Won't refund after they postponed for 6 months and went from a Saturday to a Thursday
My concert was canceled and moved many months away (6). The original concert was on a Saturday night March 14. Now this rescheduled one is on a Thursday night September 10. We are from out of town and came down to see it and you never texted or called or emailed before it was supposed to happen to tell us that it is canceled. We will not be able to drive back down in September 6 months from when the concert is supposed to take place and in the middle of a work week on a Thursday. Please refund me all my money and fees. Thanks And if you say I need to resale my tickets then I totally lose the cost of the extra fee you always add on which equaled 71.25$. That's a lot of money to lose. And then if I did sell them you would charge the new buy the same amount and you would be double dipping on the fees which I would think should or would be illegal. So please just credit me back my whole purchase cost and fees and then you can sell your tickets. I have also called over 25 times and spent numerous hours on hold just to be hung up on before talking to anyone. I have emailed over 5 times with no response. I understand what is going on and your are busy but this is a business and you need to take care of your customers. Please refund my money. I would not recommend Ticketmaster to anyone and I will not be buying tickets from them again because Ticketmaster do not stand behind their product or company

I called in and received the absolute worst service
I called in and received the absolute worst service. The tickets that were transferred to me under the auspices of your website were fraudulently purchased. Once you discovered the fraud, three weeks ago, you notified the perpetrator himself and did not notify the actual supposed ticket holders. Thus, on the day of the event I am unknowingly without tickets.

It should be your responsibility to notify current ticket holders if Ticketmaster have been misinformed. I will do everything in my power to avoid using your system and will avidly convince others to do the same.

When I called in you were unhelpful and unwilling to make any reparations. If this is what you call customer service, you are one big joke that is destined to fail as more accommodating and flexible companies inch their way into your customer base.

Why build a transfer option into the framework of your website if you are going to jack to protect your customers from Fraud.

Hello: let me share my terrible experience with Ticketmaster
Hello: let me share my terrible experience with Ticketmaster.
Because of an apparent glitch in their system, I lost two good PROMO tickets
When i clicked <> button - then the next page was displayed with this

But the order processing never stopped :( and i never got any confirmation about newly purchased tickets my account says no recently purchased tickets
Being afraid of charged twice, I didn't execute another purchasing but when I sent a kindest email to CS asking them to resolve the issue, after 48 hrs, I never got any replies expect for automated response that <>

Purchased the insurance option...
... which supposedly guaranteed a refund if I was unable to attend the event I purchased tickets for (Dane Cook Tell it Like it Is). This insurance was $16 through a company called Allianz. As luck would have it I got sick and was unable to go (heard it was a horrible show anyway) do had to file a claim to get a refund. Claim was denied, why? Because I didn't have any documentation stating that I went to a doc-n-the-box or saw a doctor! Not everyone runs off to see their GP because they're feeling sick! All further attempts to contact have been ignored (you HAVE to enter your insurance policy number that is issued to you) and there is no option whatsoever on the Tickmaster web site for a refund (the 'help' screen tells you how to navigate to a refund web page but the link is conveniently missing). DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR THEIR FALSE INSURANCE.

Don't trust Ticket Master
Bought Rolling stones ticket on Ticketmaster the day of sale felt very lucky to get ticket in the first 7 minute before Ticketmaster sold out. (Concert 6/23/25 Milw.) When we got to gate we were told ticket were already scanned and they were taken from us. Ticket Master we learned too late could have called the box office directly but didn't. Next day after 40 minutes 2 calls and lots of transfer they told me they couldn't do anything since the tickets came from there "sister company" TicketsNow which I was told was a resale site, How could ticket bought in first 7 minutes be on a resale site! Ticket Master scammed me and their site is no secure. DO NO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Wish I could leave 0 stars
If I could leave 0 stars I would

