Awful customer service and false shipping dates!
I will never order from this company again! Called customer service because I paid $13 for shipping on a product that said it would be 5-7 business days shipping. Swimsuits For All keep telling me that it's not left the facility and that it will be another 10 days before I receive it due to covid! No where does it say in their website that there is shipping delays! Even went and started a dummy order because the agent I spoke to says it says it in there... it says under the shipping on a! Order placed today estimated delivery would be jun 10th! Tell me how my order placed over a week ago is set to be delivered the same day! Then she said that is says it after the order number when the order is placed! Nope I have a screen shot! Spoke to a supervisor and they told me the same thing! Just kept saying we're sorry. There's nothing I can do! I asked for a refund. Nope. Asked for a refund on just my shipping. Nope it's non-refundable. Asked if they could expedite my package since I need it for vacation THIS weekend and the only reason I placed the order... a $90 order at that... is because it said it would be here on time! Nope can't do that either! The first agent was rude as hell too! I asked her to cancel my order because I no longer wanted their product. And she said I would have to pay shipping to ship it back to them! I'm NOT paying a total of $26 shipping for a product I told you to cancel! Save your money and don't order from this awful company!

Horrible C/S, even worse Shipping
First of all, I live in the US Virgin Islands, so I am AWARE that shipping takes longer to get here. But this company is ridiculous and the customer service is Horrible. I ordered 8/10/2017, original arrival date stated 8/2/8/17. Tracking says 9/9/2017. What? Tracking number states it left the swimsuit facility 8/14/2017. It has been sitting FedEx center since 8/17/2017 with no movement as of today, 8/29/2017. Called Swiimsuitsforall... Swimsuits For All said since it left there facility they can't help me any more. Called Fed Ex, they state that Swimsuitsforall changed the shipper from FedEx to USPS. Fed Ex dropped it off in Georgia and USPS has not picked it up yet. USPS states it was never delivered to them from Fed Ex. Swimsuitsforall will not trace, and state it is no longer their issue. I want to cancel, they wont. I am out $78.00. Meanwhile the SUV that I shipped from Indiana was delivered to me in the US Virgin Islands in 9 DAYS! Horrible customer service!

Shady Company
This was my review taken down from their website because it "included shipping issues": I was so excited because it looked so great on Ashley Graham! I bought a size 12 and usually I am a medium/large so I assumed it would be okay, this thing barely covered my boobs and the strings that look cute on the side are too short, Swimsuits For All don't get to dangle on the sides like it shows on the picture. Also, the material felt off, when I started to put it on it stretched a bit and it sounded like it was going to rip. This thing cost me almost $100 including shipping, yes it arrived early which was great, but the packaging came damaged, almost like burned. I am sorry but if I am paying$100 for a swimsuit and expedited shipping it better at least come bubble wrapped. It didn't, it came in a melted bag. While I am looking at returning it, it says in small letters that for a return you need to pay for your own label, of you can use theirs but they will give you a e-gift card and still deduct $7.50 from it. WHAT? So amazing, I pay my shipping here and back for an item that is obviously not as promised, so much for "easy returns." The least they could have done is payed for the return shipping. I basically wasted $30 dollars on this little experience and didn't even get to keep the swimsuit because of how awful it was. I am not buying from this company again, which is a shame because I was trying to embrace it's body positivity! I am sticking with Torrid, thank you.

Worst Experience Ever - Zero Stars
If I could give them a zero stars, I would. I purchased items and returned the items within their 60 day return policy. Called to get my refund as it did not post yet, Swimsuits For All said that they are having issues with their warehouse department and scanning returned merchandise. Had pictures of my return receipts and documents from the post office that it was returned timely and they said they will still not return my money. One customer service representative even told me they do this often and scam their customers and unfortunately they get this complaint often. WHAT, your agent said this and now you will not refund me? You will not be open for long. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will not buy from you and will make sure that I spread the word for this and report you to the Better Business Bureau. By the way, spent 3 hours on the phone with their associates over 2 days. Another representative advised that i was within the time period but their manager is telling them not to give me the credit back. He does not understand why but has to listen to his manager. SCAM!

