Finally received my order
Finally got my masks in the mail and let me say I am shocked of the pathetic quality of these masks. I would be ashamed to sell anything this poor. These black mask are made of thin and I mean thin foam rubber. Shop LC are said to be washable is a joke. They will probably fall apart after wearing them once. You will have to be very careful taking them off because the ear straps will most likely tear. I wrote a review earlier about their customer service, which they don't have, and their shipping fees. Oh, I forgot, they also charged tax on the shipping fees. This company is a ripoff and scam the public. Will never order anything from this so called company. I would not even have given them one star but that was not an option.

Some items look different on tv or website than Shop LC really are, which is common when you shop from home. Luckily, you have 30 days to inspect and decide if you like your purchase.If for any reason you are not happy You can return your purchase and receive a refund.
There is a charge for shipping back your items.

Easy to get ahold of an agent ,they are nice, polite and well trained .Each time i have spoken to customer service representative my questions were answered and my issues were taken care
of. I am very pleased with they service .

I I did a buy all on 12 strands of beads
I I did a buy all on 12 strands of beads. There were 4 sets of 3 beautiful tumbled beaded necklaces in each set and Shop LC were all quite beautiful. The only problem was one set of 3 had 2 broken strands in the bags and as I tried to pull them out of the pouch beads went everywhere and I mean everywhere… so I am sending that set back. It's a same to because it had the rose quartz strand one I wanted the most and of course one that was broken in the packaging… these are quite lovely beads so I'm not really sure what to say. It won't stop me from shopping at SHOPLC because on the whole my experiences are wonderful!

Would give less than 1 star if I could
Please do not shop with this company. First of all their prices may be low but their shipping is high and Shop LC also charge a separate shipping and handling fee.

The first item got canceled and eventually was partially refunded. The second item was said to be delivered, but it never was. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the USPS or file a police report. I have lived here over 20 years and never had a package stolen. The tracking seemed off too. The company took no responsibility for the lost package and refused to give a refund.

It would be easier to shop if the hosts didn't yell, scream and keep on saying I want to talk to you. Who else are Shop LC talking to? They get so loud I have to mute it unless I want to hear a description of the piece. It is very annoying. There are a few hosts that do a better job of describing the jewelry, and sell the exact same pieces ( they repeat items in each hosts segments), I would prefer to watch, as I like how they describe the items, but this channel doesn't list when those hosts are on. They present the items in a professional manner. Shop LC has a habit of enhancing the jewelry so much on screen, that when you do receive it, it looks nothing like what was shown. I understand they want it to look good, but I've received items that don't look like what was shown on screen. The size and sparkle on the TV screen doesn't appear in what was received during the presentation. So you return it and wait and wait for them to return your funds. It's a crap shot with this company on quality sometimes. I know all TV shops enhance their items, but shop LC does deceptive photography more than the other channels. I have received some nice pieces, but have returned others, as they are dull, cloudy, no sparkle and look completely different from presentation or are fissure filled which is not disclosed by all hosts. As I said there are a few hosts who don't have to scream and yell to sell the items, just wish there were more of them. Another favorite saying of theirs, which is really annoying is "Run, run don't walk to your phones and call", really most people shop by cellphones that are with them or computers, where are they supposed to run to? We aren't in the 80's anymore, the majority of people now are sitting in a chair with their cellphones and computers by them. I do have to admit the really nice, expensive items are out of my price range, so those may be awesome, but those I'll never be able to purchase those and I have been happy with items I received, just not all. I tried to research the item I just purchased, before I bought it. There is not a lot of info in the description and could find nothing about it on the internet, which is really scary. I won't know if it is a value buy as they said or a really poor purchase on my part till I receive it.

I enjoy bidding on the auctions
I enjoy bidding on the auctions. I have been a LC shopper for years and would love/appreciate it, if you guys considered a one time bundle shipping and handling fee. That is the only thing that I don't agree on. Being changed for shipping and handling on every single item, even though most of the jewelry gets sent in one bulk. If you guys would consider this, more people would want to shop and I would shop more often too. Our final total amount would not add up to so much more, at the end of our bill. Making it easier on our pockets.

