The items I purchased were beautiful, but I did not realize SuperJeweler were gold plated. When I contacted customer service they advised that they would have production call me to let me know if they can make it out of regular gold. I waited 24 hours and no call back. I asked for a label to return and was told I had to pay for return shipping. I would have been a regular customer but apparently they did not want that. Oh well!

I am addicted to this jewelry site. I buy what is normally on sale. I have large orders, but if it's normal prices I may buy it. I purchase the orders for my daughter daughter in law and my 3 granddaughters, for graduations, birthdays, and for other
Holidays.
So I want to say thank you for making it possible for me to give great gifts to all of my girls in my family and SuperJeweler will cherish and remind them that I bought for them.

Besides the one piece being miss advertise the rest of it was all right it would've been nice if I could I got a hold of someone that could've helped me but instead SuperJeweler just ignored me and the live chat said call in the morning talk to a manager and they would be able to help me and fix it instead it's been three days no word and now the piece is sold out

Unhelpful and uneventful manager must’ve been too busy to deal with me because when I called he was in a meeting never got a callback called back the next day they sent me his email address still no response believe the name was Jason

Scammers! Sent earings with broke post returned and company has had since 21st, yet no one answers the 1800# and the idiot chat reps lie saying oh it's COVID over n over and that no one has signed for the return which I have fedex reciepts showing it was delivered and signed for! Ear rings were 700$ worth 20$ if lucky! Cheap thin setting, stone couldn't been real! It was pure dirt, milky, Walmart carries better quality! Took a month to even receive and now fighting for our refund that the guaranteed! This company is full scam! Don't waste your time or money!

I have been a frequent shopper at SuperJewler. Today I attempted to use the $20 off $50 purchase for the first time and was told i couldn't. No where on the coupon does it say I cant use the coupon if a discount is already applied. My wife's birthday is coming up in a few days and that is the only reason I went through with the order. Because of their lack of clear details, I will most likely be shopping elsewhere from now on. Im VERY disappointed.

I guess even though all my data is electronic, someone has to rekey the address for a solid error process Super Jeweler uses. Not good, SuperJeweler shipped my wife's order to someone else, even though Super Jeweler has the correct address on file. Why do you think they manually key in the addresses when it's correct in my account? I guess to make errors and upset buyers trying to chase down delivered orders. Won't buy again or recommend to anyone.

Where to start... so I placed my order which gave an estimated shipment date. I'm fully aware that the gemstones have to be sourced etc. And that is why it is only estimated. However, over 4 weeks later and I still haven't recieved my ring... I don't even know where it is?! My super jeweler account lacks any form of information as does the shipment tracker. The employees are limited to the same information it would seem and no one can tell me when I will receive my purchase which at this moment in time could be anywhere. I'm very sad to say I has been an awful experience and it's unfortunately still on going! I've reached out many times to be told "it will ship today" and now that it has finally shipped I'm told the tracker isn't working or it should arrive soon! This just isn't good enough!

I'm not sure why you wouldnt let me finance through your establishment but I have good credit and I was very disappointed because there are so many places like Zales and not to m. J mention Tiffany's that will let me finance through them but SuperJeweler were a little overpriced so I tried your store since I am already a customer and I feel a little disappointed bec as use bbn I was refused! I will gladly go some where else for my wedding rings for my upcoming wedding. I also wanted brides maids rings!

The emerald looks synthetic. The description says that emerald is a natural oiled one but it looks more synthetic than natural. The appraisal did not come with my order so I requested it on 4/7. Customer service said the appraisal was sent on 4/8 and that I would receive within 5-7 days yet it's been almost a month and I have not received it. I have been asking for proof that it was sent but SuperJeweler don't show anything.

I requested my appraisal promised on the product description, but did not receive it.

The credit card Year field allows only one number to be entered. I finally got it to go through by entering 2 in Year and 1 plus the card code in the Code field.
Other than that, it was fun and easy to use the site. I'm so excited to see the earrings in person. Thanks!
Update: The earrings arrived today and are even better than expected! Excellent quality! I know I will enjoy wearing them often.

Great deals with easy checkout process. SuperJeweler even allowed me to upgrade the diamond earrings I bought for my wife and still delivered them within an impressive time limit. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that the diamonds I received were I2 (low) on the clarity side. Otherwise they're really nice earrings and I do have a reasonable expectation when items are on a "clearance sale", I just wish I knew upfront all the Cs (which is partly on me for due diligence). Overall I am a satisfied customer and would look forward to buying higher level diamonds in the future from this company.

This is crazy how many good reviews this site has well the people who write reviews must not be the ones who wear the jewelry. Because holy s#!% this engagement ring i bought for my fiancée is supposed to be worth over a grand and a month later after the white gold plating turned finger blackish green. I decide to take it to a professional even though i already knew SuperJeweler dont set mined diamonds in fake a$$ metal. Wasnt suprised to find out it wasnt real. Yeah dont be fooled they're pretty slick.

I was disappointed that I repeatedly asked for help customizing the necklace. I made serveral attempt and was finally given an email address. However, that person never responded to my email. I wanted to know if it could be made with a larger diamond or perhaps a ruby. It's in tribute to a recently deceased loved one. I was very disappointed and reluctant to make any purchase considering my slaughtered hopes and feelings.

