I do not suggest or recommend anyone go to sonobello. I had 2 experiences there both were awful.
Dr. Mendoza did my hips uneven and didn't remove all that he could. Even a nurse said he gets lots of compliments
So I had a revision done which if Sono Bello would of done it right the first time then I wouldn't of had to go back.
I did the ex to make sure I would be happy with my results. When I did that I had 4 infections in 3 months and had to go to therapy for my leg because dr. Lyons cut to deep and he even remembers that happening to someone else.
I had them look at my file because I wanted a refund. Christie first said you are over your weight and I said absolutely not I don't even know where she got that number from so they clearly didn't review anything. Then she said well now you don't get a refund because you got results.
That's funny last I knew this was my body and I clearly did not get the results like the before and after pictures. Sonobello is a scam

I was a bit skeptical at first, but sooo impressed! My counselor (Chelsea) was wonderful. She handled all my questions quickly and professionally. Dr. Kosowski has a wonderful bed side manner and truly wants the best results for his patients. My nurses. Michelle and Celine were so caring and kind. Sono Bello did everything positron make me comfortable. I've been an Operating Room nurse for 26 years, this group is fantastic at what they do. Im disappointed they don't offer more procedures. I'd definitely go back. Go for a consultation. You'll be so glad you did.

Don't waste your money on Sonobello.
When you go to a consultation Sono Bello assure you of the procedure, they even assure you that if the results are not what you expect, sonobello responds.
This is false, of course they offer you more but with your money, the result is an itregular skin, and with everything and that they proceed to fear skin, then the doctor tells the patient that what he required was a tommy tuck.
You can read Sonobello's complains and many patients are complaining about the disaster in the result.
Don't lose money and don't expose your health with Sonobello.

I have struggled with my weight and kept trying again and again then I finally decided to give Sonobello a try. It was the worst decision I have ever made.
I was very skeptical and was unsure about getting into the big financial debt. Sono Bello tell you that if you dont aign up now the price can increase by the next time you decide to do the procedure. It the pressure tactics...

I fell for the BS, although I wasnt able to finance it qithout a cosigner, so i got one. Yet I still wasnt sure it was the right thing to do...

She contacted Synchrony and they both convinced us to go forward with the understanding the cosigner will be removed in a year, all we had to do is contact them and they would take care of it. Well i did have the procedure and the year just passed and they claim they never said that. Yet the cosigner never signed any documents and yet they wont remove her name.

After the initial swelling and I did look ok with clothes on. When i bent over my stomach drooped like i had gastric bypass, my stomach and instestines appeared as tho they were about to fall out. (Quite disgusting).
I am not extremely self conscious of my body and only if i can go back i would of never did this.

I just finished my series of 8 Venus treatments on the outer thighs and I am thrilled with the results! I have had traditional VelaShape treatments, in the past, and found the Venus treatments so much more comfortable and effective. Jackie, my regular technician, was awesome! She combined a passion for her work with a solid knowledge of the technology to provide me with an exceptional experience! I felt sleek and beautiful on my planned vacation and was able to hit the beach with confidence! I definitely plan to return to SonoBello for more treatments, and may pursue another procedure, in the future.

My experience at Sono Bella in Houston/Bellaire was the most disappointing experience I've had in trying to reduce my midsection. For the outrageous prices Sono Bello charge, I would have lost more midsection fat by walking 2 miles for 1 week and we know that wouldn't do much. They staff was nice, friendly and professional; especially the young man working in the front office. Amy, I believe, is a sales person and not the right person to conduct the initial medical consultation. A doctor or medical professional should assist in the consultation before Amy starts looking at your body and dropping prices. I saved and borrowed for a year for this chance to reduce my midsection and feel ripped off. I may have lost an inch around the waste for $7100 but remember they wanted over $10000. During my medical consultation before surgery I told the sales person what I wanted and she recommended the top/lower abs and planks so that's what i paid for. When i finally got to meet with the surgeon a few days before the surgery he told me immediately I would need a tummy tuck also for a measly extra $4000 or my skin would sag. Remember I saved and borrowed for the $7100 procedure for a year. Now I need $4000 in a week before surgery to get the results I wanted. This is why your consultation should be with a medical professional. The doctor was a great communicator and gentle during surgery. The procedure and instructions after surgery(from pamphlets only) just isn't worth the money. They don't verbally tell you how to care for yourself after treatment and what you need to do for success. No coaching. Just write your check and a thank you…see you in 3 months. For over $7100 I would have just kept my 1 inch of belly that resulted from the procedure than waste my money and time with Sono Bella. Commercials aren't reality; not even close. I am thick/athletic and spin 3-4 times a week so reducing fat in this area after a "$10,000" procedure should have been a success. But it wasn't and I wish I wasn't still paying for this heartbreaking disappointing procedure.

