If I could give them zero stars I would.
If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM. Especially right now with the uncertainty with COVID 19. I have purchased tickets through other sites and gotten a refund when the show was canceled. Tickets center refuses to issue a refund and holds your money in a store credit which can't be used right now due to COVID 19. I couldnt even get a live person and had to use the chat feature. I asked for a manager and TicketsCenter said managers and supervisors are not available to talk. Complete scam. If you are going to purchase tickets, use someone else. Their excuse is the their sellers are not getting refunded which is a COMPLETE LIE. If I had bought my Kenny Chesney tickets from ticket master directly, I would have gotten a refund. They are taking advantage of people during this time and just collecting money and holding on to it.

I purchased tickets from Tickets-Center
I purchased tickets from Tickets-Center. And I have a few complaints.

1. I was using a cell phone with a small screen. I looked up the theater through the browser and I thought I was on the Theater's website which is holding the performance I wanted to attend. It was in fact Tickets-Center's site and the way it popped up lead me to believe it was the Theater website. I missed the small disclosure at the top stating that TicketsCenter were a ticket resale site. It was very small and disappeared the moment I scrolled through the shows and performance times.
2. While using my cell phone, thinking I was on the theater site, I proceeded to purchase tickets. After my purchase, I discovered I selected the incorrect time. I thought, NO PROBLEM. I will just order the correct times and call to get a refund. I called immediately after placing the order and was connected to customer service. They informed me that they were a ticket resale site and that All Sales were Final. Again, I was on a phone with a small screen and skimmed over the small disclosures that said no refund. My mistake, but even so I thought that since the order less than an hour old, they would cancel it and grant a refund. They showed me absolutely zero grace and understanding and refused to cancel the mistaken order. This is also when I learned that I paid more than 2 times to the face amount for the tickets. So not only did I pay 2 times the face amount, I also ended up buying 2 sets of tickets to the same performance. Again, they refused to refund me for my mistake.
3. They claimed that they could not cancel the orders because the seller of the tickets had already purchased them. Yet their own order confirmation had the following Note:
NOTES
This listing describes tickets that the seller does not own, but is offering to procure for you. After you place your order and your order is confirmed, we guarantee that your tickets will be within the zone or section listed or one comparable and that you will receive these tickets in time for the event or your money back. Orders exceeding four tickets may be split up into different rows within the requested zone or section. Specific seats are not assigned until delivery.
Therefore, their claim that the tickets were already purchased by the seller was false. Again, all this was brought to their attention within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon of the initial order. Yet all they did was repeat their statement that they had to honor their Sales and Terms agreement. It appears to me that the fact is they could have easily canceled the mistaken order without any harm done to the seller.
4. Me knowing that the tickets had not been purchased by there own disclosure, I asked that they notify the seller and cancel the orders before they were purchased. They refused stating their terms and agreement policy with their sellers.
5. They advised me to resale the tickets on their site or a competitors site. Personally, I cannot bring myself to try to sell tickets twice the face value. Plus I will not give them another dime.
6. I suggested that they sell the tickets for me. No response.
7. I was only asking for a refund for the mistaken order. And I will accept the tickets at twice the face value. They refused.

So to me, Tickets-Center is nothing more than a ticket broker for ticket speculators. They do not represent the consumer. They doubled the price of tickets for a play that was no even close to sold out. They masked their site to make it look like the venues site. Their disclosures are small and disappear the second you scroll your screen.

Scam and Fraudulent. Poor customer service..
Issues. Tickets were never received. Numerous phone calls that were ended with no call back. Hours in attempts to resolve issue day before. Promise that refund will be done and then others onSubsequent call declined. Refused to transfer to a supervisor with comment " supervisors aren't allowed to talk to customers". Never received paperwork promised to file a report. What is even promised by one of the representatives that she would fill out the report and submit it and then that was confirmed by the next representative when I called back after the previous call dropped for the forth time. Persistent to no avail. Was told that we accepted these tickets that we never did and TicketsCenter refused to provide documentation about acceptance. They refused to take my phone number because calls kept dropping and said they could not call us back even if they took my phone number. Most of this didn't make sense. They said they talk to the seller and the seller agreed to a refund. Jim Jacob and VenyHana issued a refund process but in subsequent phone calls this was never identified again. After never received tickets and it was game time and thought being promised a refund we went through another venue of which we got our tickets in about five minutes. Called tickets-center.com The day after and after an hour and a half of being on hold and getting more run around got nowhere again. Never had problems with Ticketmaster or stub hub or any of the more reputable ticket agencies. We're out $149 and lots of time away from our vacation. I am proceeding to issue a report with BBB and my bank but that does not get my money in time back…very frustrating.

