Three Bird Nest

I ordered a jumpsuit and it came in the wrong color. When I first contacted them Three Bird Nest said they would refund it because the item was sold out. Two weeks later when I asked how long before I receive my refund I was told that I had in fact receive the correct one and they would not refund me but if I wanted to pay for shipping and mail it back I could have a 50% credit. I can tell the difference between Charcoal and navy blue. I am very unhappy.

I was a bit bummed that I had to pay shipping for two separate orders that shipped together in the same package, it did not seem like the proper thing to do. I did ask CS because I had to make two orders because an item in my cart sold out during check out, but then came in stock maybe 48 hours later.

As you can tell I order a lot from your site. I absolutely LOVE the clothes. I am 56 but can still wear some of your items and I get compliments all the time from staff and residents at the nursing home I work for. I am the business office manager and enjoy our residents smiles when I wear something out of the ordinary!

This is my first purchase. My 5 star rating is based on ease of use for the website and being able to order online. I cannot rate on shipping time or product quality just yet! I think Three Bird Nest advertise well and all the items look good on the model so I'm hoping for the best. Unfortunately the leggings I ordered were apart of an "outfit" of the week but the top was sold out. I looked today and found that the leggings I was interested in were available so I'm looking forward to getting these. I hope I can rate garment quality with 5 stars as well.

She is truly a genuine person that cares about your questions or concerns and goes well above and beyond to ensure that you and your order are taken care of and your needs are met! Love your styles and your website design is intuitive and clean. I would love to Sell your products as I do other (affiliate programs). I don't have a retail (brick and mortar) space but would be willing to go the wholesale route…however, a large aspect (benefit) I would lack, then, would be your website structure and access to ALL products that pair so well together. When you click on an item and try to go back to the original page with all the clothes that doesn't happen, it just takes you back to the shirt color you looked at before. It would be easier if the back button took you to the home page you were last looking at not the specific items.

Love the layout of the site and the search options. But on my phone the Login or Account link was missing, so customer service had to send me the link. Also, when I saved items in the shopping bag and logged onto another device it couldn't find my items so I had to re-enter them all again.

Clothing quality is most often really amazing! The sales are awesome! Only negative is that I do believe some items are too expensive, in my opinion, for what you are getting. I can attest to this as I have had one or two small issue with specific items over the few orders I've placed. One seem ripped on a jumpsuit after wearing for only a few hours lounging at home, I had to sew/reinforce it, and another sweater smelt really awful coming out of the package and continued to smell weird for at least the first 2 washes.

Very easy to navigate your website. Love the variety and all the reviews. Very helpful when deciding what sizes to order. Wish you were located in Canada too. The extra costs for shipping across the border are unfortunate.
Having said all that I love everything that I have ordered in the past.

I buy from Three Bird all the time. The return process was very disappointing. I paid full price for all my items but apparently Three Bird Nest were "all" final sales and were unable to be returned. As a customer I would hope a company would want their customers to be "completely" satisfied with not only the clothing but the shopping experience! Still. Love the clothes... Diane Way

I've been searching for a pair of jeans like this for a long time. Three Bird Nest are so stretchy and comfy. I was in-between sizes so I ordered a size up, but had to send them back for a smaller size. Customer service was great! If your between sizes I'd choose the smaller size as they are really stretchy!

Purchased the Simply Comfort Jumpsuit. LOVE IT! Loved it so much, that I returned to buy it in every color! It is so incredibly comfortable, but still super chic. I paired it with a long scarf, denim jacket, some funky jewelry and received compliments all day long... from complete strangers! This thing is fierce. <3

Based on the website alone I am in love with the items this website has to offer. The website had a very slight lag but overall easy to use. I am excited to receive my order and hope the quality stands up to the price. Prices are reasonable if so! Will leave a review once I receive my order!

Overall we're happy with our order. I bought some items for my teenage daughter and a few for my self. All of the items we ordered fit great. My daughter is 5'7" and 105 lbs and XS-S and I'm 5'9" and weigh 160 and a L fit us perfectly. The only constructive criticism is the order took longer than expected though it was during the holiday season and we live on the east coast. Also the black flare yoga pants were made of really thin material and we live in the mountains. Three Bird Nest will be perfect for spring/summer wear though. Even with the very minor issues we still really love your clothes and we definitely plan on ordering more clothes very soon. Definitely recommended for adorable and comfortable boho clothing.

Love 3BN clothes and shopping is always so easy. I appreciate that each item has lots of pictures and descriptions. And also that most items have detailed reviews. Everything I've purchased from 3BN gets compliments when I wear it! I can't help but keep coming back for more. I live in a very rural area where there's not much choice in shopping for ladies' clothing. And where most of the clothes are cut either too big for me or with lines that are not flattering. Shopping from 3BN keeps me always looking on point and unique. Thank you!

Everything is great! Wishing the xl size was fitting more true to a xl - I ordered some stuff and I'm not sure on the fit for a curvy woman as I am. but decided to give y'all another chance! I really love the boho style and the outfit of the week is my favorite + this one looks so comfy + cute! I can't wait

Max helped me out on the chat today with some usability tasks I was trying to complete on the website. I got stuck in a loop with shopify, I wanted to pay with my paypal and it wasn't letting me. I tried logging in, but couldn't figure it out. I was able to select continue as guest, then the paypal option came up, I selected it and logged into my paypal and was able to complete the purchase on my laptop ( not my iphone - but again could be user error!) Super thanks to Max for being very helpful.

No complaints. I wish there was a free exchange with a given label. I had bought jeans and returned losing $15-20 for shipping and had an in store credit so not only did I lose the $15-20, I had to use my credit up there with no choice. I likely would have reordered anyways but a shipping label would of been appreciated. The service and delivery and product overall, no complaints.
