I bought a lovely diamond necklace from your several months ago. I'm happy with it, so I've continued to shop with your company with many expensive pieces in my "car" however your cart does not let let you move pieces to maybe a "saved cart" so you can revise/review the items later? Also, you can't even click on the jewelry again to take a look at it! Very poor website. Take a a look a Gemvara's site, I've bought many expensive rings from them, that I could have bought from you instead...

I have been a very happy customer of superjeweler.com since I made my first purchase, especially since SuperJeweler credited my account after another purchase didn't work out. They didn't even require me to return the item in question, and they just took my word for it. What's not to like about the company? And I've found a few favorites on their website. Getting the "bread" to work online with the Correct codes applying the prices I am willing to pay is a challenge WHILE IT SHOULD BE SIMPLE (and I have a Masters degree// I direct engineers.!) I think you need to improve your graphics and links and flexibility of what is entered.! "Think" like a Customer who is coming back, ALREADY was qualified, has a line of credit, NOT as a side note. Meanwhile, I am grateful for your prices.!

Purchase engagement ring excited to surprise my girlfriend and propose after 5yrs. Asked for delivery to work address and complied with all proof of address and ID. Got resistance but explained I am not home during business hours. SuperJeweler finally agreed and guess where they shipped? To home address received by girlfriend. How can I propose and surprise her know? She likes the ring…. How can I surprise her now?

Haven't received anything but I hope it looks as it should when it comes. I tried to use my Amazon account to log in and your site kept telling me the password was incorrect. Amazon didn't agree. I had to type my name and address for both the billing and shipping even though SuperJeweler are the same and I checked the box. You wouldn't accept my first password even though it met all of your listed requirements. It was very difficult to sign up. I just really wanted the rings. I hope they are a nice as the pictures.

At the last minute I realized I needed a gift. I literally ordered a gold chain from Super Jewelers the night of December 22, not anticipating it would even be here before the new year. Much to my amazement, I got a message indicating it would ship the very next day and that I would receive it soon. WOW! The package was delivered the morning of December 24 and I couldn't be more thrilled! The chain is gorgeous, the service was amazing and the price was better than any other place I looked. This is my 3rd purchase from Super Jeweler, and it's because of their commitment to their customers! I had my 2nd order disappear! It was never shipped! Both were Mother's Day gifts for my daughters. As soon as I noticed a problem, I emailed, Response was QUICK, though the original product was no longer in stock…SuperJeweler remedied the situation with a equally dazzling bracelet and for the inconvenience, tossed in 2 pairs of silver & crystal earrings! My daughters loved them. So, it's their commitment to their customers that WILL keep me! Thanks Super Jewelers!

Well so far, it's the only jewelry place that is fast with their products. If its shipped out on the 9th like my order says, then I will be amazed. Others was saying it would take 2 to 6 weeks to get the ring sized and shipped. When I'm paying extra for faster shipping, that's what you should get. So good job so far. Also the selection and the ability to choose any ring size, shape, gem etc. is fantastic.

I've bought 3 things and have another one on layaway and so far I've been happy with everything. The jewelry gets here pretty quick and it's been so much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The only thing I didn't like is I couldn't get financing for not a lot of money when I've got pretty good credit and haven't had a problem on another site. So I don't understand why and that's frustrating.

I placed my order and it was scheduled to deliver weeks later. I contacted Super Jewelers to see if I could get the order expedited in time for Father's Day. I walked away under the impression that there just wasn't enough time--especially since I wanted engraving. Low and behold, I received a message later in the week that the ring shipped! It arrived today--JUST in time for Father's Day! I am SO excited!

So far everything has been great. It's easy to order and the site is set up where I am easily finding the type of jewelry and specific types of stones and settings I want. I was given at $10 off coupon code but I lost the paper I wrote it down on and have asked customer service and haven't had any luck yet getting that information but still with these deals I don't mind too much but it $10 is still $10 off so I hope to get that info and then I can put it on something else to buy which I am looking at several items that will be a part of my collection and gifted to loved ones very soon! Super excited haven't got my orders yet but just ordered my first not even a week ago so once I get them I'll update on the actual jewelry but so far customer service is very nice I wish the chat was more instant I have tried it but never got a response back within 5 minutes of waiting so I end up leaving and missing out when SuperJeweler respond but so far this site has been good

I ordered this ring on a Monday and was told it would be delivered on Fri. I was not delivered until 3 weeks later. My son took work off to propose and the ring wasn't here. He made more plans and wasn't able to propose due to the ring not being sent. After multiple attempts to find out the status of the ring, I was told I would get a $100 credit for a future purchase, needless to say, I haven't gotten that either.

The Diamond earrings & necklace are a perfect gift for my daughter's 13th birthday. Layaway is basically non existent in these recent times. So it was very encouraging when I found out the your company provides the layaway service. Plus, I was able to complete two quick payments to have my daughter's gift before her birthday. It's Perfect! I will definitely be doing business with SuperJeweler in the future.

The website would not allow me to add a different shipping address separate from my billing address, even after I repeatedly edited it at the review order page it kept reverting back and auto populating the wrong billing address... it's like the addresses HAVE to be the same despite unclicking the box for same billing and shipping. I am placing the order from my cellphone so maybe that is the issue but still should be looked into. I have an android Samsung s20. Excited about my new earrings though.

I ordered these for my granddaughters 18th birthday. I've ordered from SuperJewery in the past and have been fairly impressed with my orders. However, THIS pr of ear rings came earlier than expected, but one of the posts were bent and the posts are super cheap feeling, so I was afraid I'd bend it or break it trying to bend it straight. This really upset me seeing how I spent more on this goofy because it was for her 18th birthday

I think it's ridiculous that I cannot use my gift card voucher at the same time as a promo code. No where in the terms and conditions does it mention an exclusion from sales, combining other offers, etc. I tried to ask customer service about this. SuperJeweler said they would escalate this issue, however it was the weekend and no one would be in until the beginning of the week. It's been over a week and I've still heard nothing. Terrible customer relations.

Extremely disappointed with every aspect of this business. Untruthful about shipping dates, strung me along for two weeks promising "ASAP" shipping, took off from work to drive in to pick up my jewelry when it wasn't even created yet and ultimately SuperJeweler did a bait and switch and never even had it. Was left without a gift despite being guaranteed several times I would have it in time. Not trustworthy at all. Final resolution was a canceled ordered.

I had some trouble ordering via the website. I spoke to Elise and she was extremely helpful placing my order. Maybe my best online shopping experience to date. SuperJewelers does not wait to hear from the customer, SuperJeweler are in front of this transaction every step. Their communication from order to delivery was second to none. I placed the order on 12/23 with free 2 day shipping expected to go out on 12/29. SuperJewelers overnighted my order, at no additional cost, on 12/23 and it arrived at my home on 12/24. The earrings are beautiful and exactly as described. This company has earned all my future business and trust. If you want a great online experience, look no further. I ordered a diamond pendant and it is very pretty. While I do like it a lot, I feel like the picture on the website didn't represent the actual diamond that I received. The chain it came on is dainty and nice but is shorter than I thought it would be. The certification card that came with my diamond is real grainy and a hard to read. Shopping the website was very easy and my order came very quick. SuperJeweler is amazing about sending communication emails regarding when your item shipped, is arriving and even following up after the delivery which is really nice. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will shop SuperJeweler again.
