Terrible quality. DELAYED SHIPPING.
The dress that I bought is terrible quality and feels very cheaply made. I am very dissatisfied that after waiting 1 MONTH, this was the item that I paid 50 dollars for. I was not aware at all that Sundae Muse would take this long to ship the dress here. There was no heads up from the company AT ALL about how long things would take to get to me. There was no mention of when things were expected to come and if and why there were delays. Even though there are certain things are out of your control, I believe that as a company they have the duty to update their customers. I honestly thought at one point that I was just scammed of my money because my dress took so long to come.

I understand that there are real people working behind this company but please be RESPONSIBLE and refund my dress and shipping fee.

Show others that you are a brand that can be trustworthy and taken seriously. This was the first time I have bought something from an international clothing store.

The purchase of a gift card was difficult
The purchase of a gift card was difficult. (1) I could not find where to purchase a gift card on the website and had to use the search function. (2) The type of gift card was not described as being either a physical card or electronic. This was made more confusing by the payment requesting my address. (3) It would have been nice to include the gift recipiant's name on the card as well as a few words of birthday wishes in order to personalise the gift. (4) It was unclear on the payment page whether I was putting in my email address to fulfil payment or the gift recipiant's email for them to receive the gift.

Helpful team and beautiful playsuit
I saw a sponsored post for the Annie dress / playsuit on Instagram and thought it looked so pretty! I couldn't find it on their website (I think it was sold out) and so DM'ed the team directly to ask about it. Sundae Muse got back to me within a few hours with a link. My follow up questions around sizing (I was between sizes and so asked for their recommendation) was also answered within the day. The playsuit arrived within two days (so quick!) and surpasses my expectations. It fits beautifully, looks flattering, and is just so much fun- like it is shown to be in the photos. I am always hesitant ordering online in case the material quality is poor or the sizing is way off (eg too small in the bust, too short, weird proportions, etc) but I needn't have been in this case. The dress/playsuit is beautiful. I'll be ordering more stuff from them soon :)

Delayed shipping-still haven't received my package TWO MONTHS later
The shipping takes forever, I placed my order two months ago and I still have not received my dress! Considering I paid full price I am very upset. I am unable to track my order, I emailed their customer service twice, Sundae Muse have no sympathy and merely blamed the pandemic. I have never had this issue during this time with any other company. I am now not sure if my dress will even arrive. Avoid ordering at all costs! Not worth the wait, we will see if my package even arrives. I am very disappointed.

AVOID - Terrible Customer Service / Poor Quality Clothing / Out of date returns policy
Avoid Sundae Sundae Muse at all cost's. Terrible quality dresses, grossly inaccurate size guides, rigid return policy, and smart-ass customer service agents who argue with customers rather than listen.

I purchased the Arche dress is a size 8 & 10 (just in case) even though Sundae Muse provided the model's measurement which matches my own - the model was wearing a size 6. Both dresses were unreasonably short - I am 170cms and both sizes barely went past my bum.

I emailed Sundae Muse requesting a refund due to the size chart being so bizarrely wrong and they denied any accountability. Jonah the Customer Service agent was argumentative - sarcastic - and basically told me to launch a complaint with the ACC and that the "guide" is there but should not be followed. I advised that you should not provide a guide that is so grossly inaccurate. I was refused a refund - and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

Do not purchase anything from this online retailer - plenty of other competitors doing it much better.

Very Disappointing
I've purchased from Sunday muse a few times and have been very satisfied fast shipping and having a dress for my events in time, however my last purchase spent over $100 on two dresses with express shipping and over a week I'm still waiting, the event I needed them for Sundae Muse didn't show up in time yes shipping times can we unexpected but it's express. Will source from a Qld buyer in future. Express shipping is 3/4 days max and I have a delivery date of almost two weeks later..

Absolutely terrible quality, poor service, many issues
I bought two items for my girlfriend's birthday and was completely dissatisfied. I understand the long shipping times since it is international, but I never even received emails from the company showing receipts for the purchase. The two items were the "Renee Blue Matching Set" and were extremely poor quality. Sundae Muse looked like Chinese private labeled clothing with threads sticking out and poor stitching. I paid $72 USD and was charged an additional fee of $0.72. The clothing was also too small, even though I ordered the correct size and used the clothing conversion chart. After requesting a return I paid the shipping cost of $9.50 plus an additional $0.10 fee. The shipping label was never emailed to me or shown in the account (they use a third party return company). I had to contact the return company support and the agent kept telling me to check my email over multiple messages. Days later the return label arrived. It took weeks for the return to process and I received a gift card for $55.85 AUD. I emailed asking why I only received that much and was told that I received two gift cards for that amount. I am only able to view and use one gift card. Currently waiting for a response to that. I also asked to be refunded to my card since I was very unhappy and was declined. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the clothes and the customer service. They do not even have a place to write reviews on the website because they are trying to scam customers by selling cheaply made clothing for a premium. Save yourself the hassle and do not spend your money with them.