I logged into Ticket Master to purchase a ticket, When going through the process it only gave me one option to select for section 306. I tried everything and it would only let me select the one seat. I went through the process, then logged back on immediately and it all the sudden had 50-75 different options to choose from and the one I needed was there. I contacted Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster refused to look into the incident or even help me out. I asked either for a refund or just a credit since it was a glitch in their system. They absolutely would not look into it and said they do not offer any type of refund or credit. I tried working through paypal and they could not help as well, and just because the agreement says sections may vary from time to time. They refused to help. There was a glitch in their system and no one will help. I am a level one trauma nurse that worked all throughout covid and this was the one thing i wanted to do to treat myself from working directly with covid patients 60 hrs a week, yes working well over 10-15 hrs of OT a week to care for ICU level patients. And pay pal/ ticket master has shown their true colors in the fact they do not care about their customers just money. A glitch in their system and i have to pay the price for it. This should be looked into and Ticket master should be investigated for incidents like this. Its not fair to their customers, i even understood if they couldn't give me a refund and would have gladly accepted the credit, but they were rude and unwilling to help or even look into the matter. I do believe they do this stuff on purpose to get people to end up in this situation just like me. My purchases were not even a minute apart. There is no way their system magically had 75 new options when I only had one and nothing else a minute ago.

Ticket Master works fine, but to me, it appears Ticket...
Ticket Master works fine, but to me, it appears Ticket Master charges fees well beyond Ticketmaster value they provide. This seems to point to some market imperfection which allows these profit margins to persist. Personally, I am happy for a band to get my money if I pay to see a show, and I understand that a venue should be compensated as well. But it seems a little odd that an online ticket reseller charges as much as 30% in fees: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ticketmaster#Service_fees

I'd love to see a competitor disrupt Ticket Master's market, but it seems for the time being their exclusive contracts with large live venues will keep their pricing power intact. http://www.nytimes.com/1995/06/15/arts/pearl-jam-bows-to-ticketmaster.html

The best part of my call was having Michael Martinez assist me.
I was on the website but did not understand why I could not see the seat #'s. I rarely order concert tickets. My first call the fella was rushing me to buy expensive tickets and I knew there had to be some a little cheaper. So I thanked him and hung up. I called a few minutes later and Michael Martinez assisted me. He explained why I could not see the seat #'s but assured me once I order the tickets I would see the seat #'s and Ticketmaster would be next to each other. He took the time to help me find good seats and they were less than the ones the first fella was rushing me to buy. Michael is the type of person you want to deal with and make the experience enjoyable by listening to the customers needs or request. Thank you again Michael.

Scam
I paid $600.00 for tickets to the Move Beyond Tour at the Smart Financial Center in Sugarland, Texas on May 19th. These tickets were for the meet and greet package with opportunity to purchase collectibles, etc. I repeatedly emailed ticketmaster asking the time of the meet and greet session. I was told I would receive that information the week prior to the event. I did not receive and calling the Smart Financial Center resulted in no answer even though I called up to 6pm the day of the event. The people next to us had attended the event and said Ticketmaster received a text message with the time. (I have received text messages with available tickets for upcoming events, nothing for this one) I believe they are selling more tickets than they can accommodate and are just randomly selecting who gets notified. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office for the State of Texas and urge anyone else who has had this issue to do the same. If the state gets enough complaints they will investigate and hopefully ticketmaster will be kicked out of Texas.

Ticketmaster Stole My Money!
I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for Jerry Seinfeld at The Reno Event Center on June 6,2019. I purchased the tickets for my husbands birthday. As the date of the event approached, Saturday October 9,2019, I received a few emails from Ticketmaster about the event.
On the date of the event I attempted to download the tickets to my cell phone. The link came up but when I clicked on it I got a message that said "You have no upcoming events at this time." I tried several times with no success. When we got to the venue we went to the box office with the order number. Ticketmaster told me that the number was not a Ticketmaster number, so they checked the seat numbers and told us that the tickets were in someone else's name. I asked them if they could check to see if someone was sitting in those seats they would not do that. All the employees in the box office were trying to help, they even took my phone to try to download the tickets but were unsuccessful. I tried to call Ticketmaster customer service but of course they were closed. Feeling very unset and frustrated all we could do was leave. I was in tears.
The next day I called Ticketmaster customer service to get a refund. They explained to me that I had purchased resale tickets from someone else selling their tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I was totally confused and had no idea that anyone with tickets could resell them using the Ticketmaster website. After a Long conversation with customer service the conclusion was the name on the original tickets was not transferred into my name by Ticketmaster. The associate I talked to told me that an investigation would have to be done and they would contact me with the results.
I called Ticketmaster once a week for three weeks with no answer about my refund. Finally I called again on Thursday November 14,2019 and was told I would not be receiving a refund. Can you imagine how I felt? My husband and I are below poverty level, I had to sell some of my dead mothers jewelry to be able to even buy these tickets for my husband. I paid $438.84 for a service that we didn't get, and it was out of my control. It was a Ticketmaster error yet we are being punished.