I am scheduled today for a pre-op visit at sono bello garfield ohio and for surgery tomorrow. I am having the worst customer experience with the staff there. Today I received a call from a CSR saying she could not satisfy the payment of 3500 dollars same as cash on my care credit because the amount for this finance option is $4000.The total cost for surgery was $8000, I put $4500 down in cash and wanted to finance the rest. I then asked to speak to someone who can help me solve this issue suggesting that sono bello refund me $500 of my cash and charge the total of 4000 on the care credit, so I can utilize the 12 month same as cash option. I spoke to a man name Phil Thomas, who stated he was a manager and could make it happen. Great! My issue is that he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, disregarded my concern(s) and put me in a very uneasy anxious set of mind. I have lost confidence in the quality of care you guys may have for your patients and need to be reassured things will be just fine.
I asked Phil T. For a contact to someone at corporate or someone higher than him and he completely refuse, just giving me half of someone's name, sending me to do research on my own to find a director of some sort on Linked In and Facebook!

Very Unsure Of How To Move Forward... if I don't get the surgery I lost $1000!

I went to the Sono Bello in Portland on macadam. I had abdomen, back fat a hips done. It cost over $6k. It was the worst experience of my life. I looked 9 months pregnant before the procedure. Had it done and was in extreme pain afterwards! Totally out of it for two day, could barely walk fir a week, with fat ozing everywhere! Oh and the bruises! Lordy! It lasted maybe a year and then I started getting the pregnant look again. Don't do it. Sono Bello won't refund your money even though the tv says it's permanent and GUARANTEED! They want you to have another procedure. No way in hell!

I had surgery done to fix saggy eye lids.
The surgery did not work, though the incisions did look good. I had to have surgery redone because my eyes lids still sagged and the surgery didn't correct them. The second surgery left incisions on my forehead more noticeable and a little puckered. I thought that with time the scars would fade, I had the surgery approximately 5 yrs ago and the scars are still bothersome and left me self consciousness. I don't know what to do about this blotched job. I am not pleased with the outcome. I had this done at Sonobella in Garfield Heights.

Had my procedure done 6 months ago, let alone it was outrageously expensive and very painful, I am highly disappointed with results. My upper abdomen as big as it was before surgery and lumpy, my sides are completely disproportional, like I have a tumor under my breast. Was trying to talk to Dr about "satisfaction commitment" to fix problem areas- he is happy with what he has done on me and refuses to do anything without extra pay. Nurses promised 3 months ago to contact corporate office to resolve the problem- now Sono Bello even don't answer texts or emails, full conspiracy! Stay away from Sonobello!

This was the worst experience I ever had. I went for a simple lypo and doctor suggested me to do the remaking surgery to "fix" the hanging stomach after the lypo. Sono Bello charged me $10K for this procedure but the worst thing was that I never loose an inch and during the procedure I was feeling everything, the worst experience.
I'm doing this with the only purpose to call your attention and avoid things like this happen to you. It's not only the money, we are human beings and we deserve respect for our integrity, time and money.

