Easy to install, works just like the the ad says. Great pressure. We have a small well pump and had very poor water pressure. This product delivers great pressure. I was sceptical about it working but it works great.

Mine got lost in the mail, but StoneStream was quick to send another one. The showerhead itself is quite good, way better than the imitation ones (I had an imitation version). 5 stars.

This shower head is the greatest!

I've been using it for about 2 months now and it has lived up to the hype.
I think everyone should have one of these nifty devices in their household:-)

P.S. the big cannister attachment is for hard water and it works splendid!

Love this showerhead. Does a great job maximizing of the water flow. This is the 2nd one for me. The jets got clogged on the last one after 3 years. Well worth the cost... THANKS...

The quality of the product is terrible as is the customer service... it leaks everywhere and when I told them this StoneStream insisted on sending me a new system or I would have to pay for shipping back to them (for a defective product!). I said I would try a new one... they sent just the shower head even though I had bought the whole system and then got mad at me for not specifying which part was leaking (they never asked, they just said they'd send a new one because it wasn't supposed to leak so I thought they would replace the whole thing). It wasn't the shower head that was leaking so there was no point in them sending it. They finally gave me a full refund after I refused to pay for shipping back on a faulty product.

I love it! I love how it has a stop button so I can wash my body without having to turn off the shower or move it. It looks so pleasing and pretty and all the different settings are awesome. It's so cool that you can turn your regular wall mounted shower into one of these that come out. Super easy to install too. 10/10 recommend

I have experienced everything the stone stream promised. Increased water pressure, cleaner feeling, and money saver. Coming from a man, talking about how good his skin feels after a shower, is a big deal. So is the stone stream system.

I bought a shower head from them then received a email saying because of covid it may take longer than the 3 days StoneStream say ok not a problem then I got a email saying it had been delivered nothing ever was and i asked them to prove it was delivered and they couldn't dont get scammed

I am very happy with stone stream. I was very pleased with water pressure and the three different power types. There were only a couple of things that does come to be a problem. The stream start to go in crazy different directions. I don't know how to fix it. Also when I press the stop button for the water the water starts to come out at the end of it. Otherwise I am a fan. Would love to know how to fix that as well.

I really like the concept of the design and the water flow is very nice! Unfortunately some of the threaded fittings are a bit underwhelming though. The fitting to the water pipe is very poor and no features to allow good rotation with a wrench. One of the heads also leaks thru the threaded faceplate interface when in one of the flow modes. Reached out to customer service but never heard back.

After having my new showerhead installed for about a week, the hose broke. I e-mailed the company about getting a replacement and StoneStream responded with either replacing it myself with a refund of the hose cost or having a new hose sent out to me. I ended up getting a replacement hose. Would have gave it 5 stars but I don't think that the hose should have broken after just a week.

I am so pleased with my new shower head. Exactly what I wanted and expected. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have already raved about my shower head to most of my friends, even on facebook. My family loves it!

I made the mistake of not doing my homework, and bought from competitors. StoneStream lasted 6 months. Stone stream is the is the Bentley of this type of shower head. Excellent customer service no hassle prompt replies. You cannot go wrong.

I absolutely love this shower head. I had a problem with hard water, and my skin was very dry and extremely itchy. Since installing stone stream shower head, within a week and a half I could tell the difference. Now I don't itch at all because of the water. Best investment ever!

This shower head is amazing. It literally has the best water pressure each time I shower. Using it for two months now and works like it did brand new. The vitamin c inserts leave me feeling refreshed and wakes up my skin. No more dry skin from hard water!

Like the stop button feature! Has 3 different settings which is nice. I feel it doesn't increase water pressure just delivers the water differently through smaller holes(if that makes sense) I'm on the shorter side so one of the settings the water is more of a mist and by time it gets to me it feels cool which I prefer to stay warm always! We did buy an adapter because my husband loved this shower head and I wasn't sold and bought a different one to use as well.

