Always easy to order and glasses come quickly. Very happy overall. Now if I could just stop leaving them behind in restaurants!

I've ordered these glasses many time from Speert over the years. I have no idea the reasons why, but the buying experience this time was appallingly bad. Website inventory was inaccurate. I would have a conversation or email exchange with someone, confirm availability, only to receive a follow on communication saying the information was no longer accurate. But for my affection for Porsche readers, I would never buy from Speert again based on this experience

People are nice but there is no excuse for not knowing your inventory and repeatedly giving the customer bad information.

92 year old grandmother, the glasses somewhat serve their purpose we will order a +5.00 instead of a +4.00 and order books with larger print in the future.

I have a big head and big nose plus 6'6. So hard to find a nice pair of blue blocker with the selections Speert offers.

No problem ordering or ease of using site. But my favorite reading glasses are always out of stock in the color/power I like. You stock it in most other colors/powers, just not the one I want.

I wish all you readers had sizes to help me fit my big head. I liked some others however you did not have sizes so I decided to go with the one with a suitable size.

When another pair of these glasses came and were defective Speert immediately replaced them. God customer care.

I received a refund for the Sunglasses so just assuming you don't carry that style anymore. The readers that I did receive worked out great. Will be back for more.

These are fantastic side combs. The teeth and no snag softly rounded and Speert come in two sizes. I just ordered more combs.

I was looking for "Betsy Red" color in the M Reader line and don't know if "Matte Wine" will be the same, but the overall experience with your website is very good.

I like the peeper keepers but the color selected did not match the color when seen in the cart. Not sure what I will be getting, the word seen or the color seen. Not sure with the difference in the prices so not sure i am getting the right version

Had issues placing my order. Hit "place order" 3x with no activity. Only after an E-mail sent to "complete order" did my order go through.

Easy to navigate. Love the Calabria medium size fit over sunglasses (designed to fit over regular Rx glasses) -- but the last pair I ordered broke in the middle after a few months (have worn them daily - adore them!). Wish Speert lasted longer. Just ordered a replacement pair. Difficult to find medium or small size fit-over sunglasses - everything is made for larger faces. Wish you stocked the other color combinations (tortoise shell frame with polarized amber or grey lenses).

I've used Speert for years for my reading glasses. Probably bought a dozen over time. Always impressed with both the quality of the glasses, and the service.

Glasses were unavailable in many power/color combinations. It would be nice to see what IS available instead of having to go thru all combinations until I found something that worked

This is the THIRD time i have had same experience. I was told order online you see what is in stock. WRONG.! You get a change of status. Out of half of readers. This time i called and asked if Speert were in stock, item by item and they said yes. I hit send and didn't get 4/11. Last time i just cancelled. Not worth the shipping to get a few. I know you are more concentrated on your Retail Store NOT us.

Bought alot of glasses from you! Probably +30 prs now I think I pay too much. Not sure you offer coupon but if so - it may (ALWAYS?) for the next purchase? Problem is - i never am able to retrieve or use them if Speert are. I think an automatic point system is the way to go. I have been shipping other sites lately that I get discounts on

most often I get what I need but on occasion the incorrect item gets shipped (like nose pads)