Sono Bello ruined my body. I am so mis-shaped in my mid-section I rarely leave the house. Here was my experience. I don't know if they still do it the same but they split your body in small sections. For instance, you would think the whole stomach would be one section but it is 3 and they each side of your stomach is two more sections. So, to get that whole area done would cost you $6000 if my memory serves me correctly. That is what I did and it was a total waste of money.
My surgery was scheduled for noon. I sat there in a gown with nothing underneath but panties until after 7 PM. I tried to get up and leave several times but there was always someone in the hall stopping me or I should say talking me out of it. Once I was in the surgery room my blood pressure was high from all the stress. The doctor said I needed to reschedule. I told him I was not coming back. Next thing I knew I was groggy and they were performing the procedure.
During Surgery I could hear what was being said but could not move. Every time I responded using my voice, I could feel I would get groggy again instantly. It was like when I was becoming more aware, they gave me more medication. During that time, I remember saying it hurt one time. The doctor said if you think that hurts wait until you come back and we do your back. My back was going to be done on another day so I cancelled that on my weeks visit because of what the doctor said to me.
I was told the surgery would take 5 hours all day long but they had me out of there in 45 minutes because the doctor's wife was outside and wanted to go home.
I told my husband that I had heard the nurse mention something about putting fat in my breasts which I did not ask to have done. I voiced my concern on my week visit and they told me no they did not do that but then I heard some laughter and whispering about it later therefore I believe 100% they did. The fact is they did not do the lipo correctly on my stomach. My stomach is bigger at the top and slopes down. I cannot keep pants up because of this and I never had a problem before the surgery. Another fact I went in with a C cup and left with a DD. They told me it was just swelling and it would go down. Years later I am still a DD and I truly believe they put fat in my breast without my permission. My breast have never stopped hurting since the day I had the procedure.
I also developed a Sarcoma in my stomach. The pain was horrible. I went to ER and they called Sono Bello. They told the ER doctor they did not have the equipment or knowledge to deal with a sarcoma. I am sure this would be in my medical chart since the ER doctor called Sono Bello. I still to this day do not know if the Sarcoma is still there. I could not find any doctor to help me. I tried to get a refund from Sono Bello so I could get fixed right and they refused unless I signed a legal document stating I would take all negative comments about them down. I was advised not to because if I missed one Sono Bello could sue me for more than the refund. There was too high of a risk that I would miss one. I went through hell and back with this company.
I would not recommend them to anyone. I submitted all my correspondence with Sono Bello to the BBB including the legal document they wanted me to sign. The BBB would not help but please always check reviews and the BBB before making any decisions.
By the way I was also not introduced to my doctor until the day of the surgery. Had I had time to investigate him I would never allow him to do Lipo on me. He was from another state and would fly in to do these procedures. I looked for reviews on him after the surgery and found he was not a good doctor in my opinion. I am out the money, still to this day I have a messed up stomach and will never be happy again because I know I am stuck with what they did to me for life. Diet and exercise are the best way to go not quick fixes.

Do not to there, I wrote them a bad review while back. Amanda has been calling me to remove the bad review for over a month. I even went to see her in person where she told me she would give me free treatments and a gift card if I removed the bad review I wrote. Since then she has called me a few times to remove it. She is rude Sono Bello do not care about you. Do not to there save your money go somewhere that you can actually get results.

Lastly she told me if I didn't remove the bad review she will have her manager remove it. She said she was giving a chance to do it myself seriously I spent over 12k with this company

I had went to sonobello in 2019 to have fat removed in Portland Oregon. I was told I had to have 3 areas done or Sono Bello wouldn't do it. Then I was also told if you pay extra you could get it re-done if you weren't happy stipulation you didn't gain weight in 6 months. I didn't gain any weight. I'm not happy with results. I went back in. Was told they would do just a little bit to fix what I was not happy with. That they would submit my concerns and maybe redo. I then asked for a refund for paying extra money for a redo. They said maybe. Don't trust this establishment. They will take your money and rip you off. They also said they would do it but don't call them they would call me. I find this very unprofessional on all accounts. They did not give me photos or paperwork. They did show me photos but funny thing was the photos showed skinny and fat. As in I have a tattoo. Its skinny in one and fat in the first one. So I also paid 1200 extra to have my so called banana roll done. They said I didn't. Then I stated oh yes I did. I have all that paperwork. I'll rate a one star but I actually don't rate them but zero

I had lipo and body sculpting done on my inner and outer thighs. I was a little nervous about the idea of being awake while undergoing the procedure but I have had other cosmetic procedures before but wanted something a little less invasive. I researched and determined Sono Bello was my better option and that it was affordable. I had the surgery done on Friday and was back to work on Monday. Of course I was a little sore and bruised but I was still able to work in comfort and continue normal activity. In about a month I will start the Venus Freeze treatments and I cant wait! I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and have recommended this facility to all of my friends.

I am so pleased with my results from my first procedure. My virtual appointment with Cindy from Florida was so pleasant and helpful.
Then my procedure was great. My Doctor was Dr. Brownstein. He was fantastic. He did an unbelievable job. Jessica Carpenter was the RN. She was so pleasant and sweet to me. I had my procedure in Cranberry but Dr Brownstein is back home at King of Prussia Pa. So I am going there to have him do my second surgery. He even called me the day after to see how I felt. That is truly amazing. The Dr calling you?
I have already lost 20 pounds and my areas he did, look great. My husband compliments me every day. Thank you, Dr. Brownstein!