Swim away from this company!
I have not had a good experience with Swimsuits for All. I had a credit due to me. When I tried to use it, the store could not find it. I called a few times to try to get my credit. I was told that is was from a few months back and needed to be reissued, just wait 5 business days. After repeated calls and no one knew where my credit was, I had a ridiculous answer. I was told that since the credit was over 90 days, it was gone. I asked where and was told "like maybe the state controller of California ". He went on to say it is th law but if I contact, he thinks, the controller, I would get it back. I have never had any merchant do this. I sent back an order last week. I wanted the funds back on my credit card. I do not want to do business with them again. The merchant told me I would have to have $6.95 processing fee if I did not use the E-card for store credit. At this point, I explained I would go the Better Business Bureau. The fee was dropped. Stay away from this company!

Confusing Return/Exchange program
I don't normally write negative reviews... but feel compelled to share my experience here. I ordered 5 pieces (2 bottoms, 2 tops, and a coverup). All but 1 bottom were good. I called to see about an exchange on the one piece. Could not get through to anyone so I completed the online inquiry and explained my situation. I quickly received an extremely confusing response. Return/exchange policy is unclear on the packing slip as well. I tried following the instructions that were sent to me which basically involved: complete a whole new order, use a coupon code for free shipping, and then when Swimsuits For All receive the original package, they will send the exchange and refund what they were going to charge my account for the replacement (weird). I thought ok, something doesn't seem right so I called. Spoke to a customer service representative who was clearly more confused than I was. She told me to send it back, then S4A would issue a credit to my store account. When the credit hit, I was supposed to place another order and then they would send me a replacement bottom. It makes NO sense, an exchange should be one transaction not two and it shouldn't take another month to get my damn suit. Totally ridic! I told the service rep it would be easier and less painful for me to butcher myself to fit into the suit. UGH. I kid... but this is an example of how poor the customer service is. And then she added that it is a confusing process and they are trying to work to change it and basically told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Swimsuits used to be good, now really poorly made.
Don't buy from here! Quality has gone down consistently for four years. My first bathing suits lasted beautifully, but new suits break, and don't last, underwires break out poke you, fall out. Bummer. If you have to call for customer service, expect to be on hold for twenty minutes. Last suits I bought were so bad, tried to return for a refund, Swimsuits For All make it impossible to figure out, I finally ended up just sending them back for a credit, three days too late, and they wouldn't take them. I just got a bag of crappy cheap bathing suits crammed in a bag. Returns are from date THEY ship, and it takes a week and a half at least to get them, and time shipped back counts, so you really only have about 30 days for returns. This was a LOYAL customer from 2016. Thanks for the crappy treatment. Will not shop here again. Ever. The treatment for a loyal customer is really the straw.

Shocked that influences partner with them
I'm so disappointed to see influencers partner with this company.

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and it's been processing the whole time. I reached out to customer service and Swimsuits For All took days to respond. The items have finally "shipped" but are still not at the post office so who knows if and when I will receive them.

The only response that I've received is that shipping times are slow. I've received items from China that have had to travel through customs faster than my order from this company. Handmade Etsy items and made and shipped faster than these orders.

If the company is unable to fulfill requests in a reasonable amount of time, they need to suspend production or find new shipping partners. This is truly unacceptable and I'll be reaching out to influencers who partner with this company.

Terrible customer service and return policy
Stay away from this site, Swimsuits For All are awful to deal with. I am currently trying to get my gift card corrected for a return I made in May (It's July). They only issue an egift card for returns unless you want to pay return shipping and a restocking fee (which will cost you 8.99+plus additional fees). The gift card they issued, didn't work so I called them, they told me they didn't know why it was working and that they would issues a refund to my credit card... well that never came. I called 2 weeks later and said they couldn't do that and they would issue me a new gift card in 72 hours. That was a week ago, I emailed again and they issued me 1/2 of my refund stating that they already issued an egift card for a portion of that 4 weeks ago. I said that was a separate return, stop messing with my money. I am at a loss of over $40.00 at the current moment and every email and phone call I make is someone different. They play games, I am sick of it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I placed an order with them on July 3,2019. I was sent an email stating that my order was shipped. So obviously, I was excited and tried to track the order from their site. However, I kept (and still keep) getting an error, and unable to track the package. I emailed customer service, hoping Swimsuits For All could tell me where my package was... but got an email (from what I assume is NOT a real person) stating that most International orders are received in 15-18 days. Well, its been 17 business days, and I still DO NOT have that order, nor am I able to track this order.