Not what it claims
Don't get me wrong u can get nice stuff cheaper but u will not find anything like u can at a jewelry store. Shop closed will not sell a real ring cheap like white gold with real stones or gold with real stones at a decent price Shop LC are thousands usually but u can get that at a store I bought a 2 ct pink sapphire in white gold for 150$ it has 2 small diamonds too but u won't find anything like that in shop cl also when they do their live tv all they are doing is making people think they are dropping prices but if u look in their inventory u will see the price already and that's the price they drop it to live to sell so there is no price drop really and take ur stuff to a jeweler see what they say. Also out of every where I've gotten jewelry on this jewelry falls apart almost immediately stones fall out of everything instantly so I think their selling off defective items to be honest. Between November 2018 and December 2019 I bough over 70 items I only have 10 items that hasn't fell apart or hasn't lost a stone within the first week of having it and no I don't ware them daily. If u look closely u can see design defects etc.

I receive messages that items have shipped and will...
I receive messages that items have shipped and will be delivered by a certain date. Then there are no tracking updates just still being processed messages. Then over two weeks later, after calls to see where the order is, recieve a message the order has just been shipped after being told It was shipped over two weeks ago. Your shipping is awful. I don't have problems with other online orders from other sites. And I never watch live anymore, it is just annoying.The auto pay for rising auctions is another annoyance.

Shopping on the regular store side is a fine experience, but I went over to the auction side to check things out. It's obvious there are employees bidding or... bots (which a lot of companies use), which would be FINE, except the bots and employees bid on an item until it is actually surpassing what ShopLC sold the item for over on the store side. It makes the entire experience... tepid for me.

Auctions get a 1 star for me because it feels a little disingenuous how things end up on most items. The store side is the only reason this review is a 3.

Beware of buying rings and chains
The gold/platinum plating wears off the rings very quickly, usually after wearing them part time for a couple of days. The silver underneath turns gray and dirty looking. I bought some expensive pieces from them and now am embarrassed to wear them. The same is true of their gold/platinum plated chains, although Shop LC last a little longer. Only the full-priced items are returnable, within a short time period. Items ship from China. Too bad the quality isn't there. With these obvious defects I wonder if the "gem stones" are really as advertised. I have lost all confidence in them.

Don't Buy From This Company
Shop LC put on a good front but don't follow through, and don't care. We've been on hold for over 45 min to inquire about a return three weeks ago, and this is not the first time. They have TV hosts, including the "president" of the channel that you can't understand because their English is so heavily accented with whatever Indian dialect that is their native tongue. We managed to get through to one person briefly who apologized for the wait by saying "sorry there are 150 customers ahead of you" then disconnected. Buy JTV, or QVC, but not this channel

I am through with shop lc!
I have ordered a lot of items Some of them very nice, some of them Not so nice. The prices are all right But not nearly so good as Shop LC would make you believe. My main problem with Them is Not The prices or merchandise, But the lack of customer service! They are very nice when you get on the phone with them. But what they say means absolutely nothing at all They just make you think it does. And you cannot talk to anybody you can get results from. They take your money as soon as you make a purchase even though they often don't ship for days, And then keep returns for 3 weeks or a month before they give a refund to your account. It boils down to them having use of your money for up to a month maybe more while you only have the merchandise for perhaps 2 or 3 days. Something is wrong with that. And when you call to ask them Why they have a not processed a return The agent gives you a bunch of baloney about how they're going to email the returns department and ask them which does no good whatsoever. I don't think they even do anything they just say they're doing something. So I will shop at amazon Or ebay Or my local stores But not lc.

Misleading Delivery Commitment
I ordered a clock on Shop LC. On the site Shop LC indicated normal delivery would be approximately 6 days. I decided to pay extra for two day air so I could receive it more quickly. After five days, I called customer service and they told me it had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order. They said I would have to pay restocking (even though it had not shipped?). I said ok go ahead and ship. I have not yet received the item and now over 6 days... and their most recent email said 3 business days... Very misleading! Maybe if I ever received the item, I can review it...