This site is predatory! Stay away from it!
I went online to buy tickets from ticketmaster to the illusionist show. Somehow I was routed to ticket-center site. Not being aware of how much tickets were and believing I was on Ticketmasters site, I assumed I was paying a fair price for the tickets! Not so! These people charged me $60 per ticket above what TicketsCenter cost. I'm a fool, yes but, these predatory practices should not be allowed! They will take advantage of the unaware public like me! I paid $360 more than I could have bought them from Ticketmaster. I contacted them for a partial refund and their customer service is the worst! You have to do it online in a chat room and if you don't respond right away, they end the chat session and hang up on you! They also refused to give me the partial refund to make it right! Buyer beware! They may have stolen $360 from me this time but, i'll be writing a letter to the better business bureau, the attorney general and posting reviews on any site i can find. They will NEVER get another dime from me or anyone else I can convince!

Refuses Refund of cancelled Disney on Ice
I requested a refund of $203.95 in March 2020 when Disney on Ice was cancelled. I received an email saying that my credit card account would be refunded on March 17,2020 stating in some cases tickets may have to be returned and refunds may take longer. I received a credit on April 20,2020 for a future Tickets-Center event for $224.34. On April 21, I received an email that Tickets-Center had revised their refund policy and would issue 110% credit instead of refund. I am elderly and have pre-existing conditions that impact my immune system. I let the company know that I will not be attending future mass events and the credit was meaningless. Feld Entertainment, the entity that markets Disney on Ice, gave full refunds to ticket purchasers, so this second market ticket seller was reimbursed, but will not reimburse me!

When originally placing order, I tried purchasing tickets...
When originally placing order, I tried purchasing tickets for Section 1 Row 1 (208.00 each)
I placed my info as required. There was then an error message: I did not place dashes in my phone #
when I corrected the info, next thing I know this company was trying to charge me 924.00!! for the same 2 tickets listed for 208.00 (~530.00 for 2 after fees) I closed the window accidently after trying to back up and figure out what was going on. A few seconds later I get a text from my bank that a charge on my account for 924.00 was attempted on my account!!! To add injury to insult I was charged fees to be on your site!! (transaction fees for a charge I did not authorize) This seem like either a digital glitch or a really shady practice!!
Questions:

1>) Why would a transaction almost double in the amount when I am in the middle of placing my information? ( price going from 524.50 to 924.50???)
2.) I did NOT authorize a charge of 924.50 on my account as I did not hit the place order button. Why then was there an attempt on charging my account 924.00?? (It was declined as I only transfered enough funds in my account to cover the 530.00 initial ticket cost)
If this is a system error----please, look into fixing it!!!
Right now, I'm frustrated that I did not get the origional tickets I wanted (Section 1, Row 1) Instead I found tickets in Row 2.
I'm nervous about the level of legitamacy here for folks purchasing tickets on your sight.
Please call and follow up with this problem!!

Wish I could give this company zero stars!
I bought tickets for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It was canceled due to COVID19. I received an email stating I would receive a full refund in 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks and one day later I called because I had not received my refund. I was reassured that it was on its way. 2 weeks later I called again. Again, I was told I would receive the refund. A week and a half later I received an email stating I would not get my refund. Supposedly, because TicketsCenter are a third party business that connects buyers and sellers, they simply cannot refund anyone. They offered me a credit that must be used within 18 months. Are we even going to be back to normal by then? Not to mention I have underlying health conditions, and my daughter does too! Also, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo refunded everyone who requested a refund! So if Tickets-Center requested a refund, they should have received it and passed it along! What did this crooked company do with my money?!?!?!?!