I also emailed about a price adjustment since one of the swimsuits I ordered went on sale, and they replied a whole day later, when it was already gone. Then when I replied sending screenshots of the swimsuit being available when I looked at it, asking for them to price adjustment, as it was still available when I'd emailed them... they didn't ever get back to me (since I'm assuming its automated messages that are being sent out).

I have yet again sent them another email regarding my order... and being unable to track it... but am waiting on a reply. If I do not receive my swimsuit by this Friday... I am getting PayPal involved.

Would warn everyone to stay far away from this terrible company.

Covid Delays
I initiated a return on 08/21 using the shipping label the company provided me. It was one of those "mail innovations" where it started with USPS and switches to UPS. Upon messaging the company for the fedex tracking number it showed my item would not arrive for 21 days! This would put me past the 60 mark. I reached out to the company asking if Swimsuits For All were taking into account shipping delays due to Covid. Karena told me that I received my item on 07/15 and had "PLENTY of time to return." I explained to her that yes, I am returning a whole three weeks before my deadline. To me that's still PLENTY of time. Furthermore, I'm using the shipping label provided by the company. We are going through a pandemic. The company's website clearly states there may be shipping delays and items may arrive after expected delivery date. If they expect us to be understanding, why wouldn't they? I think the company should consider Covid delays for US TOO and should go off of the day the return was initiated. Karena informed me once they recieved my item, which isn't expected to arrive until 09/14 (over 3 weeks), they will mail it back to me. I will never order from them again.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware, shady practices... Be careful that you don't hit 'place order' before entering your promo code which is AFTER that button because Swimsuits For All absolutely will not give you your 40% off if you miss it and you probably will. Your item is probably on backorder but they won't tell you that either, they will reassure you that it's on your way until you get a mailer a week later advising you of your delay. Try calling customer service you say? Pointless, they can do nothing about the promo code and they can do nothing about canceling your order which is absolutely insane. I should be able to cancel my order anytime as long as it has not been shipped.

After vocally calling them out to do something about my dissatisfaction as a customer, instead they chose to block me on Instagram so that I am not able to post bad reviews discouraging consumers from falling for their fraud. Do not buy from this company!

Very poor customer service.
I ordered and paid for expedited, Super Fast Shipping which "Will arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern)." I received my confirmation email on Wednesday at 10:52am. My package will not arrive until Monday, May 24 which is after I leave on my vacation. NO WHERE did it state that there would be this delay. I did get a pop-up stating that not all items (specifically, the free gift) would be available to ship that quickly. I would have gone to a brick & mortar store had I been honestly informed. I have been a customer for years and referred many friends and family members. No more. I will return the 3 swimsuits I purchased as soon as I return from my vacation and never order again from Swimsuits For All. In addition, the customer service representative was rude and continually talked over me.

Customer Service Nightmare!
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Received with treads hanging off and terrible quality. NO PACKING SLIP. I called customer service and explained everything and was told Swimsuits For All would send me a return label and I would not have to pay postage. Never tried it on. I have photos of protective strip and label still attached and thread hanging. I am told today when I called to inquire about my label that I would get a gift card or they would deduct 9.99 for shipping. Then I went on the reviews and am afraid if I ever do get a label I won't get any money back because the girl I spoke to kept saying I would get a gift card. All I wanted was my money back. I will never ever shop this company again. They are a total rip off. I am afraid to send this horrible swimsuit back as I probably won't get my money back. Tried to add a photo but won't take it. Surprise Surprise

LIARS, THIEVES AND SHYSTERS
I cannot not emphasize enough… DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LOSERS. Swimsuits For All will, "oh your order shipped this morning". It didn't. I contacted the company to cancel the order advised them I would refuse any order that arrived at my door and that I would be contacting my credit card company. I sent the letter to the address provided on their website the same day, May 5. NO RESPONSE. NONE.