Not being able to exchange sizes on the identical item...
Not being able to exchange sizes on the identical item is VERY unusual and inconvenient. The shopping experience would be much improved if you could exchange for change of size. We have now waited weeks and paid $25.50 more for the identical item in one size bigger. It would also assist if you could note that your sizes run small. We ordered size 8 which is my regular size and only only realised after receiving the item and it being too small and looking at the reviews that your sizes run small.

Exceptional customer service and clothing quality!
The Evian dress arrived super quickly and was exactly as advertised on the website and exceptional quality. Had to return for another size and the staff went above and beyond to help me, super understanding and ensured I was satisfied. The new dress arrived even quicker than the first and fit like a glove. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Sundae Muse! Would highly recommend :)

Poor Delivery Time
The clothes I ordered ended up being very cute. Loved the dress and top I received. The skirt I ordered was WAY too short... I don't think it's even worth returning or exchanging for larger size due to the fact that it took OVER ONE MONTH to receive my package. I have never had to wait so long for an online clothing order ever... very disappointed. Tracking my package was also very difficult. Weeks would go by before there was even an update on the location of my package.

Only offer a credit note for returns
I ordered 4 dresses to try on for a wedding, Sundae Muse didn't arrive in time for the wedding so I wanted to return the dresses as 1. They didn't arrive in time and 2. I didn't feel any of them were good quality or worth what I paid for them. I was told that I would only get a credit note for these items which I am not happy with as I feel you should be able to try on clothes before deciding if you want to keep them or purchase other items which also won't be worth what I am paying for them. This is not made clear in the returns and I feel it has been made to trick people. Very disappointed and won't be using this site again.

Excellent Customer Service!
This is my first time purchasing from Sundae Muse and I am beyond pleased with the customer service. I had a few troubles with sizings and changes; regardless, I was fully assisted and extremely happy with the quick responses via email that I received from the customer service staff. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop at based on the customer service and staff attitude. Will definitely shop from Sundae Muse again!

Poor quality clothing
Ordered 3 dresses. All were poor quality (thin materials, threads loose) and mostly poor fitting.
One of the dresses was transparent and another had the zip pucker and stick out on the outside under the arm, scratching my arm
Wouldn't recommend purchasing from especially given dresses over $60 should be decent material and fit.
Given the loose threads and faulty stitching around zipper I will hopefully receive a refund as I am not interested in store credit as I haven't found other styles I'm interested in and don't believe quality will be any better.

Great products with AMAZING customer service
I bought a play suit from Sundae Muse on a Tuesday night for a Friday event, I was so worried it wouldn't come on time so I emailed and within an hour got a response confirming it would come in time! That was refreshing, but doesn't touch the surface of their great customer service. I bought two in a size 8 and 10 cause I wasn't sure of sizing so had to return one, the returns process is super quick and easy, and free! So quick and easy that I accidentally returned THE WRONG PACKAGE! I returned a Cotton On package I received that day, when I realized my mistake it was already shipped. I emailed Sundae Muse who were very understanding and helpful, quick replies and as soon as Sundae Muse received it, shipped it back to me FOR FREE even though it was my mistake. When I asked about how to return the correct item (surely thinking that they would charge me, which was fair) they didn't even blink and offered the usual free return. Because of my mistake the return was outside of the 30 day full refund period so I received a store credit, which I usually despise and ask for a full refund, but thanks to their great customer service and obvious care for their clients I am 100% sure I will be purchasing again. I cannot thank the team enough, such a breath of fresh air for their kindness and professionalism compared to other online shops. Their clothes are great quality and fairly priced too! It's a win win!

Shop anywhere but here.
Grab a snack, you might be here awhile. When I initially stumbled across Sundae Muse I couldn't help but immediately want to add a few things to my cart. Their clothing were so darling and reasonably priced. I wasn't initially annoyed at the their shortage of stock but I ended up finding a few things my size and ordered them.

I'm Canadian and their shipping said 2-3 weeks. About a month and a half went by and I started to wonder where on earth my package was. I went back and forth with * from Sundae Muse and at first he was rude, unprofessional, and really couldn't care less about where my package was. Disgusted with the customer service, I went straight to the source and told them how unprofessional Sundae Muse were. I've asked for my money back and all I got was store credit which I refuse to use as I do not want to deal with this company ever again.