Refund for cancelled event not forthcoming
Was advised 6 weeks ago that the event was cancelled and a refund was in process and to allow 2-4 weeks for reimbursement. Not true. Followed up 3/14/20 and was told refund was processed and payment would be in 3-5 days. Not true. Followed up 4/7/2020 and was told event was cancelled and to allow 2-4 weeks for refund. Not true. After 4 weeks refund was still not processed. Followed up 4/15/2020 and was told the refund was being worked on and to monitor my email. Not true. After a week, no email and no refund. Followed up 4/21/2020 and was told that there is a conrona virus in this country, that the firm is only a third party provider of tickets and the refund is not processed. All true... but still not answering why TicketsCenter expect payment in advance for an event but when it is cancelled, they can keep the money for an unacceptable amount of time without processing a refund promptly. The corona virus does not prevent an electronic refund transaction from being processed. Even the most inefficient organization in the world, the US government, managed to get a stimulus bill passed in congress and payments out to 84 million people faster than this. Avoid this firm unless you can afford to lose your money.

THEY LIE AND STEAL!
My event was canceled back in March 2020. I received a email days before the date of the event stating that my money would be refunded in 2-4 weeks, due to COVID-19 event cancellations. I posted that email below. After 4 weeks I called them About my money not being returned. TicketsCenter told me my money would be Direct deposited into the account it came from on the 18th of April. On the 20th of April I called them because my money still hasn't been returned. It was then stated to me that, because there were so many refunds to be made, it would take a little longer but would be refunded before the end of the month. To this date, Mother's Day, I still have not been refunded and also their automated system will not allow me to speak to a representative. I go through the entire process and the system recognizes my number then will not allow me to go past pressing 6 for refunds. It just starts over with telling me my options. I am so tired of being taken advantage of, epecially at a time like this when money is most needed. At this point, I'd consider this stealing from me. I am past upset and seeking legal counsel over 185.50!

Sincerely,
PISSED

A complete scam site
Absolutely a scam. Buyer beware. TicketsCenter re- sell tickets according to "market price" which means some seedy middleman is doubling the price of available tickets ready to scam you. We attempted to purchase lion king tickets at the Adrienne Arsht center in miami and were directed to this ticket purchase third party link. Our purchase price for each ticket was $115.00 and when we received our bill it was $560.00 dollars. When we checked again the regular price tickets for the same seats were still available for the price of $115.00. We attempted to resolve this issue with customer service and requested a refund. We received a reply stating " I'm sorry you feel disappointed, but these tickets are based on market price". We explained that we wanted a refund based on the fact that the tickets were still available at the face value price and this company accepted no accountability and refused. What a scam. Shame on you we will not be fooled again.

Deceitful
Company attaches ticket site to the actual venue appearing as if TicketsCenter are that venue. Then they charge you 3x the amount and you don't even know which seats you are getting.

They will not refund $$$$. Calling their phone number puts you into a loop and you can never talk to anyone. Emails go unanswered. So unless you like being scalped and ripped off, stay far away and pay close attention the Venue's Site so you don't mistakenly pick this company.

Tried to cancel tickets immediately once I realized what was going on, and they never responded.

My tickets were to the Illusionist Broadway at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, CO.

The venue is 6 months away. So this is just a complete scam taking advantage of the Consumer.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $302.

What A Scam!
On Aug 18th, I learned that JacksonBrowne and JamesTaylor were going to appear locally in Dec. I got on line and saw that the tickets were on sale and not a large selection. The tickets for 2 were $945. I thought TicketsCenter were awfully expensive but they seemed to be almost sold out so I bought two ticketrs. These are two of my favorite performers. I then learned that the tickets had not even gone on sale yet and this company is a reseller, I could get 2 tickets from JacksonBrowne for $288. Within 2 1/2 hrs I tried to cancel. They would not let me cancel. I contacted AmExpress. They kept going back to the seller to try and get me a refund to no avail. I have since cancelled my AMEX card. I refuse to pay thr $945. I know this is going to ruin my excellent credit rating fo 825-850. I am 74 years old, Tickets-Center's solution was for me to sell the tickets. I am not a reseller nor a scalper. I don't even know if that would be legal, I believe this Tickets-center is a scam and I would NOT RECOMMEND. I want my money back. If anyone has any suggestions to help me out, it would be appreciated, I would rate 0 if it was an option!

Be very aware if you have a problem
Purchased 2 tickets for the O'Reilly 500 from these people for a March race date. The race was postponed and reinstated for July 19th. TicketsCenter cancelled my tickets even though the race will be run and fans will be in the stands. Instead of refunding my money, they issued me a "store credit" which I will never use as the tickets were purchased as a present and I have subsequently purchased something else as a gift.