Horrible Customer Service!
I purchased tickets to an event back in December for a rap concert. In February Ticketmaster rescheduled the event and then postponed tba due to the coronavirus epidemic. I received multiple emails stating that they would offer refunds for the event if customers wanted it. Once I inquired, they gave me the run around. I was told to contact Allianz since I purchased insurance from them just in case this happened. Allianz told me that they could not do anything and contact Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster of course will not do anything. Allianz emails me again today and informs me that due to the coronavirus epidemic that it is not a good reason for the companies to issue out refunds so either transfer the tickets or resell them to someone else when no one wants to attend the event now. I call Ticketmaster today and the automatic voice tells me to contact chat or email and hangs up. I contact chat for the 3rd time and nothing. They care more about putting money into the CEO's accounts instead of helping customers.

Easy
I've been going to concerts longer than some of you who are reading this probably. I use Ticketmaster often because I know I can rely on it. It's usually right there with the best value for the price too. It seems they've all gotten a little greedy with the fees in the past 2 years but especially this year though. Not too happy about that. It's definitely cut down on the opportunity to go as often as I have gone in the past. I'm not sure who's in charge of the fees. But I would like to think it's not the bands. Since we the people especially those who usually are the ones who don't make that much money are the ones who put them on the map to the status they're at to begin with should be able to go see them even after Ticketmaster get big. Just saying.

They Don't Give a Damn
Ticketmaster is a massive company, makes billions of dollars and is not accountable to anyone but their stockholders. Being a near-monopoly, Ticketmaster feel as though they do not have to address customers' problems that pop up. Their refusal to to negotiate consumer concerns will eventually be their undoing. Enough is enough for me. They provided a chart to choose seats but after I purchased the seats, they changed the configuration so that I am no longer in the front row. Because of bad knees I can only sit in the front row. I would not have purchased the tickets. They not only refused to give me a refund or change seats, they would not let me re-sell them (even at face value) because it is a ticketless event. I spend thousands a year on tickets and have finally reached the final straw. I urge everyone to either buy tickets at the box office if available or simply not go to the concert. There will be other concerts. Unless the public takes a stand, Ticketmaster will not change.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I bought tickets to a show in Durham NC for May the 7th, 2016. To see DWELE perform. I bought the tickets in MARCH. We got to the show and sat through the first half and no DWELE! Then people in the audience started asking where is DWELE. So, I went out to the box office and Ticketmaster told me he pulled out the show five months ago. So, ticket master was still selling tickets for DWELE to perform when I bought my ticket. Now there telling me its nothing they can do! TICKET MASTER IS DOING FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO SELL TICKETS! This is not the end of this matter. And the ART OF COOL FESTIVAL WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 3 DAYS. They are the organization that had the show!

Scam job
Purchased tickets to deep purple in Detroit right when Ticketmaster went on sale, even picked out my seats at the venue that I have frequented many times. Reviewed my order over and purchased. Receipt printed out, only to be for a show in Virginia! I called and after being on hold for 40 min, was told they could not refund me because they were resale tickets! I never clicked anything for resale and not to mention the obvious fact that I don't live in Virginia and that's not even what I clicked to buy. The woman on the phone says my situation happens all the time. If that's true, then this has to be some kind of scam on their website. I know what I bought and I did not pick out seats for a completely different venue and a different date altogether. Now I'm have to resell these tickets in hopes to get my money back, meanwhile Ticketmaster will even make money on those tickets as well! This crap can't be legal! And after reading other reviews, I feel like a newscaster should be contacted. Something is totally wrong with this company

DO NOT RE-SELL your tickets through Ticketmaster
I sold 3 Tickets on the Ticketmaster website. Just setting up the account to sell was a nightmare and required a phone call to their fan support line. My tickets sold on 12/9 and I received notification that the money would be deposited in my account within 7 working days. On the 7th day, I received another email asking me to sign in to my account and "verify" the bank account that would be credited, but there is not a "verify" or "edit" button on the Sell Tickets section. I have made 2 phone calls each lasting approximately 30 min. Today, I was told Ticketmaster were still working on it and that I had to understand that many of their staff members were taking vacation, so they did not know when the problem would be resolved or when I will receive my money they are still holding!