It's now July 16 and there is still no word of my package. Canada Post is still waiting for my package to arrive. I've accepted the fact that I have lost $250.00. I strongly advise anyone outside of Australia to stay far away from this company.

It's okay, quite overpriced for the quality
The clothes looked better on the model and did not meet my expectations, arrived in plastic bags with labels to different brands, the clothing is still nice and I would wear it(it does fit me) but I'm 5'4" and I dont recomened some items to people who are taller. I ordered a size 12 which is that largest size Sundae Muse have on the website most of the time. And I mainly felt that some products looked similar but weren't exactly what the pictures showed like the white bodysuit, as it has very visible cup inserts around my breasts which I'm not fond of as others could see the cups, making the clothing seem really cheap. All the clothing I ordered has different brand labels in, which also makes me feel like I over payed so much, especially having to get it shipped to the uk and then pay custom charges, quite disappointed with the price point, as if your gonna sell lower quality items they should be priced accordingly. My package didnt come with and order information or papers, which I thought was strange as all orders placed online come with and order receipt or information.

Read before ordering!
The online shop had convinced me of his clothes, so I ordered some things. To be fair, I have to say that there are really nice parts in it, so I kept some. It cost me the whole 150 in customs fees! Other parts did not fit in the size, so I had to send them back at some cost. As a refund there is no money back, only vouchers for the online shop. So I contacted the online shop, who cheekily told me that Sundae Muse only give money back for defective goods. So now I should order clothes again and pay customs fees again. Such a bad unfriendly service, I never order again!

Your return policy of only store credit is not great and I wasn't reimbursed for shipping whatsoever, not even the shipping refund of the item that was awkwardly sewed together with bad quality fabric that I sent back. The gift card was then in AUD, while the site is in USD, and I was not informed of this on the gift card. This made shopping more confusing and I had to reach out to your customer service. While your customer service representatives are very kind, my overall shopping experience was very unsatisfactory. Not to mention the site has no ability to filter through prices, lengths of dresses or types, or anything of the sort which makes shopping much harder as you keep scrolling on and on.

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. Ordered £150 worth of stuff and I was aware it was being shipped from Australia, however it was free shipping and I read into the returns which were £6.50 from the UK. Not bad I thought so added a few risky items into my basket and thought why not. WHAT AN ERROR. I receive an email and text from DHL saying I owed £61.24 in import taxes and charges. Additional charges were not made clear during the checkout or payment process, nor in the receipt. I thought it was a scam so emailed sundaemuse who said it was normal to have high import charges from the UK and that the buyer was responsible for covering this, despite it not obviously being anywhere on the website. Absolute scam, Sundae Muse are refusing to reimburse me any of the charges and if I abandon the order it may not be returned to the seller so have had my hand forced to pay the import fees.
This company is not fit for purpose for selling abroad and their customer service is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA!

I would be so ashame endorsing this online shop. Until now I still didn't receive my order and I can't track my order it's been 1 month now since I order it but until now I still didn't receive it. Sundae Muse blame the virus! Very expensive but bad service. I order dresses from different online shop too and also from AUSTRALIA but they arrive just what they said in the shipment description. I would be so pissed if there size of dress is not accurate! I will not shop at this shop anymore! I just wish that if the dress I order won't workout they will give my money back.

Worst Australian clothing store I've ever bought from
Not only did Sundae Muse not give me a proper tracking number for my package, it took 6 weeks to arrive to my house! 5 weeks of no communication or notice on where my package was. I thought it was lost for the longest time. Not only was their shipping terrible, the dress sizes were for children! Not joking! They run extremely small and if you have decent sized boobs a lot of their tops are too tight even with the larger sizes! I ordered a size above and everything was still small, I recommend ordering 2 or 3 sizes up if you do order from them! Cheap quality for the price tho as well! Not a good company, will not be purchasing anything else from them ever again.

Quick shipping, had to pay for additional duty and DHL fees, color is way off

Cons: Pricey for what you get (the clothes are pretty but the fabric is quite cheap and flimsy), the color of one of the shirts was way off (pale mustard instead of sunny yellow as shown on both my iPhone and laptop)

If you live in Canada, you have to pay additional duty and DHL fees to clear customs. This had never been a problem when I ordered stuff from the US, UK, Korea, China, so I'm not sure why something from Australia would be different. In any event, I paid an additional $16 in duties and $20 for DHL 'processing fees' (there's a way to get around this fee but it requires work and I was not going to drive to Mississauga and stand in line for customs during a pandemic to save $20).