This company's phone menu takes you in loops that provide no way to speak with a real person. Additionally, they tell you to use their chat, which is automated response and not a human chat.

Be very wary of purchasing anything through this company. As an after thought I checked the price of the tickets I purchased against what Texas Motor Speedway would have charged and note that Ticket Center was 3x's more expensive. Live and learn. I will never use the store credit and in fact i am disputing the charge with my credit card company as well as filing dispute with Texas Attorney General

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY
TicketsCenter hide their "all sales are final" in such small print and they also hide the fact that they're a reseller, so you think you're buying legitimate tickets, but turns out they're overpriced, and fake. They also falsely advertise that they have tickets when they don't. DON'T USE THEIR SITE. Go to a much more reputable company.

Here's my experience: I misread the day that tickets were coming out for a concert and googled "Ticketmaster". I clicked on the first link (which is usually Ticketmaster) and went through the normal process of purchasing a ticket. I thought the prices were astronomical, but it's my bf's favorite artist and I thought he was just expensive.

After purchasing the ticket, I realize I wasn't on Ticketmaster at all. I then do some research and it turns out the tickets for that artist hadn't even gone on PRE-SALE. Which means I bought tickets that DID NOT EXIST. On top of that, I paid a crazy amount for tickets that didn't exist and they refused to honor my request for a refund, even though I called them less than 5 minutes after the transaction.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Horrible! Horrible!
Purchased tix to see the nutcracker. Tickets were supposed to deliver 12/16. When TicketsCenter didn't, I contacted the site and was told to watch my email that they'd be coming. On 12/17 I still didn't have tickets, so I contacted again. Was told that there was a hang up at the box office and that I needed to wait until 12 hrs before the show before I got my tickets. 12 hrs before the show is 12/18 at 7 am. 7 am on 12/18 came and went, still no tickets. Reached out to Ticket Center again and was met with the same generic answer that I needed to watch my email for tickets. Here we are just a few hours before the show and I still do not have tickets. Will be filing a paypal claim and a complaint with the BBB. They say they are willing to help you but they arent. I am $600 into tickets for an event that I cannot get my tickets for. This is a huge scam!

I attempted to purchase tickets to the Azizona Diamondback/C...
I attempted to purchase tickets to the Azizona Diamondback/Cubs 9/18/18 Game. The website would not accept my Capital One Credit card with error message show my address was incorrect. I called my credit card provider and TicketsCenter verified my address as correct. The capital One Representative callef the 800 Number For the website, and the rudest customer service. told me the tickets were more expensive than the website. I asked the Representative if she can give me the online pricing sibce the website would not accept my credit card. The representative said try another credit card. I relayed to the customer service representative I do not have another credit Card. The customer service rep told me not her Problem..I requested to speak to a supervisor and the representative said there are no supervisors. The capital one Representative was still on the phone listening to the phone call and apologize to me for the way the MLB/Chase Field representative spoke to me.
This purchase was a gift and purchased the ticket through other means.
I have to say this was a worst experience I've ever had purchasing tickets to Chase field or MLB.

Do not use this company/ not for real
I purchased tickets that were $30 face and TicketsCenter charged me 274 for 3 tickets without showing it prior to charging, I called them and got a 30 minute runaround. This was in the beginning of November. The show was this past weekend, i got an email a few days prior which was weeks later, saying i was sent tickets, which never happened. We spent the hour of our pre-show dinner on the phone. First told us they were sent but refused any proof, then claimed our firewall must have preveted receipt. Claimed they would resend to a new address but refused to stay on until received, they hung up on us, call 3 they claimed they were escalating and never returned to line. Call 4 now 40 minutes later, they claimed they resent from seller and we declined, total fabrication and we had given them a new email upon their own request. It never happened. They hung up on us. Call 5 they had nerve to say how dare you be calling so close to show time,(now moments before dinner ruined and totally stressed) ruder as the process went on. Final call i had bought new tix in the lobby at this point. They now claimed they were not responsible for a thing and were disgusting in their treatment of us. I've been seeing live music for a lifetime I've been using resellers for clients for 30 years. They are not legitimate never sent a thing, but promises. They took out money, sold us air and were disgraceful to deal with. We have taken action.

