Summary: order directly through a customer service rep over the phone. GREAT customer service!

I originally ordered a couple of suits online. (Turns out that their return policy was a little odd: if you order a 2-piece as a set, you HAVE to return it as a set and Swimsuits For All don't offer all of their 2-pieces as their individual items. Alright, that's fine.) I had made another shopping cart before the first package arrived, but didn't actually order it, yet. Once the first one arrived, I realized I would need different sizes, so I called the customer service line about their policy to switch sizes/color, and got codes so the order would be an even exchange. The woman I talked to was very polite and helpful; she made sure the second order priced up correctly. Immediately after I hung up, I removed the items from my shopping cart I didn't want, and only ordered the 2 suits that I wanted for the exchange. By the end of the online order, it said I was only being charged the exchange amount for the replacement 2; however, when I went to check the shipping status for the order a few days later, it had charged me for the suits that I KNOW I took out of the cart. I was LIVID. I called the customer service line the instant I saw that. Again, the woman I talked to was very kind, polite, and helpful. Although there was nothing she could do to change the order (it had already shipped out) I could just send back everything I didn't want and it should be ok. She also helped me place a third order, because I needed a different size than was in the second. She made sure the price was the same, because the code I had wasn't working correctly. I do wish that because the second order was a fiasco, I would have been able to get the expedited shopping for free, but oh well. (And after reading the reviews, it sounds like this situation is not uncommon - additional items charged that were taken out of the cart before finalizing the order.)
I have not returned anything, yet, because I'm waiting to see if this last order will actually fit; so I'm a little wary about that part of it.
I do wish I had read the reviews, because I would have just ordered directly from a rep.
I absolutely DESPISE shopping for swimsuits, and this ordering process has been quite a trek. The only redeeming thing has been the customer service reps.
I just hope it gets here and fits, because I'm going on vacation the day it's set to arrive, and I really want to take it with me!
P.S. Be wary of the colors. The website doesn't give an accurate picture of many of them. (All of the ones I ordered ranged from a bit diffferent to WILDLY different.)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!
This company is a joke. I bought a swimsuit, didn't love it - returned it. It took 10 DAYS to get from Kalamazoo, MI to Indianapolis, IN. It arrived and then it took them days to even register that it was returned. Then it took them over a week to process the "e gift card" even though their website says 3 business days to be processed. During the time it took me to wait for the e-gift card, the swimsuit I wanted sold out. Fine. I picked a new one. It came and even though I ordered two sizes LARGER than my normal size, it was TINY. So I have to send a suit back AGAIN. Spoke to a customer service representative - and she agreed because of the inconvenience she would give me free over night shipping ( I was leaving for vacation #1 of 2 in 2 days). That was nice. Well, the day comes for me to leave and no swimsuit. I call and Swimsuits For All said there was an internal billing issue (I know what it was - the customer service rep who placed my order over the phone didn't charge me tax, so I am sure it looked suspicious - but NOT MY PROBLEM!). The manager, maybe his name was John? I wrote it down but can't find it. He had no remorse whatsoever. I asked him for store credit, a refund - SOMETHING... and NOTHING. They have to have the item to process the return. So the swimsuit arrived after I left for vacation. I come home, open it up and the swimsuit bottom is there... but NO TOP. They sent a GIANT NIGHTGOWN. I am livid. I have never been so angry with a company. They have $156 of my money and I HAVE NO SWIMSUIT. This is failure provide the goods and services that are promised with monetary payment. I gave them a scenario: Say this is a restaurant. I order a burger and they bring out a burrito. The restaurant would not expect me to pay for the burrito. Do you want to know their reply? We are a swimsuit company, not a restaurant. WELL DUH. THAT'S NOT THE POINT. So now I have to return ANOTHER package to them and WAIT for my refund. This place is a JOKE. Do not buy. There are so many size inclusive brands now. Forget this place.

SWIMSUITS FOR ALL CLAIMS TO HAVE CREDITED THE ECARD IN AN EMAIL, HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL. I CAN SEE NO SUCH RECORD OF THE RETURN ON MY ORDER HISTORY, ONLY THE PURCHASE.

Swimsuits For All ARE NOW SAYING THAT THE $100 CREDIT IS NOT TRACEABLE BECAUSE THEY PURGE THEIR RECORDS EVERY 90 DAYS - I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A PRACTICE... IT IS RIDICULOUS!

WHAT A RACKET. I WONDER HOW MUCH MONEY THEY MAKE SCREWING CONSUMERS OUT OF CREDITS THIS WAY?

I THINK THIS POLICY MAY IN FACT BE ILLEGAL.

