I'm hesitant when purchasing online but was extremely happy with this company.
Sundae Muse were quick, had great communication (confirmation and tracking of item system), And very efficient!
The item I purchased was packed and sent within a few hours and I received it the next business day. Very fast, lovely to deal with and the clothing is amazing. Beautiful colour, great fit & great quality.
An efficient company that I would happily purchase off again:)

I have order multiple Things from sundae muse not what Sundae Muse appear the same size can either be too big or way too small the material is a cheaper material and I order a few things from here and it was meant to be express posted I am still waiting nearly 2 weeks later for it to be shipped I contacted them after a week to only be told 2/3 three things I ordered are no longer in stock and they are unable to refund due to their lack of supply

Ordering from the site was very easy and the clothes arrived in good time and are beautiful! However, I had not realised that there was not an option for returning the clothes for a full refund (only for store credit). I'm now a great deal out of pocket as a couple of the dresses I ordered did not fit which was unexpected. This is written in their returns policy so read carefully! I had assumed it would be the same as the majority of other websites given that the clothes are fairly expensive. Although the clothes are lovely, for that reason I won't be purchasing again unfortunately.

I ordered the Annie play suit in small. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I actually like how the dress looks, but the material is so cheap that I feel like the zipper will break at any moment, or the shoulder straps will snap. The dress was $50, plus shipping, and it took a month to get to me (Australia to US). The dress is definitely not worth $50, not even close. Super price gouge for the material. Also not a huge fan that the site doesn't let you leave reviews... I would imagine the expensive price for cheap material is probably why...

Careful with size guides. I made the mistake to think Sundae Muse were CAD/US and ordered the wrong sizes. Customer service says they can't amend your order after it's been placed - fine - and after a second email they inform me they can't even cancel the order.
This seems a little ridiculous to me. I now have to wait for it to ship across the world, find out they (obviously) don't fit, and then ship them back to Australia for a store credit. I'll be lucky to be in a dress my size in the next 6 months with this pandemic slowing shipping.

As a first time shopper here I was very satisfied with the quality of my items. Though I had brought a top and skirt which was part of a set. I was told all my items had been shipped and then the next day found out the top was not coming and I could either have a refund or a voucher. I chose a voucher and found a different top but when I asked if I could still have the free shipping as my order had exceeding the $50 mark, I was told I could not and would have to pay for postage at my own expense! The fact that I couldn't return the skirt considering I couldn't get the matching top was also quite upsetting. These policies led me to go else where for a top. It was quite upsetting to see a business with such high quality products have policies such as this. Not sure how I would feel shopping here again with this in mind.

I initially bought a dress and a cardigan top. Both arrived and were REALLY BAD quality, comparable only to Shein or a Chinese online retailer but at 6x the prices. I was really shocked. Then when I wanted to return I had to pay a £6.50 postage, and when my items finally got accepted I was told I can get a gift card - but if I buy ANYTHING i still have to of course pay the shipping fee. I am really unhappy and hopefully my second purchases are better.

I made my order on Wednesday and received a confirmation immediately. The site said I would have my order within 2-6 days. However, the order remained on "confirmed" mode until Sunday. I had to use the chat function on the site on the Saturday to resolve this issue and it finally was amended on the Sunday and dispatched. However, it says I will not receive my parcel until the following Monday - almost 1 and a half weeks after I made the order. The customer service team were very helpful however having paid for shipping I did expect the parcel to arrive more promptly.

I bought 3 dressed from Sundae muse. I was so excited to get them but when Sundae Muse come I was a bit disappointed in the quality for the price, also one of the play suits had a dirt mark on which I have tried to wash and is not coming out! Expensive to send back from the U. K. to Australia so is no point in me even sending back the item. I expected better quality clothes, unfortunately not.

I ordered 5 items from this shop on may 29th and almost immediately after checking the reviews, asked if my order could be cancelled to which Sundae Muse refused. Had called my bank to refute the payment and was instructed I have to wait until they ship the clothes. It's July 12th and they still haven't shipped my order. I spent 250 dollars for this headache? I can't wait to get my money back. Because this is such a total scam. Serious/quality businesses don't not allow refunds unless they know they are overcharging for poor quality.

I accidentally put in an order last night around 12AM (EST) and was panicking since I wasn't finished shopping but the order had went through (I was reviewing my bag and my payment info automatically filled). I e-mailed customer care immediately explaining the issue I was having (as I still wanted to add more items to my cart and apply a promo code). Not only did Sundae Muse reply within a few minutes, Jonah, the customer service rep I was communicating with, was incredibly helpful and solved my issue immediately. I received a refund and was able to place my new order afterwards and confirm everything with him. Honestly the best customer service I've received from years and years of online shopping. Thank you Sundae Muse and Jonah for doing things right!