Then I see they have changed my credit card on May 12. Seven days AFTER IT SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED and, well all know, they don't ship BEFORE they process the charge. So lies, lies, lies. These are coming from CHINA and the orders must be placed by smoke signal for the length of time it takes just to get the order processed, then another 12 - 14 days shipping on top. OH PLEASE! HOWEVER, I have received two catalogs since placing the order on April 26th but no swimsuits. UNBELIEVABLE.

The Customer service rep which is a contradiction in terms and such a joke, talked over me the entire time as did the Supervisor I spoke with today in an utter rage. That's their ploy talking over you. These people are rude, discourteous and incompetent. They DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOU, YOUR ORDER, OR YOUR OPINION. ALL THEY WANT IS TO SEPARATE YOU FROM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEN DISPUTE RETURNING IT TO YOU BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE/PRODUCTS AND SIZES ARE CRAP.

Clearly they are unconcerned about their business reputation because there will be just another sap down the road who will bite.

I am BEYOND enraged.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.

I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.

I mailed my return on 7/23, and Swimsuits For All have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.

I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

They refund in gift card not $$
When my order arrived, the products seemed nice but did not come close to fitting. I returned them using the attached return label. I order online from retailers often and the standard process is the retailer will give you a refund minus the shipping charges when you return using their label. Not so with SwimsuitsForAll. Instead, Swimsuits For All give you a gift card. You have to search the fine print on their return label to find this out. Since my money was tied up in a gift card, I placed a second order. These items were far from fitting as well. I think the sizes are way off. I just called and asked how to return these items and get my original money back. They said that since I paid with a gift card, they will give me another gift card. They said had I asked for my money back after they gave me the first gift card, they could have given me the money back. But now that I used the gift card, they cannot do that. How on earth was I supposed to know that they do things differently than the dozens of other online retailers I have shopped with. I a furious. Their swimsuits do not fit and they are keeping my money.

Horrible company and return policy
All the negative reviews about this website are completely true. Swimsuits For All make you falsely believe you can return items for a refund but that isn't true. The swimsuits are not true to size so when you get them and find out they are cheaply made and are falling apart right out of the package and they don't fit you believe you can just use the label and return them. That isn't true. Do not use their label. Go spend $12 at UPS and get the tracking information for your package because they will scam you right out of your money if you don't. Customer service is rude and this is a terrible company. I will never order from here again. You can buy better quality swimsuits, that will fit you, get them a lot sooner, not pay for shipping or return shipping, and be satisfied with your purchase and your experience at other reputable company websites, but I cannot say that about this one.

Returned full order almost two months ago and have not received confirmation/refund
On April 7,2021 I ordered from www.swimsuitsforall.com. The order total was $184.01. The order was shipped on April 21,2021. The order was delivered April 29,2021. I returned the full order, which included all three items, the week of May 07,2021.

I returned my order according to the swimsuitsforall policy. I opted to use the form on the back on my paper invoice. I opted for a refund to my original method of payment. I used the ‘easy return label' included in my original order. According to the policy, once swimsuitsforall processed my return, I should receive a confirmation email. The policy indicates it should take about 2 weeks to receive and process my return. As of June 21,2021 I have not received any confirmation email.

I waited to give the processing center additional time due to COVID-19 restrictions. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times over the course of waiting for my refund. I entered my phone number as well as my order number and the machine said it could not locate my order. The most recent attempt to contact customer service was on June 21,2021. I also submitted an email request on June 21,2021 with my issue. To date I am unable to track my return and have not received my refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have submitted a request via online form on the swimsuitsforall website, the FullBeauty Brand website and the BBB to investigate.