Snakey business! Total scammers!
My mistake on an impulse buy... wanted to take a Vet to a concert he was dreaming of. I paid almost $300 for 3 tickets that I could have paid $129 total for! (duh!) My mistake for not doing my research! I purchased these tickets 3 months before the event and was charged immediately. I have yet to get the tickets. One week before the event, I requested a refund. Requeast denied. TicketsCenter said they have until 1 hour before the event to give me the e-tickets! I was advised to try and sell the tickets if I could not use them and... they even gave me a "tip" that I could try to sell them at an inflated price. I replied." how can I sell tickets that I do not have?" Of course they referred me to their purchase terms I apparently agreed to. NEVER AGAIN! I had to spend another $129 so I could fulfull the dream concert I promised. (the man is TOTALLY worthy of the cost, I'm just sorry that I fell for the scam. BUYERS BEWARE!)

Cancellation
This is what I revived after waiting since March 2020 and being told I would get a refund once the promoters cancel. Now in July I am being told TicketsCenter can't give me back My money from the Martin Lawrence Lit AF Tour! Everyone has Been affected by Covid 19 and we all need our money with the current economy clement and I see this company is looking out for self-first and NOT its Customers!

We're writing to let you know that the event you were hoping to attend has been canceled (order #31052758). The coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in the cancellation of thousands of live events. Government shutdown orders, which are beyond our control, have made it impossible for events to occur as scheduled. Due to this completely unforeseen and unprecedented epidemic, we are no longer able to offer refunds for events that have been cancelled. Tickets-Center.com

Fraud, illegal activity
The Ford idaho center has the snake river stampede this weekend. I wanted to buy tickets so TicketsCenter wouldn't be sold out. My bday is tomorrow. Tickets are 21.00 for adults and 18.00 for children. So 60.00 it would be total. Your company somehow charged me 178.00 for this. How do you even sleep at night frauding ppl like this? The idaho center gets 7 out of 10 calls like this they said and they are working on stopping all of it. I. e. Lawsuit. So have fun getting sued by all of these people. It complete and utter FRAUD what you are doing and charging illegally 3 times the amount for tickets and hidden service fees of 10.00 per ticket. Especially when people are struggling because of covid. Filthy. You should truly be ashamed of yourself. DISGUSTING! I will be reporting reporting as fraud to my bank as well if this isn't refunded. This company is complete TRASH. There isn't a live person to talk to either. You can never get through to anyone. No one ever returns your stupid automated "live" chats either. Karma sucks. You will see ;)

Fraud
This company has stated that "due to covid19" cancelations TicketsCenter will not refund my money for a show because to do so would " bankrupt" the company.
They in turn decided to give a "store credit" to the customers effected & that "store credit" must be used by a certain date. I explained that I being handicapped I don't & can't go to many shows & by our contract they must refund my purchase.
They have refused to honor the contract I agreed to & still will not return my money for a canceled show.
DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY WHO IS USING THE COVID19 CRISIS TO NOT HONOR THE CONTRACTS THEY FORCE US TO SIGN WHILE PURCHASING TICKETS! I AM WORKING WITH THE ALBUQUERQUE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST TICKETS-CENTER.COM TO RETURN THE MONEY SPENT BY CONSUMERS FOR SHOWS CANCELED!

Outrageous pricing and bad customer service.
I ordered Jimmy Buffett tickets on January 10th when TicketsCenter went on sale for July 16th show. The price that I was charged was almost 3 times as much as the original price. Went on their website again and the tickets were $45.00 cheaper each. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it since the price is based on demand. When I told them that I purchased then when they went on sale there was no demand. Asked them for a reduction in price to the current price they told me there was nothing they could about it. Asked where my tickets were they said that I would get them via email no later than July 15th, and the concert is the 16th. Nit good customer service or relations as far as I am concerned. And there website was the first one that came up when I did the search. Their fees are outrageously over priced for electronic ticket transfer. I expressed my concern that I have no guarantee that I have tickets and I was told that they have a 100% guarantee. That didn't leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling. NEVER AGAIN will I use them. What a way to rip people off and scam them. I am going to reach out to Discover to see if they can do anything for since I paid for a product and don't have it.

