TOUCH LCD HOUSE

I Have order Nokia E5 Full body housing from this website. I waited almost one week but they are not updated my purchase status in their website. So i cancelled my order. After 3 days i get money refunded in their website wallet. As of my one week experience. Am not feeling good about their service. So transfer the wallet amount(Rs.697) to my bank account. Almost one month gone still the amount not Received in my bank account. I try n number of times to contact their customer care. But no response from them. Initially while asking product they are replying fast. But now they are not even attend my call. People please aware this website. Am Plan to raise complaint in national cyber crime portal.

i am leaving this comment because i can understand what you feel when you come to know that you have been cheated.
I am subhankar jana from west bengal, haldia. I had ordered a combo folder for "10.or D2" at rs1080. 00/ on 27/8/2022 from touch lcd house and after paying the money when i searched for review of touch lcd house i just got surprised. I was very worried about my money. Even i raised an consumer complaint against it. I thought they would cheat with me
But after 2-3 days they send my product via blue-dart courier serviece with brand new and fresh condition.

Now it is running good. It was my first order from touchlcd house

When i got it, it looks ok but when i attached it and turn on my phone, White long spots on the whole display. Very disappointing. I called to their customer care number... but... no response... very bad site

Very bad experience with touchlcdhouse online shopping.
TOUCH LCD HOUSE sent me faulty lcd when i info them about it, initially they said it will be replaced.
Then they say cannot be replaced because of package and stickers are removed.
Some how they agreed to replace it, if i will post it back to them.
So i send it back, now no response at all.
Every time we call they just say "some one from company will contact"
Its almost 4 months now. No refund No returns they cheated nicely.
I have complained at National Consumer Helpline https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
I have filed case against them, which is free to lodge on http://ncdrc.nic.in/
I will be getting on there ass. Lol

Please don't buy any product from this company, TOUCH LCD HOUSE will take payment & never deliver the goods facing this problem since 1 year but they don't have a problem customer care number...

Phone number provided *******747 is fraud even order is not being dispatched ( order ID 4398). Today is fourth day i am repeatedly calling them but no one accepts my call...

Had already raised this issue and will be odging case in consumer forum.
Please dont place order to this fraud person who claims to be the owner of site

I ordered without viewing the reviews of th Touch LCD House, order number 26542. There is no option of cancellation, nobody is responding to the call/ email/ whatsapp, but TOUCH LCD HOUSE have seen the message.
Nobody like me have said this is genuine and most of the reviews said it is fraud. I didn't get the status of my order and refund.

CHEATER SELLER... NO RETURN MONEY AFTER APPROVAL ALSO AND THE REFUND PROCESS IS ALSO VERY SLOW AND THE BEHAVIOR IS ALSO RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Nicely packed and very perfect nice good quality screen. The best part is, that TOUCH LCD HOUSE didn't overcharge for the screen. If someone is looking for the screen, I recommend to buy this.

TOUCH LCD HOUSE dont have a customer service number. They give one number klike 999 but its forward to other two numbers. Not even pickup... no update in track order. I lost my 1000 rupees be careful...

Using it in Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro. Seems original as Samsung is written on it. The battery is too good and original...