Happy with jewelry, programing, not so much
I've bought a lot of jewelry over the years, both from TV and auctions. I have only been disappointed a few times. Since the price was so low, I usually don't return. I give it away. What I don't understand is this... hosts have said that customers have said Shop LC will buy jewelry they don't need just so Shoplc will donate $1 to feed a child. Huh? Does anyone see what's going on here? They are using hungry children to get more customers. Instead, they could put a link on their website and those customers could donate the entire amount to feed children but Shoplc makes most of the profit and only a dollar goes to children. If they are really about helping, let people donate too, not HAVE to buy jewelry. Also, I'm not really into a certain host who acts like a middle school cheerleader, so loud and obnoxious. Exactly how does one break their toe while hosting tv? She interrupts all the time..."Oooo, oooo, oooo!" Very immature. This woman needs to lay off the wine er... I mean Red Bull er... I mean B vitamins! Lol I have no problem with people having fun but those that act like used car sales people are really too much for me. Also, why doesnt customer service ever answer emails anymore? Does anyone else have this problem?

#1. I have items that I did not receive on these dates: May 15, May 28, June 1,2021. I would have called, but since some items take a while to receive, I decided to wait for them as a courtesy. I will call today to have those items checked...

#2. Every once in a while, I receive Emails stating that I will be refunded for items that I have purchased. Why? Why? Why? Those items have been confirmed and paid for. Why are the items being refunded?

NOTE: I would receive packages that were torn or ripped open, like Shop LC were being inspected. Not happening now. In fact, the packages that I now receive are wrapped very well and sometimes with a padded box. Thank you, SHOP LC.:-)

The problems were not with the operators, your phone operators are all very nice and helpful. The problem delt with the shipping department. A few times, I was told, (by Email) that items I purchased were being refunded to me. When asked why, was told:

* Operator said, "The item could have been found defective." (Solution: could have replaced item with one that had no defects.)
* Operator said, "Did not have the item in stock." That makes no sense. Strange,... how can a customer pay for an item that does not exist??? Leaves the customer feeling really bad, especially when the items were won in the auction which is challenging and takes like forever to win. ;-( Sad. Very sad.
P. S. Customer service operators are A+++ #1!!! Thank you for putting up with customers when things go bad, and thank you for being sooo...KIND!!!

I am generally irritated because of the number of damaged...
I am generally irritated because of the number of damaged and unusable products I have received. I did not get them returned time so I am trying to repair the lemons I have received. I am restringing things. I bought a restringing tool because I am now restringing my 16th necklace that arrived broken. My package of 3 pair earrings that arrived 5 of 6 arrived with the stones out of their settings. I am of course repairing them. Also irritated about the $150 "teal" grandiderite earrings that look coal black - that I did not get returned in time so I am stuck with the ugliest pair of $100+ earrings that I have ever wasted money on. And I have to re-label and tape up, and get someone else's package that was mailed to me in error. Also SHOPLC lied about several (4) items that I was going to purchase prior to the "clearance" that were one price for instance one was $149.99 for 2 months prior to clearance - then was raised to $189 for 2 weeks before clearance. Then presented at clearance with the Bold Faced LIE that Shop LC were "reduced to their lowest price" - which was the increased price each item had been raised to - for the 2 weeks prior to clearance. Because SHOPLC I now know lies and deceives whenever it will earn them extra money. So I have to going forward I now know SHOPLC acts with integrity of a "Snake Oil" or "Used car" salesman.

Run, don't walk
Things have gone downhill a lot. Shop LC have a "forum" but they refuse to post any comment that doesn't reflect them in a good way. CS is not very good unless you get a certain person that is willing to help. You can win auctions on their rising auctions, but they can and do cancel after taking your money. They say "it's damaged" or it's "not in stock". Why aren't they checking BEFORE it's listed? There a a few decent or good hosts but professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and ethics are not required to host there. So many games and lies that's is disgusting. During the holidays, they promised delivery in time for Christmas. So many were disappointed and upset that they didn't get in time. Some items they showed in live TV only to find out they had none in warehouse. There is little if any communication or cooperation between departments. I've never experienced so many issues anywhere. I've been shopping with them for over a decade and can honestly say they've really gone downhill in the last year. They plead for new customers when they cannot or refuse to take care of the customers they have. Like I said, run, don't walk. Save yourself $ and frustration.

Not Worth the Risk
I ordered a mens ring from their website after coming across their channel on television. After several days the ring arrived, it was defective. On one side the gold plating was bubbling. Evidently, ShopLC's quality control procedures are highly deficient. Upon returning the defective ring I read their policy which states postage is not charged on defective items returned to the company though there is a restocking fee and it may take six weeks to process a refund. Their items look "nice" on television and on their website but the fact is you risk receiving a subpar quality item(s) and if defective, being charged a ludicrous restock fee. Don't waste your valuable time and money.

