Worst Experience Ever
I was buying 3 tickets. The computer wouldn't take my code. Was told to try again. Same problem. I then called their phone line. I got the stupid automated calling service. What a joke. I was told a real person will be with me shortly, as i just ended up getting transferred to the automated calling service. That never happened. Same problem with the code. I then called my bank to find out I had over 1100 dollars being charged to my cc. These transactions were never completed. I didn't get that far. The amount I should only of been charged was 196 bucks. It took me hours to speak with a cs rep. I ended up getting it resolved with my bank, thank god. Never go thru the horrible experience I went thru. I think their site is a very unsafe place to buy tickets. I think it's time for them to get out of town. Worst experience ever.
Hope this helps someone,
Donna

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM
This web site ticket agent are worst on planet, Ticketmaster charged my credit card give me verified numbers to go to WILL CALL WINDOW to pick up my tickets, and sold tickets to some one else, so i missed the EVENT. Please Never ever purchase tickets from Them. This web site are biggest fraud, they charge highest price for tickets charge your credit card and Does not sent you tickets at all, when you try to talk to Ticketmaster Representative they said that, everything is good to go here are reference number for your tickets and you will have tickets at ticket windows, but later some one else bit higher for your ticket they will sell your tickets to others at higher price, so basically you will miss your event.

Horrible company, Customer service is a joke! NO REFUND for an honest mistake
I would highly recommend to go to the events actual vendor to purchase your tickets from! This company is absolutely horrible to deal with! On March 16th I used their Android app to purchase what seemed like a Hockey game that was playing on this night. Through their app it didn't show this was an away game and in Orlando, FL, I am in Boise, ID. How I found out was sorta embarrassing but I walked up to the doors at the arena to find out hey you purchased tickets to an away game. I contacted support as soon as I could just to be told to basically you're screwed and we will not help you or exchange your tickets to a local game. Ticketmaster even went as far as gave me multiple reasons as to why I was denied a refund. Would even reach out to the "producer or venue" to say hey there was a honest mistake in purchasing tickets may we refund/exchange them for them.

Ticketmaster gets an F
I will never, ever use or recommend Ticketmaster to anyone. I was ripped off $500. I had ordered 4 tickets for a Feb 3 basketball game between UF vs Bama. Tickets were around $100 each. Purchased them and unknown until next day (Christmas morning) I was sold 2 tickets at $250 each. Everytime I called I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes on hold. Ticketmaster would not refund the money and the website never allowed me to resell the tickets. I ended up going on Stub Hub, getting 4 great tickets at $80 a seat. I had to get 4 together because it was a Christmas present for my daughter and friends. I am still disgusted at the money I spent, but more disgusted with Ticketmaster as I explained my situation everytime I called. All I wanted was 4 seated together. I actually rate them a 0!

RIP OFF ARTISTS NEEDS FBI INVESTIGATION
My presale code would not work on Ticketmaster. Immediately When general sale opened, all tickets were sold. Immediately after finding out all tickets were sold we googled and found hundreds of tickets available at onlinetickets.com. Tickets with fees of $45 each made the ticket prices over $170 each. Original tickets were $85. These tickets were Ticketmaster tickets. It appears that the crooks are inside the venues, agents for the artist, and/or in Ticketmaster.
This Kid Rock concert ticket sales should have been $297,500 for this small one night event. Ticketmaster double their sales to $595,000. The event was for two nights, meaning resale profits were alone nearly $600,000. Why in the hell isnt there a federal investigation concerning this happening. It happens ALL THE TIME! EVEN IN THE LARGE STADIUM VENUES! FRAUD, RIP OFF, INTERSTATE RACKET! WHY ISNT RICO BEING ENFORCED!

I had ordered tickets for the Anthony Hamilton concert...
I had ordered tickets for the Anthony Hamilton concert at Harrah for Dec 13, me and my friend ended up changing plans and I called for a refund for the tickets, first off I was calling for about 2 hours, because the number was busy... And the when I finally got through and explained my situation, I was told very rudely that I would not be able to receive a refund and I should just go and sell them, and then Ticketmaster had the wrong address and I wanted to change that also but once again the "lady" was extremely rude about the whole ordeal. I emailed and I got no response and I wasted 340.00 on something I could never get back. Never, ever again!

I will never buy tickets through ticketmaster again
I will never buy tickets through ticketmaster again. I know I purchased the right tickets when I was ordering but Ticketmaster gave me tickets to a venue that is a 21 hour drive from me. When I called them they were less than helpful. They try to make you feel like everything is your fault and that this somehow means you deserve to be out the money they stole from you even though it was their mistake. They refer to their policies and procedures (like everyone sits down and reads them and like a lot of good websites dont have the same ones for liability purposes but then have good customer service). I spoke with 3 different people about the issue and every person told me different stories and contradicted each other. They scam people and have turned a lot of people, including me, off from ever purchasing concert tickets from them again. I highly advise you buy your tickets elsewhere!