It took me three weeks to be able to order these earrings. I kept getting error please trying again. I requested a call from you people never called me. I lost out on a better deal and price then this deal I took. Please give me a discount from this order greater then the price I just paid. I paid over 130$ more then I should have. I had wanted to get these to my girls before the Jewish new year starting Monday night but I am lucky if SuperJeweler get it before Christmas. You messed me up badly

It was quick and no problems until checkout. I had a coupon code from Brad's daily which I applied and I also was supposed to have a $10 off from you from a text message. It took the Brad's daily off but wouldn't accept the other one from Super Jewelers, I know I got it at a very good cost but still I feel like that I should have been able to apply the $10 coupon too, especially since it was from your own company Super Jewelers.

The way the jewel looked in my hand was pretty small & underwhelming almost, but when I put it on- I really underestimated the beauty of this necklace. It is well made. It is very beautiful, the chain for it is dainty so that the jewel stands out only & the chain implanted at the top of both sides on the jewel so it stays put. The necklace isn't to short or too long, so it sits perfectly centered on your chest. I'm not even into jewelery much but I'll wear it more with this brand. The packaging is also cute, a reusable bag. & SuperJeweler even sent me an email to check if my order was delivered with no issues & 2 added coupons off my next order. Amazing jewelry, amazing customer service, will come back again

I ordered my engagement ring on Feb 9th. It was prepared by the jeweler and I received a message on every step SuperJeweler took. I got the ring on Feb 14th and it blew me and my now fiance away. Your website/checkout method needs attention. On ordering an individual cant get past payment options if trying to use SJ Financing. In addition I called to place an order, and was told all associates were soooo busy but would call back. No one ever did. I started to wonder Do I really even want to order from these folks? After reading reviews I was sure I didn't. I decided to give it a try anyhow. If my item isn't 100% satisfactory it will be sent back.

I have bought many items over the years. The prices have always been great, sometimes the quality not so much. I absolutely LOVED a blue diamond bracelet I bought that had a diamond fall out within the first two weeks. Another bracelet that was sterling silver with a heart that you could customize with engraving broke. On the other hand, I have some lovely blue diamond earrings and a lovely amethyst ring I bought for my granddaughter. It's a mixed bag but the prices are low enough that the sometimes disappointment doesn't stop me from shopping here.

My husband ordered a surprise gift for me, which wasn't to my liking. I sent it back ONE DAY after the item was delivered via FedEx. I followed the directions on the SuperJeweler website to a T. Nevertheless, it took numerous phone calls and emails with different employees to track down my refund. The item was returned unworn, in the original packaging and in the exact same condition I received it within one day. SuperJeweler eventually issued a refund because I had the tracking information and one of their employees signed for it, but it took nearly 3 months!

I tried using the code you sent me in the mail with my last order and it wouldn't let me use it. I am extremely upset because the coupon is why I started shopping this website for my Valentine's day gift to begin with. I spoke to someone named Felicia and she was no help. She said I couldn't stack coupons. I only tried using 1 coupon and it said it was expired but on my coupon voucher it gives no expiration date!

Shopping was the easy part, even applying for credit was fast and easy. But that's where easy stopped. The earing's were delivered to my billing address instead of my shipping address and SuperJeweler are much smaller than my current earing's, which are 1/2 ct studs as well. I means the difference is so much i had to verify the size of my current studs, and yes they are 1/2 ct total weight, so of course I feel bamboozled on these. I don't know if I would even order again from Super Jeweler.

The ring is absolutely beautiful its definitely smaller then it looked in the pictures so I'd suggest getting the bigger diamond or a band to go around it, but its very pretty. I got is as a replacement since I lost my original ring my husband Decided to gift me with this for our 10th anniversary. I love it just wish the band was a bit thicker. All in all though ill definitely be shopping with them again the fast delivery was great loved all the updates and the box it came in was so cute!

I was all excited to get these really cute, so called diamond earrings for myself & gifts, diamonds look like plastic. Horrible. When I finally got intouch with SuperJeweler SuperJeweler refuse to send me a pre paid mailing label so I can mail their crap back to them. Then they suggest I pay extra to have the earrings be signed and insured. Really? They know it's not worth it to pay $10 or more to get the stuff shipped back to them. I would ad a picture, but they don't come out clear enough to see the plastic looking glass. Shame on them.

I spent a lot of time carefully choosing the ring I wanted... it took me about 3 weeks of putting one in my cart then another looking at the from all angles, sending pictures to friends you know this is a special ring so it's gotta be perfect... so I choose the one in the first Picture and so I wait... and I fret because am I gonna like it? I'm so picky when it comes to jewelry. Then after 2 more weeks my ring arrives... excited to open it before I give it to the boyfriend to decide when the right time to give it to me is... I open the box... OMG! It's gorgeous... the prongs are perfect... it's nothing like the picture but I love the way it is! It is exactly what I wanted!

As usual it was just lovely as always. I have been looking at these earrings every time I view this site when I get a message about new sales and what nots. I hope this ring that's currently on sale will be still on sale next month. I kinda went a little crazy with my spending and it's been really fun. You know the world is going to hell I might as well have pretty jewelry on when it goes up in flames. Wahoo. I love this site I'll be back soon.

Also, I should not have to pay $7.99 extra so that your merchandise is insured during transit. It's not my property until I actually receive it.
I didn't appreciate being forced to pay that extra insurance.
Normally Insurance Protects the customer, in this case I'm legally not responsible until the moment I take possession.
