I love shopping on tradesy but tradesy don't love me
I love shopping on tradesy but tradesy don't love me. U be trying hard to get threw to purchase certain shoes and tradesy keeps telling me to go back to my Facebook page and log in. I had 2 Facebook account pages and one was taken down that Facebook page is the one that tradesy keeps taken me too but I did get threw to purchase the Jeffrey Campbell shoe boots I'm happy about that I want to purchase much much more on tradesy but the site keeps giving me to much issues that's causing me. To shop on other sites. Please fix this problem with me

Red Dress
Although the dress is lovely, my experience started with the dress listing stating "offers welcome", I was then responded too that Tradesy would take no less then listing price due to dress cost, shipping and fees. I replied that the ad said "offers welcome". They should probably remove that. I purchased the dress as Tradesy offered a Holiday % off. After receiving the dress and trying it on (it fits perfectly) I noticed some of the hemming/stitching on the dress has come apart. I will have to fix that before wearing to my event. Overall the experience was great. I am sure I could message the seller about the hemming.

While looking at MY Facebook page. Tradesy advertisement popped up with selection of items that could be ordered. Item in particular was Pink Gucci duffle listed $315 on Facebook Ad however when click to buy now it took me directly to Tradesy site and cost was actually $866.
After research done by Tradesy rep (Luis) I was informed that it was a Facebook error and that the $866 was correct. I was always taught price listed is price of item. Luis did offer a $100 credit for trouble. I felt $100 credit was a gesture of "let us help you feel better about the obvious error but it did not solve the fact that price listed is what should've been paid and if it was Facebook error then Facebook should've paid the difference of the $315/$866. My purchase today was to utilize $100 credit but more than likely I probably will NOT order from Tradesy again.

Valentino Backpack Purchase
I had the BEST BEST experience with this purchase. I was very nervous to do this as this was my first time ordering something from a resale site. Tradesy got excellent reviews on customer service and candidness of the item. My experience did not disappoint. Everything from beginning to end was very professional and the Tradesy team was very responsive to all of my questions. I was so fortunate to have been able to communicate directly with the seller who answered all of my questions and was so amazing to work with.

No response after requesting return
I requested a return and emailed all required photos within the 4-day window as specified by the website a week ago, but still have not received a return shipping label or heard back from tradesy. I even called customer service to follow up 5 days ago and was told I would hear back from them on that day, which still didn't happen. The return process is made really hard from my experience so far.

I followed up with emails and calls about getting a return shipping label, and one week passed I still have not heard any response.

Mailing options
I always have great service with Tradesy but is it possible to have mailing options for sellers beyond the USPS. Currently Tradesy are overwhelmed and understaffed and delays happen very frequently- especially in December (I always treat myself with something for my birthday but it gets caught up in the Christmas "rush"). For more high priced items is it possible to have fedex or ups as options? I'm aware the costs would have to be baked into the cost of the items, increasing product for purchasers but maybe a consideration for higher priced items so the risk of loss during transit is slightly less.

I love the convenience but my last order was very complicated and then cancelled by seller. Besides that I love your site and ease of use. On the other hand I would like to form a complaint about my previous transaction and seller. Please let me know how to do so. My item was never sent. Also seller attempted to cancel for no reason. Then claimed pricing was incorrect days later and cancelled without my consent saying item should cost $3200 instead of what I already paid for at $1700 and basically ruined my Christmas gift timing for my wife. Thank you for any help you can provide. I really want this not to happen to someone else. Truly

Absolutely Atrocious Customer Service. Run.
I purchased a Birkin bag for nearly $30,000 in December of 2021. The bag arrived on December 21st. Tradesy offers a mere four days to return the item if needed. Obviously, we needed to make it through Christmas as the bag was a gift. My wife preferred a different color and we sought out an exchange. We were told that was not possible as the four days had expired. Tradesy did state four days was the return policy when I purchased the bag. However, as with all high end companies, Tiffany, LV, Cartier, etc, all waive or temporarily extend there normal return policy during the holiday as obviously it is impossible for anyone to exchange/return a gift that is bought through their site of Christmas. Really poor policy making and I would especially encourage any husband/boyfriend thinking of buying something off this site to go another direction just in case your partner cannot get and open this gift with in 96 hours.

The most appalling aspect of this transaction was the condescending emails and texts received from Tradesey/La Clochette. We saved and screenshot the entire exchange as it was truly as if you were having a conversation with an 5 year old that was refusing to take a nap. Both of these companies should be mortified and embarrassed for the way their rep responded to us. You're selling a $30,000 bag. Maybe consider someone for your customer service department that would not be turned down from handing out free samples at Walmart.

In all seriousness, avoid.

Great service but secondhand product
Tragedy was easy to use, understandable, and sent just enough emails to let me know where my order was at without cluttering my inbox. The dress I ordered had pictures of the model wearing it off the rack. The dress that I got had a big rip on the side and along the back. Lucky for me they're both along the seam and I know how to patch them up, but the inside of the dress also has a stain which makes me question if it was cleaned before being sent. For the price I paid I would much prefer not receiving a used/damaged good, but that's what I get for not adding the buyer insurance

Tradesy always Great but Seller just Okay
I always have a great experience shopping on Tradesy and the staff is one of the best in the world! But my experience with this seller was just okay. I tried to ask the seller few questions before I purchased and Tradesy never responded. I'm a seller myself and no matter what I always respond back to all inquiries as soon as I receive them. I don't understand why some sellers don't answer potential buyers questions it only takes no more than 5 minutes of their time and would most likely increase their chances of selling their merchandise. So my experience with this seller was whatever but Tradesy I always give 5 stars!