Purchased for the wrong date by accident but no options for me
It was Thursday, March 15th and I was looking for NY Knick vs. Bulls and found them for the following Monday. When I was ready to purchase these tickets I accidentally purchased the wrong tickets... dahhhh (Knicks vs. 76ers) which was a game being played that evening. It wasn't until after I clicked the purchase button that I realized Ticketmaster were the wrong ones. This is the first time I've purchased tickets on ticketmaster.com. Right away I was trying to see what my options were to get a refund because I was going to be out $822US. I called ticket master and they said they couldn't do anything because it was too close to the event (4hrs before). They said I could resell them. So I tried to go that route but only to find out that you need a US bank account. SOL for me. So my first suggestion/complaint is this; if you're a first time user on this ticketing website double and triple check that you're ordering the right venue because there is no way you're getting a refund if you make a mistake with circumstances like mine (venue happens to be 4 hours from the start time). Their website says that you can get a refund within 72 hours of your purchase but if you read on you'll see that you can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away. Also, you can't get a refund on resale tickets... we'll just slide that one in there too. My second suggestion is that I don't remember seeing a review your order prompt prior to the final order. I probably would have caught my mistake if I was to review the order but because I was a first time user, I was more preoccupied in entering all of my new credit card information and address. My third suggestion is that the website should pick up on the address that you entered as being outside the US and therefore should prompt with a "Warning" you must have a US bank account to resell these tickets... Please review your order. Forth, review your order because the event is too close to get a refund!

Now with the exchange the way it is, I'm out $1,164.24CAD! Couldn't see the game. Couldn't resell the tickets and I can't afford to see the game I actually want to see this Monday. If someone from Ticketmaster.com is reading this, I believe the right thing to do would be to get me a set of tickets for this Monday's game-(*******@eastlink.ca) if you're company wants to make thing right!

TicketMaster's appalling "customer service"
Ticketmaster "Fan Support" is an absolute joke - the most appallingly lousy so-called customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased tickets through StubHub and then received an email from the seller saying I needed to log into my TM account to access the tix. However, when I tried to log in, I got an error message saying I was blocked, as Ticketmaster thought I was a bot. I then tried calling TM's toll free customer service number and got a recording saying that phone line wasn't being monitored. I then tried emailing TM Customer Service and got an auto-reply saying their Cust Svc email account also wasn't being monitored and directing me to their Customer Service FAQ's, which said I needed to log into my TM account (the one I was blocked from accessing!) in order to reach Customer Service. I then reached out to TM "Fan Support" via Twitter and have been waiting for a week and a half now trying to get this situation resolved so I can access my tickets. Every 2-3 days or so, someone at TM sends me yet another question or form to fill out or asks for a screen shot or further documentation - just one big "run-around" with no actual resolution of the problem. After reading the numerous other terrible reviews of TM here and elsewhere, it's astounding to me how they continue to be in business. I'll never do business with them again.

DON'T USE TICKETMASTER!
The other Trust Pilot site sponsored by Ticketmaster is a joke. 4* plus rating? Disgraceful.
This Page is full of the real reviews!
Ticket master have not mastered the delivery of tickets! Or anything else. Terrible service and BS fob off's
Shame on you and I will never order off you again.

We go to the theatre in London 6 times a year and Brighton about the same. We buy theatre tickets for friends and family as birthday gifts and Christmas.

We will continue to do so but not through Ticketmaster.
My wife ordered tickets on the 18th November and we were told Ticketmaster were dispatched on 20th Nov. Now 20th Dec and no tickets, just a thread of poor service emails from GRAYSON.

He said we should have ordered tracked postage. We paid extra international postage and the option for tracking was not available.

We ordered tickets for Chicago in Melbourne for our son and his girlfriend, we are in the UK and we are flying them back for a family Christmas and the tickets are one of their gifts from us.

We are being told that to pick physical tickets up at the theatre is possible at a charge of 7.5 dollars each but the purchaser has to be there to pick them up with card used and photo ID?

So Ticketmaster think we are going to fly out to Australia to pick up the tickets? Morons!

Firstly our son who the tickets are for should be able to pick them up.
Secondly why should we pay extra? Did we lose the tickets?

We took out insurance but reading through that not sure how it will help.

DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER! Read the real reviews here and look at the rating. They are an absolute disgrace.

