out of stock, although I would be happy to wait until it's back in stock I didn't trust the help I received to do that.

It was a bit overwhelming
It was a bit overwhelming. So much to choose from. But the disappearing prices were quite amusing. It was there, than I went to measure again, and it was gone, however on the bottom where it shows items I viewed, the lower price was there. Click on it, it disappeared. Plus I was sad to also lose the coupon code that was originally accepted, but the prices still are good, so I still bought.

I buy almost everything online
I buy almost everything online. Select Blinds made it as easy and clear as it can get.
Also, I was able to get what I really wanted instead of not-so-cheap junk, leaving me having to upgrade later. If that doesn't make sense, I was shopping for an interim product, thinking I would get nicer blinds down the road.
Now I don't have to waste that money on junk. I have what I wanted!

Money Recovery
Losses to scam are products of mistakes and we all make mistakes. The important step is what we do afterwards, the decisions we make after will either move us forward or hold us back. I lost $75,000 after investing in a fake investment company. Thanks to Moneyrecovery001 At solution4u Dot com for helping me recover my money back. Little did I even know that it's possible to recover lost coin.

Purchase is great
Purchase is great. Post purchase service is terrible.

Make sure you choose the premium or high end products, the basic type is crap and trash, then SelectBlinds will not do anything for you.

Also, be aware of the measurements, they use some of your inches for the roller but the blinds, so you will always get short of what you thought you would get.

Motorized products will have ugly black wire hanging allover and it won't work if you don't have a nearby power outlet

It is not easy to find the color you want and match...
It is not easy to find the color you want and match it to the products that come in that color. I also had issues that once I selected a color and found one of the products, I could not complete the order as the system told me I could not do an inside mount for the other options I selected. I finally had to go back to my previous order to see what product I currently have and tried each of the Signature products until I got one to work.

I am a returning customer, several times now
I am a returning customer, several times now. I love the products, I like all the options, though sometimes its not clear why some options are missing from some blind choices. The web site also has very good filtering so it is easy to find what one is looking for. The most irksome thing is the frequently changing prices. If it takes a few days the make a decision, the price may have gone up. If one is patient enough, that price may come back down again, but not sure when. As a returning customer, this is annoying. It feels like you're being coy with your pricing. One more positive, I had an unusual and special request on a previous order and the customer service was really great. AND the production team was able to accommodate the unusual request. I greatly appreciated that.

Above and beyond
Accidentally placed the wrong shade texture/ density by the previous rep, but it was sort of my fault too. Called customer service and spoke to Donna. She resolved it after the research and called me back to inform me that she'll send the samples and then free of charge to replace. Donna is very experienced confident, and knowledgeable with the products. I would totally order from selectblinds. Really great experienced. She's a great asset to the company.

Ordering samples was easy, and SelectBlinds arrived in good time. I like how your zoom in feature shows the detail on the woven blinds better than a lot of other sites. Pricing was higher than compared to others. The promo that was running was good but did not let me enter the $50 off first time orders of $350 or more which was a bummer for a decent size order. I contemplated cancelling, but need window coverings.

I'm happy enough
I was scared to order these because I read so many terrible reviews. I ordered 3 sets of wood cordless blinds with cloth tape. Most brands didn't have the cloth tape on the cordless version, but Select Blinds did so I took the risk. My blinds were not damaged on arrival, but I could see how SelectBlinds could be. I'd give the packaging a B-. The blinds themselves look great (Distressed Cabin w/black tape). I'm very happy with the quality and appearance. The valance is magnetic. I wish they had more valance options because the one I got looks a little "country" for my tastes. Still, it looks nice and many people would be happy with it. The magnets are held on with glue. Hopefully they stay attached in summer by the hot window. Guess it doesn't matter much because the magnetic valance has my DIY wheels churning. Had I not ordered samples, I think I could have been in real trouble. I wouldn't even order white, you can't trust it. My only real complaint would be the Dollar Store looking clear wand. Looked horrible against the dark colored blinds. I cut strips of black vinyl and carefully covered the wands. The clear wand is unacceptable. I think it's worth taking the risk of ordering from Select Blinds.

