Three Bird Nest

I've placed three separate orders over the past few months with Three Bird Nest and have been very happy. I received the right products, Three Bird Nest looked like the photos, the measurements listed online seem to be very correct - everything has fit as I thought it would, which is great because it always worries me when I order clothes I can't try on. And I'm at the top of their sizes, a large or xl and a 14 or l/xl in other brands. The clothes are not super high quality, but I watch for good sales and then a top or skirt or wrap for $20-$30 is a totally reasonable if not even a bargain for their clothes.

I've ben waiting to purchase the Wren because it was a bit pricy, so when Three Bird Nest were on sale I grabbed two! So excited! Both seem to have weird cut edges where it's. Raw. I understand we're human, and you can't really see it, but it's kinda irritating. Other than that, they're comfortable!

Purchased a kimono that fell apart at the seams, literally, the first time I put it on. Would not refund my money, only offered store credit and only for half of what I spent. Then Three Bird Nest somehow blocked all my comments from showing up on their Facebook as well as their Instagram, without me being aware. It would show that I had left the comment, and it could be seen when logged in to my account, but not if you looked from anyone else's.

Love 3BN but don't like that I can't see my total until I've already logged into PayPal. I prefer typing in coupon codes before continuing to payment. If a code is corrupt, I would have needlessly logged in my personal information. Thank you for the feedback option. It shows that you care about your customers.

I've loved everything I e got actually last week I got my outfit of the week the soft lounge set too and shorts with the knee high knit SoCal and my socks came undone at the seam putting them on I will email a pic I haven't got to wear them yet. Was wondering if I could send them back and get another

It's kind of hard to see where to put in the discount codes on the Shop pay. I made that mistake once before and ended up having to message and get a refund. It might be a good idea to just automatically apply the discount to the product instead of having the customer do it a check out

When I had an issue with the shipment of my clothing order, Three Bird Nest was quick to respond. Three Bird Nest made the whole reorder and replacement process so easy, and when one of my items was sold out after lost in shipping, they were kind enough to make some suggestions and help me find great alternatives. The staff was so sweet and kind, and to top it off, all the clothes I've ever bought from them have looked great. Would recommend to anyone

I've ordered from TBN a lot of times and Three Bird Nest are awesome! I don't understand how they got any bad reviews! The one about them "ordering from pizza joints in New York" is RIDICULOUS, they're from California hahahaha! Everything I ordered is exactly what it looked like online and came quickly! LOVE TBN

Love the items and how user friendly the website is. However, it's a bummer there is no standard shipping option and when I tried to use the payment installment plan, it couldn't verify my information. I've never had a problem with that before. Otherwise, absolutely love the product!

I ordered from this store for the first time after debating for a long time. I received my order within a week of it being shipped and I love all the items I got. I got 3 bralettes and Three Bird Nest fit nicely and are very beautiful. I was worried because of the other reviews which I read after I placed the order and paid. This is my first online order ever and I can't wait to order more from here! I'm in love!

I have ordered multiple things from 3BN and it has been a pleasant experience with every one! The shipping has been timely, customer service amazing! (Three Bird Nest reached out personally to ensure my shipping address was correct due to an issue they were having with post office). The clothing and jewelry I have ordered is beautiful and well made!

I love love love all the things I've purchased so far and I love the shopping experience. My only pickadillo would be that not every item that is the lead item on that page has a 'shop the look' option for the other things that the model is wearing. Sometimes I want the whole look but can't find it.

It became tedious to shop from the phone, which everyone does. Thats not going to change. When you want to see the different colors an item comes in you have to back out that many times to get back to the main page. Time consuming, tedious and I stopped shopping. That means you probably lost money, sales. And I'll think of that if I'd think about shopping here again. It stopped being fun. {I'm a 1st time customer}. No company wants any of the above for a customer. Retail 101. Make it as easy as possible to separate customers from their money. {25 years in a retail career}. Just saying...

I had two items in my cart and had the get 30 but it said it could not process my afterpay because it wasnt in the united states...(was doing this from my phone) so on the computer today... my shirt was out of stock and couldnt get the get 30 but it worked to get at least one item... I am from new mexico... in the united states... but not the first time I have had problems with the Mexico part of the New Mexico... but i do love your items! Thank you!

Website is easy to navigate which provides a great shopping experience. My items shipped quite quickly and arrived as specified. I requested a return and the process seemed very user friendly and efficient. I received my refund in time and with no issues.

I was helped upon request and all my issues were solved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Clothes smelled horrible, which is from the highly toxic chemicals on the clothes in packaging. Overpriced white top is so see through, you can see my skin color.
Falsely advertised items and company won't offer a full refund and wants the customer to pay for the return with only partial store credit. For what? More junk?

I ordered a pair of pants in the wrong color by mistake and did not realize until Three Bird Nest were delivered. I chatted with Max online and he was so helpful, created a return label for me, and placed a new order in the correct color, and applied my discount. Amazing customer service! Will definitely order again!