Dealer was pushy and rude, but I purchased the item anyone as a gift for my 86 yo mother who really wanted the item. Selling items (antique vintage jewelry) with no appraisal paperwork or proof of authenticity. Probably very stupid of me to purchase but I did anyway to make my mother happy. Pray I do not have to return it! Hope this dealer or person is not as insulting and arrogant with other customers. Though only through texting messaging, he had a very condescending tone; very unprofessional. He did apologize and gave me 30% off the item but still didn't like the interaction at all.

Wonderful seller, beautiful piece!
I've been eyeing the LV GM/MM neverfull pouchette for a while. Decided to pull the trigger with a $100 off offer over Memorial weekend. Glad I did! The seller immediately contacted me after I purchased, thanking me and letting me know she'd mail it that day. As promised, she shipped it same day. Very friendly and accommodating. Since this item isn't sold by itself, I didn't expect it to have a LV bag/box, but she did include a nice thank you card and an authentication letter from a 3rd party. Even if it hadn't come with the letter, I would believe it to be authentic due to the craftsmanship. Anyone who could produce a bag this beautifully made would have their own designer bags, not be replicating others! Lol. I'd purchase from her again with complete confidence. Thank you for a great first experience buying from Tradesy!

Tradesy orders
Ordering from Tradesy is tricky. Sometimes you get what you want, sometimes you don't, I always make it a point to order items new with tags. But Tradesy also come looking worn at times. They don't always display picturs of the item that you're actually ordering. I gave 3 stars, because for the price of each item I order... I should get the new quality feel, and I don't always have that. For instance, I purchased a $850 sweatshirt... it has cat hair on it, and looks slightly worn. But I chose new with tags, so this is a disappointig purchase for me. Sometimes they get it right..

Love my new Chloe bag
I have had my eye on this Chloe bag for over a year but simply could not justify the price. I found it on Tradesy for half the price and while it was in used condition, you could have fooled me, it looks brand new. I love Tradesy, Tradesy have the best customer service and authentic products. You can actually communicate with a person, unlike some of the other sites.

I recently moved and had forgotten to update my address on the site, Customer Service was very helpful as was the seller who I can communicate with directly via text.

Impressed!
I've used several sites to purchase Chanel bags and this is the first one I'd recommend. On other sites I have been sold questionable merchandise and just had a horrible experience getting a refund with a "well known" site on a very expensive bag that was fraudulent and never sent! I'm just delighted with Tradesy! The seller was so kind and followed up throughout the purchase and delivery process. She provided me with a receipt and authenticity documents. The delivery was prompt and the package was sent with care. I am now a loyal customer of Tradesy!

Always Satisfied!
I am a regular customer of Tradesy. I have always had a most positive experience with buying merchandise from Tradesy. From start to finish I am always satisfied, actually more than satisfied. I love the experience. The sellers are truly amazing, top shelf in my book. The customer support team if you need them is one of the best, most efficient, well organized and truly customer friendly. It is my first go to place when I need something for a gift, myself or I just need to browse and dream. I recommend going on this site if you haven't before. There is always something for everyone.

A White Whale Found (and in PERFECT condition!)
I have been searching for this bag for many years. I received one as a gift in 2007 or 2008 from my Mom, and I used it into the ground through college, graduate school, traveling, and beyond. It was falling apart, unrepairable, and I had to let her go many years ago.

Enter: Jessica, my Tradesy Angel. This bag is in perfect condition! Knowing when it was in stores so long ago, and seeing this one in person now, I am so thrilled to have her in my hands again. I cannot wait to take her out and show her off. Thank you SO MUCH. It was a fabulous experience.

Good, it could be better
I've sell and now bought through Tradesy. First of all I like it's clean platform, not confusing super easy to find what you're looking for, I love the fact you can message the other person. My only concern is about this "authentication" through the platform.
Others sites do their authenticity before even sending it to the costumer which it makes you feel even better. Is just peace of mind and is always better to be inspected before sending it to the costumer just in case the item is not as described or for scams.

Customer Service is Great. Seller was awesome & very accommodating.
The photos were much lighter... so it gave the purse a different look. When it arrived... The purse did NOT look the same as the photos, but its still a lovely purse and the date codes did match. The purse was over priced by $150, but the seller knocked off $50.00. But all of LV discontinued purses are over priced. She was a great communicator! I would definitely purchase from her again.

quick response from customer service. Tradesy gave their insite and i really appreciate that. buying online is so scary & risky....your reps deserve more than a cup of coffee for the assistance they give.

Excellent Followthrough, Dependable, Legitimate, & Accountable
I was looking for a certain bag & had not been on Tradesy for awhile. I went there & found that bag, at a price I never dreamed of. The greatest part? I had a site credit that I completely forgot about & was so thrilled to find this at a time when I truly needed a break! Tradesy really does give many wonderful opportunities to get authentic pieces as well as smashing offers & giveaways! Highly recommend this site as a trustworthy place to shop and one that is very accountable where Tradesy follow through to make sure "all is well"!