Rip off
Went to purchase tickets for a child's show, I could have bought another ticket and a half if I had paid their "fees!" Why do venues use these thieves!? As you can see in the photos, the FEES are ALL Ticketmaster! Even the "facility fee." I paid 69.50 per ticket X 4, the face value at the Venue! There was no facility fee, processing fee or service fee. NONE. Isn't processing and service the same thing? Ticket master are crooks! I went to the venue and saved almost a 100$ in FEES! Well worth the drive. The only way I can not pay these ridiculous fees is by going in person. Venues should just set up online purchasing through them, do $5 a ticket flat fee and would still make money. Everywhere, except "paid" endorsements does TM have more than a 1 star rating! Wake up venues and stop allowing Ticketmaster to rob your guests! LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! DO not use them! Go to the venue whenever possible and do not hand over your hard earned money!

Soft Machine fuses old with new
I treated myself to prog and jazz/rock fusion pioneers Soft Machine at the TLA Sunday night. It was the second stop of the British band's first U.S. tour in 43 years. My admiration for them is deep-rooted; I purchased "Soft Machine 4" back in the mid-70s and rediscovered the group several years later when my college roommate randomly put "4" on the dorm room turntable, leading to a semester-long exploration of the Canterbury-bred group. None of the original members were present Sunday, but lightning-quick and remarkably inventive guitarist John Etheridge joined in '75, drummer John Marshall came on board in '72 (capably filling the huge void left by cofounder Robert Wyatt) and bassist Roy Babbington dates back to the aforementioned "Soft Machine 4" (1971). Add Theo Travis (woodwinds, keyboards) and the quartet delivers impassioned prog classics "Hazard Profile Part 1" and "Gesolreut" and bridges old to new with its updated version of "The Man Who Waved at Trains," originally from the 1975 album "Bundles" but reimagined on the freshly minted "Hidden Details" album. Soft Machine effectively intertwines high-energy numbers with the pastoral. Theo's rapid-fire sax play on "Peff" and Etheridge's frenetic guitar runs on "Tale of Taliesin" playfully volley with the ethereal "Kings and Queens" (1971) and 2018's "14-Hour Dream." Soft Machine, as one audience member quipped, "may look like a bunch of old guys but Ticketmaster certainly play as if they have eternal youth" -- and play they did for a searing hour and 45 minutes on this damp autumn night on South Street. Only use Ticketmaster when I have to
I have had maybe 6 or 7 experiences buying from, or attempting to buy from, Ticketmaster now. While I'm sure Ticketmaster could be worse, I think for how many artists use them for initial ticket sales, they are disorganized and dishonest. I'm surprised they're even allowed to sell those marked up "platinum" tickets as quickly as they do. A half hour into a sale, tickets that were originally $200 are suddenly $1,200. They used to have a customer service line and an automated phone line you could call to buy tickets, but of course they got rid of those. Buying tickets for highly popular shows is now even more difficult than it already was. Of course, there's always resale, but obviously that markup is going to be insane more often than not. Basically, if you're buying for any show with any sort of demand, you're probably screwed. So good luck!

Can't even get past their sign up page
First, glad I took the time to look here. Maybe this is a blessing. There is a concert coming up this Sat I really want to see. Need 3 tickets, so I got to the theaters website, click the link which brings me to ticketmaster. Filled in their sign up form only to get an error "something went wrong." NO CLUE WHAT! How can I fix "something"? Now it's possible I used them once before, it would have been many years ago. So how about "that name already has an account" or some such thing? Nope, not a clue.
Tried calling them. "due to high call volume." and I'm given the option to use their automated ticket ordering thing, and why would I go through that if I already know "something went wrong?" OR visit their website. (now this one always gets me. WHY would I be CALLING if I could do something on your broken website?)
Or try again later and click. Cut right off. HOW do businesses stay in business when Ticketmaster can't get enough help to pick up the phone? Not even a call back option? Nothing? I tried later, got the same circle and click.

The theater box office of course is not open and doesn't take orders over the phone. SWELL!
While searching for another way to contact SOMEONE SOMEWHERE at ticket master, I started reading reviews. Horrible ones. Came here to ReviewFeeder, and found even more. Maybe it's a good thing I never got through. I think I'll make an extra hour drive and just go buy them in person. Thanks to everyone before me who posted their horror stories. Probably saved me some money by not ordering online.

Horrible, Inconsiderate
I must say the customer service is really poor. I had to call three times to deal with the exchange tickets and to be informed by the last representative that all the other work the previous two employees was useless. Three times I had to call regarding my tickets that were not emailed to my email. One rep said give it 24 hours, second rep said give it 15 minutes and last rep said oh sorry there was an error in our system that does not allow us to email them to you. You would have to pick them up at the event. That so inconvenient when I have to deal with a 5 year old and 1 year old and the amount of people on that day. Plus I will not be able to surprise my daughter with an actual ticket to hold till the day of the event. This will be the last time I'm buying tickets through your company. There was no other option provided but a plain sorry. Sorry will not give me back the time I have to spend making line to obtain the tickets.