Fraud/Scam- I would give them Zero Stars, if I could...
Purchase tickets for Joe Bonamassa through Ticketmaster for October 29,2019 at Chesapeake Arena, Oklahoma City. Ticketmaster were never delivered. After reaching out to Ticketmaster, they shifted blame to me. But, they said they would open a investigation, and call me back in 2 to 3 days. They never did. So I call them back again a week later, and got the same treatment. Its odd that I gave Ticketmaster my Credit Card information, paid for the ticket in advance, and dealt with them in good faith, and yet it was my fault they did not deliver the tickets as agreed. Unfortunately for Ticketmaster, I know how to deal with corrupt, incompetent, dishonest companies.

So do not deal with TICKETMASTER. Its a Scam and a Fraud...

One of the worst experience I have ever had purchasing tickets.
I ordered tickets for Bruno Mars concert and requested to have the tickets mailed to my address. After waiting the designated 7 - 10 business days per the email, I waited a few more days. I then called in an attempt to have either the tickets resent or emailed to me. The representative I spoke with simply told me to keep waiting. When I asked for a time period Ticketmaster just said keep waiting and if it does not come I can get it to will call. I paid $500+ for the tickets and would feel more comfortable if I had the tickets in advance. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. I will purchase any tickets through Ticketmaster again. I was astounded by the customer service provided by such a company.

Ticketmaster, where's my money?
This was my first time selling tickets on Ticketmaster. This story starts out great! Posted my two tickets, and Ticketmaster sold within two days. I get an email letting me know that they sold and I would be paid within 7-10 business days. The day I sold them was MARCH 10,2017. It is now APRIL 13,2017 and I have not been paid! I am so frustrated. MANY emails and phone calls later, I am horrified by the lack of knowledge that the reps have! Not to mention, answers to emails take days! I will give you the quick story to what they told me. FIRST, under your account "payent options", you have BUY & SELL. Well, I set up my sell card option as the same card I used to buy, this was the first NO NO, but they do not tell you on the site to not use the same credit card for both. So that caused a 10 day delay. So, I added a different card under "sell" and was told that this would correct the problem. Another 10 days later, no money and my answer is "it didn't work for some reason". So, at this point I was told to add my checking account, wait 5 days to verify two small deposits, which I did on April 5,2017. I was told that day that NOW the process would restart and I would get my money with 5-7 business days. NOW, on April 12,2017... I get another email saying that my CLAWBACK card, which is my credit card stored under "PAY" is not verified and that is why it is not working! So guess what! I just updated it to yet another credit card. WHEN DO I GET PAID?!?!? I have no idea who can help me and why they do not care that I have not been paid for over a month now. At this point, I am out my tickets, the $315 that I spent on them, and Ticketmaster has been paid twice sitting there with all that money... All the while, not paying me what is due to me! PLEASE Ticketmaster give me my money!

Notice to Consumers, Promoters and Entertainers
I am one of those consumers who refuse go to any event where I am forced to be a slave to the TICKETMASTER. I am a big fan of an up and coming band and Ticketmaster are booked for a concert (Rufus du Sol) in my town (Chicago) this May. The tickets are reasonably priced at $47.50, but I am forced to buy those tickets through the licensed scalper monopoly - TICKETMASTER. So the additional fees (service fee, handling fee, taxes, etc.) bring my ticket price to over $80 - about $33.00 extra. I have actually considered driving to see the band at their Indianapolis concert, where the tickets are sold through Eventbrite and the service fees total $7.50. No, it would not be cheaper after having to 6 hours, and paying for gas and lodging, but I would feel much better about not giving my hard earned dollars to the monopoly scalpers and making them richer. I refuse to do that, even if it means I don't see this band that I really like. I will end up just passing on this tour and hope the next time they come to Chicago, they have a different booking agent that will not rip me off. Sorry, Rufus du Sol, I love your music, but I have to stand by my principles. If you have weak ticket sales, it may not be that you don't have a strong fan base, it may be that you have a bad ticketing agent.
The only way entertainers and promoters ("LIVENATION" in this case) will get the message that they are losing ticket sales, is through messages like these from fans who refuse to be subjugated by the TICKETMASTER monopoly. This is not the first time I have not gone to a concert because of THE TICKETMASTER TOLL, but I am tired of missing out on entertainment because I have to pay the TICKETMASTER TOLL to enjoy that entertainment. Consumers need to band together and boycott the TICKETMASTER MONOPOLY SCALPER TOLL.
It's way past the time to LIBERATE the consumer (and the entertainers) from the TICKETMASTER.