I am yet to receive my item because it is still in my local depot waiting for a payment of £25 which is outrageous as the high cost of customs etc was never made aware at checkout. I already paid £10 for delivery from Australia to the UK but an extra £25 has been put on top of that - absolutely outrageous. I contacted Sundae muse asking for a refund and Sundae Muse just came back saying they were very sorry and started going on about how much they loved the dress I bought - terrible customer service! They then also stated that they warn about the very very high import duties and gave me the link! - This page was literally impossible to find unless you're really looking for it which you shouldn't be as any extra charges should be stated clearly at checkout - it is like they're trying to scam you! Very expensive when the item isn't even made out of good material like cotton it's made out of polyester! DO NOT buy from this company, I hope they can liaise a deal with me or else I will continue creating very poor reviews.

There sizing is small. I followed the size guide and with my measurements I am a size 14 in aus sizing. I am a size 10 in US sizing. The three items I bought only one barely fits. Now due to the fact that I am in Canada their returns policy says I will only get a credit. Considering nothing will fit on their site the credit is a waste of money. I won't ever buy again from here since there is nothing for me which sucks as the dresses are really cute.

I ordered from here TWO months ago and STILL haven't received my order. I ordered a lot of items at full price, which was expensive. I don't know if I will ever receive the package. The tracking number hasn't updated in over a month which just says it's in AUS still. To say I regret ordering from this site is an understatement. I'm extremely unhappy with the website as I've asked about my package multiple times and haven't gotten a response once. Can't even get my money back for something I don't think I'll ever receive. Don't waste your time or money shopping here.

I have never experienced service like it in my life. DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING OF THIS SITE AS IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY. I order a dress which cost £50 which is fair enough I then spent £11 for shipping which I thought was expensive but it's understandable because of where it is coming from. It says on the site it takes 2-5 days. So 2 weeks later I had still not had a confirmation email email to say it had been dispatched. So I messaged them and Sundae Muse said oh sorry we will send it now so nearly a month later it arrives. The big issue is they did not state anywhere on there site that I will also have to pay a £21 shipping fee on top of the £11 I have already payed. I then said I did not want the dress and for them to cancel the order. They said they had but they didn't bother so I am left with a dress which looks like a dressing gown and is probably worth £19 or less and I have ended up paying £81 sooo please do not waste your money!

Don't even bother shopping here. I ordered and got express shipping. 3 days later my order is still not even packed. I emailed to follow up. It is not shipped out for another 2 business days, then I get notification of shipping for 1/2 items with NO communication that this has happened. I emailed to find out. If I hadn't of emailed I doubt I would have received any communication regarding a missing item. And no doubt the missing item was due to the LARGE delay in packing my order. I was told I would receive a full recent of $85 then Sundae Muse only refunded me $77 I'm assuming because of shipping costs but again, I was NOT advised of this - which is a joke considering the delay I experienced with my order being shipped. An incredibly awful experience, I've told all of my friends to beware and shop somewhere else. Hopefully you read this review and avoid them.

I bought a dress from Sundae Muse and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. The quality is good and the express shipping was super quick. I've also been getting so many compliments every time I wear it. The only thing I could say is that the international shipping was kind of expensive when considering duties/taxes that have to be paid on top of that and the minimum amount for free shipping is a bit much. Given that, I would love to order again soon but I'm going to have to wait. Other than that, I love the dress so much!

Everything i bought from sundae muse arrived on perfect time and SO quickly considering coronavirus shipping delays and the fact that it was an international order. The clothes fit perfectly and came exactly as described. Sundae Muse were such good quality too! No frays, no loose matieral - everything was so well and carefully designed! This website is definitely not a scam, i trust this website so much and i have NEVER had a problem here and i will continue to buy from this store! You have a customer for life

Sundae Muse has outdone itself today. I previously ordered some clothes and although I loved most, some had to be returned for a small fee of £6.50 (considering I'm in the UK and the company is in AUS this is certainly a win). From this return I received gift cards which although faulty at first, a lovely team member Kir sorted these out for me in an instant (literally minutes) and was super helpful along the really fast-paced process. Can't thank them enough. The clothes themselves are of exceptional quality and design - and although you need to pay some pretty hefty import taxes if you're shopping from the UK, the clothes make it all worth it (especially compared to the budget online retailers we are home to). Thanks again.

Some days, you look at a dress online and go... it's super cute but in person, who knows? You look at the return policy and you order WAY ahead of the event incase you need to find another one. This dress was all that for me. But when it arrived it's was AMAZING! Perfect fit, perfect style for the theme and the colour was a perfect natural linen looking colour. My only suggestion - can we have it in a natural white colour?