Garbage company
Absolute scam of a company. I placed an order over $100 on 4/18/2021. I still have not received it (as of 5/12/2021). Since I knew it wouldn't be here in time I contacted customer service to cancel and when Swimsuits For All finally responded a few days later they said they can't cancel it while in "processing". On 5/7 a "label was created" which they called shipped yet it hasn't moved since. Never buy from this company.

-$20 in shipping regardless what or how much you buy.
-Package didn't ship for a month yet they say they can't cancel it even before it ships
-Website customer service chat does not work
-Return policy is garbage. If you use their return label you get store credit only. If you pay your own shipping back you still get charged a $10 restocking fee on top of being out shipping costs both ways.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wish I had read some reviews before ordering from this company. I placed my order on 6/13, nearly $200. On 6/16, I received notification that my order had shipped and a tracking number was provided. I tracked it every day and it continued to show that it would update once Fed Ex received the package. I called the company, with no luck of getting through to someone. So, I sent an email. No response. Fast forward a few more days, to 6/21. Still shows the same thing, package hasn't made it to Fed Ex yet. I send another email. Nothing. 6/22, shows package has shipped, with an estimated delivery of 6/30. I emailed a third time. It's now nearing 9pm on 6/25 and still no response. I just sent a 4th message, email and on Facebook. I do not recommend purchasing from here. There are several other sites that I had been on but chose this company. Big mistake.

SERIOUSLY - stay away
I wish I never ordered from this site. I ordered 4 bathing suits through 2 separate orders, and paid over 300$. I was willing to swallow the price for quality and fit as I am plus size and have a hard time finding cute swim styles for my body. 3 weeks after I placed both orders I hadn't heard anything pertaining to my order and tried to cancel. Although neither order shipped, customer service told me Swimsuits For All couldn't be cancelled. I requested that my shipping at least be refunded, since I would just be returning them all anyway, to which they did not agree. About 2 weeks later my suits showed up. One of them fit 2 sizes too small, and the rest were essentially Forever21 quality. I decided to keep one, and it started to visibly fall apart after the first wear (sunbathing only). I returned the remaining 3 suits 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep. They also deduct 9.99$ from your return, which is so upsetting seeing that I didn't want the order after it took forever for it to ship. I essentially paid 50$ just to get these shipped, and 90$ for a crappy swimsuit. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the headache.

Horrible company and service!
I had returned some bathing suits and received an e-card for credit on them. When I used he e-card for a portion of the amount and then returned those items, Swimsuits For All did not reimburse the e-card and then said they would not find the information on the e-card and therefore I am now out 103.19. This company says the e-card does not expire, but if you try to use it past 90 days of the credit, the card is no longer on file with them ad they can't help so you are out the money. Unbelievable. This company has quite the racket of scamming going on. This is a a copy of my transcript with one of the service agents this morning. I
Received an e-card and placed an order *******5007 with it for 80.17 and then returned the items and never got anything to say it had been refunded back t the e-gift card. Now even the remainder of the e-gift card won't come up.

It says on the site that e-cards do not expire... I will make sure to write a review of the company to let others know of the experience. I just looked up the reviews from others and found that most people were dissatisfied so I guess I should have looked first before ever purchasing in the first place.

Return Issues for a Canadian Client
I ordered 3 items from swimsuits for all in late March (for 152.88CAD), and Swimsuits For All came promptly. Unfortunately the fit and the fabric were not what I was looking for so I started a return. Their fixed rate Canadian dollar return option led to a broken website. After trying to contact them repeatedly I ended up going to Canada Post and just paying for my own return (I would recommend this, I think it ends up being cheaper). I contacted a rep via the chat box to confirm my return was received and being processed. They quoted me a refund of $128.25 (you don't get back taxes, duties or shipping). After waiting almost a month with no credit appearing, I followed up. They confirmed that my return was received but that the refund hadn't been issued and it would now be issued for $114.80 (with an additional 5-7 business day wait). When I asked about the difference in price I was told that the 128 was in USD and somehow that turned into 114$ CAD in their system. After asking for clarification several times and getting non-sensical and conflicting responses, I gave up (hopefully at least the $114 will arrive). I'm now out 65$ and have no swimsuits to show for it. I really would not recommend ordering from this site, especially as a Canadian.