Shoplc.com sales jewelry and has an online auction where everything starts at $1.00
The bulk of there jewelry is" sterling silver " and gemstone jewelry.
The problem is Shop LC dupe unsuspecting bidders into thinking they are getting a very good deal by saving 80-95% off retail. In reality bidders are paying more than the item is actually worth.
Example: This morning someone was bidding on a sterling silver turquoise ring. The estimated retail value was $299.00 and bidding was up to $137.00
(This particular line of jewelry - Sante Fe Style is very popular with bidders). The estimated retail value is some ridiculous price assigned to a particular piece of jewelry to dupe you into believing your getting the deal of a lifetime.
The actual value for that ring was only $29.99
I see it everyday. People biddding 10 times what the piece of jewelry is worth based on their Est Retail Price and the killer is they will sell it to you without bidding for its actual value from their home page.
Est Retail Value $499.00 = actual value $39-49.00
Est Retail Value $299.99 = actual value $29-39.00
Est Retail Value $139.99 = actual value $24.00

I have also bought "sterling silver gemstone jewelry" that was not sterling silver nor real gemstones. Rings were a mystery metal and gemstones glass. I bought one opal ring where the "opal" was actually hardened plastic with glitter in it. But I have also bought genuine jewelry from them as well. To see the actual value of a piece of jewelry enter the item headline into the search bar from their home page NOT the auction page. The item will pop up with the actual value they are selling it for.

Buyer Beware and do your research before bidding.

If you call, Shop LC can't find your account. The chat rep. Gives you this number cause they aren't authorized to help. My order that was suppose to be sent to my mailbox went all over the country to UPS before it came to my mailbox. Now, I'm charged $32 for a ring that I did not bid that much on. I have one for $3 of the same kind! This is the last time they will get to take from my account. I'm having a hold put on my card and unsubcribing to them.
PS, I did attempt to order some cheap stuff that I could resale. I also ordered some detergent that I have ordered before that works great. They added earrings that I did not bid on. I'm glad I did not give them a new card or enable fast buy. They can't be trusted.

I have been shopping and bidding on auctions for several years and I have to say that it was easier and just a nicer experience in general years ago. It seems like the last few years your company/website has become a little shady. Your website is unpredictable. Sometimes pages only half load and it jumps around while you are trying to bid so you end up bidding on something that you had no intention of bidding on. That is one of the reasons that I won't sign up for "auto pay", which makes the shipping costs ridiculous. Most times I am paying more on shipping than the total order. I understand your reason for doing the auto ship but you have to make sure that the problems with YOUR website are taken care of first. What happened to the $29.99 all-day shipping? I definitely won't be able to shop with you anymore because of the shipping costs. Also, I don't believe your auctions are fair auctions. I look at the bidding history of every item I bid on and it appears to me that you have people driving the bids up. Some of the bids make no sense (like a beginning bid of $50.00). I've even seen my name used on auctions that I am NOT bidding on. I sometimes have to wonder if your company is on the up and up.

This Company Is A Scam
I purchased two items off this site for christmas gifts, Shop LC said in the shipping time it would be here before the 25th. I wish I had read actual reviews for them rather than just the ones on their site so, I could've saved myself from dealing with this. I waited a week for them to ship the items and they never did, even though I contacted them multiple times. The payment was still processing due to things on their end, not mine so I figured it would be easy to cancel. I sent multiple complaints about wanting to cancel including through pay pal and never heard anything back. Only over a week later to get an email saying one of the items has been canceled because it's "out of stock" yet you go to the website and, it's still in stock. However the full amount is still pending to be taken out of my account. :| Don't buy from here all of their jewelry is sold by different companies.

Website not working properly
Website not working properly. I also wanted a different color of the TLV but since you play games and it was not presented at the same time as the other options (and I cannot get clarification as to when the TLV will be shown again) I was unable to get the color I originally wanted.

On the evening of 8-8-21 (approx. 8:30p.m.PST) the website had offers of 40% off on many many items. An item I wanted had this offer and upon checkout offer did not apply. Contacted chat as well as customer service. Was advised issue being “escalated”. Have not had resolution. I do have a screenshot which I also email to CS.