So I was surprised at how painful the procedure was. The compression garment wasn't too bad it was a tad bit uncomfortable. What bothered me the most was wearing it 24/7. So I went and bought another one. So I could wash one well I was wearing the other. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact that when the doctor remove the skin and he sewed it back together it caused these little fat pockets on my hips to be pronounced. Somebody told me Sono Bello were called dog's ears. When I tried to talk to the nurses that took care of my appointments, they just would change the subject. They wouldn't give me any kind of recommendation or thought as to how it could be fixed. Other than that the members of staff were really nice. Definitely not something I do again. Though I didn't do it for weight loss.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality of care that I have received from the staff at Sono Bello Body Contour Center. The location was centrally located and the office is impeccable and beautiful. I recently underwent a laser lipo procedure for my inner and outer thighs only a week ago and I can already can see the results! The surgeon was very experienced and informative and put me at total ease during the whole process. The office and surgeon both called to check on my progress the day after surgery which made me feel reassured and confident that I had made the right decision. I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone who wants to improve their physical appearance in a safe and state of the art medical center.

My name is K. Gantt, I had the smart lipo procedure done at the Sacramento office on October 31st, 2019. I was so happy and raved about Sono Bello to people I knew and even strangers on Bart as I went to work. After my treatment I had to wear a body sculpture suit basically night and day for months,
I began eating weight watcher meals, started doing 30 minute workout on the treadmill, and eating fruit anytime i felt hungry. I came to a follow up visit and found out I lost some weight, things were going fine. A few months later I started measuring and keeping record of my tummy and taking pictures to show my progress in March and April. However, my happiness was short lived!
The pandemic came around at the end of March, the Sono Bello office among other businesses were closed due to the government shutdown and then i started to notice my procedure went into reversal. What happened! During that time because I worked for a essential office, I was working more hours so I wasn't eating more! What happened! Does this treatment only work for a couple of months? Wow!
Moving forward, I believed in Sono bello, I believed the fat cells would permanently be removed. I may have stop exercising due to sitting at a computer working more hours but what happened to the permanent fat cells not growing back? It just burns me up lately when I see the Sono bello commercials claiming false advertising!
How could Sono bello lie about all these wonderful things having this treatment can do for a person? It's a hurtful, disappointing, scam! Today I still sit back in my own tears, thinking, why did I believe in this so called wonder treatment. Furthermore, let me be clear, I don't sit back sucking down cheeseburgers, cheesecake, or eating reckless, some days i don't even eat because i don't have the time to eat! Looking at me now, its like how can you tell I've missed a meal here or there!
I feel so stupid putting my hope, trust and money into a get fast scam result! Yes, I'm the foolish one, no room for the old saying "fool me once, for me twice, shame on me." No shame on me the 1st time for believing in Sono bello
And shame on Sono bello for lying to people. I have attached 4 pictures. The first 2 pictures are what I look like now from a recent hiking trip. I am bigger now, than before I began my treatment with Sonobello. In fact 11 pounds heavier. The last 2 pictures were taken in March of this year after my procedure with Sono bello. Nevertheless, I am 5' 4", I'm 50 years old I have had 4 children and I might have to except the fact I'm just gonna keep getting bigger or start working out like crazy to maintain a good healthy weight. I'm so disappointed in Sono bello! I'll leave sono bello with this, the best way to advise is by word of mouth. I have a little advising to do myself... This much i can do for free and it will be the truth.

This review is about the Woburn Sono Bello. I wish I didn't have to even give them one star because Sono Bello don't deserve it! Due to COVID, I had a phone consultation almost two months ago. I had told the consultant I had a blood disorder. From there, I had my pre-op and surgery booked. Twice I spoke to a nurse (Cherise) who said they were aware of the blood disorder and would let the surgeons know and would call me back if there was a problem. My surgery was booked for 7/18. I had a pre-op scheduled for 7/8. I happened to call right before the appt to see how long it would take and the receptionist Sophia told me I wasn't on the schedule because my surgery was canceled. I told her I was not informed of this and she said the nurse Cherise documented she spoke to me. I asked to speak to Cherise. She didn't call me back until the next day and stated "she spoke to the doctors on 6/16 (mind you, it's 7/9) and was told I was not a candidate due to the blood disorder. When I asked her why I wasn't notified, she said, "I meant to call you but it's been so busy around here". That was unacceptable in my eyes. I had taken time off from work already. I'm ok with not having the surgery for safety issues but I was not informed of the date AND they still had my money! If they knew my surgery was canceled on 6/17, why wasn't my money refunded (mind you, it was over $10,000!). It took me calling corporate several times to finally get it refunded (1 month after canceling my surgery). The only person who was helpful was the person I initially consulted with, who was Brittany Pauk. Everyone else was dismissive and rude. That tells me they are only in it for the money. Beware!
