I have gotten this error message 87 times today
I have gotten this error message 87 times today. It happens about 60% of the time when I tries to see the details of any item. I happens anytime I try to go from the 2 to 3 page, or any page above 2, in order history 100% of the time in page 3 or greater from page 2 or greater. It also happens about 50% of the time when trying to go to the "Cart".
Yesterday I got it over 100 times.: "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2. 2. 15 (Red Hat) Server at www.shoplc.com Port 443".

I just wonder why the Shipping went from $2.99 up to...
I just wonder why the Shipping went from $2.99 up to $7.99? How does something like this happen? Just the other day git was $2.99 and my sister's pendent cost $7.99 and then looked at the pendent and one of my rings weighs more than the pendent and it had cost $2.99, and a few days later it's $7.99, now everything costs $7.99 to ship, I guess I'm asking how could it more than triple in a few days?……on a great note, I won the bid on a ring that my sister will want for sure, and now I have one my size, YEA!

Skeptical, website doesn't load correctly in auction,...
Skeptical, website doesn't load correctly in auction, have to wait for it to load to long. When I win a bid My name never shows only the person who had the previous bid in first. Went back next day to see if my name was added to the winning bid it wasn't. I am only paying now because I won but in reality I didn't want to. I hope I get my items this site seems shady to me? Going to keep my Bank on alert. Also I was suppose to get free shipping on orders over $50.00 I did not get that either or the 15% discount for first time buyers?

I have been a customer for several years
I have been a customer for several years. I am unhappy about the "pay for your auctions won within 24 hours". I've lost several things because I don't know I've won them until after Shop LC have expired. Like yesterday, won a Kaftan and when I found out and went to pay for it, it was already expired! Not everyone sits at their computer 24/7. I think the time should be at least 48 hours. You've changed this just a couple months ago and I for one, think we need just a little more time. I bet you're losing sales because of it, I know I've missed several that I won.

Terrible customer service
I bought a grocery cart online from Shop LC about a month ago. A cart arrive that did not match picture shown online. It also had a broken wheel. I returned it on same day received with the enclosed return shipping label. But it was the wrong USPS return label. A First Class label that can be used for a package weight maximum of 16 ounces. The packaged item was over 9 lbs.
Long story short, USPS did not deliver it. Shop LC has not shipped a replacement and does not refund my money either. Customer Service only replies with generic automated emails with a lot of apologies (i. E. Sorry, so sorry, truly sorry, be patient, wait longer, etc.) but non address content of my complaint. Calls to Customer Service dept. often does not get answered or routs to offshore to people with broken English seemingly from India.
I will file complaint with BBB.

I keep getting the darn "400 Bad Request Error" 50%...
I keep getting the darn "400 Bad Request Error" 50% of the time I try to just look at an item. The constant errors having to try 5 or 6 times to just few a item make it really frustrating. On top of that I had to re - put the same 5 items in my cart 5 different times (really slowly because the system takes forever to load each item) - as soon as I got to the 4 or 5th item - the frustrating system program starts taking them out again, and I have to back to the begging to load the cart. What should have taken 15 minutes - took over and hour and 1/2 because of the slow system - and constant cart deletes.

Poor customer service ShopLC
First time using shop LC and will never use them again. I waited for a package last night it said it would be delivered yesterday and now it's gone from supposedly being delivered to my place in Virginia yesterday and now it's up in Ohio somewhere. Poor customer service very poor customer service. It's like Shop LC don't care they're not available to answer any questions they don't even pick up the phone. But they'll pick up the phone if you want to buy something, that's pathetic. I advise that no one use shop LC you're better off with Amazon

NO Return labels ever!
I have the same problem with them, no return labels ever, when I call them and give them my info Shop LC either say it was clearance, past the return date, can't find the LC numbers or I get an email with no attachment! Luckily I got a bulk label and I've made copies of it. They've only rejected 4 packages so far, I hope they will take the rest back. They have some very nice Customer service people, I spoke with one woman tonight and she told me they have to go through a full month of training! They can be very stubborn but luckily I can be more stubborn than than them. I wish I'd read the reviews on them before I ever ordered anything!
I have actually called the attorney generals office and told them my experiences!

Bad experience
I never received my order, finally called customer service. After being on hold my entire break time, I hung up and on next break called again, and not a chance. So I started a live chat and providing order number and invoice code, I was written to that my order had gotten cancelled. No reason mentioned, and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to see the refund. A little while after that I called customer service again curious to see why it was cancelled since the item was very much available online for purchase. Jose in customer service cut me as I was saying that if I hadn't contacted Shop LC, I would have never known, and said "is there anything else?"

Usually good value for money
I have been shopping on Shop LC for a long time and have a collection of beautiful jewelry and watches and other things purchased at a fraction of the price you could buy elsewhere. I have also bought gorgeous caftans, shawls and kimonos at super low prices. Also items for the home like sheets, towels, pans, racks, decorative pieces, etc., as well as wigs, hair care products, leather handbags, jewelry boxes, massagers and many other items, many have been gifts people have really liked. I usually have a wish list going and wait to catch even better prices before purchasing, always from their website. If you group $50 worth of purchases Shop LC have been offering free shipping. Shipping from their Texas location had slowed down a bit during the height of the pandemic but has greatly improved. I have had a few shipping issues over time but they have always made things right. They do have a good 30 day return policy. A few negatives are some of the male product demonstrators on TV have such strong foreign (India) accents you can't understand them and the product descriptions on the website are often poorly written by non native English speakers. Also a few hosts, refugees from other US shopping channels, are terrible. One woman sounds and acts continuously drunk. A few of the products I received from Shop LC I felt were below standard but most have been a good value for the money. Many of the customer service agents have strong foreign accents and are hard to understand. Most are very polite but some are clueless! The phone often rings for ages before someone picks up.