Amazing Selection & Quality Swimsuits in Every Size!
I simply wanted to share a great online shopping experience I had on a website I never knew about before - swimsuitsforall.com! It's really tough finding good quality, competitively priced bathing suits in my size once the summer begins... so I did a search for women's plus size swimsuits and found this site. I couldn't believe the variety of suits, including chlorine resistant swimsuits that are perfect for my pool. I ordered a one piece, a swimdress, several tankini tops, a high waist bottom and a few cute coverups. Their size charts made it easy for me to figure out what size to buy and the site was simple to navigate. I checked out quickly, although I wish Swimsuits For All accepted PayPal, and received my order in just 6 days. A few of the suits were too big, but I exchanged them using their pre-paid return stuff and got my exchange a few days later. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will absolutely shop this website again. They seem to offer really good discounts - I'm now on their email list and get frequent emails about their sales.

Horrible customer service!
I am from Canada and ordered a swimsuit from that store on January 20th. Had to pay 22$ US for express shipping (6 to 11 days delivery). I sent a first email on February 4th to advise them I still didn't receive my order. Swimsuits For All sent me back an automatic email that was not even answering my question. So I sent them back another email to let them know my question remained unanswered. They finally answered a real answer and told me that the carrier didn't update my order status since January 23rd and they didn't know where was my order. But I had to leave them 25 business days before starting to complain. So I paid for express shipping and shouldn't complain that the shipping wasn't express at all. I still did not receive my package yet. And reading the other reviews I'll have to pay overpriced customs if I ever receive it. Think twice before buying there!

Return process is a pain
While the product I received was very good quality it didn't fit as I wanted so I sent it back. I used the return label Swimsuits For All provided and requested a refund instead of an exchange, expecting that refund to be issued to my credit card. The label did state there would be a charge to cover shipping. When I was issued a refund via gift card I was told I would have a $10 fee because I didn't provide my own return label and they don't have that option on their return label. I understand that sometimes return shipping is not reimbursed and I'm ok with that but if you provide a return label, I don't think it's right to not give th option to refund my card or make it clear that I needed to provide my own label. I've never seen a company do this before and it also took a couple weeks to get all of this straightened out.

Hope You Don't Have to Return...
Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren't many places you can buy this brand. I can't say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and Swimsuits For All would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!

HORRIBLE
This is by far the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I tried canceling my order right away and Swimsuits For All said I only have 25 minutes to cancel. However I was on hold 45 minutes before I could get anyone to respond. They would not cancel it, did not send me a return shipping label. I called back waited another 45 minutes took 1 week to get a return shipping label emailed to me after I called and emailed them multiple times. I also requested they put the money back on my original form of payment and they told me I would get an E-Gift Card. I was then put on hold waiting for a supervisior because I did not want this suit to begin with and they hung up on me while I was waiting. I had requested original form of payment when I spoke to them the week prior and it seemed to be no problem, but now it is. It is not fair to get a gift card when I am returning an unopened package that Ive been canceling since the minute I placed the order. I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. Not to mention I placed 2 other orders that day (before I knew the hell I would be dealing with) and they canceled 1 order and could not explain to me the reason it was canceled. I literally have NO IDEA how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Don't shop with Swimsuits For All or any of their related companies
I have been shopping with Swimsuits For All, and their many related companies (Woman Within, Full Beauty, Roaman's, King Sized, Brylan Home, etc.) for years now. I swim a lot and purchase a LOT of suits. I have never once had a return problem until now. I purchased 3 swimsuits in the size I regularly buy. Every single one of them were FAR smaller than the same exact suit, same exact size as I had previously purchased. I sent them back for an exchange. Got the replacements: one of which was just as bad sizing wise. I returned that one for a store credit, which now I will never use. That was a month ago.

Today I received all three of the original suits back in the mail with a note saying that Swimsuits For All were "old/worn merchandise" and were refusing the return... AFTER they had already charged me for and shipped the replacements. Called customer service wanting to know what the hell was going on. I was told that they recently changed their return policy from 90 days to 60 days, and apparently in the chaos of the holiday season I missed this new deadline by a couple of days. I own a retail store, it was December. It didn't occur to me to check and see if they changed their return policy. I was told by "Eric" that a lot of this has been happening, but too bad, nothing can be done. Oh, and "Sorry for the inconvenience."