ShopLC BUYER BEWARE

I have been shopping at an online network called ShopLC.com, which also makes presentations on TV in the early morning hours. Shop LC have been advertising jewelry by Swarovski, who is the world leader in quality crystal jewelry, and they have told the public through emails and TV presentations that Swarovski is discontinuing their relationship with retailers, and after June 30th will only be selling through their own boutiques at a much higher price. I have been ordering pieces and some of the recent ones have arrived without the Swarovski tag. This is very important if buying it as a gift. When I asked for the tags to be sent, I was told that they were no longer available, but ShopLC does not make this disclosure in its TV presentations or its email. Despite my multiple detailed email letters to various levels of the company, there seems to be no effective customer service on this issue. This lack of important disclosure amounts to false advertising! But they seem to be only concerned in selling their inventory. BUYER BEWARE!

ShopLC Account Hacked
I've had an account with The Liquidation Channel long before Shop LC changed name to ShopLC for over ten years spent tons of money during that time. Early this year my account had apparently been hacked. Unauthorized charges were appearing on my credit cards. I contacted ShopLC about the charges. I was informed that some person was added to my account made the purchases. ShopLC refused to tell me the hackers name as it violated privacy! What?
I said You allowed a hacker to add themself to my account making fraudulent purchases using my credit cards and you're going to tell me their name is private! I immediately had my credit card account numbers changed. I had ShopLC blocked from submitting any charges to my accounts. All charges were refunded as well. After having contacted ShopLC numerous times, they finally told me the hackers name attached to my phone number in their system. They, however, had not done any investigating into the hacking issue at all, none. Instead they started sending letters to my house addressed to the hacker. I returned them as "Unknown" They then started calling and harassing me several times a day. I called them again yelling at them for their idiotic, utterly stupid and fraudulent criminal company activities. Informed them that I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I blocked their phone numbers on all levels. So if they have called again I don't know it.

Not worth the stress for low quality and nasty CS
I've been a customer of many TV shopping networks for a number of years, but just started with ShopLC a little over a month ago (at the time of the posting). At first I thought how great Shop LC were because their prices are so low. I just thought by removing the "middle man" they could keep cost down, but it's more than that. The quality is seriously lacking with many of their products and their customer service is filled with condescending, sarcastic, individuals. Also, they claim to have a 30 days return policy, but that's not entirely true. They TAG each item and the tag says you can't return the item if the tag has been removed. I'm sorry, but how the heck to you wear any of their jewelry (or other items) with bloody tags attached? They're all about the money and not about the customers (except to take their money). One more point, do NOT get caught up in the auctions! Unless you can keep your hands off the bid-button and limit yourself to a bid that's LESS than what they're selling the item for on the main site, just don't do it! They have scammed so many customers by letting the customers bid WAY over the value of the item. It makes me want to scream how they take advantage of so many people! I sure wish the Federal Trade Commission would get after these people!

Good hope I actual get the product

Why am I saying this it is due to I have bought a. 50ct Natural Pink Diamond Pendent for a Birthday Gift to my Mother who was turning 70 and she saw the pendant and said THAT IS MINE I WANT IT! And after buying it come to find out (YOU NOT ME CANCELLED THE ORDER!) It was Cancelled from your Wearhouse HAD TO TELL MY MOM SORRY NO PENDENT FOR YOU THAT YOU WANTED FOR YOUR 70 B-DAY! And you know what she did I just hugged her.
And this is not the 1st time. So we will see

LC Hosts
I have been a customer of ShopLC/Liquation Channel for a number of years. I haven't many complaints about the items I've purchased. Not being picky, but recently, I find some of the hosts to be "overselling", ridiculous and very boring. In particular, I do not like to be told to call "NOW", as I am aware of the clock on the screen. I find most of (not all) of the host have the habit of talking as the other host is talking. Today, I had enough (10/23) when one of the host continued to interject as the other host or personnel was talking. He was rude in doing so and I find this occurring often. Also, I have timed some of the host as Shop LC are rambling on instead of giving the price of items. Note: if the price is $9.99 it is not nine niney nine ( it is nine ninety nine). Check vocabulary. There is one host who takes over the entire program as if the other host is not on screen.

I bought a few things from there rising auctions and the gemstones fell out of the setting a few days after wearing it and the gemstones are HIGHLY included and cloudy. The chain broke on the ecklace I ordered and the silver tarnished rather quickly. It was COMPLETELy an overall HORRIBLE if not the worst place I have ever made a purchase from!