Don't buy a 2 piece that is sold separately! Invoice# 38507-0999/3
Ordered my wife a bathing suit which was a 2 piece shown together in the photo, but sold seperately. The bottom came in quickly, but the top was back ordered for 3 months. The top was oddly sized and would not form correctly like a normal swim suit top. We were both disappointed and shipped both back to the company. 30 days late my wife received a credit for her top. 90 days later her bottom comes back to her in the mail saying that it was returned due to going past the grace period. I called them and explained to them that it was not our fault that the top was back ordered 90 days. There argument was that Swimsuits For All were 2 separate pieces sold separately and they could not due anything. They were sorry, really? What a way to lose customers. Luckily, the credit can be used for Woman Within which we have had good luck with. However it is the point of doing business with customer so they come back to shop. Horrible company that does NOT make their customer first. Too bad you can't do zero or negative stars like others have suggested!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I regret that I did not read online reviews about this company before I perused their website and ordered a swimsuit from them. I had been looking around the site and had added a few items to the shopping cart to make a final decision from the items that caught my interest. Before submitting the order, I removed all other items I didn't want and left just 1 item in the cart. I proceeded to checkout and ordered that one item. But then I got an email from them stating that I had purchased two items -- one of the removed items had been put back into my cart. I emailed them within an hour but Swimsuits For All replied (the next business day) that they couldn't help me. So I called their customer service line and was told that they can't change any orders after 1 hour of it being placed. It didn't matter that I had contacted them in writing within that deadline -- they too said they couldn't help me. So, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I will never do business with SwimsuitsForAll and I will warn everyone I know to likewise avoid doing business with them.

Customer support is a complete JOKE
I placed an order for an item. Less than 24 hrs later, that item was significantly cheaper. I emailed them to see if Swimsuits For All would refund the difference. They emailed me back that the item I ordered was not the item I ordered. That I actually ordered two items that were significantly more expensive. What "customer support" was telling me was completely contrary to my order history on their website, the confirmation email, the charge to my credit card, and what I actually received. I couldn't even address the cost discrepancy because they could not get past the fact that I ordered what I said I did. Were they lying about my order on purpose so they didn't have to address the refund? Screenshot shows my order plain as day. Seriously, this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with ever, and I am a frequent online shopper.

The Worst
Took over a month to get initial order. Exchanged it all for different suits in a different size. Took over a month for exchange to be processed and then several weeks later I received an email that my order was on its way. The email showed that 2/3 of the original suits I had ordered were being resent in two random sizes and my card was changed for them. The suits I had hoped to exchange for were not on their way. When I called customer service I waited for almost an hour and was told by both the rude representative that answered the phone and an even ruder manager that I would have to wait until I received the incorrect suits, send them back and wait for another exchange to be processed or purchase the suits that I actually wanted now and get store credit once I send the incorrect suits back and Swimsuits For All are processed. I am now about 3 months into this whole mess, am out $100, have no suits and there is no way I am giving this company anymore money. I will be disputing their charges with my bank.

They added over $100 worth of merchandise to my order
I ordered 1 bathing suit yesterday with express shipping. I look at my order confirmation email today to see Swimsuits For All added an additional bathing suit and coverup that I never ordered to my order. I call to get them taken off they tell me we have to try and cancel the whole order but will not give me a cancellation confirmation and can not even guarantee that my order will get cancelled. I read the reviews was very hesitating to order but decided I would try with 1 bathing suit. I never dreamed they would just add to my order and charge my card more than I agreed to in the order I was placing online. Should have been an easy fix with customer service but everyone on here is correct the customer service is not really even connected with the company it is outsourced. What company does not give you a confirmation for an order cancellation? The first customer service guy had to actually call somewhere else to get a supervisor for me and she gave me a different story than the first guy. He said had to cancel the order completely and I would see refund in 3-4 days she said not sure if she could stop the order. Don't know what suits are actually like in terms of quality but order system and customer service are basically criminal!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a swimsuit on February 13th, 2021 for a vacation on March 11th. After 2 weeks the only information on the "track my package " was that my suit shipped on Feb. 18th. When I called customer service an uninterested and unhelpful representative told me it could take up to 18 BUSINESS days for my package to arrive by USPS. Although I checked the "track my package " function daily, it never had any information except the shipping date. A second call to customer service after 18 business days yielded the same result as the first: no information on when my suit would arrive, no interest in actually providing anything but a useless and insincere semi-apology. My swimsuit arrived on March 16th, too late for my vacation. Fortunately I ordered another from Amazon, and it arrived in 3 days in time for my trip. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon--Swimsuits For All carry the same brands and sizes and deliver in days, not weeks.

Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Shipping Policies
Absolutely horrible shipping and customer service policies. If you order standard shipping it takes 4-5 weeks to arrive. I placed an order on April 9 and paid for three day shipping. I leave on vacation April 21 and figured 12 days was more than enough time to receive my item with 3 day shipping for my trip. When I got the confirmation for shipping email it showed the suit would not be arriving until May 2, more than 3 weeks after I placed the order! I contacted customer service in which Swimsuits For All emailed me a response saying they accidentally shipped it ground and would refund the shipping fees. That doesn't do me any good as I ordered the swimsuit for the upcoming vacation. I called customer service in which they said there wasn't a mistake it's just that they don't offer three day shipping to where I live which is hawaii. When I asked why she said because it is considered international. Are you serious? She said there wasn't a single thing she could do. No apology, no explanation, instead it was more of oh well too bad. I asked to speak to someone else in which her response was "everyone else will tell you the same thing". She finally got someone who said he was a manager and all he kept saying was "sorry but we can't give you a refund or do anything about it. Hawaii is international shipping." When I explained that I won't even be home when the suit arrives as I will be on vacation and no one will be able to get the package that should have been here tomorrow, his response was "can't you find someone to help you? There's absolutely nothing we can do. Three day shipping isn't available to hawaii because it's considered international shipping." Absolutely no help. If three day shipping wasn't available to hawaii why did they allow it as an option, why did they just ship the order standard without contacting me to inform me of their error and their policy and to see if I still wanted the item? I will never use them again. Their lack of professionalism in handling issues and concerns are the worst I have ever encountered with a company. I wonder if Ashley Graham knows about this scam and supports it? I will definitely stick with Venus Swimwear which is based out of Florida and gets me my product in two days.

Shop locally.
Beware of using your credit card for this website. Upon a return I was issued a e-gift card instead of the monies being returned to my credit card. Swimsuits For All do not have a override in their system to correct this problem. Even if it was their mistake. Your stuck with a e-gift card. Sizes are not true to size. I range from a size 14 to 22 with swimsuits for all. So there wouldn't of been a problem in the first place if they were true to size. I took the size off a bathing suit same brand, again how could my suit at home say 14 and I needed a size 20 or 22. How is this possible? I agree with Sandy M. Shop your local companies in your area. They value & appreciate a return customer & business. I'm a business owner myself. I dislike reviews. But sometimes they are a learning tools. I was taught in 101 business, make the customer happy. They have not, therefore you lost me as a customer. Deb B.

Terrible, don't do it!
I am now 25 days post order, all of my items were in stock when I ordered, projected time for package to arrive was 10-14 days. Now on day 25 & my order is "on it's way", which has been the status for 10 days now. I called customer service. I appreciate Swimsuits For All employ teenagers who need a summer job bc we all need to start some place but the staff are not the most... competent. That said, I also support the creative responses to how much longer until my package arrives. I feel the kid that was "helping" me should try college & creative writing bc he has mad skills on imagination! My projected time line, tentatively, possibly, but he could not really say, was 30 days for my package to arrive. Looks like it will not arrive by my vacation, which just forces me to rethink my puritan beliefs of wearing clothes at the beach. Thanks Swimsuits For All for forcing me to see the bigger picture & not to sweat the small stuff. It has certainly been challenging in dealing w/this company. I will never order from them again. Save yourself the aggravation, please.

Horrible
First off I have never spoke with a ruder team of people in my life. I placed my order 9 days ago... 5 business days... Swimsuits For All still haven't even processed my order. And won't tell me even a n estimate on when they will be sending the product out. I asked if at this point I could just cancel and get my money back for my thousand dollar suit (sarcastic), they told me I only have ONE HOUR to change my order. So at this point we are working on 10 business days not even processed the order and won't give me my money back! I understand things are running behind these days and I told both the ladies I talked to that I understood that but that unlike other websites that state due to covid 19 things take longer, they have nothing on their homepage or anywhere that I could go d that says they will be processing behind schedule. If that was the case I wouldn't have purchased I needed it for a specific time. Overall no help or explaination for the customers and the ladies both supervisor and customer service very very rude. Didn't make sense to me that if they are behind in processing orders why they couldn't give me my money back and cancel the order it's going to get here at least a week late if not later.

Return for credit
Hello, I have purchased from this company for a few years now. I made a purchase in early Feb. 6,2020 and I needed to return 5 items for different sizes. I called the company and the associate told me use the return label and i will place a new order for your new sizes, So I proceed to do so per her instruction. She placed my new order and it charged my card. I got my new order with the new sizes. I also got my order order i sent back to the company, sent back to me again as Swimsuits For All said it was past the 60 days. Its been a touch 10 weeks during this Covid time and I asked if they would at least give me a credit, i would spend the money with their company, just please take the merchandise back... please give me a credit. $204.00 worth. Nope, they wouldn't budge... I will not be buying from them again, I'm so disappointed... I'm stuck with these 5 items and at a loss for $204.00. So Upset!

SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE PPL ARE CROOKED
My first time ordering from Swimsuits for all. I was excited for the Ashley Graham collaboration. Sadly it's been a month since I purchased the item and still haven't Received it. I've been passed on from customer up to customer up. When I asked for a refund I was told that international shipping was 15 to 18 business days. Now I am informed that I have to wait 25 days in order to get a refund so Swimsuits For All can declare my item las received it. I can't tell women enough SAVE YOUR MONEY these people are crooked!