Our water pressure is so low that you could barely rinse shampoo out of your hair, much less conditioner! And after waiting almost two months because of slow shipping due to corona virus I received this shower head. I was at my wits end, because I had tried at least 5 others that promised high pressure, to no avail. But, to my amazement, this one delivered! It is like being at a spa! Totally amazing! At least quadrupled my water pressure! Totally worth the money!

What can I say but WOW! This makes my hair and skin super soft. I love the new feature button to stop the stream to wash ur body, then push the button again and the stream starts.

I love the Stone Stream Showerhead! I had very bad water pressure and now it's a million times better! And not to mention the hard water smell I had in the shower is completely gone!

I have always had dry skin. Boy, what difference this showerhead and filter combo have made. My skin feels smoother, I use less lotion. My hair color is no longer being stripped from my hair, so it stays brighter. I am extremely happy with this system! Thank you, Stone Stream!

This has to be one of the best home purchases I've made. I've seen tons of knock offs, not knowing if StoneStream would be worth my time. I just so happened to buy the real deal and I can't even exaggerate how happy I am. It's improved my kids skin, which is something I didn't think could be improved by making such a simple change. My wife loves it, which in turn makes me happy and my life easier. I don't even know what else someone would need to read to buy this, seriously. Just buy it, you'll thank yourself for it.

The quality of the products is so cheap from the hose to connected to shower heads and holder and mineral balls yeah right little hard plastic balls bought extra Walter filter none would work in my 1940 shower StoneStream wouldn't cancel before they shipped it told me if I got it and didn't work they would refund but then made me send pics and video of it that I couldn't use it because my shower was too old and they said I could return it all for 20-30% of my money back

This is the best thing ever. My house has terrible water pressure I mean the worst and I actually feel clean now after a shower. I wish StoneStream had one for my sink in the kitchen maybe u guys should invent that I would buy. Best purchase ever

So I bought 3. I have to say StoneStream don't disappoint. They don't make the water any softer (less mineral hardness). Maybe they are supposed to maybe not but if this is why you are buying one, they don't soften the water. What they do is improve the water pressure (feel) of the shower. The shower spray (3 settings) give a nice forceful spray. Great for rinsing shampoo out of long thick hair. Easy to install and use. I am getting some more for Christmas gifts. It would be nice if they came in brush nickel. Would be a simple upgrade for people to buy different color finishes if they would make them. Hint hint...

My old shower head is really no comparison to this product all though I would personally build this product with 5 settings as a standard the 1 I just got has 4 settings: Rain shower mode, and full mode, both together, and a shut off button.
One way to improve would be a Pulsating mode However that is my opinion only.
Other than that the product does everything as advertised.

I had a different brand of this, and it was a good shower head. But the StoneStream is best ever! 3 settings of flow and the push valve to throttle or stop flow is awesome. Everybody should have this shower head!

I really like the pressure the shower head offers! However, it didn't screw on to my standard sized hose very well and doesn't pivot-so if I try to pull it down to spray something, it comes unscrewed easily.

I received my Stone Stream just after the new year and when I opened the package I just became overjoyed. I even made a small 2-clipped video of me comparing my old shower head to my new one. There was no surprise that there was a difference between the two but the experience... the experience is spectacular. With the 3 different settings and the removable option, I get to control my shower! I love the rainfall effect and how my body is engulfed in the water. And the pressure beads the water off of you, like a constant massage. The sensation just keeps me in the shower longer. This product is awesome!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the video reviews on the stone stream website convinced me to buy...
1) Product fits perfect
2) It creates a nice water stream, gentle but has good power to wash off all the soap.
3) Feels high quality
4) Customer service was very good as I had a few questions after the purchase
5) Delivery time was OK, took 6 or 7 days to arrive

We are really pleased with our new shower head. It arrived much faster than expected, was very easy and fast to instal and works wonderfully. The water feels great with the filter that we purchased as well, and the stream feels much stronger than our previous shower head. Very happy
