I ordered twice from stone stream. When I ordered 2 years ago, it was an older model, today StoneStream are selling a different model. I am using an electric shower so make sure to choose the right model if you buy it from them.

1) Delivery duration was about a week
2) Product is as described, will soften the water and I did feel some increase to my water flow. Smaller holes make it stronger I believe.
3) I got a value kit, and they send a hose and replacement filters in the box as well.

Will buy again in the future.

I know some people were saying it doesn't make your water soft but it does if you purchase the pkg with the water softener attachment in it. My hair and body is loving me. I live in town in an apartment and since we've moved in we would always seem to smell chlorine or bleach in our shower and facet waters yuck. Really made one want to cook with it, bathe in it or brush your teeth with it. Now the shower is great, just wish there was a nice small attachments foe the kitchen and bathroom sink and tub facets! I do think the website could be improved for purchasing, bc if you ever need to replace 1 thing there isn't an option to do that, you can only purchase a pkg that comes with shower head to get other items which is annoying. Also I thought product was a Euopean product but its made in China. Also StoneStream do feel really cheap, they look nice and are nice but the metals that are used are light and cheap. Could use better materials. Hope it doesn't rust over time. And I personally couldn't get it tight enough to stop the leaking out connection points :/ But as for results of product I'm pleased^^

I have been using the showerhead and filter combo for about 3 weeks now and the difference is noticeable. Not only does my skin not dry out but my hair is softer and easy to detangle. Definitely recommend!

I have tried lots and lots of shower heads looking for the pressure in a soft gentle manner instead of hard tear your skin off... and I HAVE FOUND IT!
The water pressure is strong but it come out gentle so it's nice on your skin and powerful enough to rinse your hair well and also gives a nice pressure water massage.
A plus are the beads for the hard water in my area. Win win all the way around.

My family is enjoying the new showerheads very much! Customer service is quick and really on top of things. Even my skeptical husband said that he really likes the new showerhead, especially the Stop button. Thank you!

We recently moved into a new home and replaced three shower heads. We ordered them and StoneStream came quicker than I expected! We had an issue with one of the connectors and we called the customer service line and they sent us another complete shower head. I replaced it and we are in great shape again! I have bought several shower heads in my lifetime, and believe me when I say, this is the best product we have found to date! You have a satisfied household and a customer for life!

My husband LOVES this shower head and so do I. I haven't had it long enough and haven't attempted a hair coloring to see whether or not it helps me keep my color but it feels amazing anyways! We have crazy well water and so I got the bigger filter and the stone stream and it's been great!

I really love this product, it adds a spa-like quality to my shower experience! Got it with the filter as well, what an amazing difference! I initially thought there were two settings until I found the middle setting which is the best! The water feels so soft! You must get the hose with this product, I had an earlier model and put it on the previous shower hose I had, it was not fun lol! Could never get it to fit so where it wasn't spraying out water everywhere! Even added ducktape and it didn't work. With the hose and the whole package, it's like a completely different experience! I love that you can stop the water with the push of a button and I loved the installation process, the showerhead bracket and the way the hose is installed with it. It's very convenient. I really need this company to create filters for the bath faucet and sinks. The only downside is not being able to bathe in the water as well. Filling up a tub from a shower is long, tedious and unnecessary work! Material is lighter, possibly cheaper, but I'm not mad at it, because it does what it says. I don't have any proof about saved costs, would be interested to hear someone's testimonial of that, but it's a great shower experience!

Don't wait like I did it is the best thing I have ever brought our water pressure is hit and miss but now that we have the Stone Stream shower head I can't wait to take a shower. StoneStream are not paying me to say this but after this maybe some kick back would be nice lol but seriously if you have low water pressure or like us hit and miss don't wait get it right now you won't be sorry. The water moves so fast that you can feel a breeze from it. When my fiance first used she asked me if there was a window open because she felt a cold breeze no joke and then when I used it I felt it to people again they are not paying don't wait

I thought I had a hot water problem but really I had a water pressure problem. Endless hot showers now because of Stone Stream. The water pressure is great! The softners allow me to use less shampoo and soap.

This product along with a shower filter delivers amazingly soft water. Some of my skins issues are starting to disappear. My hair is softer and more manageable.
I do not see the increase in pressure that everyone seems to rave about. All in all I'm very happy with the product.

I live in the "rust belt". We have hard, well water. We do not have a water softener or filter either. The shower water was always orange and honestly, made me not want to shower. My mother actually told me about these types of filters. With a guarantee available, I didn't have anything to lose. Folks, when I say I was shocked by the results, I was SHOCKED. The shower water is no longer orange, my shower and tub stays clean... and best of all... I FEEL CLEAN! I couldn't recommend this enough. Don't buy the off brands because they're "cheaper", you'll just end up unhappy with a cheap product.

The stonestream shower head is the best I've ever used hands down. It without a doubt added pressure to my shower and the water is so soft, you can clearly tell a difference. My wife and I have been using it for about a month now and can feel the difference from our last shower head. I will be ordering one for every member of my family!

Firstly, I have to say that I install bathrooms professionally.
Ads we're continually popping up stating increased water pressure, better flow rate, money saving. The list goes on. A customer of mine purchased one and asked my opinion.
It certainly looks impressive at first glance with chrome, clear plastic and stones but it's very cheap looking on closer inspection.
Wherever you see this, StoneStream all claim increased water flow whilst saving you money. Just think about this. If you have increased water flow it basically means you're using more water. Where's the saving.
It also claims to increase water pressure. This is a joke. The pressure doesn't change unless you fit a pump.
Another down side to this head is it actually lowered the water temperature at the head by a few degrees.
Remember the saying, if it's too good to be true. It definitely applies here.

Received in a timely manor and installed it used it that evening! Soft spray doesn't sting. I am satisfied with my purchase for sure! I really love the way you can turn it on and off with one button! I'm sure if I had more water pressure It would be more awesome! But I live in an RV. I will be buying another one!

We purchased & received exactly what we wanted, it's SUPER! But after using it for a bit, I'd love to get an improvement or 2. Like putting a Massage head in place of the needle / splash head we have. Like I said it's great, but it COULD be so much better. Thanks, for your kind attention.

I have other brands that are similar that give off a bit more pressure. But this one has the water stopping feature as well as a rounded neck. Still good pressire... Its a bit more user friendly. Buy this with the hose and you'll be better off than anything you'll find in a hardware store. And when spray gets clogged it's easy to unscrew the face and clean out any sediment

Love this shower head! I like the choice of 3 sprays & the fact I can turn it off completely by just pushing a button. The spray is hard but not so hard it hurts. I've used it for about a week & so far no "wispies" with any of the spray like I've had with similar shower heads. So far this is the best shower head I've used.

The shipping was slow but when I got the product I cannot day enough good about this shower head. I've only had it a week and I look forward to coming home and taking a shower in the evening if even to stand under it. The stone streams water pressure feels so good I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. It only has 2 settings but in my opinion only needs the first one. The customer service experience was really good as well. When I contacted them it only took a few hrs to get a reply back, and StoneStream were always so kind and reassuring when my product didn't arrive in a quick manner because of the holiday season. Thank you! Stone stream I will recommend your product to anyone looking to upgrade there shower head in the future.

The water in my town is toxic and full of various contaminants but with my very first shower with your product I could tell a huge difference. It also increased the pressure on each setting compared with my old shower head. Thank you!
