1st time TOUCH LCD HOUSE cancelled my order and refund instantly but, the second time after 21days they again cancel the order but the refund even note done. I also called the customer care before 3days of cancelling order they said they must dispatch the order but it not happens.

This is a cheat and an immature site. I have ordered a touch screen glass and frame combo for Redmi Note 4. My order No is 27859 dated 11 Jul 2020. TOUCH LCD HOUSE sent me an Empty box. On top, they don't attend any calls on helpline numbers. I have lost my money. They say that WhatsApp the complaints to us. but no reply on what app also. Their trade should be canceled as it is an unfair practice. DONT GET TRAPPED BY PLACING ORDER

I have Ordered (paid) Lava Z91 Touch Display - TOUCH LCD HOUSE took orders and they updated site after 2 days its out of stock. Then I requested Refund they still (as on 31/03/2021) not paid to me - They are keep on saying wait for 48 hours, They is some technical issue (past 23 Days)- stupid behaviors from support, Even they don't have money to pay refund. For this they can Beg us.

I had ordered Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro display screen and i did my full payment but my order was still showing in the cart when i had already received email for the payment done. So i tried to call on the mobile number provided on the website for 2-3 days but there was no response. After going online to search about the company i came across many bad reviews and i got scared that my money is gone and to tell your'l the fact i even bought a new mobile today. So i thought i will try their whatsapp mobile no and it was like a miracle that there was person replying to my whatsapp and i even got my refund processed today itself TOUCH LCD HOUSE were so quick. I am really happy with their services but i feel they should also answer the mobile phone as it spoils the name of the company.

If your problem is not sorted than request you to please converse through whatsapp as it came usefull to me and it may come usefull to you'l as well.

I have ordered 4 products, out of 4 products, 3 are touch panels, all 3 are defective, I initiated for return, no response, I tried in watsapp too, no response. Worst site no support Even after a week

Phone number provided *******747 is fraud I got product which is not working as expected so I want to return order and no one responding( order ID 8669). Today is fourth day i am repeatedly calling them but no one accepts my call... Had already raised this issue and will be odging case in consumer forum. Please don't place order to this fraud person who claims to be the owner of site

They advertise for product they know they can't supply just to get your cash into their account. They use it as rolling cash.
If you follow up your order they will cancel your order and refund after 2 or 3 weeks if they have cash. Should be brought to legal action