Shady Business and support practices
Shady businesss and support practices. TicketsCenter kept quoting Covid for reason why they cannot refund but promote events during Covid. I purchased 2 tickets from Paleyfest that was supposed to happen during March of 2020 but the event was cancelled due to Covid. I received an email on August 20,2020 notice for a store credit and no mentioned of refunds. Credit is useless for me. I called Tickets Center customer support. I explained there are no other events I want to go to and also because of Covid public events are dangerous. I requested a refund but I was quoted scripted company policy for no refunds. These tickets cost me $400 each which is now making it difficult for me as well. I had a live Chat with Julio and he stated there was a "7 days notice of refund" and since I never responded, it automatically went to store credit. That notice is non existent. I want my total refund of $800 and if possible an apology letter from the company. Also asked for chat transcripts but they cant even provide once a chat is closed.
No customer retention to amend their refund policy in situations like this. Was even opened to negotiate refund fees to be fair to them and customer but no, they kept quoting policy like robots.

Beware, they stole my money!
Due to Covid19 and canceling of all baseball, we could not use the tickets we purchased. We received an email explaining we would be given a refund in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no refund, we contacted customer service. We were told it would be a couple more weeks. After never getting a refund we contacted our credit card company about them keeping our money. We finally received a letter from Ticket-Center that we will only be giving a credit for a future event. With no cure for Covid19 anywhere in sight, it will be impossible to go to an event in the near future. According to the letter, the credit expires, but there is no expiration date, so no idea how long we would have to use it. So buyer beware, in times of a global pandemic, TicketsCenter choose to steal your money.

TICKETS-CENTER.COM ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I purchased tickets for the Fabulously Comedian Show that was supposed to take place April 17,2020. This event has been Rescheduled Three Times 4/17/2020, 6/28/2020, 1/15/2021. Here comes the fourth email stating the new event day is January 14,2022. This is almost two years out... The event postponed "AGAIN " this is unacceptable, outrageous and UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. A venue shouldn't be able to keep your funds and continue to postpone. I paid my money to see a show on April 17,2020 that have not taken place. You should be able to get a refund and not this back and forth about policy.
There's other companies that have policies in place TicketsCenter return customers there funds due to COVID-19.
As customers we need to continue to pursue this matter and get this company Ticket-Center to refund our money back we should have rights also. This is unfair... These events that were scheduled before COVID-19 made never take place. So let's not give up take action...

BUYER BEWARE!
Insanely long story short:
I bought 2 ticket for a play that was scheduled for April. However, COVID-19 shut everything down and the play was rescheduled twice And then eventually cancelled. Before purchasing the tickets I read the "Terms and Conditions" on their webpage which stated "in the event of a cancellation you will be rewarded a full refund, minus the delivery fee.) I then receive an email stating I was rewarded store credit (which I did not want and was told I would receive my actual money back AND it was STILL stated in terms and conditions that I would receive my money back) so I called the company which gave me "the run around" and left me on hold for two and a half hours just to have the "supervisor", Violet, tell me "oh yeah, uh. We just aren't doing that" but I could submit a claim anyway. I called my bank to dispute the charge seeing as TicketsCenter were committing fraud at this point. Once the bank got involved and I was proceeding with legal action they finally sent me an email claiming they've cancelled my store credit and have submitted my claim to be reimbursed. As of now, I still have not received money back, but we will wait and see.
All in all, save yourself the headache and fury of dealing with pure incompetence and buy your tickets elsewhere.

DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR REFUND!
"I, like all of you, was dooped by this company. Tickets for Tenacious D at the State Theatre went on sale March 6th, 2020. Tickets-Center.com had a part in purchasing all of these tickets and reselling them at a higher price. TicketsCenter claim this was done by a 3rd party and they are just the middle man. I doubt that very much. Unfortunately there was a law passed this year that basically legalized the scalping of tickets, so long as you purchase 8 or more at a time. Afraid of missing out on a show I've waited 15 plus years to see, I reluctantly purchased 2 tickets for 650 dollars. Then COVID-19 hit. I've been expecting the cancellation notice for months and I received it last week. I immediately received a notification email from Tickets-Center.com stating that due to COVID-19, they could not issue refunds (original policy states refund upon cancellation) and instead offer 110% vouchers for future tickets and merchandise that expires in 18 months. This was unacceptable. My wife is immunocompromised and we couldn't attend another show now if we wanted to because her life may depend on it. This makes my voucher useless like many others. After calling Tickets-Center.com only to get stuck in an automated loop, I contacted the company via online chat. I texted with a customer service representative named Gloria who assured me that nothing can be done. When I asked to speak with management, I was informed that managers do not interact with the customers and are only there as a supervisor. Laughable I know. After reading more about others that are in the same situation thanks to Tickets-Center.com, I was determined to, atleast, notify someone of this injustice. I first contacted the Better Businesse Bureau and made a full report including my order number, date of purchase and amount paid. I then took it a step further and wrote the Attorney General of Delaware, the State Tickets-Center.com is located. I simply emailed her a full description of my experience including screenshots of my correspondence with Tickets-Center.com, the withdrawal amount from my bank account and the original refund policy. This was done last week Thursday and as of 9:56 pm, the following Tuesday, I received an email notification from Tickets-Center.com of a full refund issued to me. The money was deposited the very next morning. I don't know exactly which action prompted my refund. I never expected a refund, I only wanted to stop this from happening to more people. I honestly was so ashamed of spending that much in the first place knowing I was clearly being hustled. I was convinced that pursuing the refund was a lost cause. I hope this review helps you all because what this company has done is inexcusable. The point is DON'T GIVE UP, GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I did... somehow."

Worst company ever! Please do not believe the positive (likely bot) messages.
I purchased Austin FC vs. LA Galaxy tickets for $193.50 on 9/17/21. I was supposed to receive an invite to accept the electronic tickets on 9/21/21. It never came so I called the company, waited for an hour on hold, and TicketsCenter said they would resend the email. The representative asked me to be patient. I called again and waited another two hours on hold on 9/24/21 when the email still had not arrived. They told me to register for TicketMaster, which I did, and still did not see the tickets. I gave my partner's yahoo email and still did not receive the tickets. They again asked me to be patient. I called on 9/25/21 and expressed the urgency of receiving the tickets because the event was the next day. They said that they would again contact the seller to send the tickets. They asked me to create a new gmail account and then wait to be sent the link. They finally sent me the link on this newly created email account within 3 hours of the event! This was not enough time to accept the tickets, create a SeatGeek account, and make the long commute to the stadium. In sum, I paid for my tickets on the day I purchased them, but yet I had to wait on the phone with Ticket-Center for 5 hours, create 2 different ticket accounts and one new email address, completely stress out, and they sent me the "accept tickets" link 3 hours before the event so I did not make it! This horrible company presumes that you have the luxury of simply sitting by your computer and waiting until they give you an electronic product that you purchased over a week before. The positive reviews MUST be bots. Please BEWARE, there are many commonalities in the negative complaints. Ticket-Center.com needs to be put out of business.

I feel ripped off
I bought tickets for a monster jam event in south Florida miami two weeks ago and today when I went to the venue I was denied entry because when TicketsCenter scanned my tickets they were voided and so far customer service isn't helping what so ever saying they are going to start an investigation, without even giving us a guarantee of refunding the money. I'm outside the venue with my family, no tickets, and out $150. They are making me feel that I am trying to cheat them out of the money and trying to scam them when we're the ones outside the stadium. Its even worse when they say that they sell trustworthy and authentic tickets, the managers Arturo and Victor in customer service did not give me any answer nor a guarantee if I would get my money back. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from ticketcenter where they can't even check if the tickets are valid and guaranteed your purchase.

I lost $1700. 00 and no tickets
I purchased Maroon 5 tickets for a concert tomorrow night for my sisters birthday. First, TicketsCenter charged me $500 per ticket for tickets going for $280. Second, I have yet to get the tickets and when I called today to say they were not delivered by 9/14/18 as promised I was on hold for over an hour with 3 different agents who said I already received the tickets on November 6 which I did not. They said they cannot guarantee the seller can send them to me again which means I have way overspent on these tickets and now have no tickets. Not to mention I needed to sell 2 of them which sold on Stub Hub and now Stub Hub is charging me 40% of the ticket price for tickets I did not deliver on. This is a NIGHTMARE and I am out about $1700+ and I have no tickets for my sisters birthday tomorrow night. I have no idea what to do. I feel completely robbed.