Worst Company, Worst Customer Service
I frequently purchase clothes from online. I've used Fashion Nova, madewell, showpo, etc. I saw and add for the cute clothes Sundae Muse had and decided to give them a chance. I figured since Showpo is also an Australian company, that I would fit in the same size, but I checked the size guide on Sundae Muse before settling on size 10. The size guide does not match up. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery and tried on the size 10 and could barely get a leg in. I emailed and decided to get one of the dresses I ordered that hadn't been delivered yet in a size 12still didn't fit. When I decided that the clothes were poorly made and the sizes were all off, I tried emailing to get my money back. I explained that I had giver sundae muse a fair try but that every size was way too small or way too short when I finally did get it on. Sundae Muse suggested I get size 14 to try because they only offer store credit. This lady rest sent me a link of the THREE items they had in size 14 for me to "TRY." I spent over $250 for everything I purchased and can possibly only get three things even though they advertise up until size 16. This site is fraudulent and the items are poorly made. Don't waste your time of money on this scam!

Great +++
I ordered a bunch of dresses during the busy Xmas/New Years period and knew things would be delayed. People need to be mindful of busy periods, be kind, patient and understanding. I reached out a week later just wanting an update if my order had been shipped and I wasn't notified, or it was forgotten, no biggie. A kind person named Kir was the respondent who emailed me back promptly to clarify what had happened, kept in contact with me with regards to shipping times, and checking if I had received my order in the end. I have never had such a personalised online shopping experience before shopping with Sundae Muse. Thank you again, Kir, and the Sundae Muse team for your kindness and attention. The clothes are also amazing, great quality and fit, fun and colourful for the season. I can't wait to wear these pieces on my holiday. Can't recommend enough! Xx

SMALL SIZING
I am so upset the sizing is super small and the dress was tight and i tried to return it but the shipping cost is ridiculous. This company doesn't even help you out with giving you a shipping label if you want to make returns or even a refund (which Sundae Muse don't do). If you're a clothing company i feel like this is a must. The size 4 is so tiny and im stuck trying to find someone that will buy it but no one can squeeze into it. I lost all of my money in it. Ridiculous.

Unfortunate
Had high hopes for the brand, but overall experience was bad. First off, the quality of the fabric seems too way too cheap for the price. I bought 3 different dresses. Returned the first one because it didn't fit like the look on the model, was too babydoll. Not my style. Next, I kept the second dress but think the fabric is low quality. And on the third dress, I had to return it twice because of the wrong sizing. I know it's Australian sized, but I converted in to US size and was still too small. I had to pay for shipping back for the first time but the second time I requested not to pay for shipping because I think I shouldn't have to pay. Returns happen all the time and competing brands don't charge for shipping on returns. There are no refunds, only gift cards are given - another bummer. Customer experience was pretty good but it doesn't make up for the dresses low quality or the annoying back and forth shipping process. After the experience, none of these expensive dresses were worth all the trouble and low quality fabric anyway. Lesson learned.

Have bought from this store on more than one occasion and have so far been really pleased with the quality and fit and I love my items. Also had fantastic customer service, i enquired about an item I returned recently and was contacted straight away with the store credit code so really can't fault at all! My only complaint would be the lack of a refund as items are quite pricey however I'm sure the company will look into this as Sundae Muse progress :) thank you Sundae Muse!

GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
Sundae muse has one of the best customer service help I have ever seen, both Joyce and Jonah were able to help me cancel an order which I had mistakenly order in the wrong size in incredible time. Sundae Muse replied to my messages straight away and stayed with me throughout the whole process answering any of my question with ease and kindness. Definitely recommend Sundae muse to anyone, especially if you have trouble trusting customer service, they will not let you down.

Cute clothes
These clothes are cute but I was a little confused that only the dress was from the actual sundae muse brand while the other clothes I ordered from their site were from a different brand. I got these on sale so it was a great deal but for the quality I don't think I'd pay the full price. Also not the brand's fault but I was notified I had to sign for my package but it was just dropped off by the gate instead

Almost perfect!
The dress is a little tight on a bust but with out a bra it still looks good. My issue is a zipper on a back. The garment is too close to the zipper track so it gets cought and even with help just couldn't be zipped up or down.
Therefore I had to take it to the seamstress to get it fixed. With tax and shipping and duties I spend a total of a $ 130. For that price I was expected perfect to be honest. Iam going to a bridal shower this weekend which is already stressful enough and now I have to do the zipper... its just very annoying on top of everything!
Overall I like the dress, really cute and sexy on a same time. Hope it will be also comfortable as well.