Beware!
ShopLC charges a restocking fee of 25% on auction items... never was told this information for a long time. An order was not in stock. I cancelled the order. 2 days later Shop LC sent an email with oops we already sent your order. If you do not want the order send it back for full credit and they would pay for the shipping.
ShopLC charged me a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping. This is theivery. This order was originally out of stock.
A representative became angry at me and swore Jesus!
I returned defective items and ShopLC stated they weren't defective and charged a restocking fee of 25% and shipping charges.
Some jewelry is nice, others are junk.
ShopLC are dishonest and THEIVES!
I have spent many many thousands of dollars with them.
The order that they were out of stock was their last chance to cheat me.
They should be out of business.

Why are the "return-labels' attached to the invoices...
Why are the "return-labels' attached to the invoices for items that weigh over 13oz, NOT the correct labels for the weight of the item? Your regular return labels can only be used for items up to 13oz at the Post Office. Having to request what you call "Plus size labels" seems to be a problem. Ive waited weeks for such labels and have had to resort to asking a friend to receive them on their email address for me. Hope this works! Give it to the end of the week, & If you would like to check my situation is resolved, please feel free to contact me by phone next week. Thanks! Please DO NOT use this neighbor's email address for ANY other reason than to send my return labels. I do not have email! Please call

And, please, keep Melissa modest, This is family channel and this is US - this will not work with American women, especially young US generation. You are loosing good people and bringing questionable characters.

Such women (and hosts) as Deanna are rare.
Besides delivering joy, most difficult is to gain customers trust.
People have to trust you.
Present integrity and show respect to viewers, show respect to women hosts (it US!}

Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is bad
Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is bad. Make sure the stone's are more secure. Quality over Quantity is always best for the consumer. Ouality Control could still improve in my opinion. In some case's you get what you pay for but you offer a variety of merchandise for everyone. Under 10 day's are the best day's for buying gifts for other's. I have purchased some wonderful item's for under $10. The company has improved where customer service is concerned. Much better, thank you! Lynn, in Texas

It's usually quick and easy but I have noticed there are many times when it's real busy that when I try to checkout it doesn't go thru. Happened to me yesterday. Instead of going thru to purchase the item it will do something crazy and then I miss out completely

I ordered on July 23rd and I tried to track it but it kept saying it was being processed so I finally called customer service and he said he would look into it for me and it came in today! One of the earrings doesn’t open right but it still works so I’m not going to have it replaced. It takes too long

Viewing the items during TV live pesentations and then...
Viewing the items during TV live pesentations and then confirming that I like them from all angles, etc. on line w/o the live presentation enhancements and with the ability to more closely examine them makes my shopping experience a pleasure. I have in the past been disappointed with some of my purchases because Shop LC looked so much better on TV than when I received them, so by doing follow-up on line views I feel more confident about my purchases. The ordering process is easy to understqand and navigate, which is an added plus when purchasibg Shop LC products.

Latest fiasco
Wife ordered 3 robes shown on TV and order was confirmed. Next day got email the order was cancelled by LC as "not available". Then back on site 2 days later. Ordered again. Again cancelled. Ordered at 3rd feature on site and cancelled by LC again. We have all 3 email cancellations. Ordered 3 more expensive robes. A week later (yesterday) 2 of the cheap ones arrived but we were charged for 3. Today the more expensive robes are awaiting pickup. We don't need 5 and Shop LC want us to pay $12 postage to return their $20 mistake. Oh, and their jewelry often comes with missing or broken stones.

I Love shopping with Shop LC
I really enjoy shopping with Shop LC. I've been a customer for about 3 months now and I've purchased a lot of jewelry from their website to the online auction. Overall I am pleased with my purchases (and fantastic prices). I've only had to send back 2 items and so far I've gotten my ring back that lost a small stone. The other purchase I'm still waiting on. Such beautiful jewelry at such fantastic prices. So glad I came across this channel and more than likely Shop LC have me as a customer for life.

Pricing
An item sold on April 4,2020 was listed on television as a pack of 4 protein bars. It clearly shows on their live presentation a box of 4. Shop LC shipped 1 bar not box and claim that is what you received if you order through the automated system. At no time did it ever indicate to order another way. Then they request a return for refund
The size of package will not fit in an outside mail deposit nor does a mail delivery person come to my home. If I follow the instructions, I will have to violate the shelter in place order and risk going out. I told them I am at risk age group. They said oh, someone will have to call you back. This was after to speaking with 2 individuals and both telling me to return the item after I told them several times I am at risk.
They should be off the air until we can safely move about.

Shoplc No More!
Shop LC are skimping on the silver so Castings are getting fell thin sharp and uneven PRONGS ARE AWFUL! You get a ring home INSPECT IT WELL! You have thirty days to return and if you get an email back stating you will get a Full Refund YOU STILL HAVE TO CALL BACK CS UGH! Someone new has taken over and it's not getting any better! Had to go on auction to get my own replacement pay MORE for Another piece of junk( which they'll try to say not bad!?!? Never a problem yes back? Or it's the ol bait line & catch... So many rings w/ sharp uneven prongs lately. I no longer recommend for nothing! I've handfuls of 20-100$ rings mostly that are missing stones going to the buy silver store! 5 yrs lot of money wasted. And the fissure filled stones are getting to be mostly lead glass... and Tanzanite has huge windows( where all u see is clear) I do Not buy my good jewelry here because of Return policy and no repairs or Replacement. Been horrible since the new yr( 7 bad tanzis before could find a decent one and the new isn't color of old by far). If you don't have a good Casting you can't make a nice piece of jewelry!