I guess each and every time I make one of my many purchases from any of these companies, that I must thoroughly read every bit of their website to be sure they haven't changed their policies. I have been regularly buying about 80% of my clothing from these companies for about 10 years now. I swim about 4 times a week and go through bathing suits fast. I can't begin to guess the number of times I've recommended Swimsuits For All to people at the aquatic center. I'll be letting everyone one of them (some who started shopping with them) know that this is NOT a reputable company any more.

Great job Swimsuits For All! Not only have they lost a long time customer of ALL their brands, I will be canceling all of their branded credit cards and will be certain to spread the word that none of these companies can be trusted.

Buyer Beware - False Advertising - Never Again
In regards to trying to use credit Feb. 2021. In late Nov 2018 I ordered four different swimsuit sytles in hopes that one or all would fit for a vacation. Unfortunately only 2 of the 4 fit. After looking at their return policies I was going to get very little back with return shipping (for each suit), etc. I opted for their "Never Expires" credit instead and returned them. In February of 2021 I went to place an order and it said my credit which was in the form of an E-Gift Card that "NEVER EXPIRES" was "Not Found". I called Customer Service and Swimsuits For All were of no help at all! She was very smug and first told me I shouldn't have waited so long (2 yrs and 1 month). Insisting I wanted them to look into where my credit had gone she put me on hold for a minute and then tells me that after 3 years of nonuse they are dumped from the system and sent to the govenment as unclaimed funds. After I hung up I realized it hadn't been 3 yrs, it was 2 yrs and 1 month (rcvd credit 12/27/18). So I have been searching weekly to find my unclaimed funds and nothing! I sent them an email 6 weeks ago asking where my money is, received an email stating they received it and would be responding back and nothing. Looks like I am out $92.00 and they have doubled their money by selling the suit twice. FRAUD.

Absolutely horrible 0 out of 5 needs to be and option
I purchased 3 swimsuits on March 12 and after over a month on April 20th I received 1 swimsuit. I contacted the them with my order info and Swimsuits For All gave me some story about some items taking longer because they are "customized" by the factory and told me my items would be shipped. Then May 13th I received a second package from them which included 3 random swimsuits, none of which are the ones I ordered and one wasn't even the same size as the ones I ordered. So I sent another message and their response was that they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep the swimsuits that I did not order, they also said that the reason they sent those swimsuits was that mine were no longer available so the sent something similar. The swimsuits still say they are in stock on the website and the swimsuits they sent look nothing like the ones I ordered. Then they sent me a picture of the swimsuits they said the sent with arrows pointing to them saying that one was what I ordered which is not the case (it's a one piece and I ordered bikinis only) and is also not one of the swimsuits I received. Then they said the one was "a gift", I don't even know what that one is other than not my size and some one piece unitard looking thing, not even sure if it is a swimsuit. Then the 3rd one was supposed to be the wrong style, but similar to something else I ordered. That is the only thing they actually got right it is in fact the wrong style, wrong swimsuit, and wrong color. When I said I wanted a full refund because their policy states if they are at fault they will refund you in full, they started offering a percentage of my money back. I have told them I am not paying anything for items I did not receive nor items I didn't order. I also sent them a screen shot of their return policy on the website saying if it is their mistake they will cover shipping and a full refund will be given. They are not honoring their policy and it was their mistake. I waited 2 months and still haven't received the swimsuits I ordered and paid for! Do not ever order from them they will just send you random items and expect you to be happy!