These people excusing this absurd charges are just as insane as TicketMaster
Yes, I get that Ticketmaster need to be paid too. But charging so many fees on-top of their establishment fees is ridiculous, and there's no justification as to why they're doing it.

Let's break it down, shall we?

Here's what I have CURRENTLY:
$45.00 x 2 (for the ticket itself)
Bull$#*! fees
$10.60 (Service Fee) x 2
$2.00 (Facility Charge) x 2
$3.75 Order Processing Fee

Twenty dollars for a service fee? Is that a joke? "But they need money to run their domain!". Yes, and that's easily accomplished by charging less than a dollar for every ticket they sell. These people have a monopoly on the industry, so you're paying them to allow them to service you? Lol. TicketMaster negotiates it's profit margin with the venue. So their profit margin can go from as much as 8% to 100%.

And until recently, they have now allowed you to print your own ticket at home... For free. Yes, they used to charge you for that too.

People justifying these prices either didn't have them affect them (which is insane), have heaps of money, or are generally apathetic. If they wanna justify spending those fees on top of an already high base price, that's their prerogative.

Sold my 2 tickets to a football game in October of...
Sold my 2 tickets to a football game in October of 2013 on their site. It is now December 2013 and I have yet to see a dime of the money. I am Canadian so Ticketmaster say they can't verify my account but no where on the site does it say you must have an american bank account to sell the tickets. Anyways I have been on the phone with them 5-7 times and nobody there knows what the hell is going on and nobody can get me my money. I have emailed them at least 12 times and I get responses that you have to verify your account even though I explain to them in every email what the problem is. They are absolutely the most brain dead customer service people I have ever encountered and the worst part is there is no accountability at all. Nobody is taking my problem and even attempting to solve it.

My advice, if you have tickets to sell, always do it on Stubhub. You always get your money no issues at all. I will never use ticketmaster again to sell tickets.

Misleading search results leading to erroneous purchase and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I tried to purchase tickets for The Wizard of Oz that I thought was scheduled to take place in Pittsburgh, PA. I ran a search for this show that included the location of Heinz field in Pittsburgh and results came up that looks great. I purchased the tickets but when I received them, the tickets indicated that the show was for The Pittsburgh CLO Orchestra for Broadway show music. I realize that Ticketmaster have a no-refund policy; however, the tickets I purchased didn't match the search results so now we're out over $300. Anyone can see the screenshot I provided below that, unfortunately, I have no way to show Ticketmaster.
There is absolutely no customer service available. When I tried the chat, it was either closed or not available (and yes, this was during their business hours) and my email to them went unanswered. When I tried to call, I was directed back to the website and the chat/email option only. This is absolutely awful, non-existent customer service and makes me wonder what all those extra fees we pay are really for. I will NEVER purchase from them again and cannot believe that there is no customer service available from a company this size.

Pretty poor for the amount of money we shell out to them. Never again.
I wanted to purchase real tickets for my husbands birthday for the NASCAR Race Loudon NH - I went to the speedways' website to buy the tickets so I could have the NASCAR tickets which everyone else and their sister seem to have in their possession. I paid the full face value PLUS fees PLUS shipping so I could have original NASCAR tickets only to get in the mail the generic Ticketmaster Tickets. I went onto the online chat for Ticketmaster and had someone by the name of Alfredo who told me that there was no where on their website that promised the real event tickets... my retort was... you're right just as there is no where on the website that says you WON'T get them. He informed me that he didn't feel Ticketmaster should have to divulge that information when it's never an option to begin with. Then tried telling me that because I can't find the actual photos of the real tickets on their website that Ticketmaster aren't available but I know several people that have them not to mention had I known that I couldn't get the tickets the right way I would have gone to the track on Sunday and gotten what I wanted to begin with for probably 250 dollars less. He told me to take it up with the Speedway and they do not feel they misrepresented at all what I would be getting. Then gives me 2 phone numbers that aren't accepting phone calls. Not happy with Ticketmaster and will never again buy from them... ever.

Insurance Coverage Promotion a Ripoff
Ordered tickets from Ticketmaster and BEFORE CHECKOUT was prompted to buy insurance to prevent loss of money/cost spent on tickets if coronavirus resulted in cancellation of event. Paid $23+ for insurance that only pays if I can prove I am too sick to attend the cancelled event. NO coverage the Allianz insurance paperwork tells you, AFTER you pay for insurance, to refund $300+ spent for tickets! Of course, trusting the misleading and false advertisement on Ticketmaster promising 100% coverage, I only read the fine print deep in the insurance paperwork when the ticketed event was cancelled. NO REFUND IF EVENT CANCELLED BY VENUE OR PROMOTER. False and misleading advertising.