The style of this dress is cut wide but ended up fitting nicely on a larger frame, 5'1" young teenager. I originally bought it for someone else who was the same height but smaller and under 100 lbs. And at the time, I sent the seller a request for a refund, which Three Bird Nest said they would honor even though it was a final sale item. But after some consideration, I decided to keep the dress because it ended up fitting someone else I hadn't thought of at the beginning.

My correspondence with the seller was through email, and it was prompt and fair.

So disappointed with this company! The items I received come in cheap plastic bags, are such poor quality, and made in china. The items are paper thin and don't worth a fraction of what I paid. Their hats are just tossed in the box, nothing to protect them, no label, smashed and dirty. Now after seeing I can only get store credit and have to pay for return shipping as well and a restock fee, I'll just donate this stuff because Three Bird Nest don't deserve anymore of my money.

I love my flares and a few others things hit I do not like paying to return items.

I accidentally ordered a small in the Cher pants. Was told I could not do an exchange. I would have to return and repurchase. Not cool. I lost money returning them and I'm not sure I've gotten the credit yet.

Now I understand why their site does not have a place for you to leave reviews. Although I've ordered a couple items before, and been at least OK with the products, this experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order the day before Thanksgiving from this company. Three Bird Nest supposedly shipped the purchase out on November 27 and as of today December 16 I still do not have what I've purchased. They point to the obvious Covid delays in shipping etc. I've told them I've ordered 47 other items from multiple online sites and have received everything in the mail on time and with correct tracking. I've asked for dates that they would refund my money or resend the items. They do not respond to that question in my emails. I'm very disappointed and upset with this company. I would encourage everybody to not purchase through them as they do not have quality customer service. In my opinion they take your money and then say oh you'll have to wait and see if you ever receive your purchases. BUYER BEWARE. There are better products at other dealers. I'm attaching my email and their cute peace and love response to me without my purchase after 22 days of waiting...

I'm so happy to have found a place that has my style of clothes that I love! I'm a big girl and there are things that fit me! I was so leary my first order. Items are just as shown and quality material. So excited to shop here from now on, I will have to make sure to not get myself into trouble and order one of everything!

I was bummed at first because it's so scary to order online and not know when you might get the product and what the condition of the product will be. I ordered one thing first to make sure because after reading reviews I wasn't sure. I was pleasantly surprised my item came quickly and I loved it! I placed a second order and again the product came quick and I loved the items. If you love this style of clothing, which I do I highly recommend them. I am so excited to have a new place to online shop with as I am the mother of twins and don't get out to shop often theses days! Thank you... :)

My first order with Three Bird Nest was a pleasure. The clothes fit perfectly, my only complaint was the delay in shipping however that is the issue in many places. It took 10 days to receive my order. My second order I placed I received a bit earlier but had to return a few items since Three Bird Nest were too large.

I recently placed an order the day before Black Friday with a first time customer coupon (20% Off) I bought the "Magic Dance Woven Ruana Wrap" & "Simply Comfort Jumpsuit", let me just say the quality of the clothing was wonderful. I sent an email since the clothing was 40% less than 24 hrs later due to Black Friday Sales and the response was speedy and Three Bird Nest honored the sale by issuing a refund that was received to my bank account less than 24 hrs. No, store credit or any BS! I will literally make this site my go to for shopping going forward.

Quick and fast online chat for any questions about the products and online ordering for any first time buyers! I also love that Three Bird Nest tell you the height of the model and what size they are wearing as well as give measurements on each garment for each size offered so you know length of sleeves, bust, how long a kimono or cardigan is in inches etc. AND that they list age, height, usual size worn and size bought off the reviewers! This is so crucial with online shopping imo. Someone who is not my height and size can have a good/bad review about fit of the product but it doesn't typically apply to me, so when wading through tons of reviews it really helps to know that, for ex: the model is wearing a one size fits all beautiful kimono but is 5'9" and I'm 5'4" so when another person that is 5'4" with my build as well says it's sorta big for shorter ppl I can save myself the headache of loving a piece, looking forward to it and maybe what I even want to wear it for and then feeling sad when I get it and it's not a good fit for me. And then the hassle of returning it and also realizing you don't have what you wanted to wear for an occasion coming up now.(The review saved me from this happening I know it!) it also helps for final sale items and saving the hassle of getting two sizes in a brand new brand you've not tried before so you can save yourself the extra step of exchanging and the more dreaded issue of it being would out in the size you want. I know we've all been there ladies am I right? Lol Especially with boutique type stores. Love the unique pieces at affordable pieces but they are like shopping at the dollar tree. You see something you want get it now bc it will most likely be gone as soon as tomorrow

Shopping experience is/was great. I haven't had a chance to wear the hmm, I can't remember what I bought but it looks like I'm going to enjoy it late spring thru the summer. I love how easy it is to navigate the site. The quality is cute. The dresses I ordered are flirty, sexy and Fun. The bralette and ponchos I ordered fit and look awesome. I'm just not a fan lf the return process. I got used to Amazon sending me a QR code, so I don't have to deal with printing labels for returning items. So, I will have to remind myself about that. But overall, the shopping experience is fun.