The Service STINKS!
Purchased tickets several months ago for Bob Seger in Chicago 11/17. Two friends from out of town scheduled a trip to Chicago to see the event. By accident, when trying to see if even more tickets were available today for the Friday show, I couldn't find any and thought that was unusual, no tickets at any price. When I checked the Seger website I learned that OCTOBER 4 -six weeks ago Seger announced all future concerts were postponed for medical reasons. WHY WEREN'T THE TICKET PURCHASERS NOTIFIED! No one else who was scheduled to go was notified. Ticketmaster have all the purchasers email and home addresses, yet Ticketmasted failed to send out any notices. I wouldn't want to be the parking lot attendants at the United Center on Friday to have to show the thousands of people who will be showing up only to be told the show was cancelled 6 weeks ago.

Refusal to refund
Ticketmaster updated their TOS to give themselves "Covid-19 Protection" AFTER I purchased my tickets. In addition, Ticketmaster continually postpone the events instead of cancelling them, which somehow gives them the ability to hold your funds until whenever they feel like returning them This worldwide crisis is really showing the true colors and initiative of the corporate leadership for this company and its absolutely terrible. $500 I can't access when I don't have a job and thousands of other people that have unfortunately decided to use their services are forced into the same situation as myself. What scumbags. Never buying tickets from them again.

I purchased these three tickets because on the website...
I purchased these three tickets because on the website it says it is a "Home Game" for New Orleans. By following all the instruction, got three tickets. However, it turns out that the game is in KY not in New Orleans, LA.

Called the customer service, 100% sure, that is your fault. Customer services and the manager says, because it is preseason, so the buyer should know that the home game on the website does not mean it happens on Pelicans home arena, New Orleans. The the buyer has the responsibility to read all the agreement on the website.

I argued it is because of the first step on the website says this is a home game. That is why I just follow all the instructions and clicking next steps.

But Ticketmaster are saying that this is not a misleading information but it is a misunderstanding of the buyer. After they ignored their mistake and denied everything, they insisted it is my fault totally. So, yes, it is my fault, I should not use this website at all.

Please be very careful, you need to read all the agreement carefully, do not misunderstand any words, if you want to use this website.

Do not use the email, because there is no email replies, and calling the customer service, Oh, yeah, almost forget, do prepare some emergency medicines in case a heart attack.

It is funny when I write this review, but still think it may help somebody, because what happened to me is something that will happen to you someday, period.

One of the rare predatory business that still are able to operate.
The Ultimate Soul2Soul Experience -Section 104 Row 1 Seat 1,2. The best tickets a person can get. No better tickets available. Quality seats are going for nearly 10 grand with scalpers. Ticketmaster tells me I can't get a refund but I can transfer, which is different than their stated policy for this type ticker. The Second email says that now I can't do either but I can sell to a family member. All that I want to do is give to a $#*!ing family member (for free). But these halfwitted, double talking jerk offs can; t get their policy or facts straight. More or less, Ticketmaster are making sure no one can use the ticket so they profit and have to offer nothing in return. Sorriest bunch of morons I have seen in some time.

Worse Experience
I purchased tickets earlier this month for a concert in Las Vegas. I have tried to contact Ticketmasters and there is no way to speak to a "LIVE PERSON". I used the app as Ticketmaster suggested to contact them and after sending the email to contact them they declined my refund with in seconds of my email to them on the basis that the time limit was passed. I have no idea what they meant by that as the date of my tickets was at the end of August and it is now only July 28th. They did say I could sell them online but don't offer that for this event and transfering is not an option as I live out of state of the venue. I have proof that indeed my canceling was not of my own doing as I have recently been diagnosed with a condition that gives me extenuating circumstances and would have loved to see the concert but it seems like the pandemic has resurfaced like the beginning of last year and my Doctor said it's too risky to travel right now with the new variants and my medical condition regardless of me already being vaccinated. I was able to cancel my tickets at all other venues with no problem. I would like to give a shout out to Vegas.com they were truly a pleasure to work with and I trust them totally as they understood and it was no problem to request a refund given the circumstances so I recommend Vegas.Com for tickets to tours or shows 100%. They are trustworthy TICKETMASTERS on the other hand were a disappointment. I purchased the insurance from them due to the $380 price tag of my tickets to be safe for other tickets as they suggested and there are so many stipulations I found out after purchasing that I do not reccommend buying insurance for events or tours as it seems to be a waste of money through TICKETMASTERS. Shame on them for being so inconsiderate. No customer service. Buyers Beware. No human contact is strictly automated unlike others who have offered either live service or automated for help.