Blinds are incomplete and company is terrible
It took two months for my order to be filled. Customer service was inconsistent and lacking to say the least. The video shows the blinds I purchased have magnetic valance, but mine arrived with plastic pieces that don't even fit. When I asked them about it SelectBlinds placed an order for the magnetic strip to be sent to me. I received more plastic pieces. I asked about it and they said the magnetic strip was no longer available. I paid for it and they gave me the run around. Now I'm simply going to order some two sided tape and hang the valances. I'll never order from this incompetent company again.

I was in the middle of my order and the great low sales prices that supposedly still have 8 hours left went away. The blinds already in my cart were around $12, but if I were to add anymore their price would start around $40. I wanted to buy at least 10 more blinds but now I am going to wait and call the office tomorrow to see if I can get those cheaper prices again.

I LOVE MY BLINDS
Select Blinds make it so easy to measure and order blinds for your home. I chose Select Blinds after seeing me daughter's new blinds and getting her recommendation on the quality of the blinds and their customer service. I did have a question on my shipping as some blinds kind of got stuck in the shipping system. I called Select Blinds and SelectBlinds said they would call and find out for me and get right back. This person DID call me right back and let me know what was going on. I also had 1 MINOR issue and they again were right on it. I cannot say enough about how GREAT their customer service is! This is a business THAT CARES about their customers and will go the extra mile to make them happy.

First attempt to contact someone (chat) yielded no useful information, next attempt (phone)Vanessa was super (5/5 stars!), my gripe remains that you don't ship to Hawaii so I have to use an intermediary. Really, a large business like yours could get the same shipping rates that the intermediary shipper receives, so it becomes my hassle to manage shipper account and to go into Honolulu to pick up my blinds.

Everything about this experience was so smooth and easy. I found what I wanted, your website is very user-friendly, and you even automatically updated the pricing in my saved cart to reflect the latest promotion. It was also great that I could receive samples in the mail (while locking in the promotional pricing) and when I called your customer service line with a quick question, SelectBlinds called me back within two minutes and were very helpful.

Ive had misunderstandings and issues with every blind...
Ive had misunderstandings and issues with every blind I've ordered from here. I was shorted discounts and have spent 10s of hours on the phone with select blinds. The extents the customer service goes to in order to ensure the customer is happy is one of a kind. Products are a 7.5/10. I don't personally agree with their measurement deductions. Read all the fine print on each different type of shade because they're shady and change stuff between types before you buy.

Overall, the shopping experience was good
Overall, the shopping experience was good. I encountered an issue with ordering motorized / smart shades for three windows. I wanted one remote control and one charger to be used (shared) on all three shades, but the website would not allow such without ordering a remote and charger for each shade. Agents I spoke with by phone/text said it should be possible, yet I could not make it work. After much frustration, I just removed them from the order.

Little bit of friction at checkout. Chrome autofill got every filled every field, but site did not recognize until i went into each entry and deleted the last character and re-typed it, changing the field from blue to white and making it active. This was confusing, because selected state of residence stays blue regardless. There was no explanation, sight just would not activate the 'checkout' button, almost left but figured it out.

I like that the experience is always pretty easy. Easy to choose the options, etc. I don't like that the pictures can't be clicked on to make bigger so you can really see them. And I wish when you click on a color you like, that you can see more examples of that color instead of it being a variation of color examples with it. I like how you can save a cart bc it is a pain going back and remeasuring the windows. Overall good experience.

Shopping online was easy enough
Shopping online was easy enough. My previous order was a little challenging, I had inside mounts so when I drilled holes as was suggested (through the side 2 holes of header holders) there wasn't enough room to slide the header into the pockets/holders. The heads of the screws along with the thickness of the sheet metal was enough to prevent me from installing per instructions so I used the top 2 holes instead.
I also experienced one magnet on one of the Valances wasn't drilled into the valance far enough to get a good bite into the material and was shipped in the sealed bag with the magnet floating around freely in the bag. I suggest drilling deeper into the valance and use a longer screw to secure the magnet.

What they advertise and what you get are totally different
Aside from the product failing after the warranty expires, SelectBlinds are also a company who will offer different discounts seemingly every other day. Unlike other retailers who have a policy of adjusting prices if they lower the price with a week of you ordering/purchasing the item, SelectBlinds won't - even if it's 3 days after you have placed the order. They claim to be the cheapest - I can't say I agree with that assertion as I have received better pricing from Home Depot. I do like their ordering process but given their lack of standing by their products or adjusting prices, it's not a company I would use ever again.