Garbage company
DO NOT buy from swimsuitsforall.com! Good lord. So, a friend and I placed an order from here on July 8th, 2019. We paid $30 extra for express shipping. On July 17th, I came home to a notice on my door from Canada Post saying I owed $70 in custom charges. Now, while I am well aware this is not the companies fault, this has never happened to me and I was disappointed. With the USD to CAD conversion at what it is, we had already spent over $200 and were not willing to spend another $70 for our bathing suits. So, I phoned the company to make sure I could send it back, asked if there was any charges associated with that and was told no, simply refuse the package and we will refund your money when we receive the package back within 1-2 weeks. Okay, great. So, I phoned my local post office and asked them to ship it back. Swimsuits For All advised they would. I checked with them again in a week to make sure it was sent and they advised it was shipped back that day and sent across the border within a few days. Now, I have been in contact with this company for the past month, only to received terrible customer sevice. I have been extremely polite, as I have worked in customer service in the past and I understand that it is not the agents fault. I have been hung up on 4 times. I have been been called a liar, and told that "there's no way you sent it back when you said you did because we would have received it by now". I've been told it take 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks and even 3 months for return shipping. The tracking number I was provided with (from the company) never worked. I was told that they have absolutely no way to track the package. I was told twice that my order number doesn't exist, even after spelling it out phonetically, and then hung up on. I've been put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, without anyone coming back to check on me, only to be left thinking they're avoiding me. Then, finally, on August 20th, I was told that they were able to track the package, the last update is that it was in Chicago on August 8th. Chicago is a 3 hour drive from Indianapolis (which is where their company is located). I don't understand why it would take 2+ weeks for it to get from Chicago to Indianapolis. I asked them to provide me the tracking number, but it didn't work and she couldn't give me an answer as to why they could apparently track it but I couldn't. So I once again politely ended the conversation. That is also the day I wrote them a message on Facebook, explaining the lack of customer service I have received (on the phone until now, figured I'd try a different channel) and I just simply wanted my refund. They got back to me today after I sent an additional message, only to tell me that they are only giving me a partial refund because I have to pay for the shipping to and from their store. Seriously?! I didn't even accept the package. I checked with them before hand to make sure there wouldn't be any charges. Honestly, I wouldn't even be complaining if I had have received good or even fair customer service along this way, but I didn't. I received horrible customer service and definitely will not be ordered from here again. I'm honestly just exhausted from dealing with this, and don't feel that anyone should have to deal with this. I should have listened to the reviews. On another note, I had absolutely amazing service and found the perfect bathing suit from the girls at Pennington's. Highly recommend! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and honest! Thanks girls.

I loved their products but really disappointed!
I ordered on 4th of June, then waited for shipping, send them too many emails, no answer... Then I contacted with Corinne, thanks her, she answered and led me... Swimsuits For All told that they cancelled my product cause of wrong billing address, I said ok it could be my fault, I can order again, please cancelled the provision you take from my bank then I can get my money back... they told me they did!
It's 20 th of June now, my bank told me if they cancelled end of the day, then money would automatically back to my account... my bank send me the approval code that swimsuitsforall didn't cancelled, my bank cant do anything, soo I send them the code and still waiting them to cancel... to get my money back for the product I never get...
Everything mustn't be that hard, if they really canceled my provision at the end of the day as they said, I would be ordered my new suit but I really get tired... Please be carefull while ordering!

Don't do it - it's not worth it.
So disappointed. My first order has been a disaster. I ordered via PayPal and got an order number from PayPal and an explanation that the payment would go through when S4A accepted the order. When I followed up with S4A after it was pending for 5 days I was told that Swimsuits For All did not have an order. So I canceled it on PayPal and ordered and paid by credit card online. I ordered a size 10 top and size 12 bottom, which is reflected in my order. I received a size 10 top and a size 12 top, and no bottom. When I called customer service there were no longer any size 12's or 14's. I was offered a size 10 or 18. Which is not helpful when I am a size 12 or 14. The agent accused me of being rude when I said that, which is not rude, it's stating the obvious. Don't offer my something that is obviously useless to me. I now have the burden returning the item to and waiting for the apparently incompetent warehouse to receive it before I am refunded. And I don't want a gift card as I will NEVER shop here again.

I was so excited at the prospect of finally finding a swimsuit to fit me, and bought into it because Ashley Graham is a spokesperson, and the experience, from first order, to canceled first order, to second order, to receiving that incorrect order, and then being treated like an inconvenience by the 'customer service' representative when I dared to express frustration, has been awful. I will not be shopping with them again.