Horrible Service
I bought four online tickets ($500) by mistake to the wrong copa America game taking place at Soldier Field, Chicago. A simple wrong click of mouse.

This is one month ahead of the event. I called them right away to explain it was the wrong purchase and Ticketmaster said they would have to check with the venue (client). They called back saying they can't refund or exchange. I asked to speak with the supervisor but no help.

I have worked in retail and have been a client myself for over 30 years and have never experienced worse customer service. I'm stuck having to go to a game I don't want to watch... Never again dealing with their bs! Oh and if I try to resell the tickets through them, there's a total fee of $200.

Just outrageous. Stay away people...

Dynamic Pricing
I purchased two tickets for tonight U2 show in Phoenix about two months ago, At the time I thought Ticketmaster were expensive but I wanted to take my daughter to see them before they stopped touring.
Today the tickets are 1/3 of the price I paid from Ticketmaster and after contacting them I was basically told they will not be giving refunds.
I have been going to concerts for as long as i can remember and this Dynamic Pricing is to me a total scalper move. Next time Im going to take my chances and buy from some shady guy in a trench coat at least he will look you in the eye as he rips you off.

Disgusting and the bands and venues that support these companies need to rethink their strategy.

Bono you left your fellow country man down,,,

Refuse to trace and recall refund
The Melbourne formula 1 Grand prix was cancelled due to covid-19 Ticketmaster refunded my payment to a closed account. Australian Grand prix corporation has been very unhelpful along with Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster seem to refuse to trace and recall my funds even though I have spoken with my bank over several hours several times and Ticketmaster are categorically stating the funds are not held in their bank and my account was closed months before. All they seem to do is fall back on "you need to contact your bank for the funds" they will not provide an audit trail or any proof of the funds being deposited into my account apart from their payment receipt. They are a very difficult organisation to get past their 1-300 number and all that you get is to talk or communicate with a lowly customer service representative and they continue to try out the same useless line while refusing to help get my over $900 returned to my account. I will also be lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading and the ACCC.
I am in Western Australia.

I purchased resale tickets through ticketmaster only...
I purchased resale tickets through ticketmaster only to find that I was sold ones for the game a week prior to the one I wanted to attend. When I called ticketmaster the guy kept saying "there is nothing I can do." I was not refunded the $135 I spent for tickets I could not even use nor was I credited towards a future event. On top of it I tried purchasing the tickets 3 times only to keep getting kicked off the ticketmaster website and had to change my password. I told the guy about this problem too and still all he could say was "there is nothing I can do." Very highly disappointmented in how this situation was handled and it makes me not want to do business with ticketmaster ever again.

Scammers!
This company has deliberately been set up to scam people and then use fine print to try and justify their behaviour.
I recently sold tickets to a concert that I would not be able to attend. It was confirmed to me that the tickets had sold and that I would be receiving my payment for them in due course.
The day after the concert I received a rather rude email saying that I had failed to provide the tickets (which is not true) and therefore I would not be paid for them. + I had to pay listing fees + I had to pay a $100 administration fee. Garbage!
I happen to know for a fact that the people who purchased my tickets had successfully entered the venue and enjoyed the concert!

What this company did is the following;
* Ticketmaster charged me for the price of the tickets by lying and saying they had refunded the price of them to the buyer because they couldn't gain entry to the concert.
* Then they charged me listing fees for the sale of the the tickets (even though according to them the sale didn't happen)
* They also charged me $100 administration fee (for what?!)
* In total they unlawfully took all this money from my credit card and pocketed the money as well from the ticket buyer.

I'm currently taking the matter further with the ACCC.
Stay away from this company!
