Your website is absolutely terrible and needs some work! I wasted my time trying to create a new account THREE times and it would not accept it (even though I rechecked all my info was correct all three times). Then, each time I went back to the site to check out, it erased the Thanksgiving coupon you emailed/extended to me EVERY TIME! This was a very frustrating shopping experience and I was also UNable to save future glasses I spent over an hour picking out in a "wish list" because that too would NOT work (as I was UNable to create an account)! Also, I was NOT pleased to see that basically the exact same glasses that I had bought from you 4 other times was over DOUBLE in price! Lastly, you should have more detail on the percentage of blue-blocking rays (even Amazon's similar glasses had much for info to validate the features on their glasses than your site).
I don't think I'll be returning at this rate since it's left a very poor taste in my mouth at this point.

My previous order was shipped promptly and the sunglasses were exceptional. I was very happy with them until I sat on and broke them. I am ordering a new pair. There has been an increase in choices which allowed me to select a different color although I still chose the same style.

Slightly 'clumsy' website, overall... For example, the 'Compare' function does not work, across more than one page of a single search result.

Had issues placing my order. Hit "place order" 3x with no activity. Only after an E-mail sent to "complete order" did my order go through.

The website could use some fine-tuning, but I was able to very quickly reach a customer service agent who was very helpful, courteous, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. Her answers enabled me to make a well-informed online purchase decision based on my needs criteria with confidence. Sometimes just talking to a real person (not a chat bot) makes all the difference.
The Magz product line needs more reviews of their products for customer confidence in the quality of the product.

Quick and easy. I would have liked a filter that allowed me to choose the magnification and ladies reading glasses. To make the search easier.

Not many on-line stores carry 4.0 reading glasses (which is frustrating)
But you have several to chose from with the power strength I need.

Good site. Easy to use. Not sure why the glasses I ordered are listed as women's. Speert are also listed under men's but they neither.

I have made about 5 purchases over maybe 5 years. Ive only returned one because it was loose.

This order two of the glasses were returns from someone else. These glasses were inside the case and the stickers on the lens and arm had been removed.

Feedback: I would love to see an option for virtual try-on. It was very hard to imagine how these will look on.

I could not us Apple Pay or my credit card after many attempts. Would only accept PayPal finally but it doesn't say that. Frustrating!

Several styles we liked did not have the color or strength options we needed/wanted. We would have purchased more!

Easy to navigate. Love the Calabria medium size fit over sunglasses (designed to fit over regular Rx glasses) -- but the last pair I ordered broke in the middle after a few months (have worn them daily - adore them!). Wish Speert lasted longer. Just ordered a replacement pair. Difficult to find medium or small size fit-over sunglasses - everything is made for larger faces. Wish you stocked the other color combinations (tortoise shell frame with polarized amber or grey lenses).

There was a very nice selection of colors and the glasses came quickly. I use them for playing my piano, knitting, and reading.

Great selection and good prices. Glasses arrived quickly but were packed very poorly.
One pair of glasses was misshaped and uneven. Suspect either Speert were used or defective manufacture.

Received quickly. First impression is good. I have only just received them will use them to help read in the car to do some work.
